Alice Johnson, Federal Prison Gates Sudden Swung Open

Upon the well reported global publicized influence of the Hip Hop High Priestess, Kim Kardashian, black female inmate, Alice Marie Johnson, was released from federal prison the day after national and local primary elections. President select Drumpf commuted Ms. Johnson’s federal life sentence. In an absolutely bizarre situation, Little Lucifer (Jeff Sessions) opened the federal prison gate, and Ms. Johnson ran out of prison the same day of the presidential commutation- the day after June 2018 local, state and federal elections. Kim Kardashian, Donald J. Drumpf and Alice Johnson got the national and global headlines not the elections.

Alice Marie Johnson ran a lucrative DARK CAPITAL cocaine/marijuana drug ring in Memphis, TN linked to a Houston, TX drug distribution satellite cell of the Colombian Cali Cartel. Drug trafficking profits for whatsoever purposes is DARK CAPITAL and absolute EVIL that causes the masses certain suffering, death and destruction. From the country, Colombia, in South America, drug kingpin brothers Miquel and Gilberto Orejuela ran the DARK CAPITAL Cali Cartel.

In one 1997 smuggling operation linked to Gilberto,  U.S. Customs and FBI agents discovered a 2,400-pound cocaine shipment inside supposedly empty chlorine gas cylinders in the Port of Houston. Rodriguez and Gilberto Orejuela were extradited to the U.S. on December 6, 2004 (Gilberto) and March 15, 2005 (Miguel). On September 27, 2006, Gilberto and Miguel Rodriguez Orejuela pleaded guilty to a federal charge of conspiracy to import cocaine to the U.S.  Each was sentenced to 30 (thirty) years in prison. The brothers also agreed to forfeit a staggering $2.1 billion in drug trafficking assets, but many sources believed that amount is just a fraction of their DARK CAPITAL total wealth. As part of their plea deal, the brothers spared their relatives in Colombia from prosecution on money laundering charges and obstruction of justice.[1]

U.S. District Judge William Hoeveler

In 1999, an one time government prosecutor who became a defense attorney for Colombia’s notorious Cali cartel was sentenced to 5 (five) years in prison for his involvement in drug trafficking. U.S. District Judge William Hoeveler sentenced William Moran, 61, a former state prosecutor who became one of Miami’s most prominent criminal defense lawyers, to 60 months on a money laundering conspiracy charge. A federal jury had found Moran and co-defendant Michael Abbell, a Washington defense attorney who was once a top U.S. Justice Department official, guilty on two charges in July.  Abbell was the director of the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs in the early 1980s. There were actually 3 (three) very heavy former U.S. Justice Department prosecutors, as quiet is kept, indicted as part of the Cali Cartel.[2] The case against Moran and Abbell resulted from a multi-million dollar four-year investigation known as Operation Cornerstone, which federal officials said uncovered shipments of thousands of tons of cocaine into the U.S. hidden in everything from fence posts to coffee and frozen broccoli. Prosecutors had charged that Moran and Abbell participated in the conspiracy by silencing informers, delivering threats and preparing false affidavits for drug cartel kingpins Miguel Rodriguez Orejuela and his brother Gilbert Rodriguez Orejuela.[3]

DONALD J. DRUMPF, CIA, GAMBINO MOB AND DARK CAPITAL

Danny Casolaro, an investigative journalist, was found “suicided” in his Martinsburg, VA hotel on August 10, 1991.  His murder has never been solved, however there is plenty of information to point the finger at U.S. Government involvement.

In Cheri Seymour’s book “The Last Circle” Danny’s contact with Robert Booth Nichols (NY Gambino crime family and Yakuza) is well documented and included many conversations, the last of which involved Nichols involvement with The Cali Cartel.

Nichols, who has worked for many U.S. intelligence agencies (including the NSC and CIA), according to Michael Riconosciuto oversaw the handler (Glenn Shockley) of Jose Londono – one of the founders of The Cali Cartel (The Last Circle, pg. 82).  According to Riconsciuto, he witnessed Nichols hand $50,000 cash to U.S. Department of Justice employee Mike Abbell in order to handle an internal affairs investigation which would have led to the extradition of Gilbert and Miquel Rodriguez and Jose Londono from Colombia to the U.S. Riconosciuto also said that Nichols told him that it was important to “crowbar” the investigation because they were “intelligence people.”  Londono and the Orejuela brothers had likely been working for the U.S. Government since 1978.

According to Peter Dale Scott, the Cartel had taken over operations for Auguste Ricord’s network, part of the French Connection, in the early 70’s when the Richard Nixon administration and Santo Trafficante, Jr. took out the French Connection in order to eliminate drug trafficking competition (Cocaine Politics, pg. 84).

Donald J. Drumpf is a tentacle of the Octopus. His major dirty money laundering (DARK CAPITAL) connections to the MURDER, INC Mafioso criminal enterprise of Tampa-based crime boss Santo Trafficante, NY based Gambino Mob (John Gotti), and the Cali Cartel was thru his CIA mentor, the psychopathic homosexual pedophile ring handler and Mob fixer,  Roy Cohn.

A week before Danny’s death, he questioned employees at the U.S. Department of Justice about the information regarding The Cali Cartel.  Nichols ended up doing damage control at the DOJ and was furious with Casolaro – and even told investigative journalist Danny Casolaro he better back off.[4]

Yet all of the above, the black American female Alice Marie Johnson got the headlines and a mandatory life sentence without parole, plus 25 years for drug trafficking from a genuine Tennessee (KKK Country) Republican redneck, Judge Julia Gibbons. Alice Johnson may have gotten sentenced more time in prison than  all the Cali Cartel criminals defendants including the Orejuela brothers, combined.[5] Don’t get it twisted. Alice Johnson was no hapless drug addict. She was a drug trafficker that earned her place in prison. After serving 21 years of a life sentence, commutation of her sentence was good for Alice Johnson and her family, but it won’t mean much for the hundred of thousands of other incarcerated black and brown state and federal inmates unfairly racial discriminatory sentenced.[6]

Following the meeting with Kim Kardashian, Drumpf tweeted a picture of the pair inside the Oval Office. He captioned it: “Great meeting with @KimKardashian today, talked about prison reform and sentencing.”[7]  Well, Donald J. Drumpf and Kim Kardashian are a lying statement about their alleged prison reform and sentencing talk that will not subsequently affect the lives of thousands of prison inmates, particularly of color.. Drumpf and Kim Kardashian’s federal prison reform and sentencing talk was a vicious lie, ILLUSION and smoked mirror of global mass population deception.

If Drumpf was even remotely serious about prison reform and sentencing, he would remove that fiendish Jefferson [Davis] Beauregard Sessions III aka Lucifer of Alabama from head of the U.S. Justice Department. Little Lucifer run the justice department and federal prison system as if he’s fighting the 2nd Civil War against black people in America.

While Kim Kardashian and Donald J. Drumpf dance around the real issues of prison reform and sentencing, Little Lucifer, head of the U.S. Justice Department, continues to ride the high horse on mass incarceration of black and brown people as a matter of federal policy in America.

KARDASHIANS- THE SILENT WATCHERS

Kim Kardashian is no prison reformer and she doesn’t know a damn thing about federal sentencing guidelines. Kim does not work, collaborate or consult with any real prison reformers. She is a global HollyWeird Luciferian ILLUMINATI celebrity “honey pot” and eye candy photo shoot for ILLUSIONS, SMOKED MIRRORS, the grand deception and dark circle mass population diversion.

Prison reform and sentencing are extremely complex issues warped inside an enigma inside puzzles to conceal overt racism and secret racial genocidal issues. With 2.2 million people in prison, mass incarceration is the greatest moral and racial injustice of our time. Estimates of lifetime incarceration predict that 1 in 3 black males will be imprisoned. And at any given time, 1 in 9 black men aged 20 to 34 are in prison. Black men are nearly six times as likely to be incarcerated as white men, and federal courts imposed prison sentences on black men that were 19% longer than those imposed on similarly situated white men between 2011 and 2016. These racial disparities are also prevalent in youth facilities. As of October 2015, there were 48,043 youth being held in juvenile facilities and 44% of these were African American.[8] In 2011, black women had a 1 in 19 lifetime incarceration likelihood, and black women were 2.5 times more likely to be incarcerated than white women (129 versus 51 per 100,000).[9] America needs bold solutions and people exposing their genocidal/racist agendas, hypocrisies and contradictions to confront and battle this serious crisis in America.

Kim Kardashian is used by Drumpf and America’s dark circles only as a mass diversion to honey coat federal mass incarceration of people of color and pull the veil over the eyes of the public about extremely secret explosive genocidal racial policies in America. Donald J. Drumpf and the dark circle will not back away from its national and global genocidal programs, but veil them before the public eyes.

DONALD J. DRUMPF, THE GODFATHER OF DARK CAPITAL

  

If you ask Donald J. Drumpf anything about his mob mentors, friends and associates, he always has a short and selective memory about his criminal DARK CAPITAL Mob Connections. David Cay Johnston, a Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalist has probed and written about the affairs of Donald J. Drumpf for 28 years. In the Skype interview Johnston has linked Drumpf to a lifetime association to a grand circus ring of known racist criminals and mobsters, which are detailed in The Making of Donald Trump.

Donald J. Drumpf & Fat Cat Drug Kingpin- Joe Weichselbaum

“Donald has been involved with all sorts of criminals, – Russian mobsters, Mafioso, con artists, but the most important one of all was a guy named Joe Weichselbaum. A twice convicted felon and mob associate when Donald decided to have him provide helicopters for his casinos.”[10]

Joe Weichselbaum was a major cocaine and marijuana trafficker involved with the Colombian cartels. He moved drugs from Miami to Cincinnati, Ohio, Kentucky and North Carolina. Weichselbaum was busted in a 18-count indictment accusing him of being a major interstate kingpin marijuana and cocaine trafficker and distributor.

Weichselbaum agreed with the U.S. Justice Department to plead guilty. His case was transferred from Florida to New Jersey before “Federal Judge Marianne Trump Barry, Donald’s older sister,” said Johnston.[11]

Three weeks later, Drumpf’s sister removed herself from the case. She told the chief judge “you know my husband is the lawyer from Donald’s casinos, flies in this guy’s helicopters all the time, and I fly in them all the time.”[12]

Drumpf wrote a letter pleading for mercy for Big Cat saying that he was a “Diligent citizen, a credit to the community, shouldn’t get much jail time”. And when asked about this letter by law enforcement, “he denied writing it,” Johnston added.[13] Two months after the Weichselbaum’s 1985 indictment was unsealed, Drumpf began renting a two-bedroom coop unit in Trump Plaza in Manhattan directly to Weichselbaum. He was sentenced to only 3 (three) years in prison and served just 18 months before receiving early release, while the others charged in the same indictment got as many as 20 years, but nowhere close to Alice Marie Johnson’s life sentence w/o possibility of parole plus 25 years.

After Weichselbaum was released from federal prison, he moved into Trump Tower with his girlfriend, who had just bought two adjoining apartments there for $2.4 million. According to Johnston, the payment was made in cash, leaving no public record of where the money came from or if anything even changed hands. And Drumpf didn’t just put Weichselbaum up after he got out of prison: He also continued paying the helicopter company—which had declared bankruptcy twice—$180,000 a month, despite having purchased three helicopters of his own, to form Trump Air.[14]

Donald J. Drumpf & the Colombo Crime Syndicate- John Staluppi

When Drumpf decided to lend his name to a line of luxury stretch limousines, the auto dealer chosen was John Staluppi of Long Island. According to the FBI and its informants, Staluppi was also a made member of the Colombo crime family. Staluppi, whose record included convictions for theft of auto parts, wisely kept out of camera range. He had been under steady investigation by federal and state law enforcement for over a decade and detectives had followed him to meetings with Colombo family boss Carmine “The Snake” Persico. Drumpf insisted he knew nothing about those problems and ordered twenty of Staluppi’s limos for his casinos.[15]

Carmine John Persico, Jr. also known as “Immortal”, has been the boss of the Colombo crime family since 1973. He has been serving a sentence of 139 years in federal prison since 1987.[16]

Donald J. Drumpf & the Gambino Crime Syndicate- Racist Bigot Robert LiButti

New Jersey casino regulators charged that Drumpf’s casinos had given free rein at the gambling tables to a wealthy horse breeder named Robert LiButti, who had insisted that no blacks or women serve as dealers while he was playing the craps tables. Drumpf’s casino executives complied. To keep LiButti as a fat happy mob customer, the regulars charged, Drumpf’s casinos lavished the bigot with gifts of luxury autos, including Rolls Royces and Ferraris, as well as trips to Europe and the Super Bowl.

In 1991, casino regulators barred LiButti altogether from Atlantic City gambling. They ruled he was an associate of GAMBINO crime family boss JOHN GOTTI. Part of the evidence against LiButti included wiretapped conversations in which he talked about flying with Drumpf in his copter and offering advice on running the casinos. But when a reporter asked Drumpf about his biggest high-stakes bigot gambler, he answered, “I wouldn’t know him if he was standing in front of me.”[17]

INTERNATIONAL DRUG CARTELS, DARK CAPITAL, FEDERAL SENTENCING GUIDELINES & FRIENDS IN HIGH PLACES

In the 1990s, the only people that I saw going to prison for drug dealing were black people. The only people that I saw that appeared constantly as drug dealers on the front pages of  newspapers were always black faces. And, the only people slapped with heavy mandatory enforcement of federal sentencing guidelines were black. In Oakland and San Francisco, I studied the case files of non-black major- kingpin drug and cartel traffickers linked to the NY Gambino Crime Syndicate drug distribution network that didn’t make newspaper front pages or the local televised news. In each and every case, mandatory enforcement of federal guidelines were thrown out of the window.

On May 20, 1991, at the Port of Oakland, U.S. Customs and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) officials seized 1,285 pounds of “China White” heroin with an estimated street value of $3 to $4 billion. The heroin was hidden inside 2 (two) 20 foot long shipping containers shipped from Bangkok, Thailand (Bangkok Cartel) to the Port of Oakland via Taiwan. The Port of Oakland seizure equaled about a month’s supply for the nation’s half-million addicts, said Carol Hallet, Commissioner of the U.S. Customs Service. The smuggled heroin was enough to give every addict in America a fix.[18]

Arrested were Jim Jui Chang Chen, age 39, his wife, Lucy Hsuehiu Yang Chen, age 36, and Kelly Pao Kuel Chen, age 37, Kelly’s husband, Mike Chui-Ming Chen, age 41, and Lu Chin Sheng, age 36 (citizen of both Thailand and Taiwan). Jim and Mike Chen were brothers that resided in two houses in the exclusive gated Blackhawk master plan community in Contra Costa County. Jim and Lucy Chen also managed a motel in Tracy, CA. The Chicago-Times Sun described these people as “[T]he head of the dragon sliced from an Asian drug ring…” The heroin’s U.S. distribution was primarily controlled by Donald J. Drumpf’s friends and associates, the NY Gambino Mob Family.[19]

On June 27, 1991, Jim Juichang Chen aka Jui Chang Chen; Lucy Chen, aka Hseuh Ju Yang; Mike Juiming Chen, aka Jui Ming Chen; Kelly Paokul Chen; aka Pao Kui Chen; Li Yuen Shing, aka Chinmg Lu, aka Lu Chin Sheng were indicted for a number of offenses, including conspiracy to import heroin, and importation with the intent to sell more than 1,000 pounds of heroin. The case has been described by the government as the largest heroin seizure in U.S. History. They were charged with Class A felonies. At the time, Possession with Intent (21 U.S.C. §841(a)(1) to Distribute Heroin was subject to 20 years imprisonment and/or a $1 million fine.

The “Head of the Dragon” major drug traffickers were facing life imprisonment in federal prison. Yet, on March 14, 1992, Mike Juiming Chen was granted pretrial release in lieu of certain real property in Virginia owned by his sister, Mei Lih Chiang. Thon-Lian Lan of Ripon, California also put up his property to secure the release of Mike Chen. Later on June 1992, Lucy Chen, Mike Juiming Chen, and Kelly Paokul Chen were all granted pretrial release and reduction of bail by U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn R. Walker, and the decision was affirmed by the U.S. Ninth Court Circuit.[20]

Walker was originally nominated to the bench by President Ronald Reagan in 1987. On September 7, 1989, Walker was re-nominated by President George H.W. Bush to the U.S. District Court.[21]

Furthermore, the heroin seized from these parties was over 90% pure from the Golden Triangle (Burma-Laos-Thailand), which made it lethal and deadly to poor American addicts.

The government had evidence that this was their second major shipment of pure and lethal “China White” smuggled into the U.S. that mass murdered people all across the country. The parties owned two homes in the exclusive Black Hawk subdivision in Dublin, California, which the federal government refused to seize as drug assets nevertheless the government had wiretaps of money transfers to buy the homes came from a Hong Kong Triad (Asian Crime Organization).

The shipping assignment for the heroin from the Port of Oakland into a Hayward warehouse originated out of San Francisco’s Federal Housing and Urban Development. Amazingly, this HUD official was not arrested, charged and prosecuted as a major kingpin drug smuggler. He even got a promotion.

The heroin originated from the “Golden Triangle”. The “Golden Triangle” usually refers to heroin which originated from Southeast Asia-the mountainous region surrounding the borders of Burma, Thailand, and Laos. According to the DEA and U.S. Customs, the Bangkok Drug Cartel ships the majority, about 90%, of its drugs through the Port of Oakland via Taiwan. The majority of heroin entering the states goes under the Golden Gate Bridge. The Bangkok cartel smuggling heroin link to Port of Oakland as the point of entry into the United States would make this heroin trade a “Golden Quadrangle” and gave Oakland the distinction of being the “Heroin Smuggling Capital of the United States”.

Oakland city officials have always known about the port being the point of entry for most of the Bangkok Cartel’s “China White” that enters the U.S., and illegal automatic weapons designated for street “gang-bangers”, but the city refuses to properly police shipping containers coming into the port, or criminals and city, state and federal officials involved in lucrative import-export businesses at the port.

Former California Governor Edmund G. Brown and Son- Jesuit Priest Jerry Brown

In 1998, Governor Jerry Brown, the Jesuit Priest, was elected Mayor of Oakland, CA and sat at the pentacle of power at the Port of Oakland for 8 (eight) years. The Port of Oakland Commission to the exception of the city municipal corporation controls the port and the millions in profits. Jerry Brown even centered himself and his associates in a former warehouse that was/is residual California Tidelands Public Trust Property at the foot of the Port of Oakland. He unlawfully sold it for over a million dollars. Brown ran the ultra secret “Program X” as city policy to illegally drive black and brown people out of Oakland. Project X doesn’t appear officially anywhere. By 2030, if trends of the past 15 years continue, Oakland’s Black population could fall to as few as 70,000 people from 140,000 in 2000, declining from roughly 35 percent of the city’s total population to a mere 16 percent.

Mike, Lucy, and Kelly Chen were characterized by the conservative newspaper, Oakland Tribune, as “hard working” Asians. Oakland’s conservative newspaper had even appealed to the public that justice would be better served by allowing Kelly Chen probation so that she could be at home raising her two small children. Mike, Lucy and Kelly Chen RECEIVED PROBATION for their major kingpin drug trafficking and smuggling operation, death and destruction industry, and the pain and suffering of millions of American Families. They walked free to continue their drug smuggling enterprise and empire!

What happened to U.S. Sentencing Guidelines in the Chen case? What about what is fair to hundreds and thousandths of poor Black and Brown mothers taken from their kids on extremely minor drug charges compared to the vast criminal enterprises and networks of these people? The federal sentencing guidelines were overlooked and not applied in this case. Why? The federal sentencing guidelines are not only unfair and unjust to minor Black crack-cocaine and heroin offenders, but is widely corrupted, selectively and racially enforced by federal prosecutors and judges against poor Black and Brown offenders. Judges can lawfully reduce the sentencing of poor Black and Brown crack-cocaine- heroin offenders and addicts, don’t stop there, investigate cases like the above and declare a National Moratorium on Federal Sentencing Guidelines as an international outrage, national corruption scandal, and a human rights violation! Kim Kardashian and Donald J. Drumpf won’t go there. I have said enough.

DEMONS & A Little Bit of Fabrication (PERJURY) in a Court of Law

The case against Yusuf Bey VI and Antoine Mackey is threatening to take a new ecclesiastical twist in theological debate and crisis. This is where this Voodoo case against Bey and Mackey is beginning to unravel and a court of law’s dilemma begins.

Alameda County Superior Court Judge Thomas Reardon, the trial judge, recently postponed the sentencing of Yusuf Bey VI and Antoine Mackey for the murder of Chauncey Bailey.[1] 

The judge ordered Devaughndre Broussard’s attorney, LeRue Grim, to appear before the court August 12, 2011 to explain what he meant when he told Bay Area News Group and CBP lead investigative journalist Thomas Peele that the State’s star witness, Devaughndre Broussard, “committed a little bit of fabrication”, a little bit of PERJURY to convict Bey and Mackey of Chauncey Bailey’s murder.[2]

However, Judge Reardon summarily characterized and dismissed the PERJURY issue as a “Tempest in a Teapot” (an argument or disagreement over a very minor matter).[3] Nevertheless Judge Reardon’s summary characterization of Broussard fabricating testimony as being a minor matter or inconvenience to the court, it requires the court to sit in ecclesiastical jurisdiction to resolve the revelancy and veracity of DEMONIC testimony and an admitted HERETIC, a HUMANIST.

Contrary to what Judge Reardon believes that will be no small matter or task but it will border on fringes of  the occult, Demonology and “Legal Heresy” that continues to explode and spiral completely out of control in this case.

OF DEMONS AND GODS in the Court of Law

The DEMON that DA Krum made a deal with was Devaughndre Broussard and the DEVIL that she wants to whoop and lynch with that DEMON is Defendant Yusuf Bey VI.

 

There is no debate about this. That is part of the court’s record. The State brought in its so-called DEMON, Devaughndre Broussard, and placed him under oath and he laughed, giggled, twisted, twirled, and slipped in and out of reality and consciousness through out his testimony. There is also no debate about this. That is part of the court’s trial and public record.

For ages spanning the globe, one of the established efficient means to ensure the delivery of truthful statements was to place a man’s words under the eyes of God. Validity was guaranteed in an oath through divine intervention. “I swear to tell the truth or so help me God.”[4]

DEMONS and GODS have been the subject of great theological, spiritual and biblical debate for generations.  DEMONS are generally considered to be the enemies of God.

When the eyes of God are cast upon a DEMON or a soul possessed by a DEMON, it is to expel it, an act of Exorcism. 

According to most Christian demonology, demons will be eternally punished and never reconciled with God. There is a description in the Book of Revelation 12:7-17 of a battle between God’s army and Satan’s followers, and their subsequent expulsion from Heaven to Earth to persecute humans — although this event is related as being foretold and taking place in the future. In Luke 10:18 it is mentioned that a power granted by Jesus to cast out demons made Satan “fall like lightning from heaven.”[5]

Can you bring a soul before a court of law possessed by a DEMON and place that man’s words under the EYES OF GOD without performing an Exorcism and expect him to tell the truth to a jury?

I don’t think so and the DEMON in the Chauncey Bailey Case didn’t tell the jury the truth and that is subject to become part of the court’s ecclesiastical record on August 12, 2011. 

From beginning to the end, the prosecution and court have painted themselves inside an occulted corner. In what manner do you possess to bring a demon in a court of law before a jury to beat the devil?

Of HUMANIST, HERETICS and the Eyes of God

“Fay ce que vouldras”–Francios Rabelais (c. 1494 – 9 April 1553)

“Do what you will.” The law of the elite orgininated with French Philsopher Francios Rabelais. Rabelais motto was adopted by the Hellfire Club and the Secular Humanist Great Beast 666, Aleister Crowley.[6]

Pre-Socratic Greek Philosopher Protagoras (490 BC – 420 BC) is considered by many to be the founder of humanistic philosophy. His motto was homo mensura—which means man is the measure of all things.[7]

This dictum echoes the promise of the serpent in Eden: “. . . ye shall be as gods.” (Genesis 3:5) Humanism came to be used to refer to the Enlightenment (ILLUMINATED) philosophy.[8]

According to the Great Beast, a small elite must rule over the masses: “You will observe that I am advocating an aristocratic revolution.  And so I am!”[9]

On August 12, 2011, Attorney LeRue Grim words will be under the EYES OF GOD when he testifies under oath what he meant when he publicly exposed that his client fabricated testimonial evidence while on the stand.

In 1973, LeRue Grim as the Secretary of the American Humanist Association was signatory of the Humanist Manifesto II.[10] As contained in the Humanist Manifesto II,

“As in 1933, humanists still believe that traditional theism, especially faith in the prayer-hearing God, assumed to live and care for persons, to hear and understand their prayers, and to be able to do something about them, is an unproved and outmoded faith. Salvationism, based on mere affirmation, still appears as harmful, diverting people with false hopes of heaven hereafter. Reasonable minds look to other means for survival.”[11]

To LeRue Grim, his oath and words under the eyes of God is “unproved and outmoded faith.” Humanists such as Grim reject the absolute sovereignty of God. According to his Humanist philosophy, he shall be as god, beyond good and evil. He is among a “small elite” and do what he wilt.

What that means is that even if Grim takes the oath to tell the truth about Broussard fabricating testimony to unlawful convict Bey and Mackey of murder, he is not bound to be truthful to anyone or under the EYES OF GOD. Grim’s testimony on the issue will have little veracity or no relevancy to resolve the PERJURY issues in this case.

The Chauncey Bailey Project (CBP) and the End of the Free Press as We Know It

“There are laws to protect the freedom of the press’s speech, but none that are worth anything to protect the people from the press” -Mark Twain

CBP’s lead investigative journalists, Thomas Peele, along with his colleague Josh Richman were also ordered to appear before the court on the same date as LeRue Grim. On July 11, 2011, Peele reported and published Grim’s statement that Broussard fabricated testimony in the murder conviction of Bey and Mackey.[13]

It was obvious that Peele, Richman and Matt Krupnick of CBP got caught up in the moment of the euphoria of the murder conviction like a lynching, they published their analysis of the conviction, “jurors took the ‘demon’ over the ‘devil’ in Bailey murder trial”.[14]    

They seemed rather pleased and smug flirting with the occult and “DEMONOLOGY” to convict two poor and defensive young Black men of murder even with fabricated evidence.

Will Peele and Richman assert Reporter’s Privilege and refuse to cooperate with Judge Reardon’s quest to find out what evidence Broussard fabricated? This also is no small matter or task for Judge Reardon but threatens to explode and spiral out of control if they assert their Reporter’s Privilege.

CBP is caught in a dilemma betraying their profession,

In the Chauncey Bailey Murder Investigation, CBP has become the handmaiden of the State, an arm of the prosecution; and a racialist lynch mob. Who will protect them from us. The gutless Bay Area Free Press and Bandwagon Black activists?

Well, the public has been bamboozled again by COINTELPO, OPD and the Alameda County Mafia in the political assassination of Chauncey Bailey.

Boss, we don’t know anything but eating watermelons, fried chicken, farting, grinning, watching TV and dancing. Let the NWO run the world for us. Boss, I am really stupid, but please tell me one thing, “where is Chauncey’s briefcase?”  I am not a genius like all ah folks, but don’t you think the real killers got Chauncey’s briefcase?

The Oscar Grant Murder & the MATRIX Narrative: White Knight Under Fire

“The evidence that this was an accidental shooting and Mehserle did not intend to shoot Grant is simply overwhelming…” L.A.  Superior Court Judge, Robert J. Perry[1]

In the City of Oakland, original case theories (strategic vision) often become official secret MATRIX storylines. In the Oscar Grant Murder, John Burris, Johnny Come Lately in absolute conceit admitted that there was a secret (FOR YOUR EYES ONLY) agreement and gag order between BART [2] to maintain the storyline that the white knight, Johannes Mehserle, confronted with the sudden threat from hostile “Big Black Brutes” pulled his gun instead of his taser and accidentally shot Oscar Grant in the back.[3]

Don’t believe it; revisit the case of 37-year old Michael Joseph Gibson. On Saturday, November 21, 2009, BART Gestapo caught the world’s eye again on video senselessly brutalizing a non resisting bipolar schizophrenic man by hurling him into a glass plate window. Gibson’s only crime had been annoying BART patrons with a public exhibition of his mental suffering. 

Johnny Come Lately was on the case within days representing Gibson. It’s been almost two years since the outrageous incident and the public right to know the disposition of the case, even the name of the officer, has been suppressed. From the sheer repression of public disclosure and trust in the matter of Michael Joseph Gibson, I called the officer by the name that most fit his image and public demeanor, Ernst Julius Röhm, the infamous Nazi Storm Trooper. 

The outcome could have been different with a dissimilar strategic vision if it had been established that Mehserle and Tony Pirone formed a white racist “Bitch-Assed N****r” beat down mob on the night of Grant’s murder in which things turned to its expected outcome. 

Whatever “unprofessional relationship” (Aryan Brotherhood, John Birch Society, Minutemen, Neo-Nazis?) that existed between Mehserle and Pirone that Burris had privity to has been suppressed and hidden from public view due to the secret gag order and MATRIX storyline.

I wasn’t very far off the mark when I asked had he been born of the BEAST, Nazi Germany. It was later revealed that Mehserle was in fact born in Germany. He was a German National.[4]  

In sentencing Mehserle to the lightless sentence possible, Judge Perry simply followed the official MATRIX storyline that the white knight, Johannes Mehserle, confronted under the stress and threats of hostile “Big Black Brutes” and Grant resisting arrest, Mehserle accidentally pulled his gun instead of his Taser and shot and killed Grant.[5]

In the Oscar Grant Murder, we had been bamboozled again. Mehserle is expected to be a free man in a matter of days.

The Chauncey Bailey Murder & the MATRIX Narrative: Black Knight Under Fire

On August 2, 2007, the MATRIX storyline is the black knight, Chauncey Bailey, was working on a story to expose the “Big Black Brutes” of Your Black Muslim Bakery (YBMB) and they murdered him to suppress the story. Devaughndre Broussard of YBMB was some type of black ninja that killed Chauncey Bailey.

Broussard denied shooting Bailey. He said that he had been drugged the morning of the shooting. He confessed to the murder and later recanted that confession on CBS’s nationally televised 60 minutes. He said that he had confessed to the crime because Oakland police beat him while he was in custody. 

LeRue Grim, Of Dogs and Men

“Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law”-The Great Beast 666

Enter old wirily trickster Republican Attorney LeRue Grim. He is/was the Chairperson of American Legion War Memorial Commission in San Francisco.[6] Grim is a U.S. Air Force veteran that says he left military service at 22 years old in 1950 at the beginning of the Korean Conflict.[7] I do not believe that such a short and remote splint in the military could generally quality Grim to run the multi-million dollar War Memorial Complex and Commission. Grim had to have been career military-intelligence since the Korean Aggression.

Grim is affiliated with American Humanist Association and the Humanist Church. Grim is a signer of the Humanist Manifesto II and president of the Fellowship of Humanity on 28th Street of Oakland. [I]n “1933, the Humanist Manifesto was written as a direct challenge to all religions of the world. It asserted that man has the power to be god-like. It promoted atheism, evolution (rather than creation), communism and moral relativity. Thus we are told that there is no God, that the Bible and the Ten Commandments are meaningless hoaxes and that anything we do – even murder – is okay, as long as it is for a “good reason”.[8] Grim is a very treacherous man that operates within Aleister Crowley’s Luciferian Law of Thelema, “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.”[9] 

Grim was instrumental in setting up paranoid Broussard for the MATRIX storyline that he killed Bailey under the compulsion of “Big Black Brutes” from YBMB and under mind control of Yusuf Bey IV.

Above, Grim with one of his award winning little dogs. Grim’s psychological approach to people is like training dogs as if he was of Mount Olympia.[10]

Crack Heads and Puppet Masters

It is extremely difficult to call my dear brother, Devaughndre Broussard, a “crack head” as if it was badge of condemnation and constriction, and as if it was his choice and his choice alone to self destruct as a crack addict. Crack is one of the most troublesome and problematic drugs in world history. “Crack” or “rock” cocaine is a more powerful form of cocaine created by “cooking” the powder form of the drug to extract its pure oil form. New research shows that chronic cocaine abuse is directly related to dysfunction in areas of the brain involved in higher thought and decision-making 

Even after months of abstaining, people who have used cocaine for a long time can have problems thinking, such as memory, attention, problem solving, and use of words. They can also have problems with hand-eye coordination. Cocaine use can cause people to be paranoid and to hallucinate. Some will have flashbacks for years. Scans of the brain have shown decreases in size and loss of cells and loss of connections between cells even after abstinence.[11] It is a mind and body snatcher.

During Broussard’s testimony, he displayed all the classic symbols of crack addiction; use; problems thinking, such as memory, attention, problem solving, and use of words.

On the witness stand, he struggled through his testimony throughout the days, and minutes after taking the stand. He asked for questions to be repeated, and seemed to find it difficult to formulate answers. Superior Court Judge Reardon tried to clarify and simplify the prosecutors direct examination questions. Broussard struggled for words, sometimes laughing to himself. He labored through the answers.[12]

The prosecution asked him the color of a Cadillac owned by another bakery member, Broussard burst into laughter before saying, “Yellow.” They asked him what was funny. “I am thinking of a yellow Cadillac,” he replied. “That’s why I am laughing.” [13]

Other times he said that he didn’t understand questions or that he didn’t know the right words to articulate answers. When the prosecution asked him why men unrelated to each other called each other brothers at the bakery, he struggled. “I can’t find the words to answer the question,” he said.[14]

Broussard said that Bey IV defined being at the bakery as “more than a job.” When the prosecutor asked for details, he said Bey IV would order his followers to “do stuff you couldn’t ask other people to do. Whatever would come to his mind.” Did Broussard mean committing crimes, the prosecutor asked. “I may have to be more direct,” Broussard said. “I don’t say the word crimes. That’s the way I talk.”[15]

The prosecution asked Broussard, “what agenda (Bey IV) had,” Broussard said, “I am not understanding.” While at the bakery, Broussard testified that he broke bakery rules by using drugs while living and working there. [16]

LeRue Grim, Trickster and Olympian, watched the show from the front row. “That’s just him,” the attorney said outside of court about Broussard’s labored answers. “He’s a little bit meticulous.” [17] Thorough, careful and scrupulous, he says!

CIA, the Body Snatchers, Crack Heads & Puppet Masters

A series of expose articles in the San Jose Mercury-News by late reporter Gary Webb found a mass drug dealing triangle during the 1980s that linked CIA officials in Central Americaas Drug Dealing Mind and Body Snatchers. According to the stories, the CIA and its operatives used crack cocaine–sold via theLos Angelesand San Francisco Bay Area African-American communities to raise millions to support the agency’s clandestine operations inCentral America. Crack cocaine targeted poor black urban areas as a form of genocide.

I call him a “crack head” for shock effect and because we are too easily deceived by smoked mirrors, looking glasses and illusions. We far too often blame the puppets without looking for the puppet masters. The puppet masters deliberately sent Broussard into YBMB on a zombie mission to destabilize and neutralize it.

I can blame Broussard for his addiction and paranoia as much as I would blame the victims ofBuchenwald,Auschwitz,Dachau, Sachsenhausen, Chelmno, Sobibor, and Trebinka for their own demise. The body snatchers created Broussard and hundred of thousands of our loved ones with crippled minds, Zombies, to grow among us as a fungus, a form of genocide, to eat away at the foundations of family, church, society and democracy. Like a plague of locusts, it has caused the death, destruction and imprisonment of hundreds of thousands of African-Americans for decades to come.

Broussard spent most of his formative young life in and out of a matrix of foster homes and psychiatric wards. Even the yellow journalist Chauncey Bailey Project (CBP) admitted Broussard life was like “…jigsaw puzzle with many missing pieces.” [18]  

Broussard came out of the foster care matrix a drug fiend adaptive to a fearful and paranoid way of life. He was lonely, institutionalized, psychological abused and traumatized. Broussard was an individual with very little close family ties. He told police that he had smoked cocaine (crack) before gunning down Chauncey.[19] 

Drugs and psychological tricks can be used to modify attitudes. In fact, it is common MK ULTRA mind control practice to use drugs for the purpose of obtaining hypnotic control.[20] Broussard mentally is not at all unlike Sirhan Sirhan, a person “extraordinarily receptive” to influence and hypnotic suggestion.[21]

If you can accept the logic that Broussard was so mentally unstable that Young Bey could influence him to admit to committing murder, what more could an old powerful influential trickster lawyer do to a hapless “extraordinarily receptive” crack head.

In February 2009, LeRue Grim said that Broussard falsely confessed at the prompting of bakery leader Yusuf Bey IV.[22] By May 2009, the old trickster had Brossard plead guilty to two counts of voluntary manslaughter for shooting Chauncey Bailey and marched him before a grand jury for the Oakland MATRIX to indict Yusuf Bey IV and Antoine Mackey for Triple murders.[23]

In August 2009, Grim raised his head as an attorney for Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, a 24 year old man that claimed to be Michael Jackson’s son and an heir to his multi-million dollar estate.[24] Quid Pro Quo? I believe so.   

THE CRACK HEAD CONFESSION, I AM THE LONE NUT BLACK NINJA ASSASSIN

Broussard initially told police that he got high by smoking a cigar stuffed with powder cocaine, and then went looking for Bailey at the apartment building on First Avenue. He said he had intentions to be a soldier because Bailey had written bad stories about the bakery. So he borrowed a white van from someone at the bakery named Ricco and drove — alone — by the Oakland Post offices in search of Bailey. Then he drove up and down 14th Street looking for him. He finally spotted Bailey leaving a McDonalds.[25]

Broussard said when he saw Bailey; he got out of the van and crossed the street. He said he intended only to scare Bailey. “He swung at me. He had a briefcase.”

“I shot him,” he said. “I shot him again and again. I shot him three times with a charcoal-black Mossberg.”

OPD notes said Broussard also described how he killed Bailey and smoked powder after the killing. “I hit him in the chest and the head. Chest first; second head. Third time in the chest,” the notes record Broussard as saying. “I think I threw the mask away. I had a powder cocaine blunt. I smoked it.”[26]

The Yusuf Bey IV and Antoine Mackey show trial and one man “crack head” star witness circus is over. At its end, the Alameda County Mafia DA tolled the MATRIX storyline in collusion with the defense that Devaughndre Broussard was the lone nut black ninja assassin. I want us to believe that Broussard killed Chauncey Bailey out of his own, so to say, crack head obsession.

The prosecution showed that the murder weapon (Mossberg Shotgun) without fingerprints was found conveniently just outside of Broussard’s bedroom window during a police raid led by Sgt. Derwin Longmire.

It seems rather conveniently odd that Broussard found the cunning and intelligence in a crack cocaine stupor to avoid capture in a thunderous shotgun blast murder of a popular and well known journalist concealed as a black ninja with a ski mask in a big white unregistered van with no license plates in broad daylight on a busy street; conceal the ski mask and his blood scattered and gun powdered ninja outfit; and not dispose of the murder weapon.

Shells matching the ballistics reports of shell castings and fragments from Chauncey Bailey’s body were found conveniently in and about the bedroom floor of Yusuf Bey IV during a police raid led by Sgt. Derwin Longmire. 

The prosecution proved the chain of possession of the Mossberg Shotgun by a previous out of court statement of a friendly Saudi asset, Ehab Taha, that Yusuf Bey IV stole the gun during a raid that was video recorded which showed no such theft of a gun or a bloody assault against anyone at the Oakland New York Liquor Store. All of his prior lying statements came in without questions or cross examination. 

When called to testify by the prosecution, Taha conveniently lost all memory of the gun theft which allowed the prosecution to enter into evidence his prior consistent statement without cross examination. Later, the prosecution showed a convenient recording of  Taha telling police how he was beaten bloody during the attack and how the assailants stole a sawed-off shotgun from the store.[27]

The prosecution showed by the testimony of a Mexican national, Rigoberto Magana, that linked Bey to a white van seen leaving the murder scene with the black ninja. Magana gave the van keys to Bey.[28] Incidentally, Magana is again conveniently tucked away somewhere in Mexico with trace evidence, the unregistered white van with no license plates.[29]

It seem rather conveniently odd that a pair of assailants who pull off a high profile murder in rush hour morning in downtown Oakland could escape in an unregistered BIG white van with no license plates.  Where was the OPD? I gather that it can only happen inOakland in a high profile political assassination! 

You would like to think that if a possible suspect in a high profile political assassination told you that he smoked a cigar full of crack that “I AM THE LONE NUT BLACK NINJA ASSASSIN” that murdered Chauncey Bailey that the police would have collaborated that statement with paraffin (gun powder residue) test evidence. Wouldn’t you? Well, there is conveniently no such evidence that Broussard ever fired a weapon. 

SGT. DERWIN LONGMIRE, COINTELPRO & YOUR BLACK MUSLIM BAKERY

“Now, no one is suggesting or implying the department [OPD] intended to kill Chauncey Bailey!”

San Francisco Attorney John Scott, representing Sgt. Derwin Longmire slipped and said,

“The department, I believe, had its own sense of guilt or believed it had its own sense of guilt or responsibility for the murder because the department was supposed to execute a warrant on the Black Muslim Bakery on August 1st, the day before the murder.” Scott said. “Now, no one is suggesting or implying the department intended to kill Chauncey Bailey.”[30]

According to documents reviewed by KTVU, Channel 2 investigative journalist showed that “… as early as five years before Bailey was shot Sgt. Longmire warned the police command staff that the bakery was a criminal enterprise and needed to be cleaned up.”[31]

Who is Sgt. Derwin Longmire?

Sgt. Longmire is/was an OPD intelligence unit supervisor. [32] In other words, he was a leader of a specialized trained “Red Squad” unit. Red Squads are police intelligence units that specialize in infiltrating, conducting counter-measures and gathering intelligence on political and social groups. [33] It other words, Sgt. Longmire was involved in illegal COINTELPRO activities.

COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was a series of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations.[34]

COINTELPRO ran in secret tandem wth the CIA’s Project CHAOS. Operation CHAOS or Operation MHCHAOS was the code name for a domestic espionage project conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. A department within the CIA was established in 1967 on orders from President of the United States Lyndon B. Johnson and later expanded under President Richard Nixon. The operation was launched under Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) Richard Helms, by chief of counter-intelligence, James Jesus Angleton, and headed by Richard Ober.[35] 

Oakland has a long history of COINTELPRO and Project CHAOS clandestine illegal activities against citizens. OPD had the infamous COINTELPRO “Panther Squad”, a secret specialized Red Squad led by black officer Ray Brown of the OPD.[36]

OPD Police Chief Charles Gain and William Chohendet led the FBI’s San Francisco office’s “Panther Squad” (a subpart of its COINTELPRO Section). All along during the illegal harassment and deadly assault aginst the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, the OPD Chief had secretly been one of J. Edgar Hoover’s top COINTELPRO FBI agents.[37]

According to the KTVU special investigative report, Sgt. Longmire and the OPD Red Squad targeted YBMB in 2002 for a COINTELPRO neutralization five years before Chauncey’s murder.[38]  

Five years ago, Sgt. Longmire most likely then not got the go from OPD top brass for surveillance, infiltration, discrediting, and disruption of YBMB. YBMB had been one of the few remaining successful and truly independent Black Nationalist (Self Determination) enterprise in the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area.

Sgt. Longmire’s operation to infiltrate YBMB to discredit, disrupt and neutralize the bakery was so clandestine that most of the OPD rank and file didn’t know it was a counterintelligence operation. OPD Assistant Chief Howard Jordan didn’t know. They thought Longmire had actually joined YBMB.

Attorney: “Did you believe that Sgt. Longmire had compromised the investigation because of that relationship with either the Black Muslims or the bakery?”

Howard Jordan: “Yes.”

Attorney: “At the time of the Chauncey Bailey murder, did you believe that Sergeant Longmire was associated with the Black Muslim Bakery?”

Howard Jordan: “Yes.”[39]

Below, check the timeline of the fall of YBMB that is consistent with Sgt. Longmire and the OPD Red Squad targeting them in 2002 for an illegal and clandestine COINTELPRO neutralization campaign. 

On September 19, 2002, Yusuf Bey, Sr. founder of YBMB turned himself in when a warrant was issued for his arrest, charged with 27 counts in the alleged rapes of four girls under the age of 14.

September 2003: Yusuf Bey Sr. dies pending trial on charges of statutory rape.

February 2004: Waajid Aljawwaad, Yusuf Bey’s chosen successor, disappears. 

March 2004: Antar Bey, son of Yusuf Bey, declares he was elected bakery CEO at a board meeting. Dissention arises when family members allege that Antar “hijacked” the corporation and squandered its assets.

July 2004: Aljawwaad’s body is found in a shallow grave in theEast Oaklandhills. No arrests are made. Most likely no OPD investigation either. Sgt. Longmire.

June 2005: John Bey, who protested Antar Bey’s takeover, is wounded by three gunmen outside hisMontclairhome.

October 2005: Antar Bey is shot and killed at a gas station in what police said was a robbery targeting his $80,000 BMW. Sgt. Longmire is lead investigator of the case. Yusuf Bey IV, 19, becomes CEO with Sgt. Longmire as his mentor.

November 2005: Bey IV allegedly directs the trashing of two Muslim owned liquor stores inWest Oaklandthat sell alcohol to the black community. A Mossberg shotgun is alleged to have been stolen.

December 2005: Bey IV is arrested inVallejousing a false ID to buy a $55,000 Mercedes Benz with no money down. He is charged in January with felony grand theft. He pleaded no contest but has not been sentenced.

April 28, 2006: Bey IV is arrested after he allegedly used his BMW to run down a bouncer outside the New Century Theater strip club onLarkin Street in Oakland. The case is pending.

August 2006:Vallejo police arrest Bey IV on a gun charge after they recover an unregistered 9mm pistol from the center console of his car. He pleaded no contest but has not been sentenced. Why? Sgt. Longmire.

October 2006: YBMB files for a public record bankruptcy. 

December 2006: Bey IV pleads no contest to charges stemming from his arrest in August inVallejo, but sentencing is delayed. I wonder why? Sgt. Longmire.

January 2007: Bey IV is arrested and cited for shoplifting condoms from a Walgreens inOakland’s Temescal district. His brother, Yusuf Bey V, is arrested for possession of a machine pistol. He gets probation. I wonder why? Sgt. Longmire.

May 2007: Bey IV allegedly orchestrates the kidnapping of a mother and daughter as they drive home from a night of bingo. Police say the younger woman is tortured, apparently because her abductors think she knows where a drug dealer keeps his money. The masked men flee when a police officer drives up. 

June 2007: Bey IV fails to appear for a court hearing in theSan Franciscoassault case, and a judge issues a $375,000 warrant for his arrest. Wonder why the warrant was not executed? Sgt. Longmire.

July 2007: Two men are shot in separate slayings with the same weapon, an AK-47 police say was already tied to earlier bakery-related crimes. Most likely no OPD investigation either. Sgt. Longmire. 

Aug. 1, 2007, OPD and multi-agency raid on YBMB is suddenly postponed. 

Aug. 2, 2007: Oakland Post Editor Chauncey Bailey is slaughtered by a ninja assassin with a ski mask on an Oaklandbusy main thoroughfare during morning rush hour and escape in an unregistered big WHITE van with no license plates. 

Aug. 3, 2007: A multi-agency police commando and task force raid YBMB. They seize the Mossberg shotgun as it is being allegedly tossed out a window by Devaughndre Broussard. Bey IV, arrested for alleged May kidnapping and torture. I wonder why? Sgt. Longmire.

Bey tells police that Broussard told him he killed Bailey. Sgt. Longmire allows Bey to meet with Broussard without tape or video. Bey tells Broussard to admit to killing Chauncey. Paranoid and confused, Broussard admits he killed Bailey. 

During the trial, Sgt. Longmire and the OPD COINTELPRO Red Squad got a free pass from any type of inquiry. Nevertheless, a state justice department official, John Porbanic, led a 2009 OPD-Longmire-YBMB investigation. The justice department found that Sgt. Longmire had “intentionally compromised” the investigation because he was friends with Bey IV. An OPD internal affairs investigation reached the same conclusion.[40]

Yet, neither defense attorneys Gene Peretti (Bey) nor Gary Sirbu (Mackey) asked Longmire any questions about his intelligence background; handling of the case,  infiltration of YBMB, or the OPD Red Squad. They tolled the MATRIX storyline.

COINTELPRO, Sgt. Longmire and the OPD Red Squad also got a free pass from the yellow journalist CBP as if it was Project MOCKINGBIRD journalists. CBP didn’t touch COINTELPRO, Sgt. Longmire’s counterintelligence background or its connections with targeting YBMB like Huey P. Newton, the Panthers, Judi Bari- Darryl Cherney (Earth First), and the White Radical Left for clandestine infiltration and neutralization.[41]

CBP, KNIGHT FOUNDATION, THE ASPEN INSTITUTE & GENOCID 

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation are a major sponsor and one of the puppet masters behind the Chauncey Bailey Project.[42] The Knight Foundation is a major funding source and collaborator of the ultra conservative Aspen Institute.[43] 

The Aspen Institute is an asset of the Committee of 300, and the Club of Rome.[44] The “Committee of 300” now call themselves “World Government Founders for the NWO”.[45]

The Committee of 300 aka The Olympians is a group allegedly founded by the British aristocracy in 1727. It is alleged to be an international council which organizes politics, commerce, banking, media, and the military for centralized global efforts. The figure of 300 is derived from the 1909 article Geschäftlicher Nachwuchs by Walter Rathenau.[47]

This elite group, the Olympians and Luciferians, truly believe they are equal in power and stature to the legendary gods of Olympus, who have, like Lucifer their god, set themselves above God. They absolutely believe they have been charged with implementing divine rights upon the earth as if from the gods.[48] 

The Club of Rome (CoR) is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. Founded in 1968 at David Rockefeller’s estate in Bellagio, Italy, the CoR describes itself as “a group of world citizens, sharing a common concern for the future of humanity.”[49]  One of the major goals of the Club of Rome is to reduce the world’s population by 2 billion people through war, famine, disease and any other means necessary.[50] Genocide!

“The CIA is a creature of the Committee of 300 and not of the American people or of the U.S. Government. The CIA is the instrument through which “300” missions are carried out.”[51]

THE NEWSPAPERS FIRE, THE CIA HIRES[52]

In May 2009, The National Association of Black Journalist (NABJ) named the Chauncey Bailey Project winner of its annual Community Service award, in recognition of the Project’s work in blindly and single-mindedly campaigning for a mass media lynching of the  defenseless “Big Black Brutes” of YBMB as the patsies in Bailey’s death.[53]

NABJ is another major highly publicized sponsor or cover for the CBP.[54] It is a major conflict of interest and major breach of public faith to give a group that they sponsor and collaborate with one of their major awards. 

Frank WISNER, Sr. who ran the CIA Mockingbird Project in its earliest days once boasted that the operation was like a “‘mighty Wurlitzer’ … I can play any tune I want on it and Americawill follow along.’”[55] The handkerchief heads of NABJ will follow any tune the CIA and NWO plays. They’ll also grin with big white pearly teeth and dance for them.  The public have been bamboozled by NABJ.

OPD & ASSASSINATION GAMES, PATSIES AND LONE NUTS

CIA Assassination Games 

I’m just a patsy!” –Lee Harvey Oswald

Just as in any high profile political assassination games, false leads and a lone nut or patsy (ies) come gift wrapped for the public within hours to allow the real assassins a window to escape. Oswald was identified as the lone nut communist assassin within minutes of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.[56]

Within minutes of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a bundle with a rifle was dropped near the scene of the shooting identifying James Earl Ray as the racist lone nut assassin.[57]

Sirhan Sirhan was apprehended within seconds after the assassination of Senator and Presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy as the lone nut radical Palestinian assassin even though he couldn’t have possibly killed RFK.[58] 

Within minutes of the assassination of Dr. Marcus A. Foster, Deputy Superintendent Robert Blackburn intentionally gave police a false lead to allow the real assassins a window to escape. Blackburntold police the assassins were Black Panthers.[59]

Within moments of the assassination of Chauncey Bailey, it was the radical Black Muslims of YBMB identified as the patsies and Broussard as the lone nut assassin, the perfect assassination game.

My Closing Argument

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury:

I will be brief. If I learned anything, it is that “Physical Evidence” does not lie. I ask you to keep that in mind during my closing argument. You’re heard two months of testimony and evidence against our clients. The prosecution says that Devaughndre Broussard shot and killed Chauncey Bailey. Broussard’s confession is the only direct evidence to tie the killing of Chauncey Bailey to our clients at YBMB. If I create a doubt in your mind that Broussard was the triggerman, you must acquit my clients.

The witnesses were consistent that Chauncey Bailey’s killer wore a ski mask and black clothing. Where’s the physical evidence, ski mask and black clothing? What did Broussard have to say about the ski mask, he said “I think I threw the mask away?” What about the black clothing that had to have had Chauncey’s blood, bone and tissue scatter matter on it? OPD didn’t seem to care to ask him. But, I am sure the answer could have been the same because according to Broussard after the assault, he told them, “I had a powder cocaine blunt. I smoked it.”

Well, you don’t smoke cocaine per se. You smoke “crack cocaine” and their evidence shows that Broussard was in some sort of a crack cocaine stupor before and after Chauncey’s death. He doesn’t have any idea where the ski mask and black clothing is because he never had it. If he had it, I pretty sure that the ever vigilant OPD would have found it. Particularly if he was in a crack cocaine stupor, and that particular drug (crack cocaine) negatively impacted his problem solving capabilities. 

Plus, OPD and a number of other law enforcement agencies had the members of YBMB under surveillance. They would have known his whereabouts and had some idea where he disposed of the ski mask and bloody black clothing if he ever had it. We contend again that he never had it, because he wasn’t the triggerman.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, let’s practice some common sense in this case. You can use common sense when you evaluate and weight the evidence. Here, the prosecution star witness is an admitted crack cocaine abuser. He admits to being under the influence the day of the murder. The prosecution won’t dispute that because if they believe he’s hallucinating and fantasizing about that, then he is most likely fantasizing about shooting Chauncey Bailey in a drug stupor. They have a real problem in this case. Please, this is not a matter of going to a “demon” to get the “devil” as the prosecution would like you to conceive as an illusion.

Broussard is not a demon. He is a poor weak defenseless sick individual created by the state’s foster care system. In this case, it is a matter of slitting through the recollections of a hapless crack addict’s brain for facts. Crack is not just any drug. It’s a terrible drug. It’s one of the most destructive and addictive substances devised by man in the 20th Century.

Science has shown that people who have used crack cocaine for a long time can have problems thinking, such as memory, attention, problem solving, and use of words. They can also have problems with hand-eye coordination. They suffer long term paranoia. They have been found to hallucinate and can easily be manipulated and influenced. During Broussard’s testimony, you witnessed it for yourselves. He had major problems with thinking, memory, use of words, and problem solving. You saw that!

Well, if that’s the cards the prosecution has been dealt with in this case. We have to look for facts that collaborate that Broussard killed Chauncey as he confessed that he did. Now, let’s use that common sense. It is established that he was suffering under the influence of drugs when he said that he shot Chauncey three times at close range with a sawed-off shotgun.  

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are 11 years into the 21st century. The OPD is a 21st century police department with the latest technology available to solve crimes. That’s what they do- solve crimes. How do you collaborate a crack addict’s statement that he killed someone with a shotgun especially in a high profile assassination of national and international interest such as this? Well, you conduct a gun powder residue test on the subject’s hands, face, clothing and shoes. It’s called a paraffin test.

It’s real simple stuff. That makes sense, 21st century crime solving technology common sense. That’s physical evidence that just don’t lie. In this case, would you be surprised if there is no such physical evidence to collaborate that Broussard ever fired a weapon. Well, there isn’t.

They didn’t test the assailant’s clothing, because it wasn’t recovered. The OPD wasn’t particularly interested in recovering Broussard’s blood  and tissue scattered clothing. Because, the defense contents that it didn’t exist. It didn’t exist because Broussard wasn’t the triggerman.

They didn’t test Broussard’s hands, face or shoes for gun powder residue. Because, the defense contents there wasn’t any gun powder residue on him. It didn’t exist because Broussard wasn’t the triggerman.

There is no physical evidence that Broussard ever fired a shotgun. Then there is the Mossberg shotgun. Broussard’s fingerprints weren’t found on that weapon. That’s important physical evidence. The OPD said that they found a shotgun shell case on our client’s carpet matching the ballistics’ report at the crime scene. Well, there are no finger prints found on either the weapon or shell case that conclusively tie those pieces of evidence to our clients or the confessed killer. That’s odd.

Finally, Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s look at the crime scene. This picture was taken not too long after the murder. Chauncey Bailey’s body is underneath the plastic coverings. Notice how the officers are walking through the crime scene.

How, look at the standing position of the male black officer with notepad. 

Now, look at a Bailey crime diagram exhibit. Pay close attention to No. 3 where the assailant’s spent shotgun shell casting was recovered. Now, look at where the black officer is standing again. He is standing on top of the crime scene No. 3.

Let’s recall what Broussard confessed to. He said that he wanted to make sure Chauncey was dead so he returned and shot Bailey in the chest. On the crime scene diagram, spent shell castings No. 1 and No. 2 is consistent with an assailant approaching Chauncey from 14th street to the sidewalk to confront Chauncey. No 3 spent shell is consistent with an assailant’s approach out of the parking lot in front of the post office on 13th Street. Physical evidence doesn’t lie.

Why is that extremely significant for a second assailant? Recall what the witness said from McDonald’s that Chauncey exited McDonald’s headed up 14th Street carrying his briefcase. How let’s revisit Broussard’s statement, “He swung at me. He had a briefcase.” “I shot him.”

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, where’s the briefcase? It’s not on the crime scene diagram. It wasn’t recovered from the crime scene. The defense contends that an assailant consistent with moving from within the parking lot from 13th Street delivered Chauncey’s head shot and removed the briefcase.

It shows that Broussard had been implanted with the Chauncey Bailey murder storyline that included details about the briefcase. Whoever killed Chauncey either forgot to leave an empty briefcase at the scene or didn’t have a window of opportunity to empty it prior to escaping. It is clear. A window closed to rifle Chauncey’s briefcase and plant it. The killers ran with the briefcase and the person(s) charged with implanting the patsies with details of the murder missed that little small detail about the briefcase. So, the details about Chauncey’s briefcase disappeared from news accounts and this case.  But, Broussard didn’t forget that small but important detail given to him and repeated it over and over again.  

Now let’s revisit the police raid on YBMB on August 3, 2007 when Broussard and our clients were arrested. The multi-task force police raid had been scheduled for August 1, but OPD postponed the date. Why, it didn’t fit the window of opportunity to setup YBMB as the patsies for Chauncey Bailey’s murder. 

Now, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, let’s recall what Sgt. Longmire’s attorney, John Scott, slipped and said, Now, no one is suggesting or implying the department [OPD] intended to kill Chauncey Bailey!”

It’s crystal clear now. Isn’t it. If the police raid took place on August 1, the window closed to use Broussard and our clients as pasties for murder. Someone or some entity very powerful wanted Chauncey Bailey dead. Whether that someone or entity was in the OPD I can’t say, but someone in the OPD was complicit in extending that window of opportunity to kill Chauncey and have gift wrapped pasties. That someone or entity wanted what was in Chauncey’s briefcase. You see the real killers have the briefcase, the ski mask and bloody clothing.

The real killers pulled off that brazen morning rush hour assassination of a popular and well liked journalist and escaped in a big white unregistered van without license plates because the OPD allowed them a window and opportunity to escape with an arranged set of literally defenseless poor pasties.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, neither Broussard nor my clients have that type of power, cunning or opportunity to pull off a brazen assassination in broad daylight on a busy street; and under 24-hr police surveillance. They didn’t have the power to make Chauncey’s Briefcase disappear from the physical evidence of this case. Find Chauncey’s briefcase and you’ll find the real killers. 

DON’T LET THE OPD AND THE ALAMEDA COUNTY MAFIA BAMBOOZLED YOU.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, I beg you to consider what the U.S. Supreme Court had to say about “Confessions.”

No other class of evidence is so profoundly prejudicial… triers of fact accord confessions such heavy weight in their determinations that the introduction of a confession makes the other aspects of a trial in court superfluous, and the real trial, for all practical purposes, occurs when the confession is obtained.

I ask you to give Broussard’s “Crack Head{ Confession without any substantial collaborating PHYSICAL EVIDENCE  its proper value and weight to convict my clients of murder. That is, very little or no weight or probative value in this case.  Acquit my clients of the murder of Chauncey Bailey.

Since the January 1, 2009 homicide of 22-Oscar Grant III, Bay Area Rapid Transit  (BART) has setup a virtual reality subliminal blue-shield around the officers involved in the violent and extrajudicial Stormtrooper/Gestapo tactics that evening that directly led to the murder of Mr. Grant.

One of the ringleaders of the Stormtrooper group that set the tone and the Aryan “BITCH ASS N’GG’R” rallying cry for the deadly assault against Oscar Grant and his friends was identified as Officer Tony Pirone.

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE SUBLIMINAL CHARACTER IMPLANT : The Evil Wrongdoers, Oscar Grant & Friends  

BART has not offered any explanation why a group its white police officers would rally to a racist battle cry then move in like Stormtroopers, assault and batter a group of young African American males; then shoot to kill Oscar Grant faced own on the ground with his hands handcuffed behind his back, or why it is supporting a veil of wholesale secrecy around the officers involved.  Instead of promoting public safety and restoring public faith, BART has began to wage a campaign of psychological warfare against the public.

As part of its psychological warfare campaign, BART spokesman Dale Allen of Low Ball & Lynch (505 Montgomery Street, 7th Floor San Francisco, CA 94111) has subliminal character implanted Oscar Grant and his friends as the evil “criminal background” willful, wrongful, unlawful, without just cause aggressors against the police leading to Mr. Grant’s homicide.[1]  

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE: “He Mistook his Gun for his Taser.”

Recently, I found myself subconsciously concluding that maybe BART Officer Johannes Mehserle did mistakenly draw his gun intending to pull his taser. For the last 7-10 days as part of the psychological warfare campaign, the news media had bombarded the public airways with repeated phrases like, “Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser that he had just borrowed.” ”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser…,” ”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser….” The phrase was repeated over and over again from morning, noon and night.

These phrases were repeated so many times that subconsciously, I saw Mehserle mistakenly draw his gun instead of his taser. It was an illusion.

One news service made the mistake of showing the video of the killing of Grant while repeating the phrase,”Mehserle mistook his gun for his taser…” I suddenly woke up.

In the video, you can see Oscar Grant helplessly crushed into the ground by a multitude of white BART officers like something out of the Rodney King nightmare. BART Officer Tony Pirone savagely drove his knee into the back of Grant’s neck like pinning down a widl animal. Grant was face down hands handcuffed behind his back. Mehserle rises above the group and fire.

Grant was helpless. He was face down with his hands handcuffed behind his back. My God, Grant was face down with his hands handcuffed behind his back. Grant “hands handcuffed behind his back.”

Defensively, I had begun to subconsciously deprogram myself to dispel the illusion. I had been, excuse my language, “mindfucked” with neuro-linguistic programming.    

Commercial NLP was generally accepted to have been developed in the mid-70’s by John Grinder, a professor at UC Santa Cruz and Richard Bandler, a graduate student at UC Santa Cruz. Grinder and Bandler were students and “initiates” of Dr. Gregory Bateson.

Dr. Bateson was the intellectual foundation of NLP as an extension of CIA trauma based mind control human cybernetics research and development. Dr. Bateson was an apostil of Dr. Aldous Huxley, author of the “Brave New World.” Dr. Huxley was the satanic godfather of MK ULTRA under CIA Director Allen Dulles. Huxley mastered developing mass population mind control programs and EUGENIC/RACIAL agendas for the New World Order.

Dr. Bateson and Huxley were the British Godfathers of CIA/MK ULTRA. The Godfather of Modern Satanism, Aleister Crowley, The Great Beast,” as well as “the wickedest man in the world” was the tutor of Aldous Huxley. [2]

During the 1930’s and 40’s, Aldous Huxley founded a number of Isis cults in Southern California and San Francisco. Dr. Huxley and fellow Brit Christopher Isherwood were employed as scriptwriters for MGM, Warner Bros., and WALT DISNEY.

If you are Black, you need to understand the “BEAST”. Adolph Hitler of Nazi Germany is one of the most prolific figures in history. He is the subject of innumerable photographs, movies, documentaries, books, articles, and essays; yet the Nazi State and the forces of hate that created him is one of the most neglected areas of study from the Black Perspective. Hitler was not created out of a vacuum. Hitler was molded, nurtured and created to lead Germany into one of world’s greatness homicidal campaigns of racial human annihilation in human history.

The Nazis belief system was racial-biological mystical geopolitical. The Nazis asserted that the far-skinned predominantly blue eyed blonds of Nordic descent were heralded as the masters of the world while all others were considered subhuman species. The Nazis aggressive warfare strategy was not solely military, political or economic campaigns, but geological mystical battles to expand the living space of Aryans and clear the earth of what charged were sub human species, particularly Black people.

Of all of the Nazis under Hitler, Heinrich Himmler is one of the least understood of Nazi Germany’s henchmen. Himmler was behind the instrument most noted responsible for the wholesale slaughter of the Nazi’s theoretical European sub human species, such as the Jews, and non Aryans. Nazi Germany’s instrument of death, destruction and annihilation of their professed sub human species was the SS, the Knights of the Black Sun, the Masters of Death.  The leader of the SS was Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler, and Himmler did not die on May 23, 1945 by suicide.

At the time of Himmler’s alleged suicide in the hands of the British Allied Forces, he was one of the highest ranking Nazis and one of its most powerful officials. He essentially became one of the richest men in the world from billions he amassed from the war and booty of plunder. It is inconceivable that Himmler would be found aimlessly wandering Germany’s countryside with a small escort and in company of obviously dressed SS men. As Hitler, Himmler had an able air force and futuristic u-boats (submarines), billions of booty, and an underground network available to him for escape to Spain, South Africa, Antarctica, and both South and North America. The man found suicided was not Himmler, but his double, a well-established Nazi trick play, a “doppelganger.”  To this date, Himmler’s fate remains one of the world’s greatness closely guarded secret. The British has sealed its Himmler’s files from public view until 2045. [1]

The mission of Himmler’s SS was world domination and annihilation of non Aryans by a secret and select group of an Aryan vanguard for the coming of a master root race of Germanic blood. The vanguard is made-up of the Blood and Elite of the Germanic race, and their mission did not end after World War II or the death of the Nazi State. At least two years before the official end of World War II, the SS went underground to continue their mission. Here lies one of the most neglected subjects of Twentieth and Twentieth-First century. Generally, people of color aren’t fully aware of them. The media, and surprisingly, most of the left will not talk about it.      

Heinrich Himmler enlisted in the SS in 1925. At that point the SS was a group of 200 men who acted as Hitler’s bodyguards. In 1929, Himmler took complete control and with him at its helm, the SS became the world most extreme occult masters of death.

In most cases, the order of the SS was immune from criminal prosecution and civil liability. They carried out the Nazi extreme human extermination policy in which as many as 6 million Jews and 4 million others were murdered in cold blood.

Towards the end of the war in 1945 the Gesamt-SS had over 840,000 members. From these 48,500 were members of the Allgemeine SS. Much of the remainder was comprised of 18,000 officers, 52,000 NCOs (non commissioned officers), and 600,000 enlisted members of the Waffen-SS and 130,000 police. SS membership numbers were formally lent to the members of the Waffen-SS of all ranks, while SS membership was also automatically lent to police officers.

SS: THE MYTHICAL KNIGHTS OF THE BLACK SUN

The SS is generally translated as the “Schutzstaffel”, a special staff or military unit. There was another meaning of the “SS”, a meaning with roots deep in secrecy, dualism and the occult of ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, and Egyptian mythology. The letters “SS” also referred to die Schwatze Sonne, the Black Sun. 

The secret doctrine of the Black Sun is that there are two suns, the “white” sun at the center of the physical solar system, and the “black” sun, a “hidden” sun of (spiritual) illumination. The myth of the Black and White Sun encompasses the ancient doctrine of dualism, the two realms of good and evil, light and darkness, order and chaos as independent principles.

In some versions of Black Sun mythology, the Black Sun lies at the center of our galaxy. One attribute of the Black Sun is that it is the cause of the immortality, “EVIL”, and the reincarnation of the soul. In Babylonian mythology, it was also associated with the coming of the “King of Kings” and the establishment of a New Babylon. Finally, theosophical mythology associated the Black Sun with uttermost “Hyperborea” and “Thule”, the legendary stellar home and celestial origin of the Aryan race. [2]

SS: THE BLOOD AND ELITE

“Our concern, our duty is our people and our blood. It is for them that we must provide and plan, work and fight, nothing else. We can be indifferent to everything else. I wish the SS to adopt this attitude to the problem of all foreign non-Germanic peoples…. All else is vain…” (Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler)

“A new faith is arising today; the myth of the blood, the faith, to defend with the blood of the divine essence of man. The faith, embodied in clearest knowledge that the Nordic blood represents that mysterium which has replaced and overcome the old sacraments.”  (Reichsleiter Alfred Rosenberg)

The original draftsman of and spokesman for the Nazi program was Alfred Rosenberg. In January 1934, Hitler designated and deputized Rosenberg as Reichsleiter for the spiritual and philosophical education of the NSDAP, the German labor front and all related organizations”. Rosenberg repudiated Christianity completely. Instead, Rosenberg, Hitler and Himmler wanted to set up a pagan cult of “blood, race, and soil.”

They would go back to the dark ritual of dramatic rites of their ancestors. The New Pagans resurrected Odin, Thor, and the old gods of primitive Teutons before Christ’s time. Instead of the Old Testament they adopted Nordic sagas and fairy tales. They set up a new trinity for worship—bravery, loyalty, and physical force. They even created a hymn for the new German Faith Movement:

The time of the Cross has gone now,
The Sun-wheel shall arise,
and so, with God, we shall be free at last
and give our people their honor back.

The fundamental principle of selection of men of the SS was what Himmler called, “The Blood and Elite.” The selection was absolutely and completely racial. It was based on the Nazi romantic dream of a race of Nordic-Germanic blue-eyed, blond superheroes conquering the World.

“We have developed according to the law of selection. We have chosen the elite from among a cross-section of our people… We have gone partly by external appearance and then have … tested appearance against continually new requirements, continually new tests, physical and mental, of character and of spirit. We have again and again sought out and cast off what doesn’t meet these requirements… We are pledged whenever we come together to remind ourselves of our fundamentals, race, selection, hardness.” (Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler, IMT, XXIX, 1919-PS)

In theory, the SS practiced a mystic belief of the predominance of the Nordic race over all others and that Nordic blood is the only creative power in the world. According to Reichsfuhrer Himmler, “The SS man would represent a new human type–warrior, administrator, “scholar” and leader, all in one – whose messianic mission was to undertake a vast colonization of the East. This synthetic aristocracy, trained in a semi-closed society and superimposed on the Nazi system as a whole, would demonstrate the value of its blood through ‘creative action’ and achievement.” [3]

The SS was deliberately conceived and organized by Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler to be a mystic and occult male order and a version of King Arthur’s Knights of the Holy Grail and Round Table.

“After the SS recruit had passed his training and taken the oath, if he was an officer he was then given the SS dagger which was a sort of hunting knife with a black handle, the SS runes on it, the swastika and a wreath and a German eagle. This was a very prized possession.” [4]

Engraved into the dagger were the words “my honour is called trust.” SS men received the dagger in a solemn ceremony. Every member of the SS wore the SS signet ring, but for his inner circle, the elite of the elite, Himmler personally handed out the death’s head ring. A former high-ranking SS officer, Wilhelm Hoetl, still remembers the ceremonious occasion. (Hoetl) “The ring was engraved with your name. Mine for example, ‘To my dear Hoetl, Heinrich Himmler.’ That was inside the ring around a death head that was supposed to symbolize the close connection to the SS and to Himmler.” [5]

In a speech given to SS officers stationed at Dachau, Himmler stated: “Never forget. We are a knightly order from which one cannot withdraw, to which one is recruited by blood and within which one remains body and soul.” [6]

WEWELSBURG: THE SS SATANIC TEMPLE 

According to Walther Schellenberg’s memoirs [7]:

“Each member had his own armchair with an engraved silver nameplate, and each had to devote himself to a ritual of spiritual exercises aimed mainly at mental concentration.  The focal point of Wewelsburg, evidently owing much to the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, was a great dining hall with an oak table to seat twelve picked from the senior Gruppenführers. The walls were to be adorned with their coats of arms.”  Underneath this dining hall there was kept a so-called “realm of the dead”, a circular well in which these coats of arms would be burnt and the ashes worshipped after the “knight” had died. (There are tales of Himmler using the severed heads of deceased S.S. officers to communicate with ascended masters.) In addition to this, each knight had his own room, “decorated in accordance with one of the great ancestors of Aryan majesty.” Himmler’s own room was dedicated to a Saxon King Henry the Fowler, whose ghost Himmler sometimes conversed with. [8]

The SS belief system has a direct connection to the medieval Templars, and Lanz Von Liebenfels’ “New Templars”, for whom he believed the Holy Grail or sang real, was the “royal bloodline” itself and its “container” or “chalice” of the Germanic Aryan Race.

In 1934, a year after Hitler came to power, Von Liebenfels wrote that the Order of the New Templars was the “first manifestation of the [Nazi] Movement, which now, in accordance with the law of God, is most powerful in history and unrestrainedly sweeping over the world.” [9] The SS was the vanguard of the Nordic-Germanic race, the prophetic forebears, of a new religion and new age.

The headquarters and temple of the SS Cult was situated at the 17th century medieval castle of Wewelsburg, near the towns of Paderborn and Defmold in the German province of Westphalia, close by the site in the Teutoburg Forest where Arminius made his stand with its famous Stonehenge-like monument known as Externsteine. A 12,000 volume library of the occult was available in the castle. [10]  

NEW PAGAN CULT, THE AHNENERBE AND THE NEW AGE RELIGION

The Ahnenerbe was part of Himmler’s greater plan for the systematic creation of a secret intellectual “Germanic” culture that would replace Christianity in the Greater Germany to exist after the war, a kind of SS-religion that would form the basis of the new world order. To that end, Himmler inducted a number of reputable academics into the Ahnenerbe.

The Ahnenerbe incorporated the membership of Aliester Crowley’s Templar Order, the Vril, and the Thule Gesellschaft into the SS. [11] This new culture was also based on the volkish beliefs of the Nazis, and it was the role of the Ahnenerbe to marshal scientific research in an interdisciplinary program to support the “development of the Germanic heritage”.

The Ahnenerbe was a Nazify motivated academic association with enough funding to go beyond mere lectures and publications to include wide-scale expeditions and experimental research.

Himmler himself served as the “chairman of the Kuratorium” of the Ahnenerbe, and held the real power within the Ahnenerbe. As Reich Manager of the Ahnenerbe, Wolfram Sievers was responsible for all administrative tasks, with day-to-day business matters handled by the deputy “Kurator”, Dr. Herrman Reischle. [12]

The Ahnenerbe was funded by the Ahnenerbe-Stiftung, the German Forschungsgemeinschaft, member fees, and “from funds of the Reich and from contributions of industry” (including a group of financiers called the Circle of Friends led by Wilhelm Keppler that included bankers of New York Wall Street[13], Henry Ford[14], and William Randolph Hearst[15]. The budget of the Ahnenerbe was as much as over one million German marks (400,000 American dollars).

The Ahnenerbe was not only devoted to finding the basis of genetic and ethnic “purity” of the Germanic race it involved top secret medical experiments at concentration camps that were done to advance the Nazi world conquest mission. The Ahnenerbe became involved in horrific medical experiences in the areas of treatment of extreme conditions- high pressure, low pressure, and so on- that were encountered in extreme climates or, eventually outer space, which caused the deaths of thousands. [16]

Temple of Set (Satan) Founder Lt. Colonel of the US Army Michael Aquino [17] visited Wewelsburg several times during the early 1980’s. He performed a ritual in the North Tower to resurrect the energies of Wewelsburg on the world and incite a “Satanic renaissance: to jump-start the next phase of human evolution. Certainly, this theme is to be found all through Nazi writings and speeches from the very earliest days.”

Lt. Col. Michael Aquino is directly linked to the CIA’s MK-Ultra mind control programs, and directly involved in the programming of children as sexual zombies for counterintelligence purposes. [18]

THE MYTHICAL KNIGHTS OF THE BLACK SUN ON THE U.S. PAYROLL

“We swear to you, Adolf Hitler, loyalty and bravery as leader and chancellor of the German Reich. We vow to you and to the principles laid down by you obedience to the point of death. So help us God!”

During the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal in Germany, the SS was declared to be a war crimes organization, but very few these mass murderers at least 600,000 people [19] were never prosecuted as war criminals or denazified. After the war, most of the hierarchy of SS was bankrolled by taxpayers of the United States in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). [20]

Many of the Himmler’s Ahnenerbe “esoteric scientists” were secretly brought into the United States under the aegis of Operation Paperclip. [21] They were clandestinely recruited into America’s top corporations, universities, headed NASA [22]and important governmental agencies necessary to the well-being and security of its citizens, particularly Black people.

“I am experienced.” “I have a ring operating”. “If you give me a paycheck, I’ll make you very happy.” – 1945, Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing-

In March 1969, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (BEAST of Bucharest) and his deep cover shadow counterintelligence and repression ring moved right into Sacramento, CA, the seat of state power under to collaborate with the fascist state republican administration of Governor Ronald Reagan.

Bolschwing had joined the National Socialist Party (Nazis) at the age of 23 in 1932, and became a top SD (Gestapo) informer by 1939. Bolschwing became a Middle East spy and counterintelligence expert, where he worked undercover in Jerusalem as an importer and banker. He had served on Adolf Eichmann’s staff and was one of the chief masterminds behind the final solution to exterminate the Jewish people. [23]

In Austria, Bolschwing worked with Eichmann to expropriate Jewish property. In 1941, Bolschwing was the top SS control officer in Bucharest, Romania under the Iron Guard, and instigated a pogrom [24] in the city during which hundreds of people were murdered. Some of those killed were hung on meat hooks at a meat-packing plant, had their throats cut, and then were branded “kosher meat” with red-hot irons.           

In 1945, Bolschwing was recruited under deep cover by the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Corps (CIC) as an informer and agent of Wild Bill Donovan and Allen Dulles’ OSS in Austria. By 1949, Bolschwing and the SS were officially deep cover agents of the United States Central Intelligence Agency under CIA director Allen Dulles. [25]           

In February 1954, Bolschwing under cover of displaced Romanians and the CIA immigrated to the United States, and his ring of spies and assassins followed him. When the Gehlen Org became Germany’s official state intelligence arm, Bolschwing became Gehlen’s agent-in-place in the United States, [26] and became one of the most dangerous and powerful men in the body of the Nazi Hydra in America.         

The Gehlen Org was the military industrial-congressional complexes’ secret shadow group of international Nazi and SS spies, drug dealers, gun runners, agent-provocateurs, torturers and assassins.        

In mid-1960, for two years Bolschwing was a chief financial officer of Cabot Manufacturing’s German subsidiary based in the State of Maine. He became closely associated and employed by the late Elmer Bobst at Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical (1955-1963) [27], a godfather of Richard Nixon’s political career, which brought him inside Nixon’s 1960 campaign for the presidency. He developed close ties with Alfred Driscoll, former governor of New Jersey, and honorary board of chairman of Warner Lambert. [28]          

Bobst is an awfully significant connection. Bobst was one of the primary founders of the American Cancer Society (ACS) in the 1940’s. Bobst later became president of Rockefeller Family’s holding Hoffman LaRoche and Warner-Lambert. “Bobst is further credited for having brought Richard Nixon to power, and because of his wealth and power influence, persuaded Nixon to wage his “War on Cancer.” It was during this “war” that cancer viruses, many functionally and descriptively identical to the human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV’s) associated with AIDS, were produced, cultured, and tested by Bionetics…” [29]          

Bobst’s ASC included OSS Chief, William “Wild Bill” Donovan, and extreme Germanic racialist right-winger and CIA/FBI anti-communist consultant, Dr. Alton Ochsner of New Orleans. [30] Dr. Ochsner’s footprints are all over Lee Harvey Oswald, the conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy[31], and the development of the AIDS Virus. [32]           

In Sacramento, the Bolschwing setup shop as Vice President of Business Affairs of TCI, Trans International Computer Investment Corporation[33], a Hydra Head CIA front and a den of international intrigue. He helped form TCI with notorious CIA terrorists and contractors Frank Terpril, Edwin Wilson; and Helena von Damm.          

In Sacramento, von Damm became Ronald Reagan’s secretary, and then personal secretary to President Reagan. The Bolschwing Ring controlled most all of Reagan’s cabinet level appointments in both state and federal government.[34]      

TCI was part of Nixon’s U.S. Defense Department and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under Secretary Melvin R. Laird. AIS, Advanced Information Systems and IIS, International Imaging Systems were subsidiaries of TCI. As early as 1967, TCI had been used to monitor the 1967 Arab-Israeli Conflict. [35]           

Some of the individuals on TCI’s board were J. Paul Getty, Jr.; Emanuel Fthnenakis, a Greek with direct ties to Aristotle Onassis (Associate of Nazi Financer Hjalmar Schacht); and Judge William A. Newsom, father of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom. Fthenakis was associated with Ford Aerospace, Philco. He was a former VP of ITT and Fairchild Industries of Germantown, Md. [36]

In 1972, Bolschwing’s protégé and a body of the American Nazi Hydra Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun retired from NASA and joined Fairchild Industries. [37]

The Bolschwing Ring sold the largest subsidiary of TCI to Albert Hakim and Richard Secord. And that subsidiary became Stanford Technology Trading Group, and Stanford Trading Group International (STGI).            

STGI became a notorious CIA front that germinated the Iran-Contra conspirators and operatives of the Phoenix Assassination and Counterintelligence Program of Vietnam. It included hydra heads Oliver North, Theodore Clines, William Casey, Admiral J. Pointdexter, Edwin Wilson, Frank Terpil, Theodore Schackley, Chilean General Augusto Pinochet, and the Nugan Hand Bank. At some point, STGI moved to Chile under Pinochet, then to Saigon.

Most significantly, the Bolschwing Ring was Gehlen’s part of Permindex headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Switzerland [38]and South Africa.[39] Parallex Corporation? Permindex was an international cabal funding and directing political assassinations, counterintelligence insurgencies, and coup de tats around the world. Permindex has been generally implicated in the assassinations of John and Robert Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, and among others, the attempts on the life of French President Charles de Gaulle. [40]             

The five groups under Permindex and their supervisors were: 1. Nazis, the SS [41], Czarist Russian, Eastern European and Middle East exile organization called SOLIDARISTS, headed by Ferenc Nagy, ex-Hungarian Premier, and John DeMenil, Russian exile from Houston, Texas, a close friend and supporter of Lyndon Johnson for over thirty years.[42] 2. A section of the AMERICAN COUNCIL OF CHRISTIAN CHURCHES headed by H.L. Hunt of Dallas, Texas. A Cuban exile group called FREE CUBA COMMITTEE headed by Carlos Prio Socarras, ex-Cuban President.  An organization of United States, Caribbean, and Havana, Cuba gamblers called the Syndicate headed by Clifford Jones, ex-Lieutenant Governor of Nevada and Democratic National Committeeman, and Bobby Baker of Washington, D.C. This group worked closely with a Mafia family headed by Joe Bonnano. The SECURITY DIVISION of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) headed by SS Wernher Von Braun, head of the German Nazi rocket program from 1932 through 1945. Headquarters for this group was the DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY COMMAND at Muscle Shoals Redstone Arsenal in Alabama and on East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. [43]           

In shadow of the SS Bolschwing’s Ring in Sacramento, the California Department of Corrections formally recognized and incorporated The Black Cultural Association (BCA) as an official inmate group at the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville.        

The BCA was really an illegal CIA domestic behavioral modification experiment being run on black inmates out of CIA’s Technical Services Division (TSD) under Dr. Sidney Gottlieb.           

Dr. Louis Joylon (Jolly) West of UCLA was senior technical consultant. BCA was a bizarre monster factory producing mind controlled Black counterintelligence-insurgency agents and zombie assassins for the military industrial congressional complex’s war against Black Nationalist and the panthers. One of which appeared at Merritt Jr. College in 1969 with exploding (dum-dum) bullets to assassinate most likely H. Rap Brown, (Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin ).

Excuse my language, but Benjamin Taylor’s April 8, 2009 East Bay Express Newspaper article entitled “JR Valrey Is an Agent Provocateur” [1] is exactly that, bullcrap. It is a deliberate hit piece in an attempt to unfairly isolate and discredit the courageous young Black journalist for the Bay View National Black Newspaper and KFPA Radio. It is yet another glaring example of Bay Area yellow journalism that is beholden to CoIntelpro, and the interests of the military-industrial-congressional complex.

For decades, the Oakland Bay Area has been the center of one of the largest concentrations of some of the most traitorous and dangerous backstabbing police (Panther Squad[2]), CIA (Project Chaos[3]), FBI (CoIntelpro [4]) and military intelligence (Huston Plan [5]) assets, contractors, informers and agent provocateurs in the country. Absolutely complicit and necessary in their covert operations to disrupt, discredit, isolate and destroy Black Nationalist (Black Panthers, Black Muslims, etc.), and the Left have been the press.

During the late 1970’s, it was uncovered that American newspaper columnists,  commentators, journalist and broadcast commentators had relationships with the CIA that went far beyond those normally maintained between reporters and their sources. They were referred to at the Agency as “known assets” and could be counted on to perform a variety of undercover tasks; they were considered receptive to the Agency’s point of view on various subjects. [6]

I don’t believe that Benjamin Taylor’s hit piece on JR is just happenstance. It is horrendously complicit. It is preposterous. It is disingenuous and disturbing. Are Taylor and East Bay Express being unwittingly controlled by the military-industrial-medical-congressional complex?

Most of the brothers and sisters active in the 60’s and 70’s like I know exactly what agent provocateurs really are. Taylor in his article on JR Valrey toys with the subject as if to change and modify its historical meaning and significance as a tool of repression and fascism. An agent provocateur is an informer, police officer or an agent of the military-police-governmental complex that entices citizens to carry out a crime under conditions to entrap them; or who suggests the commission of; or commits crimes including murder to entrap others to discredit, isolate, imprison and destroy them.

Governmental agent provocateurs are real, traitorous and extremely dangerous causing the death, destruction and imprisonment of thousands of innocent young brothers and sisters across the nation. It was a military intelligence asset, Panamanian Vietnam Veteran, at old Merritt Jr. College that continually attempted to lure me and other active brothers on the U.S. Army Oakland Supply Depot to steal AR-14’s. It was a setup an attempt to entrap us. It would have been certain death and imprisonment to have followed the agent provocateur into the jurisdiction of the U.S. military complex to attempt to steal automatic assault weapons. It would made sensational headlines. Our creed had been to accept support only from the love of the people.

It was an OPD agent provocateur that robbed drug dealers dressed in a panther uniform. He led the drug dealers to one of our political education meetings at 32nd and Grove (Martin Luther King Blvd.) where we were lured outside under their crosshairs to a staged police incident. Years later, one of the drug dealers that had been robbed stopped me on the street. He told me that they followed the robber to our political education meeting that evening. They had formed a belief in the first instance that the panthers were trying to muscle in on their business. He told me that he was about to pull the trigger as I moved into the crosshairs of his weapon, but paused. He told that he had seen me in the community always working on behalf and in love of the people. Selling and using drugs were against my demonstrated creed, he pulled back. Our creed had always been not to harm a hair of our people.

The young drug dealer said that he then realized that it was a setup. It was a setup to start a false but deadly war and confrontation between the panthers and local drug dealers. I still remember the agent provocateur moving in and about us dressed in our uniform looking suspicious and nervously looking around. I glanced at him for a moment. I didn’t recognize him as one of the brothers, but that wasn’t unusual, because brothers from the community always joined us if only for a moment. We had won the hearts and minds of the people.  

It was a young black CIA programmed assassin that appeared among us at our annual Malcolm X Birthday Celebration at old Merritt Jr. College with a real gun filled with real dum-dum (exploding) bullets. I suspect that he was sent in to frame us for assassinating prominent and beloved H. Rap Brown (Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin ). Al-Amin had been one of our speakers at the celebration that the military-industrial-medical-congressional complex wanted dead really bad. [7] One of our vigilant sisters saw the uncommon bulge under his arm and took note of his uncharacteristic demeanor, glassy eyes and slurring speech. She alerted us. When we took him down to disarm him, he had unusual and surprising strength for his size and weight. It took at least eight brothers to get him down. When he went down, his eyes rolled to the back to his head and he foamed at the corners of his mouth just like Marcus Wayne Chenault, the programmed assassin of Mrs. Alberta Williams King, the mother of Martin Luther King Jr. [8] 

After we held the assassin until Stokely Carmichael (Kwame Toure) [9] and Al-Amin had safely spoke and left the event and campus, other agent provocateurs appeared after his location became known that wanted to kill him and throw him in the bay at the foot of Richmond. They were insistent and threatened to take him at gunpoint, but I was also insistent at gun point that we were not in the business of murdering anyone. If they took a brother’s life, my life also had to be in tow. They backed down and the young black (Monarch) disarmed programmed assassin disappeared safety into the night. He had been a victim of a governmental mind control program. The vanguard had to have an undying love for the people.

The Black Community knows exactly what governmental agent provocateurs are. JR Valrey is not an agent provocateur by any stretch of the imagination. Our Minister of Information has been a ray of sunshine at KFPA Radio. He has been one of the few voices of our people from the Black Community. JR’s Block Report Radio [10] is one of the only remaining legitimate Bay Area Black radio public affairs programs left at the station. The ill-defined progressives at KPFA practice “Selected Speech” not “Free Speech”. Over the air, they refuse to talk about Nazis, Fascism, Malcolm X and Black Nationalism, the 9-11 Truth Movement [11]and one of their own, Mae Brussell.[12] It has been obvious that KPFA and the police-military-industrial-congressional complex at its roots demand the silence of the issues that unite, educate; issues that adversely affect Black and Brown People; and the Black voice of our Community, JR Valery.

Many may not like the truth and what JR has to say from the Black Perspective on the Extermination of Oscar Grant, and Frame-up Murder of Lovell Mixon. [13] Even the Oakland Police Department (OPD) rank and file doesn’t believe the hype surrounding Mixon who just remarkably happened to shoot all four OPD sergeants in the back with weapons yet to be disclosed, and an assault methodology that defies any reasonable explanation. [14]

There should be no doubt that JR was singled out and viciously attacked by the system without any reservation for justice because of his skill of outspokenness journalism, and courageous love and dedication to the community.

I am extremely disappointed that the Alameda County Mafia on September 21, 2009 intends to try to proceed to prosecute JR on trumped up charges of felony arson for allegedly setting fire to a garbage can at 14th and Clay streets.  I am also extremely disappointed that journalist, particularly Black journalist have not rallied around one of their own instead of trying to puff up the yellow journalism and sugar coat the racist military-industrial-congressional complex agenda of the Chauncey Bailey Project. [15]

I continually cry that the City of Oakland has a deadly dark side that many don’t seem to realize until it is too late. Oakland has a secret evil anti-man “doppelganger.” [16] When Albert Pike visited Oakland in 1883, [17] he came to plant a seed and initiate 12 Oakland white men into the “Luciferian Doctrine, and the Secret Doctrine.”[18] 

Pike was one of America’s most vicious and dangerous racist of the 19th Century. In 1858 in the State of Arkansas, Albert Pike and 11 collaborators issued a circular calling for the expulsion of free Negroes and mulattoes from Arkansas, citing “the laziness and bestiality of a degraded race,” their “immorality, filth and laziness,” and calling the Negro “so worthless and depraved an animal.” (Chaitkin, Treason in America, 235)

In his newspaper, The Memphis Daily Appeal for April 16, 1868, Albert Pike wrote:

“The disenfranchised people of the South … can find no protection for property, liberty or life, except in secret association…. We would unite every white man in the South, who is opposed to negro suffrage, into one great Order of Southern Brotherhood, with an organization complete, active, vigorous, in which a few should execute the concentrated will of all, and whose very existence should be concealed from all but its members.” 

In 1960, Francis Parker Yockey (September 18, 1917 – June 16, 1960)[19], A High Priest of the SS (The BEAST: World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murder Cult), the cultic dean of Nazism and Fascism was traced and arrested in Oakland at the foot of Lake Merritt. Yockey’s mission in Oakland as it had been around the world was to initiate a secret cadre of white people into the SS, and just as Albert Pike to plant a racist Luciferian Seed in Oakland.

In 1976, Grady Louis McMurtry (October 18, 1918–July 12, 1985) [20] another vicious and dangerous military intelligence racist quietly moved into Oakland from Washington D.C. He opened the Northern California Thelema Lodge in Oakland at 588 63rd Street. The phone number at Thelema Lodge on 63rd Street was listed to “Aleister Crowley, The Great Beast”.

Aleister Crowley (1875 – 1947) [21] was “The wickedest man in Britain”. The late Crowley remains one of the world’s most famous and influential Satanists and Occultist of the Twentieth-First Century. Crowley called himself “The Great Beast”, a reference to the New Testament’s description of the Anti-Christ. Crowley’s brand of Satanism involves an international center of racism, Nazism, drug abuse, abductions, murder, mayhem, rape, animal and human sacrifices. Crowley founded the Thelema Lodge.

McMurtry had succeeded Crowley as “The Great Beast”. McMurtry’s mission in Oakland as it had been around the world was to initiate a secret cadre of white people into Satanism, and just as Albert Pike and Yockey plant the racial Luciferian Seed in Oakland.

Oakland’s shocking body count of young Black and Brown people year after year is not happenstance. It is related to this racist and beastly “small knot of men” that use every dirty trick of deception, Satanism, Fascism, mind control, and brutality without shame, without honor, without humanity, without reservation to maintain a master(god)-slave of the state relationship among the people.

Among their death toll have been Dorothy King (First Black Female Principal of Castlemont High School), Dr. Marcus Albert Foster (First Black Superintendent of Oakland Unified School District) Bobby Hutton (First Member of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense); Huey P. Newton (Founder of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense), and Charles Alex Gregory (Oakland’s First Self-Made Black Millionaire) and his entire family.

Among their forgotten veiled victims are the hurt and murdered by governmental programmed Black assassins put on a mission to terrorize and polarize the races, Sebron (The Jedi Assassin) [22] and Ronnie Flenaugh (El Constran-Death Angel); William (Billy) E. Mapp (El Constran-Death Angel) [23]; Dewain Hall [24] (The U.S. Naval Killer), Anthony Harris (Death Angel) [25]; and Marilyn Webster (Teenage Blood Feast Slasher). [26]

Now they seek to crush and suppress JR Valrey, the community’s Minister of Information (Truth) in alliance with the unmerciful subversive clandestine racist Alameda County Mafia.  

To Oakland’s “small knot of men” of the racial beastly Luciferian Seed, the people are only a breath away from exposing your true images and illusions behind which you hide your true motives.

“The Black Panther is our brother and son, the one who wasn’t afraid. He wasn’t so lazy as the rest, or so narrow and restricted in his vision. charles and KingThe brilliant multi-genius Charles Alex Gregory had a vision for his people. It was an American Dream. The vision is enthroned in the Declaration of Independence, the right to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.”    

He was born on July 8, 1951 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. Charles came to the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area to attend U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall sometime after graduating from Tuskegee Institute in May 1972 with a B.S. in Physics.

The Bay Area is a beautiful and striking place sitting at the foot of a natural bay to the Pacific Ocean. The weather is always calm and pleasant all year round. It is one of the most diversely populated areas of the country that souls traveling through become in love with, but it has a deep dark evil side.

At its roots, Oakland remains a land of shadows and illusions, and a hidden troubling veiled background. The ante-bellum period of the old South is often considered the pinnacle of Southern aristocracy. The Southern aristocrats owned a majority of the wealth and land of the South. They have remained wealthy and the powerbrokers of the South even after their defeat in the American Civil War. The Southern powerbrokers are very visible, and in most cases able to be clearly seen.

In 1852, the City of Oakland was founded upon conceit by a bunch of lying, conniving, crooked and illusory squatters, Andrew Moon, Edson Adams and Horace Carpentier. The Spanish land grant owner, Vincente Peralta, and a band of armed rancheros found them illegally squatting on land near Jack London Square. After being herded in by the rancheros, the unsuspecting Peralta agreed to lease them what is now Oakland.

In absolute treachery and unseen deceit, Moon, Adams and Carpentier subdivided Peralta’s land grant property into lots and sold them to unsuspecting white gold rush settlers. Horace Carpentier was an immoral and fraudulent attorney that specialized in lawsuits and land grab schemes contrived to steal valuable Spanish land grants throughout Northern California.

The Peraltas subsequently lost Oakland. They had to deplete their herds of cattle and sell off large tracts of land to pay court costs to fight Carpentier’s tedious and never ending multiple illegal land grab schemes, city incorporations and lawsuits. [2]

In 1883, Sovereign Grand Commander and Confederate General Albert Pike, one of the founding fathers of the Ku Klux Klan, visited Oakland [3] to inplant his racist demonic seed and initiate and veil twelve (12) Oakland disciples into concealment in the “Luciferian Doctrine, and the Secret Doctrine.”[4] 

As part of a twisted pacification plan, even the way of the “Great Beast” found its way to Oakland. The Oakland powerbrokers are not very visible, and in most cases cannot be clearly seen. They are extremely ruthless, and illusory. They feed upon the weak, poor, dead and the unsuspecting.

From the outside, the affairs of the City of Oakland appear normal municipal business. Oakland’s Victoria Court Development of the Oak Center Redevelopment Project on a strip of land at 14th & Adeline Street in West Oakland seemed pretty normal urban redevelopment city business. [8]  I had a personal connection to the strip. My maternal grandparents and uncle had once occupied a downstairs unit of a grand Victorian house at the site before the mass urban redevelopment that displaced thousands of Black homeowners from West Oakland.

The Victoria Court Redevelopment Project was an interspace real estate development project. Interspace real estate development is the process to transform existing intercity vacant lots into new home/condo developments as a matter of city redevelopment policy. Gregory Construction, Inc. (Charles Alex Gregory) pioneered the concept and development within the city. It was as if the Victoria Court Project had been specifically designed for Gregory Construction. Gregory intended to build 20 to 40 affordable and low income Victorian designed concept units on the strip. Gregory had been the most respected, qualified and experienced real estate developer and building contractor in line to develop the Victoria Court Project. The ever resourceful Gregory Construction, Inc. had planned to develop and build the Victoria Court Project without city subsidies and bonding nothing beyond normal state redevelopment capital. Furthermore, the majority of the units were projected to be low-income housing units to benefit and fit the financial needs of most West Oakland’s Black residents.

One of Gregory Construction’s main competitors for the project was far less resourceful and experienced, but was a deceitful, shadowy and dangerously mob connected entity that feed upon the weak, poor, dead and unsuspecting.  

The forces at the roots of Oakland tried to veil the nature of that entity in the shadows to keep them at the pinnacle of Oakland’s deep well of redevelopment financial capital.

“I mean, no one is ever to say one kind word about niggers… The conservative isn’t against the Niggers; he just wants to keep him in his place for his own good.”  November 2, 1962: Dallas to Munich, Germany, Nazi Larry Schmidt of Americans for Freedom (YAF) and Conservatism USA (CUSA) [9]

Charles Alex Gregory had a vision for West Oakland. His vision was to transform one of the city’s most abandoned areas into an oasis of trade, industry and educational opportunity to benefit its neglected Black residents. If anyone could do it, it was Charles Alex Gregory. He saw it. Brilliantly, he had planned to finance it through existing funding resources such as state redevelopment capital, tax credits and incentives.

While Charles was boldly dreaming of a transformed West Oakland, there was other unseen forces working behind the curtain in the affairs of the City of Oakland conspiring to keep West Oakland and its residents mired in eternal poverty, crime, death, destruction and drug addiction.  

On or about June 14, 1991, a confidential reliable informant (CRI) told the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) that a white male (5’ 10”, wt. 145) was interested in buying kilograms of cocaine for distribution. The CRI had been a reliable source of information regarding Bay Area drug trafficking. SFPD decided to setup a reverse sting operation to nab the drug dealer.

The police identified the CRI as Don Holmes. Holmes told police the suspect lived in Piedmont, CA in a million dollar house. Holmes set the suspect up to purchase five (5) kilos of cocaine at $18,500 for each kilo. The suspect had told the CRI that under normal circumstances he could have no problem coming up with sufficient cash to purchase the kilos, but he was involved with a major real estate deal that absorbed most of his cash. He had just purchased 15 condos in Utah for cash. He encouraged Holmes to invest his money in the condo project.

The suspect also bragged about how he launders money through real estate investments. The suspect discussed a past relationship with a major drug dealer, who one time produced a suitcase containing twenty kilos of cocaine and how his associate was busted by the Feds and seized all his money and property.

On July 12, 1991, the suspect showed up to purchase the kilos. He said that he had two associates two blocks away to test the product. The suspect negotiated the sale at $16,750 per kilo.

When the sting was strung, the suspect fled, but was arrested after a short chase. For whatever reasons, the SFPD did not pursue the suspect’s associates for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. The suspect was taken to the SFPD Southern Station for further investigations.

Astoundingly, the suspect was only cited for two marijuana cigarettes and released pending further investigations. [10] Over a month after the suspect’s arrest, the Oakland Police Department along with SFPD executed a search warrant for the suspect’s residence at 451 Jerome Avenue, Piedmont, CA. Among other things not reported, the police found marijuana (California Health & Safety Code, §11359) and psilocybin (magic mushrooms) for sale and distribution (California Health & Safety Code, §11378).

Oakland’s “Mr. Steve” & The New York Spatola-Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan

The Spatola-Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan is a transatlantic mafia family, based in Palermo and New York City. In Sicily, the family clan is centered around the Inzerillo, the Spatola and Di Maggio families, while in the United States the Sicilian faction in the Gambino family is the core of the group. The Inzerillo clan hailed from the Passo di Ragano neighborhood in Palermo. They were relatives of New York City Mafia boss Carlo Gambino.

Beginning in 1984, a courageous Italian judge with the aide of an informant turncoat mafia soldier began to break the $1.6 Billion dollar Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan’s international heroin and cocaine smuggling, money laundering syndicates that used pizzerias as fronts. [11]

With the cooperation of the Italian police, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), FBI, and New York City Police, Carlo Gambino’s crime family came under an intense investigation. Through wiretaps, they discovered that a West Coast functionary of the Gambino Ring was a “Mr. Steve” in the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area.

The subsequent investigation and campaign by DEA to bust the San Francisco Bay Area-West Coast drug operations (distribution cells) of the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York crime families led to West Coast functionary “Mr. Steve.” Mr. Steve was Stephen Wilson, the son of Oakland Mayor and former Alameda County Superior Court Judge, Lionel Wilson.

In December 1988, “Mr. Steve” and twenty-one Bay Area criminals associated with the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York mob was rounded-up and busted by the DEA. [12] 

On 12/14/1988, the San Francisco Chronicle referred to Steve Wilson as a major high profile West Coast drug dealer functionary known in the inner circles as “Mr. Steve”. It also appeared that the DEA investigation was being compromised by Oakland’s Interagency Drug Council (IDC) controlled by Lionel Wilson.

In fact, San Francisco investigators were told by the Oakland Police Department (OPD) that they had no information about Mr. Steve nevertheless maintaining about ten (10) years of reliable informant reports that Steve Wilson was a major drug dealer in Oakland.

The DEA further identified Oakland’s Port of Oakland as the major U.S. entry point for “Golden Triangle” (Burma) heroin which distribution was/is primarily controlled by the New York Gambino Sicilian Mob family. [13] 

In 1988, the DEA seized cash, assets and Wilson’s home along with several other pieces of real property related to his drug trafficking industry saying that the assets had been bought with drug trafficking proceeds. Subsequently, the U.S. Justice Department was able to forfeit Wilson’s home as drug related assets in a civil suit. [14]

Mr. Steve was charged with conspiracy and attempting to pocess cocaine for sale between May and December 1988, and two counts of using a telephone to negotiate the acquisition of cocaine. He was charged with six tax violations for allegedly understanding his income to avoid more than $242,000 in federal taxes from 1986 through 1988.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that Richard W. Held (FBI Agent in Charge) was also one of “Mr. Steve’s” high placed guardian agents. FBI Agent Held notified Mayor Lionel Wilson of the DEA search warrant on “Mr. Steve” before the search took place. The DEA search warrant was hijacked and then executed about noon by Mayor Wilson’s own IDC instead of the DEA, and of course most of the evidence was gone and “Mr. Steve” was not there. [17]     

At the time, Richard Held may have been one of the most powerful and notorious FBI agents only behind the director. Held was Special Agent-in-Charge of the San Francisco FBI Office from 1985-1993.  Held began his career under President Richard Nixon’s fascist-Nazi administration in 1968 in the Los Angeles office of the FBI.

He became the lead agent in the FBI’s COINTELPRO “racial matters” pacification program along with the CIA’s Project CHAOS, Nixon’s Huston Plan, and the Public Disorder Intelligence Unit, of the CCS (Criminal Conspiracy Section of the Los Angeles Police Department) to attack, expose, and neutralize “black extremists”, and pacify the left. Their overall coordinated objective was to put the Black masses into their place; in prison, virtual slavery or 6 feet below the ground.

Held was instrumental in targeting Los Angeles Black Panther Party leader Geronimo ji jaga Pratt for neutralization by framing him for murder. In a 1/28/70 memo by Held to the FBI Director, Edgar J. Hoover, he confirmed his involvement, “I request Bureau approval … to attack, expose, and ridicule the BPP… operation number one is designed to challenge the legitimacy of the authority exercised by Elmer Gerard Pratt.” Framed for a murder he did not commit, Geronimo spent 25 years in state prison. He was released in 1997 after a judge overturned his conviction based on prosecutorial misconduct. The key witness in the case, Julius Butler, was an agent provocateur and informant for Held, LAPD, and the L.A. District Attorney’s office; that information was kept secret during Geronimo’s trial.

Mr. Steve’s guardian angels, Held and Jensen, were associated with the FBI’s ultra secret counterespionage domestic intelligence department, “Division Five.” Division Five was responsible for COINTELPRO. Some sources maintain that Division Five was/is an arm of the Office of Naval Intelligence associated with the assassination of the JFK and Dr. Martin Luther King under the cloak of the Defense Industrial Security Command (DISC). [18] [19]

Division Five acts dually with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) which acts on behalf of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. Directly under the two-pronged leadership of Division Five and the DIA is a control group, the highly secret policy agency, the DISC. [20] 

The DISC is headquartered at Muscle Shoals Redstone Arsenal in Alabama and on East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, which is the SECURITY DIVISION of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) that was headed by Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun. [21]

Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer was a special assistant, adviser and strategist to the U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff of Operations (DCSOPS) at the Pentagon, [22] and the National Security Council (NSC). The NSC was patterned after Hitler’s Security Council, and its jurisdiction was to oversee the CIA by dictate of the National Security Act of 1947

The extraordinary researcher Mae Brussell identified Kraemer as the “Number One” most powerful person (Secret Team) in the United States. She suspected that he was the very same Brigadefuhrer SS Fritz Kraemer [23] who was very high up in Hitler’s regime and personally responsible for extremely strategic fascist atrocities in WWII, who as a war crimes defendant literally walked away from the Nuremberg Tribunal. [24]

Fritz Kraemer and his son, Sven Kraemer, were major advisors of the NSC and the Pentagon Army Chiefs of Staff for both Democratic and Republican presidential administrations since Eisenhower. They were also prominent advisors in the Center for Security Policy (CSP), which features the William J. Casey Institute. Judge Jensen’s Alameda County Mafia partner, Edwin Meese III, was an informal advisor of the CSP with the Kraemers. [25]

U. S. Marine Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North was at the center of national attention during the Iran-Contra affair, a political scandal of the late 1980s under Reagan. North was a NSC member along with Kraemers involved in the clandestine sale of weapons to Iran, which served to encourage the release of U.S. hostages from Lebanon. North formulated the second part of the plan: diverting proceeds from the arms sales to support the Contra rebel group in Nicaragua.

The most disturbing item to come from Iran Contra was that there was another commodity being traded, namely drugs earmarked for the streets of the United States, particularly targeting the Black Communities of Los Angeles and the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area. Lt. Col North actually kept a record of the drug transactions, and labeled them as such as found by the Kerry 1988 Congressional Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics and International Operations. [26]

When the late courageous Gary Webb, author of Dark Alliance, was in Oakland, I asked him pointblank who were the Oakland Black drug dealers trafficking cocaine for the Colombia Cali-Medellin cartel funneling millions in drug (blood) profits to the Contras run by the CIA, and Lt. Col. Oliver North of the NSC. “Freeway” Ricky Ross was the exposed Black drug dealer trafficking cocaine for the Contras in Los Angeles, [27] but the Black Bay Area’s Iran-Contra Medellin drug traffickers remained anonymous.

Rather reluctantly, Webb said, “Rudy (Rudolph) Henderson.” I was somewhat shocked and taken back by the response. Rudolph had been my childhood friend when I lived a couple doors down from the Henderson Family on 8th Street in West Oakland.

In West Oakland, Rudolph had been a husky sweet kid that didn’t even have the heart to fight. The Hendersons was an ordinary hard working blue collar family. They were like my second family.

In 1989, Henderson pleaded guilty to a single charge of possession for sale of 7 kilograms (15.4 pounds) of cocaine and evasion of $115,000 in taxes in 1984. He also agreed to forfeit his Sonoma County estate and two luxury cars. He was originally sentenced to 20 years in prison, but that was reduced on appeal. [28] In December 2006, Rudolph was liquidated in broad daylight in North Oakland. Rudy had been on parole since 2002 for the 1989 conviction for drug trafficking. Of course in Oakland, Rudy’s murder remains needlessly unsolved.

Crack cocaine has literally destroyed Black Communities across the nation. One in 11 African-Americans are in prison, on parole or on probation, and more than 50 percent of federal inmates are imprisoned for drug crimes related to crack cocaine. But in the drug trafficking industry, Rudy was like Cary Webb’s Dark Alliance Ricky (Freeway) Ross of Los Angeles; they were expendable. They were by design made the mass media’s most visible poster boys for drug traffickers and crack cocaine making Black communities across the country a wasteland of poverty, crime, death, destruction and drug addiction, while a far greater evil and danger loom.

“Ethnic cleansing is a bit trickier in South Central Los Angeles than it is in South Central Europe. It is essential in a “democracy” to have people do it in a way that makes it look like they’re “doing it” to themselves. You need a socially induced suicide. So how do you get people to commit suicide? You make it very attractive for their children to make money doing something illegal. Then you arrest them for it in a very visible way (Remember the battering rams and armored cars?).  You design stories to make people blame themselves for what has happened. This is how branding works. Pepsi = tastes good, Black people = cause illegal drugs and crime.  Support all this by a national media owned by defense contractors and other corporate interests. That way the nightly news has lots of moneymaking incentives to cover HUD OIG sponsored drug raids in black communities rather than doing a story on CIA drug trafficking.”  -Catherine Austin Fitts-  [29]

During wiretap investigation of the affairs of the drug syndicate of “Mr. Steve” at his home, Rudolph had been a frequent caller.  On many occasions the FBI/DEA recorded, he talked with Mr. Steve’s witting aficionado and partner in his drug trafficking industry, Denise E. Smith. The FBI/DEA had even followed Mr. Steve and Denise to the San Francisco Opera, and grand parties with the rich, famous and powerful in Beverly Hills, particularly at the home of the Ambassador of Mexico. Denise E. Smith is the same party at the head of Royal Realtors & Loan Services in Oakland [30] that just slipped through the cracks of a federal indictment for drug trafficking.

 After Gregory’s death, all of his office-business phone logs for weeks leading up to his death disappeared. However, we combed through the phone logs left by the intruders. We found messages left for Gregory from Mr. Steve’s aficionado and partner, Denise E. Smith, allegedly, relating to a piece of property on Skyline Blvd in the Oakland Hills. “Mr. Steve” and his network was also watching  Charles Alex Gregory.

Cointelpro- Cocaine & The SS (“Schutzstaffel”) The World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murder Cult

“Only the SS was equal to the task of exterminating the Jewish people. Others talked about it but had too many reservations. To have completed such a mission is an unwritten page of honor in the history of the SS.” (Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler)

Mr. Steve’s passport listed him as a Caucasian under the alias name of “Steve or Michael Towns.” Did he change his bloodline to join an international white blood cult network of cocaine distribution and death? Mr. Steve’s alias is eerily similar to the Nazi trained Chilean General Augusto Pinochet DINA assassin and Operation Condor (North-South American campaign of political repressions involving assassination and counter-intelligence operations) [31]  functionary, Michael V. Townley. [32]

“Our concern, our duty is our people and our blood. It is for them that we must provide and plan, work and fight, nothing else. We can be indifferent to everything else. I wish the SS to adopt this attitude to the problem of all foreign non-Germanic peoples… All else is vain…” (Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler)

Heinrich Himmler’s SS was the instrument most noted responsible for the demotic wholesale slaughter of Jews, and non Aryans by Nazi Germany. Its instrument of death, destruction and human annihilation went by a different name, “the Knights of the Black Sun”, the Masters of Death.

The SS is generally translated as the “Schutzstaffel”, a special staff or military unit. There was another darker occult meaning of the “SS”, a meaning with roots deep in dualism and the occult of ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, and Egyptian mythology.

The letters “SS” also referred to die Schwatze Sonne, the Black Sun. The doctrine of the Black Sun is that there are two suns, the “white” sun at the center of the physical solar system, and the “black” sun, a “hidden” sun of (spiritual) illumination. The myth of the Black and White Sun encompasses the ancient doctrine of dualism, the two realms of good and evil, light and darkness, order and chaos as independent principles.

In some versions of Black Sun mythology, the Black Sun lies at the center of the galaxy. One attribute of the Black Sun is that it is the cause of the immortality,” evil”, and the reincarnation of the soul. In Babylonian mythology it was also associated with the coming of the “King of Kings” and the establishment of a New Babylon. Finally, theosophical mythology associated the Black Sun with uttermost “Hyperborea” and “Thule”, the legendary stellar home and celestial origin of the Aryan race. [33]

Their gods were Aryan war gods, Odin (Wotan) and Thor. The Aryan war gods were filled with Magic and Power in Heaven and in “Hell.” Many of the top leaders in Hitler’s Inner Circle such as Himmler, Goebbels and even Hitler began to envision themselves as god-like, taking on the characteristics of Aryan war gods, and mythical Germanic Kings. They dwelled into the black arts and occultism and ancient volkish rights in order to bring forth an Aryan vanguard of “supermen” to accomplish world domination.

One of the vanguard’s most sacred missions was to bring about the total annihilation of non Aryans by a secret blood oath for the coming of a Germanic blood master root race. Himmler’s vanguard was made-up of the Blood and Elite of the Germanic race.

It is important to note that the SS not only wanted to kill the body, but sought by pseudo-occult-spiritual science to extinguish the soul and spirits of non Aryans.  Himmler and other key members of the SS were not only fanatic occultists, but followers and believers of Rudlof Steiner’s pseudo “spiritual science.” Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) was an important German occult philosopher.

Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Dr. Sigmund Rausher was Dr. Josef Mengele’s medical colleague at Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Poland performing some of the most bizarre and heinous medical experiments on human beings. Dr. Rausher was one of Rudlof  Steiner’s followers.  Dr. Rauscher had also been one of Himmler’s favorites, and it was Dr. Rausher that in August 1942 developed the idea of using gas chambers for racial mass murder and the “Final Solution”.

It was Steiner’s belief that potassium cyanide (like in the insecticide “Zyklon B” used in Auschwitz) from an occult point of view of “spiritual science” not only kills the body but also the soul. [34]

The SS sacred mission did not end after World War II, the death of the Hitler and the Nazi State. At least two years before the official end of World War II, the SS, including Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler, began to go underground to continue their “Thousand Year Reich”  conspiracy of racial mass murder. Here lies one of the most neglected and veiled subjects of twentieth and twentieth-first century.

Generally, people of color aren’t fully aware of them. The media, and surprisingly, most of the left and so called progressives will not talk about the SS, which has allowed them to recruit knights, initiates and disciples to continue their veiled demotic deeds to mass murder non Aryans for decades to come. Incredibly, Bob Marley, the world’s greatest conscious reggae performer, was taken to a SS doctor, Dr. Josef Issels, a Knight of the Black Sun, for cancer treatment. Dr. Issels tortured Marley to death. Dr. Issels also worked under the Angel of Death, Dr. Josef Mengele, at Auschwitz. [35]

One of the principals of Operation Condor along with Michael V. Townley was wanted war criminal Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Klaus Barbie (1913–1991), [36] the “Butcher of Lyon”. SS Barbie had been recruited and veiled by U.S. Counter Intelligence Corps in 1947; he also worked for British intelligence. The CIA smuggled SS Barbie into South America as an asset. The ardent Nazi Barbie, consultant to the Bolivian Ministry of the Interior, was a major principal in Luis Garcia Meza Tejada’s 1980 “Cocaine Coup” in Bolivia. 

Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Barbie, ODESSA (Organization of SS Members), and their young neo-fascist disciples organized and protected Colombian Cali-Medellin cocaine cartels and transported drugs and weapons internationally to find its way to the streets of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area and Black Communities across the Nation. [37]   

SS Barbie was also instrumental as some sort of secret SS High Priest (Knight) in a satanic Thule Lodge [38] in forming a blueprint for a new type of occultist-satanic SS that became the core of paramilitary units, soldiers, and death squads for cocaine cartels across the United States, Central and South America. 

According to an acticle in the Los Angeles Time, 2/27/85, Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Mengele, the Angel of Death of Auschwitz, was also confirmed to having been involved in the Nazi network of crack cocaine distribution. One CIA document said SS Mengele used his farm machinery business in Paraguay, South America as a mechanism to move or launder large sums of money, as well as to cover the movement of illicit narcotics.  [39] 

Connect the dots. The FBI Division Five’s control group that was linked to COINTELPRO was controlled by Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun of NASA and the DISC.

Oliver North’s NSC prime mover and shaker was Brigadefuhrer SS Fritz Kraemer. Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer of the NSC was one of the most secretive, illusory and veiled personalities at the Pentagon. He didn’t allow pictures or biographies of himself to be produced or published. Nazi War Criminal SS Fritz Kraemer disappeared as a defendant from Nuremberg Tribunal in Germany after the war at the same time that Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer first appeared with U.S. Allied Forces in Germany. I believe Mae Brussell was right that Brigadefuhrer SS Kraemer was Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer of the NSC. [40]

California’s resident Knight of the Black Sun, the CIA’s veiled agent war criminal and one of the architects of the “Final Solution,” Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (Beast of Bucharest) of TCI of Sacramento, CA sold the company’s largest subsidiary to Albert Hakim and Richard Secord. And that subsidiary became Stanford Trading Group International (STGI), and Stanford Technology Trading Group (STTG). STTG became the notorious CIA front that sprouted the Iran-Contra/Cocaine Connection conspirators from the operatives of the Phoenix Assassination and Counterintelligence Program of Vietnam. [41] It included Lt. Col. Oliver North, Theodore Clines, William Casey, Admiral J. Pointdexter, Edwin Wilson, Frank Terpil, Theodore Schackley, Chilean General Augusto Pinochet, and the Nugan Hand Bank.

The Nuremberg Tribunal declared the Knights of the Black Sun rightfully as a war criminal organization. The SS’s overall and undivided objective was to put non Aryans on the planet in their place; in prisons, in virtually slavery for the state, or 6 feet under; “to exterminate” them.   

Towards the end of the war in 1945 the occultist SS had over 840,000 members. They mercilessly carried out the Nazi’s mass murder-extermination policy in which as many as 6 million Jews and 4 million other mostly non Aryans were systematically exterminated on the streets, in concentration and death camps. The SS were frighteningly real, a racialist mass murder cult.

The mass majority of the Knights of the Black Sun just walked away and melted into Germany, Eastern Europe, South America, and into the governmental affairs of America as a plague of racism, chaos, murder, and genocide. 

The suspect’s high profile Bay Area drug dealer associate had to have been non other than Oakland’s “Mr. Steve.” The suspect like “Mr. Steve” also had powerful guardian angels in high places like FBI Agent Richard W. Held, Lionel Wilson, and the NSC, he was referred to Department 31 (Judge Vern Nakahara) of the Alameda County Municipal Criminal Court for misdemeanor probation & diversion pursuant to and under California Penal Code, §1000 even though he didn’t qualify for relief under that section. The suspect was a major Bay Area mob drug trafficker and money launderer. The suspect’s wife said that he had to pay someone $8.000 to package the deal, and get out of the case repackaged and squeaky clean.

The repackaged and wiped squeaky clean suspect was Peter Robertson [42] of Baines and Robertson, Inc. [43]  Baines and Robertson was the entity that was Gregory Construction’s main competitor for the Victoria Court Redevelopment Project. The veiled Peter Robertson was at Gregory Construction, Inc.’s rear on the Victoria Court Project. Virtual Murrell and Franklin Young, the veiled society (The Triad), was posted at his front. Dr. Isaac Slaughter, an unseen veiled CIA asset and Denise E. Smith of “Mr. Steve’s veiled COINTELPRO-IRAN CONTRA CRACK COCAINE Syndicate was posted at his side.

COINTELPRO Goals:

  1. Prevent the coalition of militant Black nationalists groups;
  2. Prevent the rise of a (Black) messiah who could unify and electrify the militant Black nationalist movement;
  3. Prevent Black nationalist groups and leaders from gaining respectability by discrediting them to the community;
  4. A final goal should be to prevent the long-range growth of militant Black nationalists’ organizations especially among youth. [44]

Any Black leader, including Christian preachers, with charisma was a target of Cointelpro. The FBI’s Division Five, Defense Intelligence Agency of the Army Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Industrial Security Command wanted to destroy any and all progressive movements that sought to advance the human and civil rights of Black people. Any Black person who sought voting rights, quality education, decent jobs, and even improved housing for Black people was earmarked by Cointelpro for arrest or liquidation.

It was like the unsuspecting Charles Alex Gregory had been surrounded and led blindfolded into a secret demotic circle to be liquidated-heart-body-soul and seed for his natural brilliance, and vision and quest to uplift the souls and spirit of the Black masses, instead of joining in a conspiracy to literally exterminate and annihilate their heart, body and soul with crack cocaine.

Caught in the Act!

On March 16, 2005 shortly after sunset, Marylyn Webster and Hamaseh Kianfar were walking along a narrow walkway in the Berkeley Rose Garden Park in the Berkeley Hills. As they proceeded along the path, they were approached by an elderly couple, Katherine Pope and her husband. As they passed each other in a single line along the path, as Katherine Pope attempted to pass Marylyn Webster, suddenly Webster grabbed her by head and pulled it back and with a flashing sweeping motion slashed her throat to the bone in seconds with what appeared to be a large butcher’s knife. Katherine fell mortally wounded at the feet of her husband, who began fanatically to stop the blood flowing from her throat. Kianfar then gathered Marylyn and dashed from the scene, and escaped in Kianfar’s stylistic and notable blue convertible. Kianfar turned out to be a 30 year old part-time mental health counselor at the Alameda County Juvenile Hall in San Leandro from San Rafael; CA. Webster was a disabled 16 year old emotionally disturbed psychotic Black girl of Oakland. Kianfar had counseled Webster at juvenile hall for “volatile and aggressive behavior.” Kianfar waited 15 hours before calling police to report the crime.  She originally told police that she happened to be driving by the Berkeley Rose Garden when she saw Marylyn holding a knife and running down the street toward the victim and her husband. She later recanted, and told police that she was with Marylyn at the time of the attack, and helped her escape. She said that she had met Marylyn on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley a few hours before the attack, which was untrue. A couple of days before the attack, Marylyn had climbed out of the window of her group home and escaped. Marylyn and Kianfar were clandestinely meeting during her run-away and appeared together on that faithful evening on March 16, 2005. After the attack, Kianfar took Marylyn to an Old Navy Store and bought her a change of clothes. She then ditched the bloody knife and clothing, and dropped Marylyn off at one of her relatives with a caution that she should be kept away from knives.   

 On March 18, 2005, Marylyn was arrested by police on the charges of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Sources said while being held at Alameda County Juvenile Hall, the 16 year old called the throat slashing and attack a “feasting” ritual, a “Blood Feast”. What would a 16 year old mental disturbed Black girl know about an ancient European Pagan “Blood Feast”?

On April 6, 2005, the police finally issued a no-bail warrant for the arrest of Kianfar on the charge of accessory-after-the fact. Nevertheless the grievous nature of the crime, aiding and abetting a crime, conspiracy, escaping the scene, not reporting the crime, and lying to police,  

For unknown reasons, Kianfar was not booked, fingerprinted or photographed by Oakland police Wednesday, authorities said. She was also given a May 6 court date; Felony suspects are generally required to appear in court within 48 hours. [1]            

Who is Hamaseh Kianfar, and why the special and preferential treatment by Oakland Police Department?            

 “Unless there are two women of the same name living in Marin County, California, she appears to be quite an interesting and indeed prominent character. Amazon.com lists her as the author of the book Sufi Stories, the holder of master’s degree and candidate for a Ph.D. Further research indicates that she is the daughter of the co—founders of the International Association of Sufism, headquartered in Marin County, and an attendee at UN-sponsored conference on Global Solidarity: The Way to Peace and International Cooperation. This Conference brought together United Nations NGO from around the world in an effort to build bridges among us to explore viable ways for civil society to generate action plans focused on development, peace, human rights and environmental issues. The International Association of Sufism is one among many organizations related in various ways to the Sufi religious practice in the United States. Sufism itself is a venerable and highly respectable religious practice, based on mysticism, originally growing from Islamic roots, but developing in complex ways, not all of them part of Islam. Many famous Islamic writers, philosophers, and poets have been Sufis. Wikipedia notes: Since they believe that everything is a reflection of God, the school of Sufism practices to see the beauty inside the apparently ugly, and to open arms to what they believe as even the most evil one. [emphasis added]” [2]         

 I assume that Marylyn was raised as a Christian in a struggling Black family in Oakland. A family that must have had their struggles with Alameda County’s Child Protective Services and juvenile court systems over the control of Marylyn’s mind, soul, spirit, and her life. In the system, Marylyn had been in and out of juvenile group homes, and psych wards since she had been thirteen years old.            

hen I was growing up, my mother had us neil down at the foot of our beds each and every night and recite our Lord’s Prayer in the Book of Matthew, Verse 6:9-13: “Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” I believe Marylyn was brought up the same way as most traditional Black Christian families had done for generations.            

Somewhere in the system, Marylyn was delivered over to Hamasehash Kianfar, a Sufi Mystic that by her creed opens her arms to the most evil, mysticism, and ritual murder. “Mysticism is like a cup & Sufism is its wine. The wine of mysticism from any religion can fill the cup.” The aim of Sufism is to make people godly, means, the Friend of God, uplifting their inner and outer knowingness with purity. [3]  There are subtle and important distinctions between ritual murder and sacrifice. In its simplest terms, human sacrifice is ritually murdering someone as an offering to a god; ritual murder is ritually killing someone for religious reasons.            

 There is no question that Katherine Pope’s throat was cut almost to the bone. There is also no question that Marylyn was severely handicapped, emotionally disturbed, and psychotic. Her attorney, Public Defender Cliff Blakely, said that she was functioning as a 7 or 8 year old. Prior to attack on Mrs. Pope, Marylyn had been sent to the Bates Medical Center Herrick Campus Psych Ward for smearing menstrual blood and feces over herself.  There is no question that Marylyn was under the control and influence of Hamasehash Kianfar, and that she was a fervent worshipper of Islamic Sufism, and she had to have been patterning Marylyn with Sufi mystic structure, and planted in her mind the ritual “Blood Feast” as to spiritual cleanse, and bring herself closer to God with the blood “feasting” ritual. .              

Islam consists of a number of religion demoninations that are essentially similar in belief but which have significant theological and legal differences. The primary division is between the Sunni and the Shi’da, with Sufism generally considered to be a mystical inflection of Islam rather than a distinct school. The famous Iranian historian and Qur’an commentator Muhammad b. Jarir at-Tabari (d. 923 C.E.) wrote that “striking at the necks” is simply God’s sanction of ferocious opposition to non-Muslims. Mahmud b. Umar az-Zamakhshari (d. 1143 C.E.), in a major commentary studied for centuries by Sunni religious scholars, suggested that any prescription to “strike at the necks” commands to avoid striking elsewhere so as to confirm death and not simply wound.[4]              

Kianfar may also have also been involved in something more evil, bizarre, diabolical and extremely dangerous, she may have been creating and planting an experimental assassin alter personality in Marylyn.             

Adam Alfred Rudolf Sebottendorff

Adam Alfred Rudolf Sebottendorff was an initiate of the Eastern Religion in Turkey as well as of freemasonry. “Just before world war I he made several trips to the Near East. During the Balkan War of 1912-1913, he directed the Turkish Red Crescent and was named a Master of the Order of the Rose Garland (Rosenkraz).’ In 1910, while living in Istanbul, Sebottendorff controlled his own society based on a combination of Islamic Sufi mysticism masonry, alchemy and anti-Bolshevik ideology. He established a sect of devotees comparable with the Islamilian ‘fedayeen’ (Assassins) guided by their spiritual leader, the Old Man of the Mountain. In other words, the idea was to form a militant order of initiates, with a military and religious structure. According to Dr. Walter Johannes Stein, the Thule was a “Society of Assassins.’” [5]

Sebottendorff was the spiritual leader and mentor of Nazis Alfred Rosenberg, Rudolf Hess, Anton Drexler, and Dietrich Eckart. They formed the original German Workers Party, and “Sebottendorff’s Thulist aim was to revive pagan “Aryan” Culture, symbolism, and mythology held that Sufism is ‘the development of the Primaeval religion of the Aryan Race.’” [6]               

The Sufi Master, Hakim Jami, said that Sufism predated the Prophet Mohammed, declaring that Plato, Hippocrates, Pythagoras and Hermes were part of an unbroken line of Sufic transmission. As an initiate of Islamic mysticism, Sebottendorff could rightly call himself a Rosicrucian, a Muslim Brother, and an Odinist. [7]           

According to Sebottendorff, “Thulers were the ones to whom Hitler first came, and Thulers were the first to unite themselves with Hitler.” [8]           

Dietich Eckart (1868-1923)

Dietrich Eckart was the spiritual leader and mentor of Adolph Hitler, and under his tutelage, Hitler became the undisputed leader of the National Socialist German Worker’s Party, the Nazis. There is no question that the Nazis were a “Society of Assassins.”            

Marylyn Webster pled guilty to assault with a deadly weapon. After she had been under 24-hour guard in solitary confinement at juvenile hall for a year, she was finally sentenced as a juvenile offender to Porterville Developmental Center in Tulare County. The Porterville Center is a mental health facility, and an alternative to state prison.           

According to Marylyn’s MD, Anthony Rienz, her psychological tests suggested that her IQ was in the mid-50’s, meaning she was retarded. [9]  Marylyn was retarded and psychotic, and it would have been impossible for her to independently perform a fanatic religiously construed “Blood Feast” on a total strangler.            

This case should have generated some media interest or curiosity as to why a well educated religiously fanatical woman had a young defenseless Black retarded and psychotic minor under her control and influence with a large butcher’s knife performing what she understood to be an extraordinary bizarre ancient European “Blood Feast” on a total strangler, but it didn’t for racial reasons.            

 As I sat in court waiting for this woman’s appearance, anyone had to have struck by the numerous and continuous flow of hapless Black and Brown criminal defendants that were brought in and out of the caged back rooms of the courtroom chained like animals.            

The judge, C. Don Clay, who looked like the daunting grand looking white haired godly Black man from the movie, Green Pastures, impersonally imposed the law on all the accused that appeared before him.            

Ms. Kianfar in most instances didn’t even have to approach the bench, and some cases didn’t even have to appear. At the end of one court hearing, a young female reporter and I had to ask the court clerk why Ms. Kianfar did not appear as she was been scheduled to appear as the other criminally accused. We found out that she was allowed some preference by the court not to appear.            

I was so extremely naive to believe that a trial was going to take place. A trial would expose too much information about Kianfar’s satanic ritual abuse programming and control of Marylyn and other Black and Brown children in the system.            

 We weren’t going to hear from Marylyn’s family about the unholy and unnatural influence Ms. Kianfar had, and was allowed by the system over Marylyn, and the details of the length and extent of her contact with Marylyn prior to the attack.            

We weren’t going to learn the true reasons why Ms. Kianfar aided Marylyn’s escape, and didn’t come to the aid of Mrs. Pope, or call the police. We weren’t going to discover where Marylyn obtained that large butcher’s knife, and where she learned how to slit a throat so quickly, quietly and professionally. Even Ms. Pope’s husband that was walking within feet of her didn’t see the attack, it was that quick and smooth.            

 Most of all, we weren’t going to learn where Marylyn learned how to perform a “Blood Feast”, and who taught her about it, when, where and for what purpose.           

On February 22, 2007, Hamaseh Kianfar, 32, was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to perform community service for being an accessory to assault with a deadly weapon. She had previously pled guilty to the charges at a hearing that I somehow had missed. I also missed her sentencing hearing, but I would have been aghast at what took place.            

According to reports, Deputy District Attorney Connie Campbell said that Ms. Kianfar was unremorseful and failed to acknowledge responsibility in the case. The prosecutor denounced as “psychobabble” and “offensive” claims by Kianfar that she was not able “to have boundaries.” [10] The district attorney went further to describe Kianfar’s attitude and demeanor in the case to be “…consistent arrogance. This denial and arrogance is amazing to me.” [11]           

Kianfar’s attorney, Laurel Headly, said that Kianfar was “an exemplary person who made a very, very serious series of mistakes. But it was one time in an otherwise amazing life of 32 years. She had taken responsibility.” [12]           

Amazingly, the noble and wise appearing Black judge that I had I witnessed toll and dispense the system’s so-called blind justice on numerous hapless and repentant poor Black and Brown criminal defendants sided with Headly and Kianfar and said that Kianfar appeared to be of all things “contrite.” [13]            

Extraordinarily, Judge Clay twisted the facts as they existed in that case and said although Kianfar waited 15 hours before calling police, had she not contacted investigators, the teenager might very well have attacked someone else. He was quoted as saying “This minor is troubled and, quite frankly, well beyond (Kianfar’s) ability to control.” [14]           

Incredibly, Judge Clay ignored the fact that Kianfar while waiting15 hours to call police, with criminal intent opened a window of opportunity for her to try to debrief Marylyn, dispose, destroy, and plant evidence, and then dump Marylyn at the home of one of her relatives in Oakland as if nothing had happened.            

Judge Clay ignored the fact that Marylyn may have obtained the knife used to attack Ms. Pope for Kianfar. Kianfar had provided Marylyn with the time, place, opportunity and means to attack Ms. Pope. Quite frankly, Kianfar had the power, opportunity, educational background and religious fanaticism to satanically ritually mind control a troubled, retarded and psychotic young girl.            

The D.A. summation that Kianfar’s claims that she was not able to have boundaries were denial and arrogance, indeed, it was arrogance but it was no means a denial. It was just the opposite. The D.A. truly didn’t have a cue to what this woman was really, really saying.

“Follow Hitler! He will dance, but it is I who have called the tune!”
“Do not mourn for me: I have influenced history more than any other German.”           

Those were Dietrich Eckart ‘s last words as he lay dying in Munich in December of 1923. [15] Recall that Eckart of the Thule society was Hitler’s first “esoteric mentor”. Thule members practiced a form of Sexual Magic derived from a lodge of which Aleister Crowley was a member. Crowley was recognized as the foremost worshipper of Satan in the 19th Century. ” (Ravenscroft, Spear of Destiny, p. 164-5) 

The Most Wickedness Man in the World

Edward Aleister Crowley (1875-1947), of the most evil was one of the most famous Satanists of all time, who called himself “the most wickedest man in the world.”     

At the age of fourteen Crowley became convinced that he was the Beast whose number was 666, foretold in the Biblical Book of Revelations. Central to his “Do what thou wilt is the whole of the law” philosophy was the need to find the “true will,” the pure human instinct unhindered by morality. “There is no law,” he wrote, “beyond do what you wilt.” . . . Drugs, alcohol, sex rituals, and human sacrifices were a means to this end. The mind had to be continually deranged to rid it of all inherited values. “Bind nothing!” he instructed. “Let there be no difference made among you between one thing and another thing, for there by cometh hurt.”            

Most modern day Satanist’s creed according to the Great Beast’s “Do as thou wilt” law is that they are self justified in their every whim that there are absolutely no boundaries.            

And that was what Kianfar was really saying to the court of law that she was justified in her satanic creed that her every whim there are no boundaries. “There is no law.”           

This is what really took place on March 16, 2005. Kianfar and Marylyn arrived at the Berkeley Rose Garden in the Berkeley Hills just after sundown. They were going to a secluded spot in the garden park to continue Kianfar’s hypnotic programming to plant Marylyn with an assassin alter personality with imbedded triggers, and continue training the alter to perform a religiously structured ritual murder by attacking and slitting the throat with deadly precision.            

 Katherine Pope and her husband had come to the garden park to watch the sunset. The rose garden has a wonderful spectacular view of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay at sundown. After watching the sunset, the Popes were leaving the park.            

On the way to the garden park, Kianfar had most likely drugged, and begun to hypnotically prime one of Marylyn’s alternate personalities. Kianfar had given her the knife to anchor her association with the ceremonial weapon. Marylyn was in a semi-trance with the knife when she entered the park. As she passed Ms. Pope on the narrow path passing within inches of her. A trigger was accidentally set off; it could have been an unexpected flashback, a color, sudden loud noise, sound, ring tone of a telephone, or a word.            

In covert hypnotic neuro-linquistic programming is the use of codes, keys and triggers (language of the subconscious) to unlock or lock traumas, programmed memories, events, photos compartmentalized within the subliminal mind. When the trigger was accidentally set off, it unlocked Marylyn’s photographic memory of her alter assassin personality’s mission and methodology of murder; and it struck with such quickness and efficiently that Pope’s husband didn’t actually see the attack. Once it had been set into motion, they were powerless to stop the attack.            

Kianfar was programming Marylyn to have a religiously structured assassin alternativenative personality and that is another reason why there wasn’t going to be a trial. There is an actual CIA/military intelligence operational group of Black female assassins called the “Black Angels”. [16] Previously, I watched a video from ex-FBI agent satanic ritual abuse/mind control expert Ted Gunderson [17] where a young Black woman claimed during one of his satanic ritual abuse/mind control seminars that she had been covertly psycho-hypnotically programmed to be a “Black Angel” assassin. I personally asked Gunderson for more information and what he knew about the group, but he became obviously evasive in his response. I dropped the subject since he was unwilling to share any real information in particular interest to Black people.Finally, if Marylyn Webster slit the throat of Mrs. Pope during a hypnotic stage, she was not responsible for the assault with a deadly weapon. The facts in this case suggest that Marylyn may have been drugged and hypnotized and attacked Mrs. Pope under hypnotic suggestion of Kianfar, then the hypnotist or programmer, Kianfar, should answer for the senseless deadly assault, and the unmerciful and inhumane torture, and abuse of Marylyn Webster.             

It is more than likely that Marylyn would have turned loose in the Black Community to operationally assassinate members of our community, or just be a sleeper killer or patsy for a future political assassination like the Chauncey Bailey Assassination.
