BART has not offered any explanation why a group its white police officers would rally to a racist battle cry then move in like Stormtroopers, assault and batter a group of young African American males; then shoot to kill Oscar Grant faced own on the ground with his hands handcuffed behind his back, or why it is supporting a veil of wholesale secrecy around the officers involved. Instead of promoting public safety and restoring public faith, BART has began to wage a campaign of psychological warfare against the public.
As part of its psychological warfare campaign, BART spokesman Dale Allen of Low Ball & Lynch (505 Montgomery Street, 7th Floor San Francisco, CA 94111) has subliminal character implanted Oscar Grant and his friends as the evil “criminal background” willful, wrongful, unlawful, without just cause aggressors against the police leading to Mr. Grant’s homicide.[1]
PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE: “He Mistook his Gun for his Taser.”
Recently, I found myself subconsciously concluding that maybe BART Officer Johannes Mehserle did mistakenly draw his gun intending to pull his taser. For the last 7-10 days as part of the psychological warfare campaign, the news media had bombarded the public airways with repeated phrases like, “Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser that he had just borrowed.” ”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser…,” ”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser….” The phrase was repeated over and over again from morning, noon and night.
These phrases were repeated so many times that subconsciously, I saw Mehserle mistakenly draw his gun instead of his taser. It was an illusion.
One news service made the mistake of showing the video of the killing of Grant while repeating the phrase,”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser…” I suddenly woke up.
In the video, you can see Oscar Grant helplessly crushed into the ground by a multitude of white BART officers like something out of the Rodney King nightmare. BART Officer Tony Pirone savagely drove his knee into the back of Grant’s neck like pinning down a widl animal. Grant was face down hands handcuffed behind his back. Mehserle rises above the group and fire.

Defensively, I had begun to subconsciously deprogram myself to dispel the illusion. I had been, excuse my language, “mindfucked” with neuro-linguistic programming.
Commercial NLP was generally accepted to have been developed in the mid-70’s by John Grinder, a professor at UC Santa Cruz and Richard Bandler, a graduate student at UC Santa Cruz. Grinder and Bandler were students and “initiates” of Dr. Gregory Bateson.

BART GESTAPO GOING HARD ON “BITCH ASSED N’ERS”
Since the racial extermination of Oscar Grant on January 1, 2009 by BART Gestapo and Officer Tony Pirone’s explosive racist battle cry heard around the World against Oakland’s people of color, “Bitch Assed N’ers” and other racially explosive offenses against society, instead of developing humane policies and guarantees, BART has decided to be aggressive, play low-down dirty and lynch even Good Ole BoyAttorneyJohn Burris. It has decided to strike first against the people as psychological warfare tactics.
After BART issued a recent public statement disclosing a $1.5 million settlement for Grant’s 5-year-old daughter, Tatiana, Dale Allen, BART’s attorney, took the initiative against John Burris’ clients, Grant’s five friends, who were brutalized and terrorized by BART Gestapo the night Grant was murdered. He offensively boasted that he would vigorously defend BART against a civil rights lawsuit by Grant’s friends because four of the five men had admitted in depositions that they had “significant police contacts” and were trying to evade police officers during the incident. [1][2] Dale Allen’s law firm is appropriately entitled “Low, Ball & Lynch”.
Allen alleged that the men acted “aggressively” toward officers, were “interfering in a police investigation,” tried to evade police and “created a stressful environment” that led to Grant’s death. [3]
Allen said the men also said in their depositions that Grant was involved in a fight with another passenger on a train before it stopped at the Fruitvale BART station.[4]
In addition to chest beating, Allen also exposed some very explosive news that may have a bearing on Mehserle’s upcoming murder trial. Allen bragged that Grant’s five friends corroborated statements in depositions by other witnesses that Mehserle was “shocked, dazed and stunned” after the shooting, backing up Mehserle’s defense that the shooting was an accident.[5]
Due to Allen’s public news leak seriously attacking his clients’ creditability and standing in the community in violation of some type of covert confidentiality agreement with BART, Burris said at a February 5, 2010 news conference that BART’s boastings may crater the settlement with Tatiana. However, Allen blasted back that Burris had entered a stipulation of dismissal accepting the settlement on behalf of Grant’s daughter “and we fully intend to enforce the terms of the settlement if he attempts to withdraw.” [6]
THE OSCAR GRANT AFFAIR “FOR YOUR EYES ONLY”
Well, this is all very interesting. Wasn’t John Burris the legal representative for Grant’s five friends, Nigel Bryson, 19, his brother, Jackie Bryson, 21, Michael Greer, 22, Carlos Reyes, 21, and Fernando “June” Anicete, 20? On October 13, 2009, Burris filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against BART for the five young brothers. [7]
It would seem to reason that Burris was at the Low Ball & Lynch depositions of the five brothers. Did he deliberately standby under a shroud of confidentiality and allow the BART Gestapo to coerce and further terrorize the five young men to make paradoxical statements to set the stage to undermine Mehserle’s upcoming first degree murder trial?
During the solo press conference Burris called in response to BART’s public posturing in the Oscar Grant affair, Burris exposed publicly for the first time that he had voluntarily entered into some type of secret collective CIA/James Bond type “FOR YOUR EYES ONLY” protective gag order with Oakland’s Secret Matrix that even his clients didn’t know about.
I suppose that Burris would be upset with BART for dissing him, particularly, in lieu of what have I done for you lately. Burris said that he had been a good House Negro keeping the secrets and protecting the Oakland Secret Matrix. Burris’ press conference was more like Malcolm’s reference to House Negroes’ cry about the master’s house fire, “our house is on fire.” It seems that Burris was more concerned about being dissed by occupants of the house (legal system) than the injustices and crimes perpetrated against the community. During the press conference, Burris kept referring to Oscar Grant’s friends as “Boys.” What was that all about? Coded?
In Johnny Come Lately & the Alameda County Mafia, I was puzzled why Burris directed a letter to BART Police Chief Gary Gee to look into and investigate the existence of an “unprofessional relationship” between BART Officers Tony Pirone and Johannes Mehserle that had been confidentially offered to him from some source. By the revelations in his press conference, I am quite now certain why.
To be foretold is to be forewarned. I maintained that that information was important and involved public safety whether or not these officers were secretly acting in concert as neo-Nazis, Klansmen, Minutemen, Birchers or the like.[8] Note the names of other officers involved in the officer involved mayhem and murder that night, Marysol Domenici, Jon Woffinden, and Emery Knudtson. [9] It sounds like members of the “Axis Forces” of World War II, the Gestapo.
What about 37-year old Michael Joseph Gibson? On Saturday, November 21, 2009, BART Gestapo caught the world’s eye again on video senselessly brutalizing a non resisting bipolar schizophrenic Gibson by hurling him into a glass plate window. Gibson’s only crime had been annoying BART patrons with a public exhibition of his mental suffering.
The Michael Joseph Gibson Affair could not have come at a worst time for BART’s PR campaign and national reputation, which was in the middle of an international spotlight involving the videotaped cold blood and senseless execution of Grant with his hands behind his back by BART Gestapo.
In the Gibson affair, BART decided to strike first as a psychological warfare PR tactic. They called a rare Sunday press conference to get ahead of the story to control once the video was exposed to the World. BART refused to identify the officer.
By Monday, “FOR YOUR EYES ONLY” good ole House Negro John Burris was on the case representing Gibson guarding and covering-up Matrix secrets; and absolutely nothing has been publicly released further about the Michael Joseph Gibson-BART Affair. Subsequently, the D.A. found no justified grounds to charge Gibson with felonies for resisting arrest and assaulting BART Gestapo. At the time of this posting, the name of the Gestapo officer is still shockingly SECRET!
The Michael Joseph Gibson Affair was obviously important to the public, the Oscar Grant Case and Mehserle’s upcoming murder trial as evidence of a custom, pattern and routine habit of senselessly brutalizing people of color.
It would also have a bearing on civil rights lawsuits under 42 U.S.C.A. §1983 against BART by developing and maintaining policies and customs which exhibited deliberate indifference to the constitutional rights of people of color in Oakland, namely, inadequate/improper investigation of citizen complaints of police misconduct; inadequate/improper recruitment, training of police officers; inadequate disciplining, sanctioning, and shielding of police officers who engage in unlawful conduct; and, inadequate training against a code of silence or” blue code” within the police department.
I maintain that BART is the product of Stanford Research Institute (SRI). SRI is the archetype of the BEAST Nazi War Criminal Obergruppenfuhrer SS Hans Kammler’s Sonderkommando (Special Unit) “think tank.” SS Kammler was secretly disappeared by the OSS out of Germany in May 1945 in Operation Paperclip. For decades, Jerry Brown has been a public enigma. He has been romanticized as a harmless old New Ager, a “Mr. Moonbeam”, but Brown has proven to be far more cunning, vicious, and dangerous than you could ever image.
The former Mayor of Oakland and Governor of California is an underground Jesuit Priest., a soldier of Christ and foot soldier of the Pope; and that he has always been a Jesuit Priest from the early 1960’s. He graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1956 and studied at Santa Clara University for his freshman year. In August 1958, he entered Sacred Heart Novitiate, a Jesuit seminary. [1]
Two years later in 1960, Brown took vows of poverty, chastity and obedience, and enrolled at the University of California at Berkeley. How long does it take to become a Jesuit? “A man becomes a Jesuit when he professes vows after two years of novitiate.” [2] Jerry Brown is a Vatican II Trojan Horse Jesuit, a priest that blends into the culture that surrounds them. [3]
Just what does it mean to us that Jerry Brown may be a Jesuit? Adolph Hitler answered the question years ago, “I have learnt most of all from the Jesuit Order. A good part of that organization I have transported direct to my own party. I will tell you a secret, I am founding an Order. In Himmler I see our Ignatius de Loyola.” [4]
One of the titles bestowed upon Nazi Karl M. Wiligut was that of “The Black Jesuit” because he loosely based the structure of the SS upon the fanatically-secretive Catholic Society of Jesuits. [5]
Karl Wiligut became Himmler’s advisor on mythological subjects and was for six years head of pre-historical research within the S.S. He designed the Totenkopfring (death head) worn by the S.S. and other rituals depicting elite racial purity and territorial conquest. [6]
According to author and researcher John Phelps, “The Jesuits are a military organization, not a religious order Their chief is a general of an army, not the mere father abbot of a monastery. And the aim of this organization is POWER. Power in its most despotic exercise. Absolute power, universal power, power to control the world by the volition of a single man… The General of the Jesuits insists on being master, sovereign, over the sovereign. Wherever the Jesuits are admitted they will be masters, cost what it may… Every act, every crime, however atrocious, is a meritorious work, if committed for the interest of the Society of the Jesuits, or by the order of the general.” [7]
It is extremely important to identify Jerry Brown as a Jesuit Priest. It would explain why as soon as he became Mayor of Oakland, he pushed and passed his “Strong Mayor” initiatives to give him more Power and control to play games with the public, the public’s mind, public treasury, redevelopment funds, and the Port of Oakland.
It would explain why Brown succeeded the fascist regime of Ronald Reagan in California. There was no significant change in the governorship after Reagan left, and Brown took over. It was a smooth transition from Reagan’s fascists to Brown’s fascists. It would explain why during his administration as governor of California so many children, wards of the court, and probationers of people of color were ordered into Jonestown as CIA medical/mind control guinea pigs by California courts.
It would explain Brown’s camaraderie and harboring in Oakland of Jesuit Priest Ivan Illich of Croatia and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. At the end of WWII, Illich was part of Croatian Monsignor Krunoslav Draganovic’s Vatican ratline of Eastern Europe that created secret havens for wanted Nazi war criminals; Reichsleiter Martin Bormann, Hauptsturmführers SS Josef Mengele & Klaus Barbie; the SS; ODESSA, Ante Pavelic and the members of the dreaded Ustashi in Latin America. [8]
Illich was part of the Yugoslav Roman Catholic Church under Bishops Saric and Stepinac that approved the puppet government of Ante Pavelic and the Ustashi, which was roughly equivalent to Himmler’s SS.
“The worst excesses by the Ustashi were perpetrated under Father Draganovic and Bishop Ivan Saric, the latter was called the “hangman” of Serbs and Jews. Synagogues were razed, concentration camps for Jews were established, where they were either massacred on the spot, or deported to Auschwitz for gassing. Of the 20,000 Jews, less than 10,000 survived.” [9]
It would explain Chauncey Bailey’s interest in the redevelopment files and documents that Brown ordered destroyed as he left office. It may have uncovered that the Catholic Church’s grand Cathedral of Light on Lakeshore Avenue (California Tidelands Act) was illegally built on public trust land. And, the “We the People” warehouse at 200 Harrison Street (Western Pacific Railroad Charter) was also public trust property that Brown illegally sold.
Charles Alex Gregory was ingenious in land banking public trust parcels. We have reason to suspect that Gregory may have secretly land banked that parcel or parcels within that immediate vicinity at Lake Merritt that disappeared from his office and files after his death.
It would also explain why the Third Reich has maintained a secret foothold for its flight capital in Oakland for decades. The 1933 Vatican/Third Reich Concordat was more than a treaty. It was a pact with the devil that survived WWII. It was a pact that was carried straight into Oakland, California, and Jerry Brown and the clandestine Society of Jesus keep the secrets, and continue to profit from Nazi WWII blood loot and gold.
OAKLAND: SAFEHAVEN FOR NAZI GOLD
As the Third Reich was coming to an end in World War II, the Allies found that the Nazis were hiding their assets and capital (both human and negotiable instruments) in neutral and allied countries—United States, England, Switzerland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey—in order to continue their 1,000 year Reich of world domination and racial mass murder, clandestinely.
To counter the Nazi flight capital agenda, the United States, Britain and France started operation “Safehaven” to probe, investigate, intercept and suppress secret Nazi foreign bank accounts, the Nazi wartime gold trade, and Third Reich war industries flight capital schemes abroad.
One of the Nazi war crime industries investigated by Operation Safehaven was Henkel & Cie A.G. (I.G. Farben) of Dusseldorf, Germany. [10] I.G. Farben is a chemical industry conglomerate of Nazi Germany. Its name is taken from Interessen-Gemeinschaft Farbenindustrie AG (lit. Community of interest of the dye industry).
One year before Hitler seized power, IG Farben donated 400,000 marks to Hitler and the Nazi party. After the Nazi seizure of power in Germany, IG Farben was the single largest profiteer of the Third Reich’s mass murder campaign, world war of aggression and plunder.[11]The Nuremberg War Criminal Tribunal convicted 24 IG Farben board members and executives on the basis of mass murder, slavery and crimes against humanity. [12]
In September 1945, Hugo, Jost and Konrad Henkel of Henkel & Cie A.G. were arrested and placed under Allied control. Hugo Henkel was one of the 42 Third Reich industrialists on the list of war criminals of a Special Committee of the U.S. Senate, the Kilgore Committee. The report by the Kilgore Committee noted: “The great German industrialists were beginning supporters of Nazism, the German heavy industry and high finance enabled the Nazis to seize power, and the conversion of the economy on a war economy took place under the direct guidance of the German industrialist, … . that were perfectly complicit with these facts, … of the war crimes of the Nazis.” [13]
In 1932, Jost Henkel had introduced Adolf Hitler in the Industry Club of Dusseldorf. Jost was later appointed Reich for the Third Reich defense industry. [14] In 1945, Konrad Henkel was indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal.
Konrad Henkel was a chemist that worked with Nobel Prize winner, Professor Richard Kuhn. Henkel helped Kuhn develop the nerve agent Soman. Soman, also known by its NATO designation GD (O-Pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridate) is an extremely toxic chemical substance. It is a nerve agent, interfering with normal functioning of the mammalian nervous system by inhibiting the cholinesterase enzyme. As a chemical weapon, it is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations according to UN Resolution 687. [15]
NSDAP Reichsleiter/Hitler’s Personal Secretary Martin Bormann noted from his reports that the movement of Third Reich assets into Switzerland had gone well. Bormann secret flight capital investment scheme had been accomplished principally through the establishment of underground subsidiaries of powerful Nazi war industry firms. Over half the total Nazi capital in Switzerland was used in setting up holding companies representing I.G. Farben, Merck, Siemens, Osram, Henkel, and others. [16]
One of Henkel’s holding companies setup with Third Reich flight capital by Reichsleiter Bormann was Clorox, Inc. of Oakland. [17]Henkel & Cie A.G. (I.G. Farben) of Dusseldorf, Germany is also a named Nazi industrial entity that used Holocaust victims as slave/forced laborers, and illicitly profited from such slave/forced labor at 6 outposts of concentration camps of Buchenwald and Sachsenhausen.[18]
Prior to Henkel, Clorox had been setup with Proctor & Gamble, Inc. In the U.S., I.G. Farben had commercial interests or outright ownership in dozens of major companies, many of them in pharmaceuticals, such as Bayer, Monsanto Chemical, Dow Chemical, Lederle Laboratories, Hoffman-LaRoche Laboratories, Squibb and Sons Pharmaceuticals, and Proctor & Gamble. [19]
During the early forties, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood instituted, “The Negro Project.” The goal was to pull African American leaders and preachers into the Planned Parenthood/eugenics movement so as to make the black community embrace the concepts birth control. In a letter she wrote to her cohort Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, heir of Proctor & Gamble, she said, “we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out the idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members”[20]
THE NAZI TROJAN HORSE, THE NEW OAKLAND COMMITTEE
The New Oakland Committee (NOC) was principally setup by industrialist William F. Knowland of the Oakland Tribune, Henry J. Kaiser of Kaiser, Inc. and Stephen D. Bechtel of Bechtel, Inc.[21]
After the assassination of Dr. Marcus Foster in November 1973 and false flag kidnapping of Patty Hearst, former U.S. Senator William F. Knowland became alarmed at the long shadow that the SS was casting over Oakland; and the U.S. Constitution. He wanted out, but he had gone too far to turn around. He knew too much. On February 23, 1974, Knowland was suicided by a Helms-SS von Bolschwing CIA/Artichoke team.
Currently, NOC is principally controlled and directed by a conglomerate of Kaiser, Bechtel; and Clorox, Inc; all second wave underground Third Reich Trojan Horses. Their game is always the same, world dominion and genocide of people of color.
NOC is a boots on ground nerve center for a ultra conservative-fascist Republican network. The covert mission of the NOC is to control the change of demographics in Oakland; and suppress the independent economic, spiritual and political power and aspirations of people of color by whatever means necessary (means justify the end), crack cocaine. The NOC gave us Lionel Wilson of the Alameda County Superior Court Mafia as the first Black Mayor of Oakland. [22]
With Lionel Wilson setup as the chief executive officer of Oakland, his son “Mr. Steve” was setup as the drug kingpin of Hauptsturmführer SS Klaus Barbie’s Latin America cocaine trafficking cartels, distribution was controlled through the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York crime mob families. [23] Barbie’s SS (Knights of the Black Sun) network out of Bolivia and Colombia had been recruited by the CIA to supply the CIA’s cocaine distribution rings of the Contras.
In some extremely exceptional land transactions, “Mr. Steve” was given deeds, quit pro quo, to several valuable parcels of land abutting Kaiser Hospital around 38th and Cerrito Avenue that had been seized by Kaiser, Inc. to expand the hospital. [24] The parcels were subsequently seized by the Feds in 1988 as part of the assets of “Mr. Steve’s” drug trafficking industry. [25]
At the same time, Charles Alex Gregory had been lured into the same area of Cerrito Avenue by Kaiser, Inc. to manage some of the (duplexes) properties seized for planned hospital expansion. I suspect that Kaiser, Inc. was trying to draw Gregory into joining Mr. Steve’s CIA drug trafficking cartel instead of independently creating economic and educational opportunities for people of color. Gregory wouldn’t bite or rejected drug trafficking all together. The genius that he was, Gregory had figured out how to make millions legally in ways most responsive to the needs of his community.
The Kaiser parcels were deeded to Mr. Steve through a cutout real estate holding company (Cordillera Corporation) in Englewood, Colorado controlled by the powerful Blue Family. Senior James N. Blue as president signed the deeds. James is the father of Linden and Neal. The influential Blue Family is General Atomic Technologies Corporation of San Diego, CA. [26]
General Atomic worked with Strumbannfuhrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun’s NASA on Project Orion, and other central projects. Project Orion was the first engineering design study of a spacecraft powered by nuclear pulse propulsion, an idea proposed first by Stanisław Ulam during 1947. The project, initiated in 1958, envisioned the explosion of atomic bombs behind the craft and was led by Ted Taylor at General Atomics. [27]
Linden S. Blue, co-founder of Cordillera, is a fanatical Republican ultra conservative that has a particularly interesting military-intelligence background. Linden is Skull and Bones. [28] He is a member of Burham Institute, Center for Security Policy, and The Hudson Institute in Washington, DC. [29]
The Hudson Institute is an ultra conservative military intelligence think tank founded in 1961 by military strategist Herman Kahn and his colleagues at the RAND Corporation. The Hudson Institute is supported by donations from companies and individuals. Corporate contributors include Eli Lilly and Company, Monsanto Company, DuPont, Dow-Elanco, Sandoz, Ciba-Geigy, ConAgra, Cargill, and Procter & Gamble. [30]
Linden was a member of PRODEMCA. PRODEMCA, aka Friends of the DemocraticCenter in Central America, was “founded to support incipient democratic processes in Central America. It has a controversial history because of its advocacy of the Nicaraguan Contras and involvement in the Iran/Contra scandal.” [31]
Linden reportedly owns a large plantation/ranch in Costa Rica. Costa Rica was the home base of the CIA Contras and Bolivian/Columbian Cocaine. On January 4, 1982, Reagan signed the top secret National Security Decision Directive 17 (NSDD-17) giving the CIA the authority to recruit and support the Contras with $19 million in military aid to topple the democratic government of its neighbor, Nicaragua. President Reagan had accused the Sandinistas of Nicaragua of importing Cuban-style socialism and aiding leftist guerrillas in El Salvador. [32]
The Reagan administration’s support for the Contras continued to stir controversy well into the 1990s. In August 1996, San Jose Mercury News reporter Gary Webb published a series titled Dark Alliance, alleging that the CIA/NSC Contras was a dominate factor in the widespread epidemic rise of crack cocaine in California, [33] Oakland, California. [34]
After Edgar F. Kaiser and Stephen D. Bechtel, James Vohs of Kaiser, and Robert B. Shetterly of Clorox, Inc. spearheaded NOC. Shetterly had come into Oakland with Martin Bormann’s flight capital subsidiary, Proctor & Gamble. Shetterly had been with Proctor & Gamble since graduating from the University of Rochester in 1936. Shetterly’s benefactor at Proctor & Gamble was the heir of the company, Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, an ardent racist.
During the 1930-1940’s, Gamble was one the world’s most sadistic eugenic proponents. In North Carolina, Dr. Gamble used his fortune to fund atrocities, horrific sterilizations of the poor and children of color. “All children enrolled in the school district of Winston-Salem, N.C., were given a special “intelligence test.” Those children who scored below a certain arbitrary low mark were then cut open and surgically sterilized.” [35]
According to the official story of Gamble’s North Carolina sterilization program,
“In Winston-Salem and in [nearby] Orange County, North Carolina, the [Sterilization League’s] field committee had participated in testing projects to identify school age children who should be considered for sterilization. The project in Orange County was conducted by the University of North Carolina and was financed by a ‘Mr. Hanes,’ a friend of Clarence Gamble and supporter of the field work project in North Carolina. The Winston-Salem project was also financed by Hanes.” [“Hanes” was underwear mogul James Gordon Hanes, a trustee of Bowman Gray Medical School and treasurer of Alice Gray’s group]….”
Dr. Gamble, Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, subscribe to a Hitlerian philosophy of eugenics, the science of improving racial health by socially engineering human reproduction. They called for segregation of the unfit in concentration camps.
When the Nazis that administered the state compulsory sterilization program went on trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Nuremberg after World War II, they justified the mass-sterilizations (over 450,000 in less than a decade) by citing the United States (Dr. Gamble, Sanger among others) as their confederate and inspiration.
At the bottom of the NOC apex are the Negroes. Paul Cobb of Post Newspaper Group and Alfonza Galloway of the NAACP were among them. The very bottom of the apex is madeup of a network of bottom feeders left over from the FBI’s ghetto Informant Programs. At the sign of any progressive movement whether religious, civil or economic in the community, ghetto informers swarm. It happened to Charles Alex Gregory.
At the time of Gregory’s assassination, Vohs, manager, chairman and CEO of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals was you know who, a director and major shareholder of Henkel & Cie A.G. Sitting on the board of directors with Vohs was Christoph Henkel, son of Nazi war criminal, Konard Henkel.
After Gregory’s assassination, Vohs supported Gregory’s friend, G. Billy Hunter, for a Congressional run against Ronald Dellums. Vohs also received the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice Cross “For Church and Pope”, given by the pope to those especially zealous in outstanding service in the Church. He was honored for his leadership of the Cathedral of Light project from its inception. Vohs, Shetterly, President of Clorox, and other key white members of NOC connected to Clorox, Kaiser and Bechtel were linked to the Lincoln Club of Northern California (LCNC).
LCNC is an ultra conservative Republican political action group/think tank that manipulates federal, state, regional and local elected offices by illusions and deception. LCNC members include ultra conservative Republicans; CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies and elected officials,[36] the New World Order (NWO). It includes ultra conservative NWO Republicans Condoleezza Rice and George P. Shultz out of Stanford University, the handmaiden of the U.S.military-industrial-medical-congressional complex. [37] Former U.S. Secretary of State Shultz is board member, senior counsel and former president of Bechtel, Inc. [38]
In 1994, James A. Vohs was designated chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The bank is part of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank System (FRBS). During the 1950’s, Croatian Monsignor Krunoslav Draganovic laundered gold worth millions from Nazi war criminals Ante Pavelic and the Ustashi into the Vatican Bank. From the Vatican Bank, the gold was further laundered through the FRBS. [39] One of the founders of FRBS was J. Henry Schroeder of the Schroeder’s Cologne banking firm that supported Hitler’s raise to power.
Before World War II, the (Allen and John Foster) Dulles brothers had been appointed to the board of the J. Henry Schroder Bank with offices in Wall Street, London, Zurich, and Hamburg. The Dulles brothers were senior partners in Sullivan & Cromwell, the Wall Street law firm that represented the legal interests of the Rockefeller Empire. Allen Dulles was general counsel of the Schroder Bank, which served as a link between the Rockefellers, London banks, and German high finance. His clients included the I.G. Farben chemical trust and the Fritz Thyssen steel trust,[40] Nazi criminal war industries.
The Soviet magazine New Times carried a two-part series on the J. Henry Schroder Bank in February 1947 by Trud correspondent A. Leonidov. Leonidov charges that this Anglo-German-U.S. bank’s influence spread literally to every artery of modern capitalist society: banks and heavy industry, diplomacy and military staffs, influential political parties, military and political intelligence. [41]
A scion of the Schroder family was Baron Kurt von Schroder, grandson of the founder of the Schroder Bank. Kurt von Schroder was head of the I.H. Stein Bank of Cologne, the personal bank of both Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler. The J. Henry Schroder Bank served as the official agent of the I.H. Stein Bank in London. [42]
Writes Leonidov, This was the Baron Schroder who … arranged the notorious meeting of Hitler with the Ruhr kings when the latter decided to turn over power to the Nazis and to furnish Hitler with funds, thereby paving the way to World War II. [43]
NOC: BECHTEL & SCHROEDER
In 1931, the Bechtels of Oakland was asked to put up $8 million working capital for the Boulder Dam job. They did manage to come up with $5 million, financed by the Schroder-Rockefeller group. Their later success has been due principally to their connection with the international financiers. [44]
Bechtel had been rescued in its time of need by J. Henry Schroder and Avery Rockefeller. John Lowery Simpson, vice president of J. Henry Schroder, was placed on Bechtel’s board as chairman of its finance committee, in total charge of the company’s financial arrangements. Huge government contracts followed this connection as naturally as night follows day. [45]
The New York Times announced the debut of Schroder-Rockefeller on July 9, 1936, with Avery Rockefeller, son of Percy, allied in a new holding company. Avery’s grandfather was James Stillman, who built the National City Bank to a giant concern. Avery Rockefeller held 42% of the stock in Schroder-Rockefeller; Baron Bruno von Schroder of London and Baron Kurt von Schroder of Cologne (who was Hitler’s personal banker) held 47%. [46]
SCHROEDER & SS OTTO VON BOLSCHWING
According to the Dulles Brothers, CIA Director Richard Helms and the National Security Agency, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (The Beast of Bucharest) was brought into the United States in the interest of National Security. Bolschwing was educated at the University of London and the University of Breslau. He joined the Nazi Party on April 1, 1932 and developed an import/export business, owned a coal mine, and was involved with several drug companies. [47]
When Hitler and Nazi Party gained power in Germany, he joined the SS and became an intelligence officer at the Jewish desk with the infamous Adolf Eichmann. [48] An international slick cultured espionage expert, Bolschwing worked with the German branches of General Electric and Standard Oil. He was in charge of some important funds that came through Nazi/Himmler’s connections with Allen Dulles in the Schroeder Bank of New York. [49]
After the end of WWII in 1945 as part of the Himmler’s underground plan to reemerge behind enemy’s lines stronger than ever, he volunteered his services and SS espionage network to the Allies and U.S. Army’s CIC. In 1947, he became a member of the Reinhard Gehlen’s OSS/CIA espionage and spy organization. He came to the United States in 1954 and got a job with Chabot Industries, and Alfred Driscoll, former governor of New Jersey and president of Warner-Lambert Drug Company. [50]
At the end of April 1968, after the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Little Bobby Hutton, Reinhard Gehlen retired to Germany leaving SS Bolschwing to head the CIA/Gehlen Org. At the end of April 1968, SS Bolschwing became the most powerful and dangerous underground Knight of the Black Sun in the Western Hemisphere. By June 1968, Robert F. Kennedy would be dead leading to Richard Milhouse Nixon obtaining the most powerful public office in the world, the President of the United States.
In regards to Nixon, Ivan Illich wouldn’t have been more explicit, “Dr. Hutschnecker, the “psychiatrist” who treated Mr. Nixon before he was qualified as a candidate, recommended to the President that all children between six and eight be professionally examined to ferret out those who have destructive tendencies, and that obligatory treatment be provided for them. If necessary, their re-education in special institutions should be required. This memorandum from his doctor the President sent for evaluation to HEW. Indeed, preventive concentration camps for predelinquents would be a logical improvement over the school system.” [51]
By his own admission, Dr. Arnold Hutschnecker, a psychoanalyst, did SS duty at a concentration camp in Nazi Germany before he came to the United States. [52] In March 1936, Heinrich Himmler was put in charge of Germany’s concentration camps. He formed a special unit from the Schutzstaffel (SS) called Totenkopfverbande (Death’s Head Units) to manage all concentration camps. Dr. Hutschnecker was one of Himmler’s Death Heads. The SS had control of Nixon since the early 1950’s. Dr. Hutschnecker actually had the President of the United States send his plan on official White House stationary to the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) to implement, not recommend, not study, not evaluate, but implement.
Illich may have known about the Nazi’s plan to setup (Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, Margaret Sanger) eugenic concentration camps for Black children before it was leaked to the public. Illich’s book, DESCHOOLING SOCIETY (1971),[53]may also have been a pretext to that plan. Additionally, Illich had known that Nixon had been under SS control before he was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1950.
Illich was part of a secret ring of Nazis and collaborators tied into vast reserves of Nazi gold and the 1000 Year Reich. Right under our noses in Oakland, Jerry Brown harbored Illich at “We the People Foundation” around the Third Reich’s second and third wave in what he called, “The Oakland Table.” [54] Brown’s “We the People” didn’t include us. It meant “Them.”
In 1969, Richard Helms’ most influential, powerful and clandestine CIA officer joined Trans-International Computer Investment Corporation (TCI) in Silicon Valley-Sacramento, California and became vice-president of the company, a hub of conspirators to the Iran/Contra Cocaine Ring.[55] Reinhard Gehlen worked for TCI during the time he was helping Richard Nixon run for President.[56]
In 1979, the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) in charge of ferreting out Nazis illegally in the United States finally caught up with SS Otto von Bolschwing. In U.S. v. Von Bolschwing, Civil Case No. S-81-308 MLS (E.D. Calif. 18 Dec. 1981), OSI moved to strip Bolschwing of his U.S. citizenship and deport him back to Germany for lying about his Nazi past.
In an absolutely bizarre and unprecedented legal maneuver, another division of the justice department interceded in von Bolschwing’s behalf in the interest of National Security. SS Bolschwing also had high level top secret clearances with the Department of Defense and the Pentagon.
Deputy U.S. Attorney General, Rodney Smith, demanded that the district court seal SS Bolschwing sensitive court records and bar OSI depositions of him in the interest of National Security.
As a result, the High Priest of the Black Sun’s sensitive court records was sealed by a consent judgment. The justice department also allowed him to remain in the country. He was allegedly terminally ill. Somebody was indeed terminally ill in a nursing home in Carmichael near Sacramento, but who could be sure that it was SS Bolschwing. Top Nazis, Hitler, Himmler, Goering, Goebbels, etc., always employed doubles (doppelgangers) as matter of practice.
Bolschwing was a high priest of the occult (Cult of the Black Sun). He served directly under the horrific Gestapo and some of the most fanatic racial mass murders in history, SS-Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler, Brigadefuhrer Walter Schellenberger, Obergruppenfuhrer Hangman Reinhard Heydrick (The Blond Beast), Obergruppenfuhrer Ernst Kaltenbrunner, and Obersturmbannführer Adolf Eichmann.
After Himmler, Schellenberger and Kaltenbrunner, Bolschwing had to have been one of the most powerful SS racial extremist out of Nazi Germany. After the war, he was also one of their most indispensable among the SS. Bormann controlled most of the Nazi Gold from the Nazi party and Nazi industrialist investments. Bolschwing with his immense network of contacts of international bankers, industrialists and spies controlled a large portion of the SS vast reserves of gold and securities, the key to the SS underground.
Nevertheless, U.S. v. Von Bolschwing demonstrates that SS von Bolschwing high level within the U.S. National Security State and CIA is not at all exaggerated or overblown.
The question remains who he trained in the Sacramento-San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area and the United States as the Nazi’s 1000 Year Reich second wave. In the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area, it was retired California Appellate Judge William A. Newsom. Newsom is the father of San Francisco Mayor, Gavin Newsom.
William A. Newsom’s father, also named William Newsom, was a close friend of Edmund G. (Pat) Brown, Sr., who rose from San Francisco district attorney to governor of California. He remains friends with Pat Brown’s son, California Attorney General, former Oakland Mayor and former California Governor Jerry Brown.
Newsom’s late sister Barbara was once married to Ron Pelosi, brother-in-law of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He is also a close friend of billionaire Gordon Getty, son and heir of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, whom he met in the late 1940s while attending St. Ignatius Catholic prep school in San Francisco.
Newsom is the gatekeeper of the Gordon Getty Family Trust Fund, an inheritance from J. (Jean) Paul Getty. J. Paul Getty was a friend and admirer of Adolf Hitler. Getty appears to have been at the center of a shadowy group of financiers that provided support to Nazi Germany in the early days of WWII. A dossier says Getty sold one million barrels of oil to Germany. The fuel had to be delivered via Russia, a German ally at the time, because a British blockade was in place. Getty had acquired most of his wealth by unlawfully trading with the enemy, Nazi Germany.
At the time, I was puzzled why Ronald Dellums picked up Gavin Newsom’s Press Aide, David Chai, as his Chief of Staff versus a local product. Gavin wealth in the millions came through his Getty family blood money connections. In 2005, Chai was on Wall Street (Schroeder-Rockefeller) in New York City handling reporters’ inquiries about contracts and ethics, among other matters, for Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the eighth richest billionaire American. Chai is back with Mayor Newsom as some type of city business czar. Instead of Bormann Democrats, they’re Bolschwing Democrats.
By the way, the federal drug trafficking case against Mr. Steve was dismissed due to the unavailability of the key prosecution witness, Guilermo Diaz, a Mexico Alien. The FBI had documented that Mr. Steve had excellent social and business relations with the Consulate General of Mexico in Beverly Hills. Nevertheless, amazingly, Diaz was released from prison and disappeared into Mexico. Mr. Steve never did a day in jail. He allegedly subsequently found religion or safe haven at J. Alfred Smith’s Allen Temple in East Oakland.
J. Alfred Smith had studied at the Intercultural Center of Documentation in Cuernavaca with Jerry Brown’s spiritual Nazi mentor, Croatian Jesuit Priest Ivan Illich. City. During the late 1960’s, Jerry Brown was also studying in Mexico. I wonder if it was Illich’s Center of Documentation with J. Alfred Smith.
THE ESTATE OF CHARLES A. GREGORY & THE MYSTERIOUS LAWYER OF VATICAN CITY?
In 2005, Michael R. Lauer, a mysterious white lawyer raised his ugly head in the affairs of the Late Charles Alex Gregory. For an attorney, Lauer has an extremely veiled background. There are no public pictures of him. Almost nothing is known about him except the fact that he apparently is allowed to weld a great deal of hushed power in Oakland. Lauer went after a weak link in the Gregory family to penetrate the strong family bond, Charles’s baby sister, Janet Gregory-McCarroll.
At the time of his death in April 1992, Charles was a multi-millionaire. Charles’ brother said that he kept a large map in his office of the Oakland-Bay Area filed with dozens of different colored stick pins.
Charles told his brother that some colored pins presented properties that he had land banked, and others represented properties in different stages of acquisition. After his death, the map disappeared. An extremely professional cleanup team had entered his offices minutes after his plane went down, and removed the map, deeds, phone records, documents and the hard drives of his computer.
Deliberately, the team left along some parcels and approved lots that were left to the family in inheritance. After the lapse of a certain amount of time, Lauer’s job was obviously to liquidate those properties by whatever means necessary (means justify the end). Lauer went after Charles’ brother, John E. Gregory, the executor-administrator of the estate, an officer of the court.
In an absolutely bizarre case, Lauer accused John of fraud for “disappearances.” That is correct, “disappearances.” Disappearances of what, properties and lots of the Estate of Charles A. Gregory that were ordered sold by Alameda County Superior Judges setting in probate. [57]
In the absolute abuse of the judicial system in combination with Superior Court Judge Cecilia Castellanos of Mexico, Brother John was thrown in jail in contempt of court for being unable to explain literally “disappearances.” Judge Castellanos went further to agreed with Lauer that Brother John had committed fraud. She additional threw Brother John in default and slapped him with a default judgment for about a half million dollars for the lost to Ms. McCarroll’s inheritance interest.[58]
Well, each and every piece of property that Lauer and Judge Castellanos found that Brother John made disappear was ordered sold by an order of a Superior Court Probate Judge. In an absolutely unprecedented legal exercise, Brother John had to subpoena to Judge Castellano’s courtroom each and every judge including the First Appellate District of California Associate Justice Sandra Lynn Margulies that signed some of the orders to sale, and the attorneys that collected legal fees for selling the properties to indemnify him and to share pro-rata in Ms. McCarroll’s lost inheritance interest for over a half million dollars; and as co-conspirators to Lauer and Judge Castellano’s “disappearances.” [59]
Subsequently, Judge Castellanos set aside the default and default judgment against Brother John. She found that she had absolutely no jurisdiction to reopen and go about to charge the probate court’s administrator with fraud after Superior Court Judges had ordered the properties sold, and entered a final settlement judgment of the Estate of Charles Alex Gregory giving Brother John limited judicial immunity for acting as an officer of the court. [60] Judge Castellanos’ excuse for her judicial malfeasance, she hadn’t reviewed the court files. She refused to review the court files. She didn’t have to review the court files. Castellanos’ court was a “special court” like something out of Nazi Germany setup explicitly to punish and imprison anyone opposing the Third Reich. She was beyond the law. She was part of the Alameda County Superior Court Mafia.
After Judge Castellanos bailed out of the case, Lauer didn’t like the options that Superior Judge Carl W. Morris offered him. Judge Morris balked at doing his bidding. Lauer dismissed the case, and reopened a new front against Brother John by refiling basically the same lawsuit on 8/29/07 [61] within weeks of dismissing the first case.
Charles Gregory’s few remaining parcels and lots weren’t worth a great deal. It wasn’t worth and didn’t justify 5 years of Lauer’s aggressive and relentless legal attacks against Brother John and the GregoryFamily. In the new case, after three years, Lauer settled on a smooth talking Superior Court Judge to do his biddings, Marshall Whitley.
In 2009, Lauer bailed out of the case and placed Black Attorney Fayedine Coulter in his stead. Coulter was the bankruptcy attorney for Black Muslim Bakery. [62] Coulter had been a central figure in the Black Muslim Bakery False Flag Operation; and the assassination of Chauncey Bailey.
The Alameda County Mafia contends that Bailey had been assassinated by members of the Black Muslim Bakery fearing that he was going to publish a story about the bakery’s bankruptcy and financial turmoil.[63]
Who had been in the best position to feed confidential financial information about the bakery to Chauncey Bailey as a pretext to his assassination? What little we know about Michael R. Lauer is that he makes frequent trips to Europe, Italy. Vatican City? I will follow-up on the dog and pony show in Lauer’s Gregory v. Gregory in the next part.
CALIFORNIA: THE BEAST RAISES ITS HEAD
LCNC gave California former ultra conservative Republican Governor Pete Wilson, but their most shining accomplishment was manipulating Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler’s Lebensborn Experiment, Arnold Schwarzenegger, into the governorship.
Arnold’s father, Gustav Schwarzenegger was a SA Stormtrooper of Nazi Germany. The SA was Martin Bormann’s NSDAP (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or National Socialist German Workers’ Party) paramilitary wing.[64]
According to documents obtained in 2003 from the Austrian State Archives by the Los Angeles Times, which was after the expiration of a 30-year seal of his records under Austrian privacy law, Gustav Schwarzenegger voluntarily applied to join the Nazi Party in 1938. He also voluntarily applied to become a member of the Sturmabteilung (SA) under Stabschefs Viktor Lutze and Wilhelm Schepmann.
Up and until 1988 when George H.W. Bush was elected president, Arnold Schwarzenegger had been one of his most visible demonic sons of Scarface SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Skorzeny’s die Spinne (“the spider”) worldwide network.
In Austria, Schwarzenegger had also gathered political support and blessings from Helene von Damm, Reagan’s Ambassador to Austria. In California, Von Damm had been one of Bolschwing’s SS agents. She had been implanted as Reagan chief appointment secretary in Sacramento and the White House. Nothing went through Reagan’a office that the Bolschwing ring weren’t aware of. Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (The Beast of Bucharest) would’ve been proud of his legacy.
Neoslavery is an economic condition, a small knot of men exercising the property rights of their established economic order, organizing and controlling the life style of the slave as if he were in fact property. Succinctly: an economic condition which manifests itself in the total loss or absence of self-determination. Only after this is understood and accepted can we go on to the dialectic that will help us in a remedy.
[34] Personal Interview with Gary Webb, he said that one of Oakland’s main drug dealers in the CIA Iran/Contra drug trafficking ring was the late Rudolph Henderson. According FBI/DEA wiretaps, Henderson had been part of “Mr. Steve’s drug Oakland cartel.
MINISTER OF DEFENSE, HUEY P. NEWTON- HE WON THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF THE PEOPLE
HUEY P. NEWTON: HIS REPUTATION HAD PRECEDED HIM
When I graduated from high school, I had been pretty much colonialized. I was a Manchild caught in a dilemma between being a street hustler, thug or a factory worker. My high school experience at a predominately white school had only reaffirmed and reinforced my interiority complex. Being Black, I truly believed that I had no other options.
I wasn’t a hustler. I truly loved my sisters. To me, my sisters were truly beautiful and fascinating. I didn’t have the heart or desire to live a life taking advantage of them. I loved to read and write poetry rhymes. I was completely satisfied to find a dark counter at the public library with a stack of books and read my life away.
I couldn’t be a thug. I had gained a decent reputation as an accomplished street fighter, but I didn’t have the heart or desire to harm anyone. I was a good athlete too, but I didn’t have the money or resources to pay for a physical or the equipment to play high school sports.
I wasn’t a factory worker. Most of my in-laws made a pretty good living at the Chevrolet Plant in Fremont or other factories. I loved the outdoors. My favorite past time was being in the open air and basting in the sun at a local city park like Lincoln Square Recreation Center in Downtown Oakland. I loved exploring the shores of Jack London Square where I spent vast hours alone walking along the shores of the coastal waters. Growing up to be a self realizing Blackman wasn’t an option.
After graduating from high school, I didn’t know what to do with my life. My dream was to be a railroad Pullman porter and melt away into a life of invisibility and interiority. I was hopelessly confused.
One day, I followed a couple of sisters that graduated with my class to a local college. They were twins, Brenda and Glenda. My cousin had married Glenda as a high school sweetheart joined the military and left for the Vietnam conflict in Southeast Asia. I had a puppy dog crush on Brenda. I had dreams of marrying Brenda and joining my cousin in Southeast Asia and returning home a decorated war hero. I had no idea what war was other than a stage show on a Hollywood set. I was in a fantasy and extremely naïve.
When I broke through the glass double doors of Merritt Jr. College at 59th and Grove, my life changed. I had never been on a college campus in my life. There were girls of every description everywhere. It was another playground for a Manchild. I decided then that I wanted to be a college student.
I had absolutely no idea how to read a college schedule. I picked my classes regardless of the times, days, units or prerequisites. I picked my classes by looking at the titles, “hum-hum-this sounds good, this looks good, and this sounds good.” I had no idea what a prerequisite was. I had no idea what a class conflict was. One day, a couple of older sisters noticed that filling out a class schedule was beyond my understanding, and sat down with me and showed me how to fill it out properly. A white college counselor had signed my class schedule conflicts and all, like 25 class credit units. He didn’t care. He assumed that I wouldn’t be there long.
At Merritt, Brenda had found another brother as a suitor. I was somewhat broken hearted that I couldn’t join my cousin in matrimony and in Vietnam. My heart and attention then went to a beautiful young lady from Richmond named Johnnie. The word in the grapevine was that she was hard as rocks. She had come up hard, very hard actually fighting grown men off her. The amazing thing was she had been successful. Nobody got close to her. Johnnie was tough as nails, but we had a lot of laughs and good times.
A relationship with Johnnie was difficult if not impossible. She had been claimed by one of the most notorious thugs in Richmond. It was suicide to be caught anyplace near her. I found Johnnie regardless of her background, sweet, gentle, quiet and kind. Our affection was mutual. Our moments together were confined to campus. I wished that I could grow wings and fly her away from her troubles. I was a Manchild full of innocent fantasy and dreams and barely able to take care of himself.
It wasn’t long before Brenda, Glenda, and Johnnie dropped out. I found myself getting high, hanging out on campus and flirting with all sorts of young ladies of all races. The Manchild had found a new playground. I became a campus playboy, a campus clown.
One day, I had spent the day drinking and getting high with the brothers. That evening I was hanging out in the hallway in front of the campus cafeteria cutting it up with a couple of brothers. One brother was giving me the campus lowdown.
That’s “Michael the Pimp.” Michael was a local fixture. Michael was a light skinned brother with a process hairdo. Michael was always good to stop, talk, laugh and for a conversation. He was a hapless heroin addict that hung around campus. I don’t think anyone took him seriously even the women found him harmless and most irrelevant.
“That’s Marcellus, he is a professional boxer.” Marcellus was a bully and a self centered individual with a head full of greasy Gerri-curls, God’s gift to women. He made a beeline straight to cafeteria to impress the young ladies without looking around.
“That’s Huey.” Huey was a rather ordinary sized brother with an arm full of books. He was modestly dressed. I noticed that he buttoned his shirt all the way up to the neck. The brother suddenly straightened his back and became alert. He respectfully nodded, and the rest of us got the clue and straightened up real quick and nodded our heads in unison. In passing, Huey acknowledged us and nodded respectfully in return, and entered the cafeteria. “That’s Huey. Don’t mess with him!”
Huey’s reputation had preceded him. From that day on, when Huey passed me in the hallway it always the same, straighten up and straighten up quick no matter how high you was. Huey didn’t talk much. He talked with his eyes. Huey’s girlfriend was a tall beautiful sister with long black hair named Laverne Williams. She was an opera singer and a serious music major. Huey was prelaw.
One day, Huey and Laverne passed me in the hall. As usual, I was holding up the wall in the hallway high. Laverne looked at me and whispered something to Huey about me. I wanted to blend into the woodwork to avoid his attention. Huey glanced at me for a moment and continued down the hallway. Here it was, one of the most bad-assed brothers on campus and his significant one didn’t like me. I wanted to disappear into the walls.
One evening, I rolled around to the brothers in the hallway in front of the cafeteria. One brother told me, “man, you just missed it. Huey and Marcellus just got in it.” My heart sunk to my stomach, Huey got beat down by a professional middle weigh boxer, I thought. The brother continued in utter amazement, “man, Huey cleaned out Marcellus.” My mouth dropped wide open. I said to myself, “this Huey P. Newton cat is for real!”
From then on each time Laverne passed me, she continued to whisper something to Huey about me. It made me feel so little, miserable, and a failure not to be able to live up to her and now Huey’s expectations. I wasn’t serious about my education. I was at Merritt to get high, play and clown around with the young ladies. She could see right through me.
One day she passed me in the hallway with Huey, she said something about me again. Huey talked with his eyes. He never looked at me in a despairingly manner. On his day he sort of nodded and with reassuring look in his eye said, “He will be all right.” I knew that I had to get serious about education, and straighten my life out from then on.
Laverne didn’t know it, but I had decided that I wanted to be like Huey, manly, quiet, respected, and a serious student. I would ultimately win her respect and friendship. That really meant a lot to me.
THE BEGINNING: SOUL STUDENTS ADVISORY COUNCIL
It was 1966. A new awareness was breaking out all over campus, each day there were spontaneous groups of black and white students engaging in vigorous political debates about Civil Rights, and the Vietnam War. One of several Black students that stood out in the debates in regards to having an incredible cyclopedia-like recall of references and historical details was Bobby Seale. I had never seen Black men stand up to debate whites regarding any subject, whether history, psychology, philosophy, it didn’t matter. There didn’t seem to be subject that the brothers weren’t aware of. The heated debates lasted into the evenings, and I tried not to miss a moment.
There was Isaac Moore, Ken Freemen, Leo Bazile, Ernie Allen, and others. They were brilliant and beautiful in debate. Isaac Moore and Ken Freeman became my wise, faithful and patient mentors and teachers. Bobby, Ken and particularly Isaac Moore, took time to school and mentor me through the draft. I wouldn’t have made it without them. I subsequently discovered that Bobby Seale was Huey’s closest confidents. They were a prefect match. Bobby was charismatic, outgoing, boisterous, and an extremely fluent public speaker. Bobby had once been a comedian. Huey was intellectual, modest, and extremely reserved.
The brothers and sisters on campus began to find a common cause among them, and agreed that there was a need to organize on campus around their causes, issues and needs. Some of brothers reasoned that there were numerous student groups with a common union funded by student fees, but none of them addressed the needs and issues of Black people. Why not organize a student group that would meet on campus around a common cause and union to regularly discuss and address issues important to Black students and people of color. It was Bobby Seale that always constantly emphasized the significance and uniqueness of the “soul” of people of color; soul music and soul food. It carried the day. The brothers and sisters formed Soul Students Advisory Council of the Associated Students of Merritt Jr. College. I believe that Leo Bazile became the first president of the new student union. I was in another world. It was a beautiful educational experience for me. I was like a fly on the wall. I tried not to miss anything.
One issue was common and pressing to most the brothers and sisters on campus was the unjust Vietnam War, and the draft. Ernie Allen called a press conference on campus, and publicly declared his opposition to the war and became one of the first to refuse to be drafted into a war against his conscious and the Yellow brothers and sisters of Southeast Asia fighting the same enemy that people of color were facing in this country. I was absolutely in wonder of these brilliant, courageous, and worldly brothers.
Huey and Bobby wanted to take the group further beyond intellectualizing to take concrete and direct actions to help organize the community around issues that affected them. They wanted to expand the scope of the union to address police brutality, but most of the other brothers and sisters didn’t want to go that far. Unfortunately, some of the brothers began to assume that Huey and Bobby were too far out and militant for a campus organization.
Things came to a boil when Huey and Bobby used some of the union’s funds as bail money in regards to arrests that occurred protesting a police shooting in Richmond. It wasn’t that they pilfered the money it was that the brothers and sisters of the union demanded a democratic process before using the council’s money. They demanded the right to vote on it. Huey and Bobby argued that it was a time of the essence emergency and a paramount and revolutionary right existed to use the money to come to the aid of the Black community. It was Huey and Bobby on one side and the intellectuals like my mentors, Moore and Freeman and other brothers and sisters of the council, on the other side.
My heart was for unity with all of them. We needed the intellectuals and revolutionaries united for one cause, the liberation of our people. It was like a dark cloud had formed over my head. I was torn between them. I truly loved all of them, but for pragmatic reasons my soul had to go with Huey and Bobby. I was a young mis-educated and poor Manchild. I felt I had little to contribute to further the movement among the brilliant intellectuals. I had nothing to give the movement to liberate our people, but my love, body and soul.
THE SPLIT: THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY FOR SELF DEFENSE
Huey and Bobby branched out of the Soul Students Advisory Council and formed an off campus organization, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (BPPSD) in October of 1966. Huey, Minister of Defense, and Bobby, the Chairman, developed the 10 Point Plan as the party’s platform to rally the people around. [1] The intellectual criticism was that the man could meet all the demands of the 10 Point Plan and we still wouldn’t be free. However, I thought it was a brilliant idea. Bobby and Huey targeted population were the ordinary brothers and sisters of the Black Community that Bobby called the “Lumpen.” The party’s platform was straightforward, comprehendible, and easy to universally embrace.
I was a fly on the wall. Huey and Bobby was right. That 10-Point Plan platform drew into the ranks of BPPSD some of the baldest, fiercest street thugs, gang members, and ex-servicemen of color on earth under one cause, the liberation of our people.
The other criticism was that Bobby Seale was weak. In my world, Bobby was one of the boldest brothers on the planet. I didn’t quite understand that point. A couple of years later, I would have learned exactly what they had meant.
I was unable to participate in the early activities of party like the police patrols. The internal policy was that brothers had to equip themselves with their own personal guns. During this time, most of the community thugs and serious hustlers had the need for guns. I, the Manchild, never had the need or desire for a gun. For a time, I didn’t have the resources to obtain a gun.
I missed Huey’s infamous February 21, 1967 confrontation with the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) while escorting Betty Shabazz, the late wife of Malcolm X, from San Francisco Airport to the Ramparts office for an interview with Eldridge Cleaver. One of the young brothers of the escort told me that a SFPD contingent confronted Huey and brothers outside the Rampart’s office. One of the officers demanded the surrender of the escort’s weapons. An officer stepped forward as if to take Huey’s shotgun; and all that was heard was “click-click.” Huey locked and loaded a shell in his shotgun. Huey meant business and that just wasn’t going to happen. The SFPD backed down. On that day, I lot of people besides the police found out that Huey P. Newton was for real.
I also missed the infamous May 2, 1967 march on Sacramento that put the Black Panther Party for Self Defense on the international map in infinity. I learned a great deal about my life as a Manchild from Huey. Naturally at first, I didn’t have the courage that Huey and some of the other brothers had. I thought we needed more brothers. I thought that there might be safety in numbers if only for myself.
Once on campus, I was trying to convince a high school associate, Danny Crockett, to join the party. The grapevine was humming that Danny had ended a notorious thug’s, John Singleton, reign of terror with a bullet. It didn’t kill him, but from John’s own mouth it had slowed him down, and changed his life from random acts of senseless violence and hurting others needlessly.
While I was talking to Danny, Huey passed. I called Huey over and told him I was trying to recruit Danny. You couldn’t coach Huey to waste any words. Huey looked at Danny and asked if he had a gun. Danny said, “Yes.” Huey asked Danny if he was willing to protect his family with that gun. Danny said, “Yes.” Huey told Danny, “You’re a Panther,” and walked away.
Huey was right. We didn’t need a lot of brothers in the party. We needed only the few dedicated brothers and sisters that we had to be examples of un-selfness, undying and supreme love, sacrifice and courage for our people. We will ultimately win the hearts and minds of the people. Huey had been the perfect example. I wasn’t wrong to want to be just like Huey P. Newton. Slowly, the de-colonialization process of my mind and spirit was jellying. The BPPSD was molding into a fearless and internationally respected Black Liberation Warrior Clan.
HUEY P. NEWTON & Chinese Thought Reform
On October 28, 1967, at about 4:51 a.m., Oakland Police Officer John Frey allegedly at random spotted an automobile moving along his assigned beat in West Oakland. Frey ran a check on the vehicle, and within a minute it was identified as a “known Black Panther vehicle.” [2] Frey decided to the stop the car at Seventh and Willow Street. Officer Herbert Heanes heard the transmission and joined Frey to provide cover.
After the stop, Frey found the vehicle driven for Newton by a passenger, Gene McKinney. Frey attempted to arrest Newton for two parking ticket violations belonging to the car’s owner, Huey’s significant one, Laverne Williams. During the arrest, there was an altercation. Frey was fatally shot and Heanes was wounded in a brief exchange of gunfire.
That night, I had accompanied brothers to Hunter’s Point for a memorial celebration of its rebellion of September 28 to October 1, 1966 after the SFPD shooting of an unarmed Black youth. We got the word that Huey had gone down.
He was being held at Highland Hospital in Oakland. The word came down that we were going in. I had lost the fear of a Manchild. I was prepared. Sometime later, word came down that the entire hospital had been surrounded by what seemed to have been an army. It would have been suicide to go in. The brothers called the mission off.
By July 1969, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense had become the primary focus of the FBI’s COINTELPRO and the CIA’s OPERATION CHAOS covert programs, and was ultimately the target of 233 of the total 295 authorized “Black Nationalist” COINTELPRO actions. The October 28, 1967 assault on Huey was part of the government’s secret coordinated counterintelligence operations to neutralize Huey and the BPPSD.
At a meeting of Federal prison administrators in 1962, MIT Dr. Edgar Schein, social psychologist, suggested using Chinese Thought Reform on prisoners as a policy. James V. Bennett, then Chief of the Bureau of Prisons thought it was a good idea. Dr. Schein:
This [thought reform] “model” of behavior and attitude change is a general one which can encompass phenomena as widely separated as brainwashing and rehabilitation in a prison or a mental hospital. I would like to have you think of brainwashing not in terms of politics, ethics and morals, but in terms of deliberate changing of behavior and attitudes by a group of men who have relatively complete control over the environment in which the captive population lives. [These changes can be induced by] isolation, sensory deprivation, segregation of leaders, spying, tricking men into signing written statements which are then shown to others, placing individuals whose will power has been severely weakened into a living situation with others more advanced in thought reform, character invalidation, humiliations, sleeplessness, rewarding subservience, and fear [emphasis added]. [3]
In 1945, James Van Benschoten Bennett , President of the American Prison Association, was in Nazi Germany visiting concentration camps and setting up American Military Government German prisons that at that time was involved in the illusionary “denazification” thought reform.[4] It’s ironic that Bennett’s thought reform program was too drastic for the BEAST, The World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murderers, but good enough for thousands of Black and Brown inmates who were guilty of struggling for freedom, and mostly economic and drug related crimes.
Dr. Schein was an S factor (Stanford University) fiend. He earned his masters at Stanford, and Ph.D at Harvard University in 1952 in social psychology. Dr. Schein is yet another scientist that migrated to the United States from Nazi-dominated countries to set national policy more consistent with Nazi Germany racial policies than American values of freedom and justice for all. He was born in Switzerland and moved into the United States in 1938, when the German General Staff and Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler were moving in Nazi agents, the Fifth Column, into the Americas.
Dr. Schein was a disciple of German Psychologist, Dr. Kurt Lewin, head of the Tavistock Institute. Tavistock was the center of trauma-based-mind control research and engineering human behavior for the military-industrial complexes.
Dr. Schein was also an important CIA/MK ULTRA military intelligence asset that worked with clandestine neutralization teams along with Dr. Fred Williams of the Air Force Psychological Warfare Division, Nazi Doctor Expert, Dr. Robert Jay Lifton, Albert Bideman, and Psi specialist Air Force Lieutenant Colonel James Monroe. [5]
Dr. Schein’s Los Angeles and Bay Area military intelligence and CIA/MK ULTRA mind control colleagues were Dr. Louis Jolyon West and Dr. Margaret Thaler Singer. They all had worked on top secret and classified programs involving Korean and Chinese “brainwashing, “mind control” and “thought reform” techniques for the government. [6]
Dr. Schein suggested that physical, psychological, and chemical techniques could be used on prisoners to deliberately alter behavior and attitude. Schein also proposed isolation, sensory deprivation, to destroy socialization among prisoners as well as to sever the links prisoners had to the outside world. Because humans validate their existence, their personality, through contact with others, isolation has a significant impact on the human psyche. This form of psychological disorientation, the removal of others for validation of self, came to be known as the “Muttnik Principle” (so named by psychologist Nathaniel Braden) and was also called the “Psychology of Invisibility.” [7]
In 1968, Huey P. Newton was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter for the death of Officer Frey, and acquitted of assault on officer Herbert Heanes. After the 1968 conviction, Newton was committed to the California Corrections Department to carry out his sentence. Newton was placed at the San Luis Obispo Men’s Colony on the isolated central coast of California between Oakland and Los Angeles. It was hundreds of miles from Huey’s comrades and supporters in the Bay Area. Under the Dr. Schein’s “Muttnik Principle,” it was an idea location.
During his incarceration at San Luis Obispo Men’s Colony, which was a department of corrections medical facility, he was subjected to experimental behavior modification techniques that the brothers called “Chinese Brainwashing Procedures.” It was Schein’s classified Chinese Though Reform Program.
The word came down that brothers and sisters had to make regular visits to San Luis Obispo to keep Huey’s mind together. At that time, I don’t believe very many brothers and sisters knew exactly what “Chinese Brainwashing Procedures” or ”Chinese Though Reform” really meant; and the state of art of behavior modification and mind control programs; and the government’s active covert involvement. I know I didn’t truly understand what it had meant.
By January 1969, I along with most of the original panthers and the national and internationally respected revolutionary-intellectual controversial rank of brothers like Stokely Carmichael, H. Rap Brown, and James Forman from SNCC were purged from the BPPSD, and harnessed by “goon squads” and ex-prison zombies with a governmental “License to Kill” us.
HUEY P. NEWTON & Clockwork Orange
I, among others, eagerly awaited the release of Huey. We expected Huey would be able to sort out the COINTELPRO, OPERATION CHAOS, OPERATION GEMSTONE, HUSTON PLAN and MK-ULTRA penetrations of the BPPSD that had caused the deaths, imprisonment, assassination attempts, and polarization of so many brothers and sisters.
On May 29, 1970, the California Court of Appeals reversed Newton’s manslaughter conviction. [8] Shortly after August 5, 1970, Huey P. Newton was released from prison. I was there along with thousands when Huey was freed at the Alameda County Superior Courthouse. The man that I once knew bolted from the courthouse jumped up and onto a top of a car. He snatched off his shirt and flexed his muscles. I knew instantly that it wasn’t the quiet and modest and quiet warrior that I once had idolized.
I wasn’t the only one that noticed. In 1973, Kathleen Cleaver was traveling throughout Europe, after Eldridge Cleaver’s California parole was revoked and escaped. During a cocktail party in Switzerland, a reporter for the magazine ‘The Christian Century’ interviewed her about Newton. [9] She reported told the reporter, “Everyone who knew Huey before he went to prison, knows that he is not the same man any more. No one changes his views so radically as he apparently has after such a short term in prison. In fact, prison life has historically tended to make political prisoners more militant, not less so.” [10]
Cleaver characterized Newton’s recent about-face in regard to establishment institutions, drug use, drug dealing, pimping and pandering as result of the “Clockwork Orange” treatment to which he was subjected to in prison.
“A Clockwork Orange” refers to a movie in which a young man serving a long prison sentence for violent and sadistic criminal activity was offered an early release in exchange for his consent to undergo experimental behavior modification, aversion therapy. The treatment was so effective that the young man was unable to function to normal human reactions and impulses to sex, violence, and self-protection.
In an interview with the reporter, Newton denied undergoing aversion therapy or behavior modification. However, Newton claimed to have witnessed the effects of shock treatment, and stress therapy during his imprisonment. He said, “They were like vegetables.” [11] The article also noted that the Urban-Black Center of the Graduate Theological Union of Berkeley directed a prison ministry program. Julius Thomas, director, said that he had observed several formerly strong-willed criminals come out of prison “acting like pussycats.” [12] The graduate union is linked to Dr. Schein’s military intelligence protégé, Dr. Margaret Singer.
PRISON STRESS THERAPY & THE CIA
There is little information exposed about the “stress therapy” at San Luis Obispo Men’s Medical Facility, but “Stress Therapy” is a code word for the CIA in other California prison medical facilities, particularly Vacaville.
Clifford Jefferson (Death Row Jeff) was confined with Donald Defreeze (Cinque) of the Symbionese Liberation Army at Vacaville. In a sworn declaration to Patty Hearst’s first lawyer, Terrence Harahan, he declared, “In the early part of 1971, Defreeze stated to me that the CIA was conducting tests to try out certain drugs…Defreeze stated to me that he gone through the tests and also knew of stress tests that were given to prisoners, in which they were kept in solitary, harassed and annoyed until they would do anything asked of them to get out; then they were given these drugs and would become like robots.” [13]
Columnist Jack Anderson further revealed the CIA’s “Stress Therapy” in the California men’s medical facilities, “CIA files confirm that this spy agency did indeed conduct drug experiments on Vacaville inmates. The experiments were designed to study the effects of stress and drugs on military prisoners of war, to determine the point which they would crack. Vacaville Superintendent T. Lawrence Clanon said that the CIA did not conduct any experiments after 1968. However, Superintendent Clanon acknowledged that Defreeze had volunteered for medical research in July 1970 and it is uncertain just when the agency ended its testing there.” [14]
The CIA Station Chief at Vacaville was Dr. James A. Hamilton, another S Factor (Stanford University) psychiatrist. Dr. Hamilton’s chief consultant at the Vacaville’s stress cohort group (Black Cultural Association) experiment was Dr. Schein’s military intelligence protégé, Dr. Louis Jolyon West of UCLA, the Maestro of Mind Control.
INHUMANE TREATMENT & California’s Expermental Medical Psychiatric Diagnostic Units (MPDU)
At the time of Huey’s incarceration at San Luis Obispo, Raymond K. Procunier was head of the California Department of Corrections. Procunier was one of Governor Ronald Reagan’s fascist department disciples that turned the California prison system into little Auschwitzes to experiment on Black and Brown inmates by every imaginable scientific experimental method with mind altering bending drugs; psychosurgery and lobotomy; and electroconvulsive treatments to modify and engineer human behavior.
On November 19, 1971, the California Department of Corrections invited a group of psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers and prison officials to meet at the University of California at Davis to discuss prison violence and a possible new psychiatric unit at Vacaville. Dr. Edward Opton, senior research psychologist at the Wright Institute, attended the sessions.
At the meeting, corrections officials were vague about what treatments they had in vision for inmates confined at the new MPDU. The corrections research director was Dr. Lawrence Bennett, who refused to discuss moral or ethical questions in regards to MPDU. The head of MPDU was Dr. Stephen Sheppard.
After the Davis meeting, the press picked up the story that corrections officials were planning to carry out experimental brain surgery on inmates at the new MPDU. When this information was exposed, the corrections officials maintained that that it was considering only electrocauterization (by inserting needles into the brain). However, inmate support groups obtained a copy of a letter, dated September 8, 1971, from Procunier, to the California Council on Criminal Justice, which would arrange the financing of the project. Procunier’s letter spoke of brain surgery for “aggressive”, destructive” inmates. The proposal was submitted on November 11, 1971, a week before the Davis meeting. Procunier proposal referred to “serious management problem inmates” as one of its main reasons for setting up the MPDU at Vacaville:
“The control and management of these segregated inmates have become a serious problem, as shown by the recent episodes of violence and disturbance in different prisons where Adjustment Centers had been inadequate and the problem remains unsolved. New ways and perceptions are now urgently needed to provide a better approach for handling of these cases.” [15]
Under Reagan and Procunier, the electric shock and aversion therapies that Huey witnessed at San Luis Obispo was common in California prisons. Electrical shock therapy was administered at Vacaville approximately 500 times in 1971; Prolixin was injected 1, 093 times in 1970. Drugs like Prolixin are described by users as “sheer torture” and “becoming a zombie”.
Shock treatment, a form of aversion therapy, is also torture. Bear in mind that one electrical shock therapy session may include up to 40 electrical shock charges per therapy session. Reports out of the California State Hospital for the Criminally Insane at Atascadero repeatedly mentioned that genital electroshock was used on sexual offenders as aversion therapy. It was reported that inmates were shown movies of explicit sexual content. If they began to display sexual arousal, their genitals were shocked. The program was entitled, “Errorless Extinction of Penile Responses.”[16]
The late Attorney Faye Stender, and the late prison activist Popeye Jackson and others viewed the MPDU as a laboratory of behavior “torture”, which in practice was designed to be performed primarily upon militant Black and Chicano organizers in prison populations.
Dr. George Bach-y-Rita, an electrocauterization specialist, was one of the research psychiatrist heavily involved in developing the MPDU. Dr. Bach-y-Rita said that the MPDU treatment would involve little more than intensive diagnosis through electroencephalogram and traditional doctor-patient and group therapy discussions; also perhaps training in Alpha-wave meditation.[17]
Dr. Bach-y-Rita was a Harvard trained psychiatrist who was a member of the American Psychiatric Task force on Violence. Dr. Bach-Rita was a Spaniard educated in Mexico. Dr. Bach-y-Rita had been slyly slipped into the department of corrections through the backdoor along with Dr. Frank Ervin to secretly advance CIA-MK ULTRA involved electrical stimulation of the brain (ESB) research.
Dr. Bach-y-Rita and Ervin were part of the medical team of Dr. Vernon Mark, Dr. William Sweet of Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston General Hospital; and the notorious mind controller Spaniard, Dr. Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado. These doctors invasively implanted electrodes in the brain (ESB) to experimentally control and engineer behavior for the CIA and the military-industrial complex.
In 1967, psychiatrist Frank Ervin and neurosurgeon Vernon Mark proposed to prevent (Black) urban riots by brain implants. The movie, The Terminal Man, was based on one of Dr. Mark’s psychosurgery victims. Their theory was that Blacks engaging in civil disobedience were suffering from damaged brain cells.
These doctors were also to be involved in Dr. Louis Jolyon West’s UCLA Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence funded by the Federal Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA), the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the Bureau of Prisons, and the CIA that was to target children and inmates of color for secret eugenic based hideous and inhuman mind control and behavior modification medical experiments.
Dr. Bach-y-Rita sent a letter to his correction department superiors that exposed the shocking truth that the California Departments of Corrections under Reagan and Procunier were not only involved in psychosurgery, electroshock, Prolixin and Anectine therapy experimental research, but they were involved in torturing inmates with sex hormone injections, brain cauterization, sound-wave control techniques, and lithium carbonate. [18]
Dr. Joseph Tupin was alleged to have used lithium carbonate treatments on Vacaville inmates for years. Dr. Arthur Nugent administered Anectine (terror drug: a sensation “worse than dying”) to prisoners at Vacaville. The MPDU funding proposal read: “There has been, for example, a study in the California Medical Facility to determine the usefulness of lithium carbonate in treating hyperaggressive, acting-out patient. Further follow-up in this area would make a significant contribution.” [19]
They, the group of fascist men, like Reagan, Procunier, Doctors Schein, West, Bach-y-Rita, Delgado, Ervin, Mark, Turbin, Bennett, Sheppard and others had relatively complete control over Huey’s prison’s environment. They could have by electrical shock, aversion, sleep deprivation, etc., so radically in a short term, transform Huey P. Newton, the modest warrior, into flamboyant drug abuse, drug dealing, pimping, murder and pandering. They had the technology, means, opportunity, and COINTELPRO motive.
PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE OF HUEY P. NEWTON: A Crime Against Humanity
DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS, Article 5:
No person shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treating or punishment.
In 1948, The United Nation’s Declaration of Human Rights was created following World War II. The horrific atrocities committed by Germany through the Nazi’s racial mass murder campaigns caused the world to cry out and demand for justice. The Nazis discredited and made a mockery of notions of absolute state sovereignty which the Hitler state asserted and used to commit mass genocide as a matter of sovereign state right. The Nazis and their allies’ massive inhuman transgressions and crimes against humanity changed the worldview on human rights.
The Inter-American Convention to Prevent and Punish Torture goes the farthest of any human rights instrument in directly prohibiting the use of techniques aimed at the disintegration of the personality or reduction of physical or mental capacities, which would include psychotropic drugs and brain-damaging procedures like electroshock and psychosurgery. [20]
Pursuant to Operation Paperclip, 10,000 or more Nazis and SS (Knights of the Black Sun) fiends were brought to the United States to continue their campaign of racial mass murder and genocide, and pass on their hideous and baseless pseudo- racial medical theories and practices. The neophytes, apprentices, and apostles of the BEAST were Dr. Edgar Schein, Dr. Louis J. West, Dr. Jose Delgado, Dr. Bach-y-Rita, Dr. Frank Ervin and Dr. Vernon Mark. All of these doctors had direct and secret access to the American prison-inmate population at their disposal for crimes against humanity hideous pseudo-racial medical experiments.
Even if Huey being the subject of psychological terror and a secret behavior modification/mind control program is discounted, then one must concede that while at San Luis Obispo, he had witnessed the effects of shock treatment and stress therapy during his imprisonment that turned inmates into “vegetables.” Who were the staff psychiatrists at the prison? Who was doing the shock treatment and CIA stress therapies? Who were torturing the men into vegetative states and for what reason and means? What happened to these inmates? The behavior modification and mind control operations at San Luis Obispo’s Men Medial Facility has not been disclosed or been open to public scrutiny.
The California Department of Corrections’ torture, cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment and punishment of Huey P. Newton and inmates of color has to be exposed, disclosed and confronted. As with other human rights violations and crimes against humanity committed by a sovereign state, justice dictates prosecuting those responsible for the psychological rape and torture of inmates through the reinterpretation of existing laws and the establishment of peoples’ tribunals, and “truth commissions.”
Oakland has an ugly history and dark secret regarding the persecution of the BPPSD; and the setup, prosecution, transformation and assassination of Huey P. Newton. It has an ugly history and dark secret regarding the clandestine activities of the CIA and the military-intelligence complexes in assassinating and neutralizing prominent and independent men and women of color like Charles Alex Gregory, Dr. Marcus Foster, and Dorothy King that also has be to driven to the “Light of Day.”

Clearing the Path for the Invisible BEAST
Imperium-latin, word for a command, which grew to signify the right to give orders, and so to mean supreme power, normally equivalent in the later Roman period to ‘empire’. Imperator, originally ‘commander-in-chief’, became a title used by the emperors, and came to signify ‘emperor’. The Latin writers of the Dark Ages could use imperium of a single kingdom, but the word retained the connotation of a kingdom supreme among others.
According to Nicholas Goodrick-Clark, many neo-Nazis want to establish an autocratic state to be called the Western Imperium. This proposed state would be led by a Führer-like figure, and would include all areas inhabited by the Aryan race (defined as non-Jews of European ancestry), i.e. Europe (includes all of Russia), Anglo-America, South Africa (may include Rhodesia or Zimbabwe) with its white minority, Australia, New Zealand, and southern South America (especially Chile, Argentina, southern Brazil and Uruguay.) Only those of the Aryan race would be full citizens of the state. This concept is based on the 1947 book Imperium: The Philosophy of History and Politics by Francis Parker Yockey.
Francis Parker Yockey, an American Nazi often called “The Man with Many Faces” was born in Chicago in 1917. Yockey has become an international fascist prophet and Nazi cult figure. Like his mentor Baron Julius Evola, Mussolini’s Mystic, in Italy, Yockey is an intellectual hero of the militant right wing in America. Yockey graduated from Georgetown University and earned a law degree with honors from Notre Dame in 1941.
Yockey is also often referred to as a man of many mysteries, but one thing is certain. Yockey was not an American Nazi in a vacuum as we are led to believe glorified by neo-Nazis and right wing elements. Yockey was a real Nazi associated with some of the most notorious, dangerous and influential postwar Nazis of World War II, and the worldwide underground network of Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler’s war crime booty laden dreaded SS (Schutzstaffel), the BEAST.
Yockey was connected with the secret networks of Fuhrer Adolf Hitler’s most favorite and chief general; Scarface SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Skorzeny, ODESSA, and die Spinne (“the spider”). Yockey was also a confident of Hitler’s most trusted and significant bodyguards, SS-Brigadeführer (major general) Otto Ernst Remer.
During the Nazi Reich, Yockey and an American named Harold Keith Thompson had vowed their allegiance to the BEAST of Nazi Germany. Thompson was a graduate of Yale University. Thompson had also been the public relations person for Lee Harvey Oswald’s mother, Marguerite Oswald, after the assassination of President Kennedy.
Thompson of New Jersey was the official point man in America for Skorzeny’s ODESSA and die Spinner Networks, and the “chief and almost exclusive representative in North America for the interests of the surviving National Socialist Germany Worker’s Party and the SS.” [1]
In a captured document signed by Hitler on July 27, 1941, Thompson had been appointed a Special Agent of the Sicherheitsdienst (SD) Overseas Intelligence Unit under “the Blond Beast,” SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Reinhard Heydrick. [2] The SD was the intelligence unit of Himmler’s BEAST, the SS.
Himmler's SS Mystic, Baron Julius Evola
Baron Julius Evola was another one of Yockey’s mentors and confederates to actually sit at the table with Hitler, Himmler, and Duce Benito Mussolini. Baron Evola was born on May 19, 1898 in Rome to a family of Sicilian aristocrats. After completing initial training as an industrial engineer he entered the Italian Army and served in the closing days of WW1.
Evola entered the political world of Italian politics via his involvement with a brotherhood called UR that was dedicated to reviving Roman Imperial Paganism and ousting Christianity as the Faith of Rome under Mussolini.
During the 1930’s, Baron Evola produced an Italian version of German Nazi Race Theory in which he proffered the ideal of an ‘Aryan-Roman’ race defined by a strong social hierarchy and a volatile anti-Semitism. Mussolini adopted Evola’s racial guidelines as the official policy of the Italian Fascist State in 1938.
In September of 1943, Evola joined Hitler and Himmler’s inner circle of racial fascist mystics as an agent of the Sicherheitsdienst’s (SD) [3] Amt VII under SS-Brigadefuhrer Franz Six.
In Vienna, Evola worked undercover for the SD like Yockey as “A Man with Many Faces” on translating sacred texts and Freemason ritualistic documents seized by the Gestapo from private libraries and Masonic temples that were raided by the SS. As a rival to their Aryan mystic power, authority and control, Hitler and Himmler targeted and persecuted Masons in Nazi Germany and over 80,000 were sent to Concentration Camps. [4]
The Coming of the Invisible BEAST
After the collapse of Nazi Germany, Evola continued his sinister covert work with the BEAST, the SS. This time, Evola worked on building, recruiting and maintaining a Nazi Underground. As early as 1938, Evola according to a cryptic reference in a SS report revealed that one of his most secret missions was to help establish a secret international order for the BEAST.
“I believe that Evola’s Vienna project was intimately linked to the development of what I will call ‘the Order,’ a new kind of Knights Templar designed to successfully function sub-rosa. Well before the end of World War II, the intelligence and financial networks of the Third Reich were hard at work preparing underground networks to survive the coming Allied occupation. Escape lines to South America and the Middle East were organized. Bank accounts were created in Switzerland and other neutral nations to finance the underground with plunder the Nazis had looted from occupied Europe. But how was this secret empire to be managed, except by a virtually invisible ‘government in exile…” [5]
“For years, Evola had been fascinated by knightly orders as expressions of the Kshatriya caste of warrior aristocrats. In the formal structure of the SS, he saw the precursor to a new Ordenstaat, a State ruled by an Order. He also understood the great advantages provided by medieval orders of chivalry due to their transnational composition. Crusading orders, like the Knights Templar and the Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem, were pan-European, with separate ‘national’ sections (‘langues,’ or tongues) unified through a Council presided over by a Grand Master. After the collapse of fascist state power, a new Order, an ‘invisible college’ of sorts, was needed not only to manipulate bank accounts and travel schedules but to have policy-making functions. Nor could it simply be run under the auspices of the Vatican, since Evola believed that Rome’s downfall had been caused by the acceptance of Christianity by the dominant faction of the Roman elite…The Order was a vessel for those ‘Hermetic’ elements of the conservative Revolution, old ruling class, and new Nazi elite not entirely beholden to the political, cultural, and religious ‘Guelf’ wing of the European aristocracy which remained ideologically to the continued propagation of the ruling Christian mythology.” [6]
Yockey, Thompson, and Evola were not neo-Nazis but real Nazis willingly working with the BEAST. Yockey and Evola weren’t mere New Age Philosophers. Both Yockey and Evola from their contacts with the SS had wittingly developed extensive knowledge of Aryan esoteric and occult folklore and mysticism. They were teachers and High Priests of the SS clearing the path worldwide for BEAST.
According, as pieces of an international conspiracy puzzle, Yockey, Thompson, and Evola’s task was to help the SS “create an inner organizational and ritual structure for the Grand Masters of a secret Shamballah whose financial nerve center was carefully hidden away in Swiss bank accounts.” [7]
Oddly enough, nevertheless being agents of the SD, Yockey and Thompson were members of U.S. Armed Forces. Thompson was a lieutenuent with U.S. Naval Rear Admiral Richard Evelyn Byrd’s fleet. Yockey served with a U.S. Army counterintelligence unit, G-2, in Germany. For whatever unknown reasons, Yockey and Thompson were directly involved with Admiral Byrd’s secret 1946-47 infamous Operation Highjump hunt for Nazis in Antarctica.
After the collapse of Nazi Germany, Hitler and a force of Nazis purporedly escaped by submarines (u-boats) to a secret underground base in Antarctica, SHANGILA-A New Berchtesgaden. [8]
Again oddly enough and amazingly, as an agent of Skorzeny’s ODESSA and dies Spinner SS Network, Yockey was given a prosecuting attorney position with the Nuremberg (Weisbaden) War Crimes Tribunal in 1946. At Nuremberg, Yockey had direct access to VIP Nazi war criminals like Fuhrer and Reichskanzier Admiral Karl Doenitz, and may have been instrumental in covertly compromising key cases against them, and assisting Nazi rat (escape) lines out of Germany. [9]
In 1948 while in Ireland, Yockey wrote Imperium, a manifesto of international Nazism and Fascism. Yockey dedicated Imperium “To the hero of the Second World War,” Adolf Hitler. [10] Imperium received critical acclaim and praise from Skorzeny, Remer, Baron Evola, and the SS underground. Today, Imperium is likened in importance to Nazism and Fascism as Hitler’s Mein Kampf (My Struggle).
From 1946 to 1960, Yockey was a mysterious globe trekker from North America to England, Italy, Germany, Egypt, the Iron Curtain and Middle East, and Havana, Cuba always meeting with secret networks of Nazis and Fascists agent-provocateurs, spies, and initiates.
Yockey acted as a SD courier for Czech intelligence. Yockey did work with Johann Von Leers in Egypt. Leers was a Nazi propagandist a protégé of Joseph Goebbels, Reichsminister of Propaganda. Yockey even tried to sell the Egyptian government some supposedly bogus Argentine (Brotherhood of the Bell (Die Glocke)) nuclear technology,[11] which have come only from SS Obergruppenfuhrer Dr. Hans Friedrich Karl Franz Kammler tucked away in Argentina. [12]
Yockey worked briefly as a speechwriter for Senator Joseph McCarthy. In New York City, Yockey attended the salon of the right-wing poet “Hitler’s prostitute”[13], George Sylvester Viereck, who had worked with Aleister Crowley when Crowley was a U.S. double agent-propagandist for Germany during the First World War. [14]
In 1941, Viereck was indicted for a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, when he set up his pro-German publishing house, Flanders Hall, and was imprisoned from 1942 to 1947. Yockey may also have met the sexologist, Alfred Kinsey, and sex change pioneer, Dr. Harry Benjamin at Viereck’s wild satanic-SS parties.[15]
Yockey also spent time in New Orleans, writing propaganda for use in Latin America. In New Orleans, there exist rumors of a link between Yockey and Lee Harvey Oswald. [16]
In early 1960, Yockey re-entered the United States. A FBI informant reported finding Yockey leading a private gathering in San Francisco in the occultist rituals of the BEAST.
During a flight to the Bay Area, Yockey’s suitcase had been mishandled and misplaced. An American Airlines employee at the Dallas-Fort Worth opened his baggage and found seven birth certificates and three passports with different names with the same picture. [17]
The FBI traced the luggage to a residence in Oakland where Yockey intermittently resided. On June 8, 1960 when he came to pick up his baggage in Oakland, he was arrested by the FBI and interned at the San Francisco County Jail. [18]
Yockey had been strip searched and spent eleven days in jail. Nevertheless on June 17, 1960, Yockey bit into a cyanide capsule to die a Nazified death. His body was found lying on a bunk bed, dressed only in underwear and a pair of black SS-type boots. [19]
Yockey’s place of arrest at an apartment house overlooking Lake Merritt and downtown Oakland has been sited as a place of reverence by want-to-be Nazis. Yet, Yockey’s arrest in Oakland is symbolic and indicative for other reasons.
The BEAST in Oakland: IMPERIUM
We must also uphold the need for a true hierarchy and for different dignitaries, with a higher function of power installed at the top, namely the imperium. Julius Evola [20]
Before Yockey could expose Scarface Skorzeny and Himmler’s implanted underground Nazi networks around the world, in Dallas, New Orleans, San Francisco and Oakland to the U.S. Justice Department under Robert F. Kennedy, he was slipped a cyanide capsule sacrificing himself for the cause constituent with the creed of the SS.
For one, everywhere Yockey planted himself it was for the work of BEAST, plotting, funding, teaching, and indoctrinating its initiates to clear the path for the BEAST.
Beyond their philosophical gibberish, Evola and Yockey’s bottom was that the imperium (sacred authority) consolidated by power of the rite as established by the SS was reserved to Indo-Aryans ruling classes. In their scheme of things, Aryans were the “kingdom supreme among others.” By the creed of the SS, “power is based on superiority and not vice versa.” And to them universal suffrage, the right to vote, was “the degradation of the ruling class.”

Oakland's Stephen Bechtel, Sr., Beholden to the SS
Fourteen years (14) after the collapse of Nazi Germany, the invisible BEAST was well at home in Oakland. J. Henry Schroeder, Nazi financer and Hitler’s Banker; and the Rockefellers set up Oakland’s most influential and powerful resident, the Bechtel Corporation. [21] It is one of this nation’s most prevailing military-industriously treacherous, dangerous and illusionary organizations in the World.
“Bechtel’s close relationship with the Central Intelligence Agency helped influence overthrows of several foreign governments perceived as unfriendly to American business goals; and allowed the company to be at the right place at the right time to take advantage of new business opportunities with puppet regimes (3). Close ties between Alan Dulles the CIA deputy Director and Steve Bechtel’s financial advisor, John Simpson, facilitated the relationship between Bechtel and the CIA. Steve Bechtel served as the CIA’s liaison with the Business Council and several other organizations directly linked with the CIA (4). The ties between Bechtel and the CIA led to collaborations in intelligence gathering that helped overthrow Iran’s Mossadeq in 1953 and Indonesia’s Sukarno and replace them with the Reza Shah Pahlavi and Suharto respectively, pro-Western, pro-business allies. Key Bechtel alumni are Reagan Secretary of Defense Casper Weinburger former Bechtel general counsel, and Reagan Secretary of State, George Schultz former Bechtel President, and current Bechtel board member. W. Kenneth Davis, former vice-president for nuclear development became Reagan’s deputy secretary of Energy and head of the Atomic Energy Commission under Reagan. William Casey, chairman of the Security and Exchange Commission under Nixon, head of the Export-Import bank under Ford, Reagan campaign manger and head of the CIA under Reagan was also a Bechtel consultant. Richard Helm was CIA director under Nixon and eventually became a Bechtel consultant. White House political advisor Perter Flanigan under Nixon became a senior partner in the Bechtel-owned investment house Dillon, Read and Company. Robert L. Hollingsworth, AEC’s general manager under Nixon became manager of manpower services at Bechtel. Nixon Treasury secretary William Simon became a Bechtel consultant. Additionally, numerous friends of Bechtel, too long to list, many working in the AEC eventually ended up with Bechtel. The close collaboration between the AEC and Bechtel was “so incestuous it is impossible to tell where the public sector begins and the private one leaves off.” [22]
If we believe what Hitler’s personal Commando Strumbannfuhrer SS Otto Skorzeny said on his deathbed that Nazi (SS) intelligence with the U.S. Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) formed the CIA with “Wild Bill” Donovan and Allen Dulles,[23] then Oakland’s Bechtel Corporation is one and same. It is also beholden to the SS.
Oakland’s charm and the beauty of its diversity is but an illusion. It is a dangerous place to be Young, Gifted and Black. It was a dangerous place for CHARLES ALEX GREGORY. There is a glass house shadow government in Oakland. It is a prototype of Yockey’s IMPERIUM.

If you are Black, you need to understand the “BEAST”. Adolph Hitler of Nazi Germany is one of the most prolific figures in history. He is the subject of innumerable photographs, movies, documentaries, books, articles, and essays; yet the Nazi State and the forces of hate that created him is one of the most neglected areas of study from the Black Perspective. Hitler was not created out of a vacuum. Hitler was molded, nurtured and created to lead Germany into one of world’s greatness homicidal campaigns of racial human annihilation in human history.

The Nazis belief system was racial-biological mystical geopolitical. The Nazis asserted that the far-skinned predominantly blue eyed blonds of Nordic descent were heralded as the masters of the world while all others were considered subhuman species. The Nazis aggressive warfare strategy was not solely military, political or economic campaigns, but geological mystical battles to expand the living space of Aryans and clear the earth of what charged were sub human species, particularly Black people.
Of all of the Nazis under Hitler, Heinrich Himmler is one of the least understood of Nazi Germany’s henchmen. Himmler was behind the instrument most noted responsible for the wholesale slaughter of the Nazi’s theoretical European sub human species, such as the Jews, and non Aryans. Nazi Germany’s instrument of death, destruction and annihilation of their professed sub human species was the SS, the Knights of the Black Sun, the Masters of Death. The leader of the SS was Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler, and Himmler did not die on May 23, 1945 by suicide.
At the time of Himmler’s alleged suicide in the hands of the British Allied Forces, he was one of the highest ranking Nazis and one of its most powerful officials. He essentially became one of the richest men in the world from billions he amassed from the war and booty of plunder. It is inconceivable that Himmler would be found aimlessly wandering Germany’s countryside with a small escort and in company of obviously dressed SS men. As Hitler, Himmler had an able air force and futuristic u-boats (submarines), billions of booty, and an underground network available to him for escape to Spain, South Africa, Antarctica, and both South and North America. The man found suicided was not Himmler, but his double, a well-established Nazi trick play, a “doppelganger.” To this date, Himmler’s fate remains one of the world’s greatness closely guarded secret. The British has sealed its Himmler’s files from public view until 2045. [1]
The mission of Himmler’s SS was world domination and annihilation of non Aryans by a secret and select group of an Aryan vanguard for the coming of a master root race of Germanic blood. The vanguard is made-up of the Blood and Elite of the Germanic race, and their mission did not end after World War II or the death of the Nazi State. At least two years before the official end of World War II, the SS went underground to continue their mission. Here lies one of the most neglected subjects of Twentieth and Twentieth-First century. Generally, people of color aren’t fully aware of them. The media, and surprisingly, most of the left will not talk about it.
Heinrich Himmler enlisted in the SS in 1925. At that point the SS was a group of 200 men who acted as Hitler’s bodyguards. In 1929, Himmler took complete control and with him at its helm, the SS became the world most extreme occult masters of death.
In most cases, the order of the SS was immune from criminal prosecution and civil liability. They carried out the Nazi extreme human extermination policy in which as many as 6 million Jews and 4 million others were murdered in cold blood.
Towards the end of the war in 1945 the Gesamt-SS had over 840,000 members. From these 48,500 were members of the Allgemeine SS. Much of the remainder was comprised of 18,000 officers, 52,000 NCOs (non commissioned officers), and 600,000 enlisted members of the Waffen-SS and 130,000 police. SS membership numbers were formally lent to the members of the Waffen-SS of all ranks, while SS membership was also automatically lent to police officers.
SS: THE MYTHICAL KNIGHTS OF THE BLACK SUN
The SS is generally translated as the “Schutzstaffel”, a special staff or military unit. There was another meaning of the “SS”, a meaning with roots deep in secrecy, dualism and the occult of ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, and Egyptian mythology. The letters “SS” also referred to die Schwatze Sonne, the Black Sun.
The secret doctrine of the Black Sun is that there are two suns, the “white” sun at the center of the physical solar system, and the “black” sun, a “hidden” sun of (spiritual) illumination. The myth of the Black and White Sun encompasses the ancient doctrine of dualism, the two realms of good and evil, light and darkness, order and chaos as independent principles.
In some versions of Black Sun mythology, the Black Sun lies at the center of our galaxy. One attribute of the Black Sun is that it is the cause of the immortality, “EVIL”, and the reincarnation of the soul. In Babylonian mythology, it was also associated with the coming of the “King of Kings” and the establishment of a New Babylon. Finally, theosophical mythology associated the Black Sun with uttermost “Hyperborea” and “Thule”, the legendary stellar home and celestial origin of the Aryan race. [2]
SS: THE BLOOD AND ELITE
“Our concern, our duty is our people and our blood. It is for them that we must provide and plan, work and fight, nothing else. We can be indifferent to everything else. I wish the SS to adopt this attitude to the problem of all foreign non-Germanic peoples…. All else is vain…” (Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler)
“A new faith is arising today; the myth of the blood, the faith, to defend with the blood of the divine essence of man. The faith, embodied in clearest knowledge that the Nordic blood represents that mysterium which has replaced and overcome the old sacraments.” (Reichsleiter Alfred Rosenberg)
The original draftsman of and spokesman for the Nazi program was Alfred Rosenberg. In January 1934, Hitler designated and deputized Rosenberg as Reichsleiter for the spiritual and philosophical education of the NSDAP, the German labor front and all related organizations”. Rosenberg repudiated Christianity completely. Instead, Rosenberg, Hitler and Himmler wanted to set up a pagan cult of “blood, race, and soil.”
They would go back to the dark ritual of dramatic rites of their ancestors. The New Pagans resurrected Odin, Thor, and the old gods of primitive Teutons before Christ’s time. Instead of the Old Testament they adopted Nordic sagas and fairy tales. They set up a new trinity for worship—bravery, loyalty, and physical force. They even created a hymn for the new German Faith Movement:
The time of the Cross has gone now,
The Sun-wheel shall arise,
and so, with God, we shall be free at last
and give our people their honor back.
The fundamental principle of selection of men of the SS was what Himmler called, “The Blood and Elite.” The selection was absolutely and completely racial. It was based on the Nazi romantic dream of a race of Nordic-Germanic blue-eyed, blond superheroes conquering the World.

We have chosen the elite from among a cross-section of our people… We have gone partly by external appearance and then have … tested appearance against continually new requirements, continually new tests, physical and mental, of character and of spirit. We have again and again sought out and cast off what doesn’t meet these requirements… We are pledged whenever we come together to remind ourselves of our fundamentals, race, selection, hardness.” (Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler, IMT, XXIX, 1919-PS)
In theory, the SS practiced a mystic belief of the predominance of the Nordic race over all others and that Nordic blood is the only creative power in the world. According to Reichsfuhrer Himmler, “The SS man would represent a new human type–warrior, administrator, “scholar” and leader, all in one – whose messianic mission was to undertake a vast colonization of the East. This synthetic aristocracy, trained in a semi-closed society and superimposed on the Nazi system as a whole, would demonstrate the value of its blood through ‘creative action’ and achievement.”[3]
The SS was deliberately conceived and organized by Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler to be a mystic and occult male order and a version of King Arthur’s Knights of the Holy Grail and Round Table.
“After the SS recruit had passed his training and taken the oath, if he was an officer he was then given the SS dagger which was a sort of hunting knife with a black handle, the SS runes on it, the swastika and a wreath and a German eagle. This was a very prized possession.”[4]
Engraved into the dagger were the words “my honour is called trust.” SS men received the dagger in a solemn ceremony. Every member of the SS wore the SS signet ring, but for his inner circle, the elite of the elite, Himmler personally handed out the death’s head ring. A former high-ranking SS officer, Wilhelm Hoetl, still remembers the ceremonious occasion. (Hoetl) “The ring was engraved with your name. Mine for example, ‘To my dear Hoetl, Heinrich Himmler.’ That was inside the ring around a death head that was supposed to symbolize the close connection to the SS and to Himmler.”[5]
In a speech given to SS officers stationed at Dachau, Himmler stated: “Never forget. We are a knightly order from which one cannot withdraw, to which one is recruited by blood and within which one remains body and soul.” [6]
“Each member had his own armchair with an engraved silver nameplate, and each had to devote himself to a ritual of spiritual exercises aimed mainly at mental concentration. The focal point of Wewelsburg, evidently owing much to the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, was a great dining hall with an oak table to seat twelve picked from the senior Gruppenführers. The walls were to be adorned with their coats of arms.” Underneath this dining hall there was kept a so-called “realm of the dead”, a circular well in which these coats of arms would be burnt and the ashes worshipped after the “knight” had died. (There are tales of Himmler using the severed heads of deceased S.S. officers to communicate with ascended masters.) In addition to this, each knight had his own room, “decorated in accordance with one of the great ancestors of Aryan majesty.” Himmler’s own room was dedicated to a Saxon King Henry the Fowler, whose ghost Himmler sometimes conversed with. [8]
The SS belief system has a direct connection to the medieval Templars, and Lanz Von Liebenfels’ “New Templars”, for whom he believed the Holy Grail or sang real, was the “royal bloodline” itself and its “container” or “chalice” of the Germanic Aryan Race.
In 1934, a year after Hitler came to power, Von Liebenfels wrote that the Order of the New Templars was the “first manifestation of the [Nazi] Movement, which now, in accordance with the law of God, is most powerful in history and unrestrainedly sweeping over the world.” [9] The SS was the vanguard of the Nordic-Germanic race, the prophetic forebears, of a new religion and new age.
The headquarters and temple of the SS Cult was situated at the 17th century medieval castle of Wewelsburg, near the towns of Paderborn and Defmold in the German province of Westphalia, close by the site in the Teutoburg Forest where Arminius made his stand with its famous Stonehenge-like monument known as Externsteine. A 12,000 volume library of the occult was available in the castle. [10]
NEW PAGAN CULT, THE AHNENERBE AND THE NEW AGE RELIGION

The Ahnenerbe was part of Himmler’s greater plan for the systematic creation of a secret intellectual “Germanic” culture that would replace Christianity in the Greater Germany to exist after the war, a kind of SS-religion that would form the basis of the new world order. To that end, Himmler inducted a number of reputable academics into the Ahnenerbe.
The Ahnenerbe incorporated the membership of Aliester Crowley’s Templar Order, the Vril, and the Thule Gesellschaft into the SS.[11]This new culture was also based on the volkish beliefs of the Nazis, and it was the role of the Ahnenerbe to marshal scientific research in an interdisciplinary program to support the “development of the Germanic heritage”.
The Ahnenerbe was a Nazify motivated academic association with enough funding to go beyond mere lectures and publications to include wide-scale expeditions and experimental research.
Himmler himself served as the “chairman of the Kuratorium” of the Ahnenerbe, and held the real power within the Ahnenerbe. As Reich Manager of the Ahnenerbe, Wolfram Sievers was responsible for all administrative tasks, with day-to-day business matters handled by the deputy “Kurator”, Dr. Herrman Reischle. [12]
The Ahnenerbe was funded by the Ahnenerbe-Stiftung, the German Forschungsgemeinschaft, member fees, and “from funds of the Reich and from contributions of industry” (including a group of financiers called the Circle of Friends led by Wilhelm Keppler that included bankers of New York Wall Street[13], Henry Ford[14], and William Randolph Hearst[15]. The budget of the Ahnenerbe was as much as over one million German marks (400,000 American dollars).
The Ahnenerbe was not only devoted to finding the basis of genetic and ethnic “purity” of the Germanic race it involved top secret medical experiments at concentration camps that were done to advance the Nazi world conquest mission. The Ahnenerbe became involved in horrific medical experiences in the areas of treatment of extreme conditions- high pressure, low pressure, and so on- that were encountered in extreme climates or, eventually outer space, which caused the deaths of thousands. [16]
Temple of Set (Satan) Founder Lt. Colonel of the US Army Michael Aquino [17] visited Wewelsburg several times during the early 1980’s. He performed a ritual in the North Tower to resurrect the energies of Wewelsburg on the world and incite a “Satanic renaissance: to jump-start the next phase of human evolution. Certainly, this theme is to be found all through Nazi writings and speeches from the very earliest days.”
Lt. Col. Michael Aquino is directly linked to the CIA’s MK-Ultra mind control programs, and directly involved in the programming of children as sexual zombies for counterintelligence purposes. [18]
THE MYTHICAL KNIGHTS OF THE BLACK SUN ON THE U.S. PAYROLL
“We swear to you, Adolf Hitler, loyalty and bravery as leader and chancellor of the German Reich. We vow to you and to the principles laid down by you obedience to the point of death. So help us God!”
During the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal in Germany, the SS was declared to be a war crimes organization, but very few these mass murderers at least 600,000 people [19] were never prosecuted as war criminals or denazified. After the war, most of the hierarchy of SS was bankrolled by taxpayers of the United States in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). [20]
Many of the Himmler’s Ahnenerbe “esoteric scientists” were secretly brought into the United States under the aegis of Operation Paperclip. [21] They were clandestinely recruited into America’s top corporations, universities, headed NASA [22]and important governmental agencies necessary to the well-being and security of its citizens, particularly Black people.
STURMHAUPHTFUHRER SS OTTO VON BOLSCHWING, THE BAY AREA’S RESIDENT BEAST SS
“I am experienced.” “I have a ring operating”. “If you give me a paycheck, I’ll make you very happy.” – 1945, Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing-
In March 1969, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (BEAST of Bucharest) and his deep cover shadow counterintelligence and repression ring moved right into Sacramento, CA, the seat of state power under to collaborate with the fascist state republican administration of Governor Ronald Reagan.
Bolschwing had joined the National Socialist Party (Nazis) at the age of 23 in 1932, and became a top SD (Gestapo) informer by 1939. Bolschwing became a Middle East spy and counterintelligence expert, where he worked undercover in Jerusalem as an importer and banker. He had served on Adolf Eichmann’s staff and was one of the chief masterminds behind the final solution to exterminate the Jewish people. [23]
In Austria, Bolschwing worked with Eichmann to expropriate Jewish property. In 1941, Bolschwing was the top SS control officer in Bucharest, Romania under the Iron Guard, and instigated a pogrom [24] in the city during which hundreds of people were murdered. Some of those killed were hung on meat hooks at a meat-packing plant, had their throats cut, and then were branded “kosher meat” with red-hot irons.
In 1945, Bolschwing was recruited under deep cover by the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Corps (CIC) as an informer and agent of Wild Bill Donovan and Allen Dulles’ OSS in Austria. By 1949, Bolschwing and the SS were officially deep cover agents of the United States Central Intelligence Agency under CIA director Allen Dulles. [25]
In February 1954, Bolschwing under cover of displaced Romanians and the CIA immigrated to the United States, and his ring of spies and assassins followed him. When the Gehlen Org became Germany’s official state intelligence arm, Bolschwing became Gehlen’s agent-in-place in the United States, [26] and became one of the most dangerous and powerful men in the body of the Nazi Hydra in America.
The Gehlen Org was the military industrial-congressional complexes’ secret shadow group of international Nazi and SS spies, drug dealers, gun runners, agent-provocateurs, torturers and assassins.
In mid-1960, for two years Bolschwing was a chief financial officer of Cabot Manufacturing’s German subsidiary based in the State of Maine. He became closely associated and employed by the late Elmer Bobst at Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical (1955-1963) [27], a godfather of Richard Nixon’s political career, which brought him inside Nixon’s 1960 campaign for the presidency. He developed close ties with Alfred Driscoll, former governor of New Jersey, and honorary board of chairman of Warner Lambert. [28]
Bobst is an awfully significant connection. Bobst was one of the primary founders of the American Cancer Society (ACS) in the 1940’s. Bobst later became president of Rockefeller Family’s holding Hoffman LaRoche and Warner-Lambert. “Bobst is further credited for having brought Richard Nixon to power, and because of his wealth and power influence, persuaded Nixon to wage his “War on Cancer.” It was during this “war” that cancer viruses, many functionally and descriptively identical to the human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV’s) associated with AIDS, were produced, cultured, and tested by Bionetics…” [29]
Bobst’s ASC included OSS Chief, William “Wild Bill” Donovan, and extreme Germanic racialist right-winger and CIA/FBI anti-communist consultant, Dr. Alton Ochsner of New Orleans. [30] Dr. Ochsner’s footprints are all over Lee Harvey Oswald, the conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy[31], and the development of the AIDS Virus. [32]
In Sacramento, the Bolschwing setup shop as Vice President of Business Affairs of TCI, Trans International Computer Investment Corporation[33], a Hydra Head CIA front and a den of international intrigue. He helped form TCI with notorious CIA terrorists and contractors Frank Terpril, Edwin Wilson; and Helena von Damm.
In Sacramento, von Damm became Ronald Reagan’s secretary, and then personal secretary to President Reagan. The Bolschwing Ring controlled most all of Reagan’s cabinet level appointments in both state and federal government.[34]
TCI was part of Nixon’s U.S. Defense Department and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under Secretary Melvin R. Laird. AIS, Advanced Information Systems and IIS, International Imaging Systems were subsidiaries of TCI. As early as 1967, TCI had been used to monitor the 1967 Arab-Israeli Conflict. [35]
Some of the individuals on TCI’s board were J. Paul Getty, Jr.; Emanuel Fthnenakis, a Greek with direct ties to Aristotle Onassis (Associate of Nazi Financer Hjalmar Schacht); and Judge William A. Newsom, father of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom. Fthenakis was associated with Ford Aerospace, Philco. He was a former VP of ITT and Fairchild Industries of Germantown, Md. [36]
In 1972, Bolschwing’s protégé and a body of the American Nazi Hydra Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun retired from NASA and joined Fairchild Industries. [37]
The Bolschwing Ring sold the largest subsidiary of TCI to Albert Hakim and Richard Secord. And that subsidiary became Stanford Technology Trading Group, and Stanford Trading Group International (STGI).
STGI became a notorious CIA front that germinated the Iran-Contra conspirators and operatives of the Phoenix Assassination and Counterintelligence Program of Vietnam. It included hydra heads Oliver North, Theodore Clines, William Casey, Admiral J. Pointdexter, Edwin Wilson, Frank Terpil, Theodore Schackley, Chilean General Augusto Pinochet, and the Nugan Hand Bank. At some point, STGI moved to Chile under Pinochet, then to Saigon.
Most significantly, the Bolschwing Ring was Gehlen’s part of Permindex headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Switzerland [38]and South Africa.[39] Parallex Corporation? Permindex was an international cabal funding and directing political assassinations, counterintelligence insurgencies, and coup de tats around the world. Permindex has been generally implicated in the assassinations of John and Robert Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, and among others, the attempts on the life of French President Charles de Gaulle. [40]
The five groups under Permindex and their supervisors were: 1. Nazis, the SS [41], Czarist Russian, Eastern European and Middle East exile organization called SOLIDARISTS, headed by Ferenc Nagy, ex-Hungarian Premier, and John DeMenil, Russian exile from Houston, Texas, a close friend and supporter of Lyndon Johnson for over thirty years.[42] 2. A section of the AMERICAN COUNCIL OF CHRISTIAN CHURCHES headed by H.L. Hunt of Dallas, Texas. A Cuban exile group called FREE CUBA COMMITTEE headed by Carlos Prio Socarras, ex-Cuban President. An organization of United States, Caribbean, and Havana, Cuba gamblers called the Syndicate headed by Clifford Jones, ex-Lieutenant Governor of Nevada and Democratic National Committeeman, and Bobby Baker of Washington, D.C. This group worked closely with a Mafia family headed by Joe Bonnano. The SECURITY DIVISION of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) headed by SS Wernher Von Braun, head of the German Nazi rocket program from 1932 through 1945. Headquarters for this group was the DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY COMMAND at Muscle Shoals Redstone Arsenal in Alabama and on East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. [43]
In shadow of the SS Bolschwing’s Ring in Sacramento, the California Department of Corrections formally recognized and incorporated The Black Cultural Association (BCA) as an official inmate group at the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville.
The BCA was really an illegal CIA domestic behavioral modification experiment being run on black inmates out of CIA’s Technical Services Division (TSD) under Dr. Sidney Gottlieb.
Dr. Louis Joylon (Jolly) West of UCLA was senior technical consultant. BCA was a bizarre monster factory producing mind controlled Black counterintelligence-insurgency agents and zombie assassins for the military industrial congressional complex’s war against Black Nationalist and the panthers. One of which appeared at Merritt Jr. College in 1969 with exploding (dum-dum) bullets to assassinate most likely H. Rap Brown, (Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin ).
The late prominent Attorney John C. Houlihan was the mayor of Oakland during the formative years of mass “Negro removal” federally funded under the veil of urban redevelopment.
Since 1964, the mass Negro removal in Oakland was masterminded, designed and developed by the military intelligence handmaiden, Stanford Research Institute (SRI) at Stanford University.
In 1964, the Oakland Redevelopment Agency (ORA) funded by the SRI’s collaborator Ford Foundation came under instant suspicion and exposed for its deception and hidden agenda in regards to the multi-million dollar mass redevelopment of West Oakland in the Oak Center Mass Redevelopment Project. Kaiser was the leading engineering firm for the money-spinning project.
The ORA executive director, Thomas C. Bell, and his top aide, Arthur Hoff, resigned following criticism by Robert McCabe, the regional federal urban renewal administrator. McCade charged that ORA was using “subterfuge” in its dealings with the government. McCade complained that the agency was telling the public, Black residents of West Oakland, that the project was to be mainly rehabilitation and at the same time was adopting standards that would make this impossible. They conspired secretly with SRI and the Ford Foundation to level most of West Oakland. At that time, West Oakland was densely populated with predominately Black, about 90%, homeowners.
McCabe charged that all of the members of the “Lilly-White” ORA should have been aware of the deception and misrepresentations made to the Federal Government to obtain federal redevelopment funding. Kenneth F. Smith was the agency chairman. Mrs. Edwin E. Huddleson, Jr., Lloyd V. Lindquist, Nat Frankel and Leslie K. Moore were the remaining body of ORA.
The resignations came after a series of meetings involving the Oakland Citizens Committee for Urban Renewal (OCCUR), Mayor Houlihan and the regional federal urban renewal administrator.
Sol Gilbert, head of OCCUR, met with McCabe, Mayor Houlihan, ORA to save the project. OCCUR was an advisory group required by the Federal government as part of the city’s workable redevelopment program.
Mayor Houlihan was not exactly excited by SRI’s federal redevelopment scheme. Mayor Houlihan publicly considered abandoning the Negro Removal Oak Center Project, entirely.
At the same time, SRI was developing the lucrative Bay Area Rapid Transit System (BART) the major bay area mass rapid transportation project. Again, Houlihan was not exactly excited and happy with SRI’s BART project, and its impact on residents of Oakland, in particular.
Mayor Houlihan firmly believed that SRI’s mass transit system wouldn’t benefit the citizens of Oakland. He saw the mass transit system as an unwarranted and expensive thoroughfare into San Francisco for people living outside of Oakland. Houlihan’s very vocal campaign slogan was “Oakland for Oaklanders”. He argued that SRI’s mass transit system and West Oakland’s Oak Center Project would destroy Oakland’s tax base by unnecessarily displacing thousandths of businesses, home owners and taxpayers.
BART from the beginning had been a special interest and lush project for the Bechtel International Group, and Kaiser, Inc. founded by the Bechtel and Kaiser Families of Oakland. The Bay Area Council (BAC), a group of San Francisco area fascist businessmen and industrialist, had begun as early as 1945 crusading for a subway system to make San Francisco the gateway to the Pacific Basin.
Bechtel family members, Stephen D. Bechtel, Sr., Stephen D. Bechtel, Jr., and Henry J. Kaiser, and his son Edgar Kaiser dominated BAC. Stephen Bechtel, Sr. was a member of the board of directors. Stephen D. Bechtel, Jr. bankrolled the campaign to finance BART.
In 1957, BAC hired its handmaiden SRI to prepare a study detailing the benefits that would accrue to the bay area from mass transit. On the basis of the study and a lavish public relations campaign heavily financed by Bechtel and its corporate confederates, a $792 million bond issue was narrowly approved.
The project had been delayed, and was just getting underway in 1966 when Mayor Houlihan began to rally against it. Bechtel was the leading engineering firm for BART project. Bechtel was set to collect at least $150 million for the job, and underhandedly displace thousands more of Oakland’s Black residents.
On January 30, 1966, Mayor Houlihan made it known publicly that he opposed BART, “Freeways have cut wide swarts through Oakland and rapid transit is taking more property. The devil with the suburbanite…Many cities and mayors are disenchanted with freeways. They are made for the convenience of the suburbanite, not the city. Official Oakland is deeply concerned whether it should continue with rapid transit program.” The mayor stated most firmly, “We may well kick out the rapid transit system.”
Unwittingly or wittingly Mayor Houlihan, a devout catholic Irishman, stood in the way of one of the most hidden fascist, vicious, powerful, and dangerous clan of New World Order businessmen, and medical-military-industrialist and war profiteers on the planet. They were also collaborators with the world greatness racial mass murderers, the Nazis.
By itself, SRI was a major CIA and pentagon contractor similar to SS Obergruppenfuhrer Dr. Ing Hans Kammler’s Sonderkommando (Special Unit) “think tank” of Nazi Germany.
SRI was founded in 1946 by the same group of fascist West Coast businessmen and war profiteers headed by Stephen D. Bechtel, Sr. and Henry J. Kaiser. SRI grew to be the second-largest corporate-government “think tank” in the United States. Its business was supplying government and industry with the latest in applied research, economic analysis and management techniques.
Among its many programs, SRI evaluated the U.S. strategic systems and played a leading role in developing the U.S. response to the launching of the Soviet Sputnik satellite. Its multimillion-dollar involvement in defense work, combined with its work for the Defense Department during the Vietnam War, provoked violent student demonstrations on the Stanford University campus, and led the university to sever its connections with the institute in 1969.
In 1921, the business partnership of Warren A. Bechtel, and Henry J. Kaiser, both of German descent, developed in Oakland to build major roads throughout California. Bechtel in concert with the Kaisers and other firms built the Hoover Dam, the San Francisco Bay Bridge, the Alaskan pipeline and the mass transit system in Washington D.C. Bechtel and Kaiser constructed major oil pipelines for Rockefeller’s Standard Oil of California in Saudi Arabia.
Bechtel was principal purveyor of nuclear power since the birth of commercial nuclear power industrial in the late 1950’s. Bechtel had a hand in the design and construction of 45 nuclear power plants in 22 states.
A list of Bechtel alumni and associates reads like a fascist Who’s Who of the CIA, Pentagon, and Washington: OSS veteran, John McCone, Atomic Energy Commission, CIA (Kennedy, Eisenhower), Bay of Pigs, Assassination of John F. Kennedy, Iran-Contra Affair, George Schultz, former Secretary of State, Caspar Weinberger, former Secretary of Defense, Richard Helms, CIA, UK-Ultra, UK-Search Mind Control Programs, William Casey, CIA, “The Phoenix Operation”, Phillip Habib, Middle East Envoy, Iran-Contra Affair.
President of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah, was ousted in 1966 by a military council subsidized by the CIA when Nkrumah’s Pan-Africanism ideas threatened Edgar Kaiser’s Volta Aluminum Company, and his Volta River Dam Project in Ghana. Bechtel have been directly involved in ousting governments by covert military operations in Indonesia and Iran.
On April 30, 1966, the City of Oakland was taken by surprise when Mayor Houlihan suddenly announced his resignation amidst allegations of embezzlement. The Alameda County Grand jury had produced and issued indictments against him. The grand jury complaint flimsy alleged that there was “reason to suspect” that Houlihan “may have embezzled, concealed, smuggled or fraudulently disposed of” some of Mrs. Whitlock’s assets or “misappropriated” assets under her estate.
Germanic clan collaborator, the villainous and fascist Edwin Meese III of Inslaw and Iran-Contra fame, was the chief deputy district attorney assigned to the grand jury and the moving force behind the indictment of Houlihan.
The complaint had been fabricated and planted on behalf of an Eva Velpel of Peoria, Ill.; Ms. Whitlock was a wealthy elderly heir to the Safeway Food Store chain. Velpal was Whitlock’s sister and sole beneficiary under her will. Velpel was represented by Alameda attorney Thomas Ferro. Ferro had his secretary, a Mrs. Novak, appointed administratrix to the estate.
The Alameda County District Attorney and Houlihan’s fellow Irishman, J. Frank Coakley, infamous Port Chicago Mutiny Trial Prosecutor, was obviously shaken, intimidated and fearful of the powerful and traitorous clan and said uncharacteristly, “Nobody made any complaint to me,” adding, “I’m not making any observation at all.” Coakley abandoned the rule of law, and left Houlihan to the wrath of the clan.
In his defense, Mayor Houlihan responded, “there’s a question of whether there was actually $96,000 in bonds” in the estate when he became conservator. That figure came from Mrs. Whitlock who was then 70 years old.” Houlihan further added, “the actual amount of the bonds can be verified by a check of registration information.”
On October 11, 1966, almost five months after he resigned, Houlihan was charged before Superior Court Judge Redmon C. Staats, Jr. that he systematically plundered the estate of the late Sarilla Whitlock, widow of Safeway Stores executive, James Whitlock. She died in 1965 at the age of 74. Extraordinarily, Judge Staats had Houlihan seized, taken away and jailed immediately.
On about October 24, 1966, the once bold, fiery, outspoken and domineering Irishman submissively pleaded guilty to the grand jury indictment. Amazingly, there were no bail hearings, no pretrial conferences, or discovery proceedings before Houlihan was indefinitely detained and jailed.
Houlihan was represented by attorney Stanley P. Golde. Houlihan had been publicly humiliated. He was jailed for approximately (thirteen) 13 days before he was succumbed and pleaded guilty to the charges.
At his hearing, the once prominent attorney and mayor of Oakland was described as appearing “wan” and “tired”. The former mayor had been huddled in a holding cell with six other prisoners awaiting hearings on charges ranging from assault with a deadly weapon to bail jumping. When his case was called, Houlihan conferred briefly with Golde and then the court ordered Houlihan committed immediately to the prison of horrors and mind control, Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility.
Judge Staats had Houlihan’s commitment papers and orders already opened, sealed and delivered. Judge Staats immediately signed commitment orders sending Houlihan to Vacaville Medical Facility for 85 days after he read a letter into the record from E. J. Reimer, chief of the Vacaville medical facility, who said that Houlihan was a “fit subject” for the diagnostic study, brainwashing and maybe one of Vacaville’s infamous psychosurgery procedures, a brain lobotomy mind flush for his insolence to the New World Order.
Houlihan left Alameda County jail with two other prisoners, Riley Bibray and James E. Martinez, also enroute to Vacaville for burglary convictions. Houlihan was dressed in white overalls with a large red “P” on the back and he wore shower clogs.
Houlihan shielded his eyes from the TV lights as a sheriff’s department placed a green airline type bag in the rear of the station wagon which had emblazoned on the side, “Irish Airplanes”, a final veiled humiliating insult by Oakland’s ruling fascist Germanic Clan also known as the Alameda County Mafia.
The medical military industrial medical complex and its handmaiden had removed the Mayor of Oakland in a power bloodless coup d’ etat. It destroyed John Charles Houlihan, because of his public opposition to their veiled plans to clandestinely destroy and level the Black communities of Oakland and handsomely profit from it.
Houlihan was swiped away to SRI’s covert CIA/NASA mind control and behavior modification projects at Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility headed by CIA MK Ultra Station chief, Stanford Psychiatrist Dr. James Alexander Hamilton , and Black collaborator Dr. Isaac Slaughter.
During the CIA’s covert MK-ULTRA program, Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility was used extensively as a secret virtual human guinea pig experimentation lab for the SS-Nazis, and the U.S. medical-military-industrial complex.
In 1963, Dr. William C. Keating, superintendent of Vacaville, reported that over 50 covert experimental programs were ongoing at Vacaville including National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) programs. NASA was a federal agency created, gift wrapped and presented to SS Stumbannfuhrer (Major) Wernher von Braun of Nazi Germany by the United States government. Dr. Keating and Dr. Ralph Urbino, a retired Air Force officer formed a nonprofit and shadowy Solano Institute for Medical and Psychiatric Research as a front for the CIA’s and von Braun’s human experimentation, behavior modification and drug testing projects at Vacaville.
The rest is history. BART became the New World Order lucrative autocratic mass transit system rip-off with its own intelligence and police force, and thousands of businesses and Black residents were displaced, and hundred of miles of Black West Oakland was leveled and destroyed.
Houlihan spent his entire term at the prison of horror and mind control. Houlihan must have been turned into a completely tamed brain flushed zombie. The California Adult Authority granted Houlihan’s release from prison, 2 1/2 months ahead of schedule.
Houlihan’s early release was granted so that he would accept a $15,000 a year position as a special assistant to the late CIA operative and spook, Edward J. Daly, president of Oakland’s World Airways, and the New (World Order) Oakland Committee.
The infamous South Korean Airlines 007 shot down on September 1, 1983 by Soviet fighter planes over the Sea of Japan was one of Daly’s rented planes allegedly loaded secretly with sophisticated CIA spy equipment.
It also carried to death along with 269 passengers, Dr. Lawrence Patton (Larry) McDonald. McDonald was a powerful and controversial 5-term U.S. Congressman, Democrat, from Georgia. He was also simultaneously Chairman of the John Birch Society and President of Western Goals Foundation.
McDonald was also the cousin of infamous General George S. Patton; and an alleged Nazi spy collaborator. According to the research of the late Mae Brussell, McDonald was a national leader of the John Birch Society, which was exceedingly active in Dallas preceding the Kennedy assassination. Western Goals has offices in Germany run by Eugene Wigner that fed data to the Reinhard Gehlen’s BND, Germany’s CIA. On Western Goals board were Cold War Warriors Edward Teller, Admiral Thomas Moorer and Dr. Hans Senholt, once a Nazi Luftwaffe pilot under the notorious SA-Gruppenfuhrer Hermann Wilhelm Goring.
Daly said that he intended to use Houlihan as a flunky and assign him to docile duties involving governmental and community relations, and said the former Oakland mayor would represent him at meetings of public service organizations Daly is unable to attend in person.
Oakland’s bloodless coup d’ etat was engineered, synchronized and arranged by a symphony of the Alameda County Mafia.
Judge Redmond Staats was one of them. He had been a longtime confederate of the political machine of Leland Stanford’s “Southern Pacific Republican Party” led by Oakland’s fascist old guard confederates, Joseph Knowland and Mike Kelly.
Houlihan’s attorney had also been one of them. Stanley P. Golde went on to represent Dr. Marcus Foster, Oakland’s Superintendent of Schools, for a February 1973 drunken driving case in South San Francisco. Dr. Foster had also defied Oakland’s ruling clans, and the Alameda County Mafia.
It is most likely that Marcus Foster was CIA Artichoked and drugged. Dr. Foster’s drugging was timed so that he should have been involved in a deadly freeway crash, but it so happened that he was caught on a freeway onramp traffic jam when the drug overtook and disabled him. Dr. Foster was assassinated before the case was resolved.
Also in 1973, Golde was appointed to Alameda Superior Court by the Nazi collaborating former California Governor Ronald Reagan.
In 1976, as a judge, Golde controlled and covered-up and veiled evidence in the criminal proceedings and cases to shield the cover of Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) members, Emily and Bill Harris, which were covert CIA-FBI collaborators and provocateurs.
Before Judge Golde died in 1999, he had sent more poor Oakland Black defendants to death row than any other judge in the state.
The 1966 secret bloodless coup of Oakland’s Mayor, the late John Charles Houlihan, is another one of Oakland’s Family Jewels that set the backdrop for the blowback, the continuing acts of murder, repression and oppression by the BART Police Department against people of color, and the cold-blooded extermination of the precious life of 22-year Oscar Grant III on January 1, 2009 .
The other day KTVU Channel 2 aired a recently discovered cell phone video that showed BART Officers on a Monster Bash just moments prior to Oscar Grant III’s life being literally exterminated by Johannes Mehserle. The video showed BART Officer Tony Pirone wildly and arbitrarily attack, Monster Bash Grant to the floor, and then recklessly banish and waive his stun gun around at Grant and other young men that were capriciously seized from a passenger car.
Why didn’t Attorney John Burris disclose information to the public that this group of BART officers had been running amok bashing patrons and wantonly banishing their weapons terrorizing BART patrons? Aren’t these officers, all of them, a threat to public safety? Early on, a reporter asked Burris if he thought that there might be some type of BART cover up as to what really transpired on that platform. Burris jested as if he was exasperated that the question was even asked. Of course not, Burris couldn’t and wouldn’t envision a BART cover up or conspiracy of silence. Why has he controlled and gagged all of the young witnesses to Grant’s murder that were also seized, beaten and terrorized by BART Police on the Fruitvale platform that frightful night? The City of Oakland is inundated with secret FBI, CIA, military intelligence and police handkerchief head collaborators and informers. Is Burris really a gatekeeper to the truth?
Did the BART officers commit perjury and falsify statements of their Monster Bash on the Fruitvale BART Station that evening? Did cell phone videos seized by BART Police show Pirone maliciously monster bash and assault Grant, and BART covered it up? Did they tell the truth and BART Police Chief Gary Gee covered it up?
Was it a full moon the Wolf Bain bloomed that turned them into monsters? Are they neo-Nazis, Klansmen, Satanist or just sick racist individual monsters? What is it? What’s really going on and who is actively involved in the cover up of these monsters running amok on BART patrons. And what about BART’s Nazi-SS type Terror Dogs? Is the entire BART Police Department dysfunctional and running amok on the taxpayers’ payroll!

On January 1, 2009, what actions of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) police preceded Oscar Grant raising his hands in defenselessness begging and pleading for his life on the platform of Fruitvale BART Station in Oakland, CA?
All of the officers surrounding Grant were Aryans. Whatever they were doing and saying left Oscar Grant absolutely terrified of being shot. I was struck by the cold heartiness, deliberateness, and brazenness of the officers as they disregarded his cries and set upon him as if they were subduing a wild animal. With Grant lying prone and helpless on his face an officer mercilessly drove his knee into the back of his head driving it into the concrete, another officer sat upon his back as if he was hog tying an animal.
BART Officer Johannes Mehserle stood over him and instantaneous and deliberately drew his weapon struck a military stance and barbarically in cold blood drove a hot projective in Grant’s back killing him without any visible signs of remorse.
My impression was that Officer wasn’t mistakenly taking up his stunt gun; Mehserle’s flashpoint was as if on automatic exterminating a lower form of life lying beneath him. Due to the silence and lack of any signs of remorse by Mehserle and BART, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered.
The root of the surname Mehserle is Swiss-Germanic, meaning “knife maker.” Is Mehserle a secret member of the Klan or a “Man of the Oak?” Was he born of the pagan BEAST? Was he imitated into a Cult of the Black Sun trained to cold bloodedly kill Black people? Was Mehserle a blowback performing a pagan blood rite on automatic? What’s really going on in Oakland?

I flashed back to the Gestapo officers of the Beast, the Nazi SS (Schutzstaffel). The SS was the world’s greatness mass murder cult. They were High Priests and Wizards of the Cult of the Black Sun preying on lower forms of life declared half-human that they vowed by their creed, religion and blood rite to exterminate.

Was Mehserle under some sort of delusion as a mystic Aryan warrior that he could be immune from criminal prosecution and civil liability for the cold blooded murder of an innocent young Black man?
Peel away the layers and connect the dots. Mehserle’s utter cold bloodiness in murder of a human being, and BART’s downright demonstrated indifference to the murder of this young father suggests they too were most likely born of the Beast.

Its business has always been supplying government and industry with the latest in applied research, economic analysis and management techniques secretly of the Beast.
There are some parallels between the founding and development of SRI in 1946 and a missing secret covert SS Sonderkommando (Special Unit) “think tank” from Nazi Germany.
In April 1945, one of the most wanted, important and powerful WWII Nazi war criminal only behind Reichsfuhrer der SS Heinrich Himmler, SS OBERGRUPPENFUHRER DR.ING.HANS Kammler and his project, the “wunderwaffen” conveniently disappeared from Germany. Wunderwaffen is a Nazi term meaning “Wonder Weapons.” It included the secret research and development of the world’s first weapons of mass human destruction, the atomic bomb, air-fuel bombs, biological warfare.
SS Kammler coordinated the development of wunderwaffen secret programs via SS Sonderkommandos “think tanks” of the leading Nazi scientists that he recruited which drove the SS medical-military-industrial complex mass murder death machine. SS Kammler’s “think tanks” involved some of the most important hardcore and dangerous Nazi scientists and agents that covertly moved directly into the United States through Project Paperclip including SS Stumbannfuhrers (Major General) Dr. Walter Robert Dornberger, Wernher von Braun, and German rocket pioneer scientist Dr. Hermann Oberth. Dornberger and von Braun are also believed to have been some of the masterminds behind the assassinations of John and Robert Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King.
It is believed by some that SS Kammler struck a deal with US General George S. Patton of the U.S. Third Armored Division to turn over the SS medical-military-industrial complex’s secrets to the Americans in return for his “disappearance.”
In March 1945, SS Dornberger and von Braun and 120 members of SS Kammler’s Sonderkommando rocket team that had been hiding in the mountains of Bavaria voluntarily surrendered to U.S. Allied Forces. General Patton was the military governor of Bavaria.
Then, “Pilscn and the Skoda Works were captured by Combat Command B Third Armored Division, the same unit that captured Kammler’s unique metropolis, with its treasure trove of missiles and jet engines, at Nordhausen in Saxony on April 11 (1945).” [5]
In that same April that General Patton overtook SS Kammler’s headquarters; he conveniently disappeared from sight, sound and history. Critical to the SS Sonderkommando development of the Nazi’s weapons of mass destruction was the development of the world’s first true computer called the “Eniac” (Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer). It was developed by another ardent Nazi digital computer expert Konrad Zuse of Berlin. Zuse was a close friend of SS von Braun and worked on Kammler’s V-2 rocket team as a guidance system technician.
Zuse’s latest computer, the Z4, survived the Allied bombing blitz of Germany with the aid of SS Kammler by hiding the computer system in the Bavaria Mountains along with his rocket team and may have been part of Kammler’s super wunderwaffen scientific treasure trove secured by General Patton.
It is generally believed that Zuse’s “Eniac” was used to compile the complicated data needed in developing the SS secret atomic bomb weapon that was supposed to turn the tide of war in the Nazi’s favor.
However, it would turn out to be that the secret to SS Kammler, the wunderwaffen trove and Nazi loot was best to left in the hands of the Wall Street banking medical-military-industrial interests than a dispensable military grunt like General Patton.
On December 21, 1945, General Patton was conveniently liquidated by an arranged accident in Germany. After the death of Patton, SS Kammler and the SS wunderwaffen treasure trove disappeared into the banking medical-military-industry of America, and was cemented and shrouded in mystery.
However, Konrad Zuse’s super secret Z4 “Eniac” computer just happened to show up at SRI in Menlo Park, CA. According to SRI, “ENIAC, the world’s first digital computer. ENIAC was installed at SRI in 1946, and the institute’s researchers immediately began work scaling down the behemoth machine. SRI scientists came up with the first magnetic core computer memory, which allowed the computer to operate in a much smaller casing. SRI made many other firsts in computers, and in its early years it made key contributions to other industries as well.” [6]
The rest is history. SRI’s ENIAC was used in the super secret Manhattan Project to develop the atomic bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945 to mass murder and slaughter hundreds of thousands of Japanese.
In little or no time after the assassination of General Patton [7] and disappearance of SS Kammler and dropping of the atomic bomb, SRI miraculously grew to be the second-largest corporate-government medical-military-industrial-congressional “think tank” in the United States behind the RAND Corporation.
SRI is an American version of Nazi Germany’s SS Sonderkommando “think tank.” Its business has always been supplying government and industry with the latest in applied research in human experimentation, eugenics, Himmler’s remote projection exercises (remote viewing), and economic strategies and human management (mind control) techniques of the Beast.
Among its many programs, SRI evaluated the U.S. strategic systems and played a leading role in developing the U.S. response to the launching of the Soviet Sputnik satellite. Its multimillion-dollar involvement in defense work, combined with its work for the Defense Department during the Vietnam War, provoked violent student demonstrations on the Stanford University campus, and led the university to sever its connections with the institute in 1969.[8]
Among its covert programs, one of its most prominent projects involved experimental drug testing, trauma based mind control experiments and psychosurgery producing operational Black zombie-assassins at Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility pursuant to mandates of the Huston Plan. One of its experimental zombies was Donald Defreeze (Clique) of the Symbionese Liberation Army.
Just image for a moment that Oakland wasn’t really named after oak trees, but was really named after the pagan European mythical Forest of the Oak. It was believed that the Oak was the first tree created by God, and its fruit, the Acorn, the first food of mankind.
The Oak tree (Quercus robur) is one of the sacred trees of Wicca and Witchcraft, and is associated with the month of June (10th – 7th July).June is also the month of “Litha” and the Summer Solstice, which is one of the 4 lesser Sabbats of the Witches celebrated on the 21st June.
In the early age of mankind the Oak tree was thought to have been a primary focus of worship by the ancient Druids. Oak trees were sacred to the Druids, and in Norse Mythology are associated with Thor, the pagan Aryan thunder God.
The Oak tree was also sacred to the mythology and pagan occult beliefs of the SS. Oak leaves were important parts of SS and Nazi system of rank and awards. The Allgemeine-SS system of indicating rank included oak leaves on the collars of their military regalia.
The Nazi party used the traditional German eagle in a Nazi style, standing atop of a swastika inside a wreath of oak leaves. Klaus Barbie, the Butcher of Lyon, High Priest of the “Thule” Lodge, was married underneath a oak tree as part of SS ritual and pagan initiation.
It would be completely natural for the BEAST’s Lords of Oakland to secretly harbuor among us one of the Priests of the Black Sun of the Oak Forest. After all Oakland was founded by the Aryan fathers as a haven for secret pagan covens, Druids and “Men of the Oak.” [9]
To no surprise since the late 1960’s, one of Himmler’s most trusted SS Allgemeine henchmen and priest of death was enbedded just outside of Oakland to covertly lead a fraternity of men of the oak to conspirer to neutralize and exterminate the Bay Area’s Left, Black Nationalist and in particular, the Oakland Black Panther Party for Self Defense.
In 1969, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing was in fact in residence in Sacramento, CA, the seat of state power under the Fascist Ronald Reagan’s governmental regime, to mastermind Murder, Inc.
In Sacramento, von Bolshwing maintained a CIA Project Chaos front corporation (TCI) and den of international assassins, gun runners and drug traffickers, which included among others Oliver North of the National Security Council (NSC), CIA agents Edwin Wilson and Frank Terpil, all of the infamous Iran-Contra Affair and U.S.A Murder, Inc.
In 1981, the Office of Special Investigation (OSI), a special unit of U.S. Justice Department targeting for deportation Nazis living illegally in the U.S. finally moved in on SS von Bolschwing. While facing deportation in U.S. Federal Court, the same justice department sealed his case on behalf of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on the basis of U.S. National Security. [10]
So it’s not too farfetched to speculate if Johannes Mehserle and BART were born or initiated of the BEAST for the one of their high priests to be within a breath of Oakland.
For decades, the BEAST has been here clandestinely organizing and spreading their poison at the highest levels of government. It was/is part and parcel of Himmler’s SS clandestine mode of operation; SS agents are/were routinely lent to local police departments to target, terrorize and barbarically liquidate and summarily execute preceded national security threats (OPD Panther Squad).
Make no mistake, von Bolschwing was one of the most dangerous and traitorous mass murders on the planet. He was a world class war criminal, torturer and terrorist. SS von Bolschwing was on staff and adviser to the infamous SS-Obersturmbannführer Adolf Eichmann, “the architect of the Holocaust”. SS von Bolschwing introduced Eichmann to Palestine and the fathers of Israel’s Zionist terrorist state that is currently barbarically mass murdering the brown People of Palestine.
All of the Oakland’s unsolved murders of young Black men and women were not at the hands of our people. Peel back the layers. Connect the dots. Take a long and good look at the City of Oakland, OPD and BART Police. What were BART officers doing and saying on the Fruitvale platform to terrorize Grant and the other young men? Are there Klansmen or other white supremacy factions active on BART or OPD forces posing a threat to the public?
Don’t be fooled by the disinformation of media circus clowns, professional handkerchief heads and Head-Negroes-In Charge, BART Police is an autonomous state police force whose jurisdiction spans the State of California second only to the California Highway Patrol.
BART’s board of directors has little or no power or jurisdiction over BART Police. It is an autonomous state police force just like the SS that’s the way it was designed from the beginning by the BEAST’s Lords of the New World Order. It is their own private army infused and cloaked with the power of the state, and power to kill.
There must be independent and impartial investigation of the BART incident, murder of Oscar Grant, and BART Police Department?

In 2006, I was taken by surprise when I discovered that a friend was possibly seriously ill, but he didn’t want anyone to know. I later discovered that this rather healthy looking man was suffering from a number of different malignant ailments, which was unusual and suspect for a man of his upbringing and age. Hank [1] was at most in his late thirties or early forties. It appeared as if his body’s God given immune system had been impaired or compromised. Hank was a West Oakland native son. By my research, I knew that Oakland’s Black population had been for decades and may still be targets for covert biological and chemical warfare field experiments and testing by the military-industrial-congressional complex, and the predominately Black Oakland Unified School District had been one of their secret cohort testing grounds.

Sometime ago I had discovered in almost a passing reference about the Oakland school board approving a mass blood screening and test to be conducted at Clawson Elementary School in the heart of Black West Oakland. By pure chance, I asked him if he had attended Clawson.
He answered affirmatively. Then I asked him if he had been involved in a mass medical screening involving blood samples at the school, and again the answer was affirmative.
I was left stunned by what he began to summon up. Hank recalled the event dramatically as if it had taken place yesterday. As a child, he had been enormously traumatized by the event. Hank said that he could never forget that day. He was in the first grade when the school bell rang suddenly too early for recess or lunch. All the children in his class were lined up and marched out of the classroom, and silently herded into a crowded school auditorium. He said the boys went to one side of the auditorium, and the girls went to the other side. They were then herded into the school yard. He said that the yard was filed with tables where nurses were stationed. He said that when the children discovered that the nurses were sticking the children with needles panic broke out among them. He said that many of them started to cry out and run in fright. He said that all of them were subdued and forcibly shot with long needles. He didn’t know if they were shooting something into them or just seizing their blood.
As far as he knew, his parents didn’t know about the mass blood seizure, tests and shots. He was certain that his parents had not provided any consent to the mass blood sample seizure and testing. He said he never discovered why he was traumatized, shot, or the purpose of the mass blood screening.
On January 5, 1972, the Oakland Monclarion newspaper reported by a bare quorum that the white members of Oakland’s conservative Republican dominated school board approved a contract with Western Laboratories of Oakland to seize the blood of predominately Black and Brown students at Clawson, Durant, Melrose and Woodland elementary schools for covert mass genetic blood testing and screening. [2]
The board’s only two black Republican school board members Charles Goady and Barney Hilburn were conveniently and noticeably absent along with board president Lorenzo Hoopes for a brief and quiet as kept 15 minute school board meeting that approved without any discussion the mass blood sample seizure. [3]
Charles Goady was the vice president of the board. He had moved into Oakland in 1959. He was a native of New Jersey and reared and trained in New York. After WW II, he attended Long Island University. Goady had been a police officer in Babylon Township of Suffolk County, New York. He obtained an accounting and business administration degrees from New York, and Indiana University.
In 1971, the Nixon Administration appointed Goady as a regional commissioner of ACTION which was connected to U.S. State Department, and with the shadow U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW). Goady was also a P.G.& E executive. At the time of the assassination of Dr. Marcus Foster, Goady served as president of the school board.
Barney E. Hilburn was one of those go along to get along local attorneys, and one of the founders of a Negro business and professional social club, the Men of Tomorrow. He was also a board member of the YMCA and St. Vincent’s Day Care Center.
Lorenzo Hoopes was also a conservative Republican Safeway executive. In 1969, California Governor Reagan appointed him to a summer jobs for youth campaign committee. The former government was one of the leading proponents of opening the UCLA Center for the Study of the Prevention of Violence in combination with HEW as outlined below. In 1971, Hoopes was appointed Chief of Oakland’s federal antipoverty programs under President Richard Milhouse Nixon.
The funds for the blood seizure and tests were provided by a grant from HEW under a program called “SHANS”-School, Health and Nutrition Services project. During this time, HEW was under the shadowy leadership of New World Order figure Eliot Richardson. Richardson also became Nixon’s Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon during the assault on Vietnamese people, and then the U.S. Attorney General under the Watergate Scandal.
According to Mae Brussell there was much more to Richardson, “[t]he present Attorney General Eliot Richardson seems to be knowledgeable about mind control, behavior modification and programming. Following the Detroit riots of 1967, a new method of handling minorities started to be explored seriously as an alternative to social progress. Frank Ervin, Vernon Mark and William Sweet, all from Massachusetts, received aid from Eliot Richardson to begin studies and experimentation on behavior modification of minorities. It was Richardson who managed to get their project financed through Congressional funds. Their project is the use of preventive psychosurgery on minority children in Massachusetts.” [4]
HEW authorized blood sample seizures for up to 750 Oakland public school children for genetic blood screening tests, including a sickle cell test at $1.85 per student. SHANS also involved an undisclosed nutrition program that fed the children at these schools a special controlled unidentified diet.
SHANS was some sort of pilot covert medical and nutrition experimental program that was also being operated in Africa. Western Laboratories in Oakland is a criminal forensic laboratory. Dr. Paul Herrmann, Alameda County’s former lead forensic pathologist worked for Western Laboratories which contracted with Alameda County to perform autopsies. Western Laboratories performed an estimated 13,000 autopsies over the last three decades. [5]
Dr. Herrmann got his start in pathology at Washington University in St. Louis when he changed his medical residency from internal medicine during the 1960s. After residency specializing in forensics, Dr. Herrmann worked at the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. In 1970, Herrmann moved to the Bay Area and worked as a hospital- based pathologist with part-time work at the coroner’s office. By 1975, he was working full-time at the coroner’s office. Dr. Hermann said, “We do a lot of work in the criminal area.” Why was a primary criminal forensic laboratory seizing blood samples from Oakland’s Black and Brown children for genetic and biological profiles, Nazi Science?

In 1970, Congress conducted subcommittee hearings on the Federal Involvement in the Use of Behavior Modification Drugs on Grammar School Children.[6] The subcommittee was exposed to an anti-violence proposal sent to HEW by Dr. Arnold Hutschnecker of New York to psychologically test the nation’s Black 6-8 year olds for incipient anti-social behavior and violent propensity or predisposition. The Hutschnecker’s Plan called for Black and Brown children to be interned in concentration camps as a matter of international peace and security. [7] Dr. Hutschnecker had an extremely interesting background.
Dr. Hutschnecker was born in Germany. He studied at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry in Munich, graduated from the university in 1925. He immigrated to the United States from Germany sometime in 1936 when the German General Staff, Deputy Fuhrer Rudolph Hess, Reichfuhrer Henrich Himmler and the SS were moving spies and Fifth Column Agents into New York City and the Americas.
Was Dr. Hutschnecker a clandestine National Socialist SS (Schutzstaffel) officer? The answer is most probably yes. In a New Times article, he was quoted, “When I talked about camps for young people, to retain them, like the camps I worked in when I came here from Germany in 1936.” [8]
Before 1935, all Nazi concentration camps were staffed and guarded by SS Reichsfuhrer Himmler’s special “political units on alert” (Politische Bereitschaften). In 1935, they were renamed “SS Guard Units” (SS-Wachverbände). In April 1936, they became the infamous and notorious “SS Death’s-Head Units” (SS-Totenkopfverbände). One SS Death’s-Head Unit was assigned to each concentration camp. After 1936, the camp administration, including the commandant, was also a part of the SS Death’s-Head Unit.[9]
It should be very clear that Nazi concentration camps were staffed by the Beast, the SS. If Dr. Hutshnecker worked at one of Germany’s concentration camps after graduating from the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry in Munich then he was without a doubt a dreaded SS officer under SS Heinrich Himmler.
Dr. Hutschnecker became an extremely influential New York psychoanalyst that appeared to have both Presidents Nixon and Ford under his spell. [10] He was a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychosomatic Society, a fellow of the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine, and a member of the International Organization of Group Tensions.
According to Dr. Hutschnecker someone sent Nixon to him in 1951 for consultation as an “internist” when he became the number two most powerful man in America, Vice President of the United States. [11] It was a well-kept secret, this man was not just a friend of Richard Nixon, but Nixon’s secret SS psychoanalyst for the next twenty or more years, and part of the shadow force of national socialists directing veiled national policy and state power along the lines of eugenics and Nazi Science.
In 1970, a Black HEW employee leaked Hutschnecker’s plan to the press before it was implemented. Due to public outrage, the plan went underground. Where did Dr. Hutschnecker’s Plan to intern the Black genetic pool in concentration camps resurface? Two places where it raised its ugly head was, “The Center for the Study of the Prevention of Violence” and “Jonestown” ‘Annihilation through Work’ (Vernichtung durch Arbeit).
The congressional subcommittee was also exposed to covert XYY Chromosome blood testing of Black children funded by HEW’s National Institute of Mental Heath (NIMH).
In the State of Maryland, 15,000, predominately Black boys were subjected to blood tests at the risk of being labeled and DNA profiled for life as potential criminals as part of a secret fascist plan veiled through anti-violence initiatives. The Maryland Department of Health and Juvenile Services cleared the study.
The search of boys with an XYY Chromosome pattern, which some scientists theorized was linked with violent criminal behavior, had been conducted by Johns Hopkins University with funding from NIMH. A baby’s sex is determined by whether it receives an X or a Y chromosome from its father. Normal men receive an X from their mothers and a Y from their fathers. Women get one X from each parent. The usual number of chromosomes is 46.
The study was concerned with who receives an extra Y. Some geneticists believed and argued that boys born with XYY Chromosomes get a double dose of masculinity that makes them prone to violent, aggressive behavior. A California doctor reportedly believed that an abnormal number of chromosomes might result in a high potential for committing rape or other sex crimes.
Dr. Digamber Borgaonkar through Johns Hopkins University headed the three-year XYY project under a $300,000 grant from the National Institutes of Health’s Center of Crime and Delinquency. 7,500 East Baltimore Boys, 95 percent Black, were lured unwittingly rinto the experimental blood-testing program through a free childcare program at Johns Hopkins University.
Timothy Crofton, assistant director of Edgemeade, a private psychiatric treatment center, assisted Dr. Borgaonkar in obtaining the NIH grant, and acted as the administrative coordinator for the project. Dr. Borgaonkar believed XYY males were more impulsive than aggressive, but may react more violently than others under certain stresses. He said earlier studies reported that the majority of XYY’s have low IQs and are tall, acned and aggressive. [12]
Geneticists consider Dr. Borgoankar’s beliefs and conclusions scientific rubbish. [13] There is and was absolutely no scientific basis that an extra Y chromosome, if there is such a thing, has anything to do with the genetic pool of Black boys, criminality, or a propensity or predisposition for rape and violence.
Was the Oakland blood seizure linked to a clandestine plan to expand and continue XYY Chromosome research to shape public policy against Black and Brown children?

The OUSD blood seizure case was only a piece of puzzle to a much bigger picture to shape national social policy through veiled and illusory antiviolence initiatives along the lines of National Socialism, fascism, eugenics and Nazi Science.
According to the Symbionese Liberation Army[14], in September 1973, Dr. Marcus A. Foster, Superintendent of Oakland Unified Schools had endorsed an anti-violence plan that would have authorized bio-dossiers on all Oakland students through a “Forced Youth Identification Program,” to provide police agencies with early warning about their “criminal tendencies.” Funding to the tune of $255,000 was to be provided for this plan by the California Council on Criminal Justice (CCCJ). [15]
The CCCJ was comprised of National Socialist inspired infamous fascists in the state, including FBI agent and California Attorney General Evelle Younger and the notorious former head of the Department of Corrections Robert Procunier were among its members.
On July 27, 1973, amid a national public outcry, CCCJ voted 19 to 0 to approve the allocation of $255,000 for the controversial Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence. The “Violence Center”, as it was called, was slated for construction on the campus of UCLA under a notorious CIA super spook psychiatrist, Dr. Louis Joylon West, head of the school’s neuropsychiatry center. The Violence Center involved the investment of over $1.5 million in taxpayers’ funds.
The Violence Center’s secret human experimentation agenda involved behavior modification experiments such as psychosurgery; drug testing; brain chip implants for remote control of behavior; and chemical castrations of Black and Brown young adults and children. The experiments were to take place at an isolated Nike missile base just outside of Los Angeles. [16]Children were to be fed into the center from the data banks of bio-dossiers maintained through large predominately non white metropolitan school districts like Oakland, and Los Angeles that was linked to a central data collection and tracking computer system like the PROMIS Software system. A prototype of PROMIS was used by the CIA to track and liquidate dissidents in the Project Phoenix Assassination Program in Vietnam. [17]
By October 1973, the state’s fascist antiviolence plans were leaked to the Oakland community. People were outraged with the possible implementation of the “Forced Youth Identification Program”, which included bio-dossiers being compiled on all students and cop patrols in every Oakland junior and high school, all targeting Black and Brown students. The SLA claimed that the Oakland anti-violence plan would lead to many students being jailed “from age 15 for an indefinite period of time.” [18]
According to some sources[19], it was Dr. Marcus Foster that leaked the secret Nazi veiled plans to the public. One thing was clear; Dr. Foster kept flipping sides on some of the most extreme reactionary and dangerous forces on the planet, and it may have cost him his life.
For the record as late as October, Dr. Foster appeared to be on board with the fascist’s antiviolence plans, “… [A]s I say, some look at it as repressive. But let me tell you my feeling on it. I believe that no child or adult has any right to rob another child or adult of the opportunity of learn because of his behavior. If I err, let me err by grabbing that person and taking him out of the situation for his own good.” [20] Just like the Japanese were interned in concentration camps in America for their own good.
Dr. Foster may have been acting as a double agent, but found out too late in the game that he had been setup as a patsy just like Lee Harvey Oswald.
On November 6, 1973, Dr. Foster was assassinated after he was caught in a deadly triangular-crossfire ambush after a school board meeting. It was a professional hit team. President Kennedy was murdered by similar professional triangular-crossfire ambush specialists.
Dr. Foster’s assassins left calling cards. One carding card was cyanide-laced bullets that were pumped into Dr. Foster’s body after he had been shot lethally in the chest by a shotgun blast. The use of cyanide in the liquidation of non Aryans is based on an old Nazi occult fable that cyanide kills not only the body but the soul and spirit of so-called inferior races. [21]The other calling card was a straw cowboy hat that was left on the scene of the murder by a fleeing assassin. Do revolutionaries or pretend revolutionaries wear cowboy hats?
Back to Westeren Laboratories. Interestingly, Dr. Hermann of Western Lab was also around in a crucial position during a critical time in history as the county’s lead pathologist when the first mysterious deaths attributed to AIDS hit the Bay Area in the late 1970s. Levin was working with the American Cancer Society, and other researchers appeared to working out of Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Oakland, and the School of Public Health at UC Berkeley. [24]
In 1971, President Richard Milhouse Nixon converted the U.S. Biological Warfare Program into the National Cancer Institute.[25] The above Virus Cancer Programof the National Cancer Institute was the birthplace of AIDS. Basically, the Virus Cancer Program was looking for viruses that induced cancer as potential biological-chemical warfare agents. [27] These researchers in the Oakland Bay Area were studying patients with giant cells in osterogenic sarcomas [28] at least 4 years before the so-called official discovery of AIDS. Note that the AIDS retrovirus induces giant malignant cell formation. [29]
Was the Oakland school children involved in the SHANS’ nutrition program fed a controlled diet of food laced with ionized radiation, plutonium, uranium, or radium, and had their blood drawn to test for malignancies? Was the Oakland school children shot up with various viruses to induce potential cancers for the U.S. biological warfare program?
Dr. Joseph Hamilton, a neurologist at the University of California Hospital in San Francisco during the 1940’s coined the phrase a Little Touch of Buchenwald in a memo to his superiors. He was referring to the super secret Manhattan project’s covert medical experiments on unwitting human beings that was similar to the medical atrocities committed by Nazi doctors at Buckenwald, Auschwitz, Ravenesbrueck, Birkenau, Bergen-Belsen, Dachau, and other concentration camps.
America has a long filthy list of covert programs that have that Touch of Buchenwald. Far too often, it involves medical atrocities committed against Black and Brown people, and the poor by some of America’s most respected institutions. The Tuskegee Study was a Buchenwald Touch.
In Alabama, 399 African American sharecroppers suffering from syphilis were never told what had been stricken with while doctors from the U.S. Public Health Service observed them died and suffer, and while they infected their families. When penicillin was discovered to be effective treatment for syphilis, the men and their families were left untreated so that U.S. Public Health Service could continue to watch them suffer, die, and spread the disease to their love ones.
We look out at the world and say to ourselves what happened in Tuskegee, Buckenwald, and Auschwitz couldn’t happen in Oakland, but it has happened here and there are probably hundreds of people like Hank unknowingly dead or suffering from the crimes and atrocities committed against them by forces illicitly commandeering state power to pursue veiled fascist and racist objectives.
After numerous FOIA requests to HEW for information about SHANS, they stopped acknowledging my inquiries. Oakland Unified School District also would not respond to requests for information about SHANS or the board resolution approving the blood seizure.
Now almost 35 years after the assassination of our elder, Dr. Marcus A. Foster, the Oakland Police Department still refuse to make the Dr. Foster/SLA assassination files public because, believe it or not, they are still investigating or covering up the murder. Reopen the investigation beyond their jurisdiction. The Oakland Police Department can’t seem to adequately solve any political murders, like for instance, the mishandling of the Chauncey Bailey’s assassination as illustrated on national television by the CBS 60 Minutes segment.
Don’t sweep this matter under the rug of benign neglect; hundreds of people like Hank and their families deserve to know the truth about what happened to them, and family loved ones at the hands of state power, and those responsible for the atrocities, abuse of state power, and the outrages against the people must be exposed and punished.
