The irrational disproportional amount of false flag operations; deaths, assassinations (Charles Alex Gregory, Chauncey Bailey, Dr. Marcus Foster, etc.,) police executions (Little Bobby Hutton, Oscar Grant, etc.) and mass drugging (Crack Cocaine Epidemic) of people of color in Oakland can’t be understood without realizing that the city has a vast underground fascist secret matrix.

THE VATICAN TROJAN HORSE

Edmond G. (Jerry) Brown, Jr.

For decades, Jerry Brown has been a public enigma. He has been romanticized as a harmless old New Ager, a “Mr. Moonbeam”, but Brown has proven to be far more cunning, vicious, and dangerous than you could ever image.

The former Mayor of Oakland and Governor of California is an underground Jesuit Priest., a soldier of Christ and foot soldier of the Pope; and that he has always been a Jesuit Priest from the early 1960’s. He graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1956 and studied at Santa Clara University for his freshman year. In August 1958, he entered Sacred Heart Novitiate, a Jesuit seminary. [1]

Two years later in 1960, Brown took vows of poverty, chastity and obedience, and enrolled at the University of California at Berkeley. How long does it take to become a Jesuit? “A man becomes a Jesuit when he professes vows after two years of novitiate.” [2] Jerry Brown is a Vatican II Trojan Horse Jesuit, a priest that blends into the culture that surrounds them. [3]

Just what does it mean to us that Jerry Brown may be a Jesuit?  Adolph Hitler answered the question years ago, “I have learnt most of all from the Jesuit Order. A good part of that organization I have transported direct to my own party. I will tell you a secret, I am founding an Order. In Himmler I see our Ignatius de Loyola.” [4]

One of the titles bestowed upon Nazi Karl M. Wiligut was that of “The Black Jesuit” because he loosely based the structure of the SS upon the fanatically-secretive Catholic Society of Jesuits. [5]

Karl Wiligut became Himmler’s advisor on mythological subjects and was for six years head of pre-historical research within the S.S. He designed the Totenkopfring (death head) worn by the S.S. and other rituals depicting elite racial purity and territorial conquest. [6]

According to author and researcher John Phelps, “The Jesuits are a military organization, not a religious order Their chief is a general of an army, not the mere father abbot of a monastery. And the aim of this organization is POWER. Power in its most despotic exercise. Absolute power, universal power, power to control the world by the volition of a single man… The General of the Jesuits insists on being master, sovereign, over the sovereign.  Wherever the Jesuits are admitted they will be masters, cost what it may…  Every act, every crime, however atrocious, is a meritorious work, if committed for the interest of the Society of the Jesuits, or by the order of the general.” [7]

It is extremely important to identify Jerry Brown as a Jesuit Priest. It would explain why as soon as he became Mayor of Oakland, he pushed and passed his “Strong Mayor” initiatives to give him more Power and control to play games with the public, the public’s mind, public treasury, redevelopment funds, and the Port of Oakland.

It would explain why Brown succeeded the fascist regime of Ronald Reagan in California. There was no significant change in the governorship after Reagan left, and Brown took over. It was a smooth transition from Reagan’s fascists to Brown’s fascists. It would explain why during his administration as governor of California so many children, wards of the court, and probationers of people of color were ordered into Jonestown as CIA medical/mind control guinea pigs by California courts.

It would explain Brown’s camaraderie and harboring in Oakland of Jesuit Priest Ivan Illich of Croatia and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. At the end of WWII, Illich was part of Croatian Monsignor Krunoslav Draganovic’s Vatican ratline of Eastern Europe that created secret havens for wanted Nazi war criminals; Reichsleiter Martin Bormann, Hauptsturmführers SS Josef Mengele & Klaus Barbie; the SS; ODESSA, Ante Pavelic and the members of the dreaded Ustashi in Latin America. [8]

Illich was part of the Yugoslav Roman Catholic Church under Bishops Saric and Stepinac that approved the puppet government of Ante Pavelic and the Ustashi, which was roughly equivalent to Himmler’s SS.

“The worst excesses by the Ustashi were perpetrated under Father Draganovic and Bishop Ivan Saric, the latter was called the “hangman” of Serbs and Jews. Synagogues were razed, concentration camps for Jews were established, where they were either massacred on the spot, or deported to Auschwitz for gassing. Of the 20,000 Jews, less than 10,000 survived.” [9]

It would explain Chauncey Bailey’s interest in the redevelopment files and documents that Brown ordered destroyed as he left office. It may have uncovered that the Catholic Church’s grand Cathedral of Light on Lakeshore Avenue (California Tidelands Act) was illegally built on public trust land. And, the “We the People” warehouse at 200 Harrison Street (Western Pacific Railroad Charter) was also public trust property that Brown illegally sold.

Charles Alex Gregory was ingenious in land banking public trust parcels. We have reason to suspect that Gregory may have secretly land banked that parcel or parcels within that immediate vicinity at Lake Merritt that disappeared from his office and files after his death. 

It would also explain why the Third Reich has maintained a secret foothold for its flight capital in Oakland for decades. The 1933 Vatican/Third Reich Concordat was more than a treaty. It was a pact with the devil that survived WWII. It was a pact that was carried straight into Oakland, California, and Jerry Brown and the clandestine Society of Jesus  keep the secrets, and continue to profit from Nazi WWII blood loot and gold.

OAKLAND: SAFEHAVEN FOR NAZI GOLD

As the Third Reich was coming to an end in World War II, the Allies found that the Nazis were hiding their assets and capital (both human and negotiable instruments) in neutral and allied countries—United States, England, Switzerland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey—in order to continue their 1,000 year Reich of world domination and racial mass murder, clandestinely.

To counter the Nazi flight capital agenda, the United States, Britain and France started operation “Safehaven” to probe, investigate, intercept and suppress secret Nazi foreign bank accounts, the Nazi wartime gold trade, and Third Reich war industries flight capital schemes abroad.

One of the Nazi war crime industries investigated by Operation Safehaven was Henkel & Cie A.G. (I.G. Farben) of Dusseldorf, Germany. [10]  I.G. Farben is a chemical industry conglomerate of Nazi Germany. Its name is taken from Interessen-Gemeinschaft Farbenindustrie AG (lit. Community of interest of the dye industry).

One year before Hitler seized power, IG Farben donated 400,000 marks to Hitler and the Nazi party. After the Nazi seizure of power in Germany, IG Farben was the single largest profiteer of the Third Reich’s mass murder campaign, world war of aggression and plunder. [11] The Nuremberg War Criminal Tribunal convicted 24 IG Farben board members and executives on the basis of mass murder, slavery and crimes against humanity. [12]

In September 1945, Hugo, Jost and Konrad Henkel of Henkel & Cie A.G. were arrested and placed under Allied control. Hugo Henkel was one of the 42 Third Reich industrialists on the list of war criminals of a Special Committee of the U.S. Senate, the Kilgore Committee. The report by the Kilgore Committee noted: “The great German industrialists were beginning supporters of Nazism, the German heavy industry and high finance enabled the Nazis to seize power, and the conversion of the economy on a war economy took place under the direct guidance of the German industrialist, … . that were perfectly complicit with these facts, … of the war crimes of the Nazis.” [13]

In 1932, Jost Henkel had introduced Adolf Hitler in the Industry Club of Dusseldorf. Jost was later appointed Reich for the Third Reich defense industry. [14] In 1945, Konrad Henkel was indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal.

Konrad Henkel was a chemist that worked with Nobel Prize winner, Professor Richard Kuhn. Henkel helped Kuhn develop the nerve agent Soman. Soman, also known by its NATO designation GD (O-Pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridate) is an extremely toxic chemical substance. It is a nerve agent, interfering with normal functioning of the mammalian nervous system by inhibiting the cholinesterase enzyme. As a chemical weapon, it is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations according to UN Resolution 687. [15]

NSDAP Reichsleiter/Hitler’s Personal Secretary Martin Bormann noted from his reports that the movement of Third Reich assets into Switzerland had gone well. Bormann secret flight capital in­vestment scheme had been accomplished principally through the estab­lishment of underground subsidiaries of powerful Nazi war industry firms. Over half the total Nazi capital in Switzerland was used in setting up holding companies representing I.G. Farben, Merck, Siemens, Osram, Henkel, and others. [16]

One of Henkel’s holding companies setup with Third Reich flight capital by Reichsleiter Bormann was Clorox, Inc. of Oakland. [17] Henkel & Cie A.G. (I.G. Farben) of Dusseldorf, Germany is also a named Nazi industrial entity that used Holocaust victims as slave/forced laborers, and illicitly profited from such slave/forced labor at 6 outposts of concentration camps of Buchenwald and Sachsenhausen.[18]

Prior to Henkel, Clorox had been setup with Proctor & Gamble, Inc. In the U.S., I.G. Farben had commercial interests or outright ownership in dozens of major companies, many of them in pharmaceuticals, such as Bayer, Monsanto Chemical, Dow Chemical, Lederle Laboratories, Hoffman-LaRoche Laboratories, Squibb and Sons Pharmaceuticals, and Proctor & Gamble. [19]

During the early forties, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood instituted, “The Negro Project.” The goal was to pull African American leaders and preachers into the Planned Parenthood/eugenics movement so as to make the black community embrace the concepts birth control. In a letter she wrote to her cohort Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, heir of Proctor & Gamble, she said, “we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out the idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members” [20] 

THE NAZI TROJAN HORSE, THE NEW OAKLAND COMMITTEE

The New Oakland Committee (NOC) was principally setup by industrialist William F. Knowland of the Oakland Tribune, Henry J. Kaiser of Kaiser, Inc. and Stephen D. Bechtel of Bechtel, Inc.[21]

After the assassination of Dr. Marcus Foster in November 1973 and false flag kidnapping of Patty Hearst, former U.S. Senator William F. Knowland became alarmed at the long shadow that the SS was casting over Oakland; and the U.S. Constitution. He wanted out, but he had gone too far to turn around. He knew too much. On February 23, 1974, Knowland was suicided by a Helms-SS von Bolschwing CIA/Artichoke team.   

Currently, NOC is principally controlled and directed by a conglomerate of Kaiser, Bechtel; and Clorox, Inc; all second wave underground Third Reich Trojan Horses. Their game is always the same, world dominion and genocide of people of color.

NOC is a boots on ground nerve center for a ultra conservative-fascist Republican network.  The covert mission of the NOC is to control the change of demographics in Oakland; and suppress the independent economic, spiritual and political power and aspirations of people of color by whatever means necessary (means justify the end), crack cocaine. The NOC gave us Lionel Wilson of the Alameda County Superior Court Mafia as the first Black Mayor of Oakland. [22]

With Lionel Wilson setup as the chief executive officer of Oakland, his son “Mr. Steve” was setup as the drug kingpin of Hauptsturmführer SS Klaus Barbie’s Latin America cocaine trafficking cartels, distribution was controlled through the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York crime mob families. [23] Barbie’s SS (Knights of the Black Sun) network out of Bolivia and Colombia had been recruited by the CIA to supply the CIA’s cocaine distribution rings of the Contras.

In some extremely exceptional land transactions, “Mr. Steve” was given deeds, quit pro quo, to several valuable parcels of land abutting Kaiser Hospital around 38^th and Cerrito Avenue that had been seized by Kaiser, Inc. to expand the hospital. [24]  The parcels were subsequently seized by the Feds in 1988 as part of the assets of “Mr. Steve’s” drug trafficking industry. [25]

At the same time, Charles Alex Gregory had been lured into the same area of Cerrito Avenue by Kaiser, Inc. to manage some of the (duplexes) properties seized for planned hospital expansion. I suspect that Kaiser, Inc. was trying to draw Gregory into joining Mr. Steve’s CIA drug trafficking cartel instead of independently creating economic and educational opportunities for people of color. Gregory wouldn’t bite or rejected drug trafficking all together. The genius that he was, Gregory had figured out how to make millions legally in ways most responsive to the needs of his community.

The Kaiser parcels were deeded to Mr. Steve through a cutout real estate holding company (Cordillera Corporation) in Englewood, Colorado controlled by the powerful Blue Family. Senior James N. Blue as president signed the deeds. James is the father of Linden and Neal. The influential Blue Family is General Atomic Technologies Corporation of San Diego, CA. [26]

General Atomic worked with Strumbannfuhrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun’s NASA on Project Orion, and other central projects. Project Orion was the first engineering design study of a spacecraft powered by nuclear pulse propulsion, an idea proposed first by Stanisław Ulam during 1947. The project, initiated in 1958, envisioned the explosion of atomic bombs behind the craft and was led by Ted Taylor at General Atomics. [27]

Linden S. Blue, co-founder of Cordillera, is a fanatical Republican ultra conservative that has a particularly interesting military-intelligence background. Linden is Skull and Bones. [28] He is a member of Burham Institute, Center for Security Policy, and The Hudson Institute in Washington, DC. [29]

The Hudson Institute is an ultra conservative military intelligence think tank founded in 1961 by military strategist Herman Kahn and his colleagues at the RAND Corporation. The Hudson Institute is supported by donations from companies and individuals. Corporate contributors include Eli Lilly and Company, Monsanto Company, DuPont, Dow-Elanco, Sandoz, Ciba-Geigy, ConAgra, Cargill, and Procter & Gamble. [30]

 Linden was a member of PRODEMCA. PRODEMCA, aka Friends of the Democratic Center in Central America, was “founded to support incipient democratic processes in Central America. It has a controversial history because of its advocacy of the Nicaraguan Contras and involvement in the Iran/Contra scandal.” [31]

Linden reportedly owns a large plantation/ranch in Costa Rica. Costa Rica was the home base of the CIA Contras and Bolivian/Columbian Cocaine. On January 4, 1982, Reagan signed the top secret National Security Decision Directive 17 (NSDD-17) giving the CIA the authority to recruit and support the Contras with $19 million in military aid to topple the democratic government of its neighbor, Nicaragua. President Reagan had accused the Sandinistas of Nicaragua of importing Cuban-style socialism and aiding leftist guerrillas in El Salvador. [32]

The Reagan administration’s support for the Contras continued to stir controversy well into the 1990s. In August 1996, San Jose Mercury News reporter Gary Webb published a series titled Dark Alliance, alleging that the CIA/NSC Contras was a dominate factor in the widespread epidemic rise of crack cocaine in California, [33] Oakland, California. [34]

After Edgar F. Kaiser and Stephen D. Bechtel, James Vohs of Kaiser, and Robert B. Shetterly of Clorox, Inc. spearheaded NOC. Shetterly had come into Oakland with Martin Bormann’s flight capital subsidiary, Proctor & Gamble. Shetterly had been with Proctor & Gamble since graduating from the University of Rochester in 1936. Shetterly’s benefactor at Proctor & Gamble was the heir of the company, Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, an ardent racist.

During the 1930-1940’s, Gamble was one the world’s most sadistic eugenic proponents.  In North Carolina, Dr. Gamble used his fortune to fund atrocities, horrific sterilizations of the poor and children of color. “All children enrolled in the school district of Winston-Salem, N.C., were given a special “intelligence test.” Those children who scored below a certain arbitrary low mark were then cut open and surgically sterilized.” [35]

According to the official story of Gamble’s North Carolina sterilization program,

• “In Winston-Salem and in [nearby] Orange County, North Carolina, the [Sterilization League’s] field committee had participated in testing projects to identify school age children who should be considered for sterilization. The project in Orange County was conducted by the University of North Carolina and was financed by a ‘Mr. Hanes,’ a friend of Clarence Gamble and supporter of the field work project in North Carolina. The Winston-Salem project was also financed by Hanes.” [“Hanes” was underwear mogul James Gordon Hanes, a trustee of Bowman Gray Medical School and treasurer of Alice Gray’s group]….”

Dr. Gamble, Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, subscribe to a Hitlerian philosophy of eugenics, the science of improving racial health by socially engineering human reproduction. They called for segregation of the unfit in concentration camps.  

When the Nazis that administered the state compulsory sterilization program went on trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Nuremberg after World War II, they justified the mass-sterilizations (over 450,000 in less than a decade) by citing the United States (Dr. Gamble, Sanger among others) as their confederate and inspiration.

At the bottom of the NOC apex are the Negroes. Paul Cobb of Post Newspaper Group and Alfonza Galloway of the NAACP were among them. The very bottom of the apex is madeup of a network of bottom feeders left over from the FBI’s ghetto Informant Programs. At the sign of any progressive movement whether religious, civil or economic in the community, ghetto informers swarm.  It happened to Charles Alex Gregory.

At the time of Gregory’s assassination, Vohs, manager, chairman and CEO of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals was you know who, a director and major shareholder of Henkel & Cie A.G.  Sitting on the board of directors with Vohs was Christoph Henkel, son of Nazi war criminal, Konard Henkel.  

After Gregory’s assassination, Vohs supported Gregory’s friend, G. Billy Hunter, for a Congressional run against Ronald Dellums. Vohs also received the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice Cross “For Church and Pope”, given by the pope to those especially zealous in outstanding service in the Church. He was honored for his leadership of the Cathedral of Light project from its inception. Vohs, Shetterly, President of Clorox, and other key white members of NOC connected to Clorox, Kaiser and Bechtel were linked to the Lincoln Club of Northern California (LCNC).

LCNC is an ultra conservative Republican political action group/think tank that manipulates federal, state, regional and local elected offices by illusions and deception. LCNC members include ultra conservative Republicans; CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies and elected officials,[36]  the New World Order (NWO). It includes ultra conservative NWO Republicans Condoleezza Rice and George P. Shultz out of Stanford University, the handmaiden of the U.S.military-industrial-medical-congressional complex. [37] Former U.S. Secretary of State Shultz is board member, senior counsel and former president of Bechtel, Inc. [38]

NOC: KAISER-CLOROX & SCHROEDER, HITLER-HIMMLER’S BANKER

In 1994, James A. Vohs was designated chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The bank is part of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank System (FRBS). During the 1950’s, Croatian Monsignor Krunoslav Draganovic laundered gold worth millions from Nazi war criminals Ante Pavelic and the Ustashi into the Vatican Bank. From the Vatican Bank, the gold was further laundered through the FRBS. [39] One of the founders of FRBS was J. Henry Schroeder of the Schroeder’s Cologne banking firm that supported Hitler’s raise to power.

Before World War II, the (Allen and John Foster) Dulles brothers had been appointed to the board of the J. Henry Schroder Bank with offices in Wall Street, London, Zurich, and Hamburg. The Dulles brothers were senior partners in Sullivan & Cromwell, the Wall Street law firm that represented the legal interests of the Rockefeller Empire. Allen Dulles was general counsel of the Schroder Bank, which served as a link between the Rockefellers, London banks, and German high finance. His clients included the I.G. Farben chemical trust and the Fritz Thyssen steel trust,[40] Nazi criminal war industries. 

The Soviet magazine New Times carried a two-part series on the J. Henry Schroder Bank in February 1947 by Trud correspondent A. Leonidov. Leonidov charges that this Anglo-German-U.S. bank’s influence spread literally to every artery of modern capitalist society: banks and heavy industry, diplomacy and military staffs, influential political parties, military and political intelligence. [41]

A scion of the Schroder family was Baron Kurt von Schroder, grandson of the founder of the Schroder Bank. Kurt von Schroder was head of the I.H. Stein Bank of Cologne, the personal bank of both Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler. The J. Henry Schroder Bank served as the official agent of the I.H. Stein Bank in London. [42]

Writes Leonidov, This was the Baron Schroder who … arranged the notorious meeting of Hitler with the Ruhr kings when the latter decided to turn over power to the Nazis and to furnish Hitler with funds, thereby paving the way to World War II. [43]

NOC: BECHTEL & SCHROEDER

In 1931, the Bechtels of Oakland was asked to put up $8 million working capital for the Boulder Dam job. They did manage to come up with $5 million, financed by the Schroder-Rockefeller group. Their later success has been due principally to their connection with the international financiers. [44]

Bechtel had been rescued in its time of need by J. Henry Schroder and Avery Rockefeller. John Lowery Simpson, vice president of J. Henry Schroder, was placed on Bechtel’s board as chairman of its finance committee, in total charge of the company’s financial arrangements. Huge government contracts followed this connection as naturally as night follows day. [45]

The New York Times announced the debut of Schroder-Rockefeller on July 9, 1936, with Avery Rockefeller, son of Percy, allied in a new holding company. Avery’s grandfather was James Stillman, who built the National City Bank to a giant concern. Avery Rockefeller held 42% of the stock in Schroder-Rockefeller; Baron Bruno von Schroder of London and Baron Kurt von Schroder of Cologne (who was Hitler’s personal banker) held 47%. [46]

SCHROEDER & SS OTTO VON BOLSCHWING

According to the Dulles Brothers, CIA Director Richard Helms and the National Security Agency, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (The Beast of Bucharest) was brought into the United States in the interest of National Security. Bolschwing was educated at the University of London and the University of Breslau. He joined the Nazi Party on April 1, 1932 and developed an import/export business, owned a coal mine, and was involved with several drug companies. [47]

When Hitler and Nazi Party gained power in Germany, he joined the SS and became an intelligence officer at the Jewish desk with the infamous Adolf Eichmann. [48] An international slick cultured espionage expert, Bolschwing worked with the German branches of General Electric and Standard Oil. He was in charge of some important funds that came through Nazi/Himmler’s connections with Allen Dulles in the Schroeder Bank of New York. [49]

After the end of WWII in 1945 as part of the Himmler’s underground plan to reemerge behind enemy’s lines stronger than ever, he volunteered his services and SS espionage network to the Allies and U.S. Army’s CIC. In 1947, he became a member of the Reinhard Gehlen’s OSS/CIA espionage and spy organization. He came to the United States in 1954 and got a job with Chabot Industries, and Alfred Driscoll, former governor of New Jersey and president of Warner-Lambert Drug Company. [50]

At the end of April 1968, after the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Little Bobby Hutton, Reinhard Gehlen retired to Germany leaving SS Bolschwing to head the CIA/Gehlen Org. At the end of April 1968, SS Bolschwing became the most powerful and dangerous underground Knight of the Black Sun in the Western Hemisphere. By June 1968, Robert F. Kennedy would be dead leading to Richard Milhouse Nixon obtaining the most powerful public office in the world, the President of the United States.

In regards to Nixon, Ivan Illich wouldn’t have been more explicit, “Dr. Hutschnecker, the “psychiatrist” who treated Mr. Nixon before he was qualified as a candidate, recommended to the President that all children between six and eight be professionally examined to ferret out those who have destructive tendencies, and that obligatory treatment be provided for them. If necessary, their re-education in special institutions should be required. This memorandum from his doctor the President sent for evaluation to HEW. Indeed, preventive concentration camps for predelinquents would be a logical improvement over the school system.”  [51]

By his own admission, Dr. Arnold Hutschnecker, a psychoanalyst, did SS duty at a concentration camp in Nazi Germany before he came to the United States. [52] In March 1936, Heinrich Himmler was put in charge of Germany’s concentration camps. He formed a special unit from the Schutzstaffel (SS) called Totenkopfverbande (Death’s Head Units) to manage all concentration camps. Dr. Hutschnecker was one of Himmler’s Death Heads. The SS had control of Nixon since the early 1950’s. Dr. Hutschnecker actually had the President of the United States send his plan on official White House stationary to the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) to implement, not recommend, not study, not evaluate, but implement.

Illich may have known about the Nazi’s plan to setup (Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, Margaret Sanger) eugenic concentration camps for Black children before it was leaked to the public. Illich’s book, DESCHOOLING SOCIETY (1971),[53] may also have been a pretext to that plan. Additionally, Illich had known that Nixon had been under SS control before he was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1950.   

Illich was part of a secret ring of Nazis and collaborators tied into vast reserves of Nazi gold and the 1000 Year Reich. Right under our noses in Oakland, Jerry Brown harbored Illich at “We the People Foundation” around the Third Reich’s second and third wave in what he called, “The Oakland Table.” [54]  Brown’s “We the People” didn’t include us. It meant “Them.”

In 1969, Richard Helms’ most influential, powerful and clandestine CIA officer joined Trans-International Computer Investment Corporation (TCI) in Silicon Valley-Sacramento, California and became vice-president of the company, a hub of conspirators to the Iran/Contra Cocaine Ring.[55] Reinhard Gehlen worked for TCI during the time he was helping Richard Nixon run for President.[56]

In 1979, the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) in charge of ferreting out Nazis illegally in the United States finally caught up with SS Otto von Bolschwing. In U.S. v. Von Bolschwing, Civil Case No. S-81-308 MLS (E.D. Calif. 18 Dec. 1981), OSI moved to strip Bolschwing of his U.S. citizenship and deport him back to Germany for lying about his Nazi past. 

In an absolutely bizarre and unprecedented legal maneuver, another division of the justice department interceded in von Bolschwing’s behalf in the interest of National Security. SS Bolschwing also had high level top secret clearances with the Department of Defense and the Pentagon.  

Deputy U.S. Attorney General, Rodney Smith, demanded that the district court seal SS Bolschwing sensitive court records and bar OSI depositions of him in the interest of National Security.  

 As a result, the High Priest of the Black Sun’s sensitive court records was sealed by a consent judgment. The justice department also allowed him to remain in the country. He was allegedly terminally ill. Somebody was indeed terminally ill in a nursing home in Carmichael near Sacramento, but who could be sure that it was SS Bolschwing. Top Nazis, Hitler, Himmler, Goering, Goebbels, etc., always employed doubles (doppelgangers) as matter of practice.

Bolschwing was a high priest of the occult (Cult of the Black Sun). He served directly under the horrific Gestapo and some of the most fanatic racial mass murders in history, SS-Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler, Brigadefuhrer Walter Schellenberger, Obergruppenfuhrer Hangman Reinhard Heydrick (The Blond Beast), Obergruppenfuhrer Ernst Kaltenbrunner, and Obersturmbannführer Adolf Eichmann.

After Himmler, Schellenberger and Kaltenbrunner, Bolschwing had to have been one of the most powerful SS racial extremist out of Nazi Germany. After the war, he was also one of their most indispensable among the SS. Bormann controlled most of the Nazi Gold from the Nazi party and Nazi industrialist investments.  Bolschwing with his immense network of contacts of international bankers,  industrialists and spies controlled a large portion of the SS vast reserves of gold and securities, the key to the SS underground.

Nevertheless, U.S. v. Von Bolschwing demonstrates that SS von Bolschwing high level within the U.S. National Security State and CIA is not at all exaggerated or overblown.

The question remains who he trained in the Sacramento-San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area and the United States as the Nazi’s 1000 Year Reich second wave. In the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area, it was retired California Appellate Judge William A. Newsom. Newsom is the father of San Francisco Mayor, Gavin Newsom.

William A. Newsom’s father, also named William Newsom, was a close friend of Edmund G. (Pat) Brown, Sr., who rose from San Francisco district attorney to governor of California. He remains friends with Pat Brown’s son, California Attorney General, former Oakland Mayor and former California Governor Jerry Brown.

Newsom’s late sister Barbara was once married to Ron Pelosi, brother-in-law of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He is also a close friend of billionaire Gordon Getty, son and heir of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, whom he met in the late 1940s while attending St. Ignatius Catholic prep school in San Francisco.

Newsom is the gatekeeper of the Gordon Getty Family Trust Fund, an inheritance from J. (Jean) Paul Getty. J. Paul Getty was a friend and admirer of Adolf Hitler. Getty appears to have been at the center of a shadowy group of financiers that provided support to Nazi Germany in the early days of WWII. A dossier says Getty sold one million barrels of oil to Germany. The fuel had to be delivered via Russia, a German ally at the time, because a British blockade was in place. Getty had acquired most of his wealth by unlawfully trading with the enemy, Nazi Germany.   

At the time, I was puzzled why Ronald Dellums picked up Gavin Newsom’s Press Aide, David Chai, as his Chief of Staff versus a local product. Gavin wealth in the millions came through his Getty family blood money connections. In 2005, Chai was on Wall Street (Schroeder-Rockefeller) in New York City handling reporters’ inquiries about contracts and ethics, among other matters, for Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the eighth richest billionaire American. Chai is back with Mayor Newsom as some type of city business czar. Instead of Bormann Democrats, they’re Bolschwing Democrats.

By the way, the federal drug trafficking case against Mr. Steve was dismissed due to the unavailability of the key prosecution witness, Guilermo Diaz, a Mexico Alien. The FBI had documented that Mr. Steve had excellent social and business relations with the Consulate General of Mexico in Beverly Hills. Nevertheless, amazingly, Diaz was released from prison and disappeared into Mexico. Mr. Steve never did a day in jail. He allegedly subsequently found religion or safe haven at J. Alfred Smith’s Allen Temple in East Oakland.

J. Alfred Smith had studied at the Intercultural Center of Documentation in Cuernavaca with Jerry Brown’s spiritual Nazi mentor, Croatian Jesuit Priest Ivan Illich. City. During the late 1960’s, Jerry Brown was also studying in Mexico. I wonder if it was Illich’s Center of Documentation with J. Alfred Smith.

THE ESTATE OF CHARLES A. GREGORY & THE MYSTERIOUS LAWYER OF VATICAN CITY?

In 2005, Michael R. Lauer, a mysterious white lawyer raised his ugly head in the affairs of the Late Charles Alex Gregory. For an attorney, Lauer has an extremely veiled background.  There are no public pictures of him. Almost nothing is known about him except the fact that he apparently is allowed to weld a great deal of hushed power in Oakland. Lauer went after a weak link in the Gregory family to penetrate the strong family bond, Charles’s baby sister, Janet Gregory-McCarroll.

At the time of his death in April 1992, Charles was a multi-millionaire. Charles’ brother said that he kept a large map in his office of the Oakland-Bay Area filed with dozens of different colored stick pins.

Charles told his brother that some colored pins presented properties that he had land banked, and others represented properties in different stages of acquisition. After his death, the map disappeared. An extremely professional cleanup team had entered his offices minutes after his plane went down, and removed the map, deeds, phone records, documents and the hard drives of his computer. 

Deliberately, the team left along some parcels and approved lots that were left to the family in inheritance. After the lapse of a certain amount of time, Lauer’s job was obviously to liquidate those properties by whatever means necessary (means justify the end). Lauer went after Charles’ brother, John E. Gregory, the executor-administrator of the estate, an officer of the court.

In an absolutely bizarre case, Lauer accused John of fraud for “disappearances.” That is correct, “disappearances.” Disappearances of what, properties and lots of the Estate of Charles A. Gregory that were ordered sold by Alameda County Superior Judges setting in probate. [57]

In the absolute abuse of the judicial system in combination with Superior Court Judge Cecilia Castellanos of Mexico, Brother John was thrown in jail in contempt of court for being unable to explain literally “disappearances.”  Judge Castellanos went further to agreed with Lauer that Brother John had committed fraud. She additional threw Brother John in default and slapped him with a default judgment for about a half million dollars for the lost to Ms. McCarroll’s inheritance interest.[58]

Well, each and every piece of property that Lauer and Judge Castellanos found that Brother John made disappear was ordered sold by an order of a Superior Court Probate Judge. In an absolutely unprecedented legal exercise, Brother John had to subpoena to Judge Castellano’s courtroom each and every judge including the First Appellate District of California Associate Justice Sandra Lynn Margulies that signed some of the orders to sale, and the attorneys that collected legal fees for selling the properties to indemnify him and to share pro-rata in Ms. McCarroll’s lost inheritance interest for over a half million dollars; and as co-conspirators to Lauer and Judge Castellano’s “disappearances.” [59]

Subsequently, Judge Castellanos set aside the default and default judgment against Brother John. She found that she had absolutely no jurisdiction to reopen and go about to charge the probate court’s administrator with fraud after Superior Court Judges had ordered the properties sold, and entered a final settlement judgment of the Estate of Charles Alex Gregory giving Brother John limited judicial immunity for acting as an officer of the court. [60] Judge Castellanos’ excuse for her judicial malfeasance, she hadn’t reviewed the court files. She refused to review the court files. She didn’t have to review the court files. Castellanos’ court was a “special court” like something out of Nazi Germany setup explicitly to punish and imprison anyone opposing the Third Reich. She was beyond the law. She was part of the Alameda County Superior Court Mafia.  

After Judge Castellanos bailed out of the case, Lauer didn’t like the options that Superior Judge Carl W. Morris offered him. Judge Morris balked at doing his bidding. Lauer dismissed the case, and reopened a new front against Brother John by refiling basically the same lawsuit on 8/29/07 [61] within weeks of dismissing the first case.   

Charles Gregory’s few remaining parcels and lots weren’t worth a great deal. It wasn’t worth and didn’t justify 5 years of Lauer’s aggressive and relentless legal attacks against Brother John and the GregoryFamily. In the new case, after three years, Lauer settled on a smooth talking Superior Court Judge to do his biddings, Marshall Whitley.

In 2009, Lauer bailed out of the case and placed Black Attorney Fayedine Coulter in his stead. Coulter was the bankruptcy attorney for Black Muslim Bakery. [62] Coulter had been a central figure in the Black Muslim Bakery False Flag Operation; and the assassination of Chauncey Bailey.

The Alameda County Mafia contends that Bailey had been assassinated by members of the Black Muslim Bakery fearing that he was going to publish a story about the bakery’s bankruptcy and financial turmoil.[63]

Who had been in the best position to feed confidential financial information about the bakery to Chauncey Bailey as a pretext to his assassination?  What little we know about Michael R. Lauer is that he makes frequent trips to Europe, Italy. Vatican City?  I will follow-up on the dog and pony show in Lauer’s Gregory v. Gregory in the next part.

CALIFORNIA: THE BEAST RAISES ITS HEAD

LCNC gave California former ultra conservative Republican Governor Pete Wilson, but their most shining accomplishment was manipulating Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler’s Lebensborn Experiment, Arnold Schwarzenegger, into the governorship.      

Arnold’s father, Gustav Schwarzenegger was a SA Stormtrooper of Nazi Germany. The SA was Martin Bormann’s NSDAP (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or National Socialist German Workers’ Party) paramilitary wing.[64]

According to documents obtained in 2003 from the Austrian State Archives by the Los Angeles Times, which was after the expiration of a 30-year seal of his records under Austrian privacy law, Gustav Schwarzenegger voluntarily applied to join the Nazi Party in 1938. He also voluntarily applied to become a member of the Sturmabteilung (SA) under Stabschefs Viktor Lutze and Wilhelm Schepmann.

Up and until 1988 when George H.W. Bush was elected president, Arnold Schwarzenegger had been one of his most visible demonic sons of Scarface SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Skorzeny’s die Spinne (“the spider”) worldwide network. 

In Austria, Schwarzenegger had also gathered political support and blessings from Helene von Damm, Reagan’s Ambassador to Austria. In California, Von Damm had been one of Bolschwing’s SS agents. She had been implanted as Reagan chief appointment secretary in Sacramento and the White House. Nothing went through Reagan’a office that the Bolschwing ring weren’t aware of.  Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (The Beast of Bucharest) would’ve been proud of his legacy.

Neoslavery is an economic condition, a small knot of men exercising the property rights of their established economic order, organizing and controlling the life style of the slave as if he were in fact property. Succinctly: an economic condition which manifests itself in the total loss or absence of self-determination. Only after this is understood and accepted can we go on to the dialectic that will help us in a remedy.

The Gregory Files: The Assassination of Little Bobby Hutton & The Secret Undeclared War Against the Panthers

Little Bobby Hutton, 17 years Old, The Heart of the Panthers

“The Negro youth and moderate[s] must be made to understand that if they succumb to revolutionary teachings, they will be dead revolutionaries.” J. Edgar Hoover, FBI Director

FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover outlined the theme of COINTELPRO set out above. These were not idle words threatening to kill us for engaging in constitutionally protected activity. Little Bobby Hutton and at least 37 Panthers were murdered outright by a confederation of governmental and military bureaus and departments. The FBI labeled the Panthers as domestic public enemy number one and “the greatest threat to internal security.” The confederation initiated a clandestine war against the Panthers. In most cases, the FBI coordinated the assault. Of 295 FBI operations against black organizations, 233 of them were against the Panthers. [1]

THE PROUD LITTLE BOBBY HUTTON, THE FIRST MEMBER OF THE PANTHERS

Huey P. Newton was the brawn, Bobby Seale was the brain, and Little Bobby Hutton was the heart of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (BPPSD). There was only one Bobby in the BPPSD. It was Bobby Seale, but Bobby Hutton looked up to Seale so much it was a compliment to be in the shadows of Bobby Seale as “Little Bobby.” I don’t believe that there was anyone that loved the Panthers more than Little Bobby. When I first saw him, he always appeared to beam with pride, content and fortune to be among Seale and the older brothers and sisters. 

It was Little Bobby’s pompous glide that stood out to me as they passed through the halls of Merritt Jr. College. At first, I was rather envious of him. I had always daydreamed to be accepted as part of the in-crowd of a group of older brothers. Always rounding up the end of the pack, Little Bobby had to use long and ever elegant strides to keep up. He seemed all legs. He reminded me of a graceful and swift gazelle trying to keep in pace with the older brothers. It had always been something to see and be in awe of, The Proud Little Bobby Hutton. I was just a young poor daydreamer, but a fly on the wall of history. 

I didn’t know Little Bobby at the time of the formation of the BPPSD in October of 1966, I subsequently discovered to my pleasant surprise that he was Charles Hutton’s little brother. Charles had been one of my best friends at Lowell Jr. High School. We were all from modest Lumpen West Oakland Christian families. As a custom, we loved and were ever caring of our and each others younger siblings.

Little Bobby was always quiet, humble, and respectful. He wasn’t ever loud or boastful. He didn’t talk too much. I was surprised to find out that he had a girlfriend, a companion, in the Panthers. She was among the core Lumpen members. She was tall, graceful, sincere, unassuming, and humble. They complimented each other so much. The little time that I knew him, I watched him grow far beyond me from the shadow of a best friend’s young brother to become the heart of an avant-garde people’s vanguard, but one thing didn’t change. Little Bobby wouldn’t intentionally and unnecessarily harm anyone.

Little Bobby’s every breath was Panther. He lived and interiorized the life of the BPPSD. He idolized and absolutely loved Bobby Seale, and the BPPSD. Our orders were to defend ourselves and our people not ambush anyone.

Our rules of conduct prohibited us from pulling weapons on anyone without the justification of self defense. Little Bobby was ever mindful of our reflection in the community. He knew and cherished the rules and image of the BPPSD more than any others. He was the “Heart of the Party.” Little Bobby understood that we had to be shining examples of something entirely novel in our community, a revolutionary forefront of the Black Community.

The BPPSD had evolved into more than a bunch of Lumpen with guns. Their only armor was the 10-Point Plan and undying love for the people. Their only reward was constructive optimism, peace, freedom, security and harmony in the community. The Panthers took calls from the community 24 hours a day. When the brothers said “let’s go,” I had no idea where we were bound to or what forces we had to face. However, I couldn’t go out on assignment on all calls. Some of the older brothers thought I was too young. One night, we got a call from a distressed interracial family being harassed by the Berkeley Police Department. I strapped up with the brothers to go in. Captain Glen Stafford looked at me and said, “No, little brother, you can’t go.” “You’re the future.” It did lighten me up, but I sincerely had doubts if I would see my 21^st birthday.

I knew that no matter what danger existed or insurmountable forces that existed that threatened the peace of mind, wellbeing and security of the community, the Panthers would go in disciplined, fearless with their backs straight and narrow winning the hearts and minds of the people.

The Panthers had some of most fearless and heroic brothers and sisters that I had ever seen. As a Manchild, I had to learn to overcome and face fear from Huey P. Newton, Bobby Seale, Glen Stafford, Brother Clutch, Big Man, Orleandro Harrison, David Hilliard, Warren Tucker, Wendell Wade, and so many other loyal and noble brothers and sisters that had nothing to give but love.  We were bound to take nothing from the people or harm them in any form or manner.  

This heroic fearlessness, love and selfless dedication to the community earned the Panthers a great deal of goodwill and love in the community that you couldn’t buy.

So, it is hard to believe as some allege that Panthers would be traveling in a convoy of automobiles loaded with brothers that you barely knew to carry out a critical mission to ambush police. That wasn’t Little Bobby, and it wasn’t the way the Panthers had been organized. It wasn’t necessary. It wasn’t orders of the BPPSD. It was counterproductive to our values, families and image in the community that the Panthers had won. It was not the way to continue to win the hearts, minds, imagination and support of the people and cause that we loved so dearly.

THE KING IS DEAD

On Thursday, April 4, 1968, a couple of brothers and I were manning the office on 45^th and Grove. At sometime before 6 p.m., an old woman rounded the corner sobbing and crying. She was hysterical and screaming. She was dressed in her night robe and slippers. She was screaming that they killed him. They killed Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. She cried out to us, “You’ll get those bastards!” She then hung her head low and continued to sob and cry as she disappeared back around the corner.

As word passed of Dr. King’s assassination in Memphis, people just spontaneously poured out on the street sobbing and crying. As if by some sort of magic spell, people began walking the street blind; in sort of a deep emotional hypnotic state of disbelief. The King of Peace was dead. The sky was crying.

Word came down among the ranks; Oakland wasn’t for burning that night. I hurried to Merritt Jr. College and flung open the doors of the campus auditorium for our people to gather, moan, cry, and ponder. As Huey once said, it would be one more step to bring the community to a higher level of consciousness. [2]

THE BPPSD & MARLON BRANDO AND THE GROWING HIGHER LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN HOLLYWOOD

Marlon Brando (April 3, 1924-July 1, 2002)

The senseless assassination of the King of Peace brought about a higher level of consciousness across the racial divide. People around the world were left outraged by the vicious slaughter of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by covert forces within the Nixon Administration, and the U.S. Government. The same forces that wanted the Panthers dead had killed Dr. King. People began to look to the Panthers for answers. One sincere infamous individual sought answers and crossed the racial divide to join us. It was Marlon Brando.

By Friday morning, April 5, 1968, Marlon Brando was in the Panther office at 45^th and Grove when I arrived. Bobby Seale asked if I knew the white guy standing in the office looking at me. I responded no. I whispered to Bobby that I thought he was another Berkeley hippie. He laughed. It was Marlon Brando.

Brando had been one of my most favorite Hollywood heroes. I still love, “On the Waterfront.” I never imagined that I would let along be in the same room with him, but to meet him in the flesh was beyond all my daydreaming and imagination. I noticed as Brando looked at me, he was warm, humble, and comfortable with us, the BPPSD. 

Bobby told me something that he has yet to repeat. He told me very quietly and ecstatically that the Panthers would finally reach the respect and notability as a Peoples Vanguard that he and Huey had envisioned. Due to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., it had left a great deal of people disillusioned with the government. Brando was a sort of Hollywood emissary. Bobby told me that some of the biggest names in Hollywood were ready to support the BPPSD. It was so hard to believe. I took a deep breath. I was hopeful that the unrelenting vicious attacks and threats against us would soon be a thing of the past.

The assassination of Dr. King not only set practically every major metropolitan city in the United States in flames and rebellion, but it had a rippling effect that set the tides of public compassion toward the BPPSD, and the fascist military industrial complex reacted quickly and violently to discredit us, and silence and neutralize Marlon Brando regarding their clandestine blood war against the Panthers. By Saturday, April 6, 1968, Little Bobby Hutton, The Heart of Panthers, would be dead. The sky would cry again. 

THE CRYING MAN: THE SKY IS FALLING

On Saturday, April 6, 1968, at about noon it was another brother and I manning the Panther office at 45^th and Grove. Eldridge Cleaver arrived in one of the two enormous bright colored 4-door 1967-68 Dodges that the brothers had access to from some source. I believe that I could speak for most of the general membership, we didn’t particularly appreciate Cleaver. He didn’t associate himself with the Lumpen. We also had a problem with him raping and sexually exploiting our young sisters. It almost exploded into a rebellion among the Lumpen against Cleaver and the Central Committee when Cleaver sexually attacked a young sister, Frances Young. Bobby Seale had promised that the Central Committee would act to investigate the matter, and take steps to protect our sisters. Bobby was always the glue that kept us together and on focus. We loved Bobby and believed in him with our lives in toll. Bobby interceded and quelled the revolt.

As the car pulled in front of the office, Cleaver was sitting along in the massive backseat of a bright yellow Dodge. He was so self important. He had to be chauffeured around by Warren Wells. Cleaver exchanged a few words with us and proceeded straight to an office in the rear of the shotgun storefront.

While Cleaver was in the back office, a well dressed bourgeois appearing Black man arrived by car to the front of the office in company of what he said was his son. He was drunk, sobbing and crying. He pleaded, and cried over and over again that he had to speak to someone in charge about a warning and injustice that he had to get off his chest. Cleaver was the highest ranking member, Minister of Information, at the office so we escorted them to the rear office to talk to him.

After a couple of minutes, the rear office door swung open. Cleaver exploded into a rage. Cleaver screamed that the man was crazy. He shouted. “Get out.” “Get out.”  As the man passed us, he continued to plead and cry out for us to hear him. Cleaver went wild shouting, “Don’t talk to him.” “He’s crazy, don’t talk to him.” Cleaver chased the man and his son out of the office. When he finally drove away despondent, shaking and sopping, Cleaver went straight to the rear office. He gathered his things and left in a hurry in that big yellow Dodge without saying a word to us.

I was dumbfounded by the incident. At the time, I had absolutely no idea what the crying man had wanted to warn us about. I wished that there had been anyone other than Eldridge Cleaver at the office that afternoon.

LITTLE BOBBY’S LAST MEAL AND MISSION 

At sometime in the late afternoon, Little Bobby, June Hilliard and some other brothers arrived at the office. June had access to another large Dodge, a bright 4-door orange car. The brothers had been busy transporting grocery goods between houses for the sisters preparing food for the Sunday Free Huey Rally and Picnic.

Before dusk, we drove Little Bobby to his house for dinner which was not too far from the office in North Oakland on 56^th Street. June asked Little Bobby what was cooking for dinner. He said that there was a big pot of beans. One of the brothers jokingly asked if he could join him, and if it included a big jug of red kool-aide. We shared a laugh and a slip of the Bitter Dog [3] as Little Bobby left us.

While we were at the office waiting for the sisters to call for more supplies, June’s wife took the car to run errands. As dusk fell and June’s wife had not returned the car, I had no specific duties. Our orders were because of police raids on the office at night upon the slightest justification we had to avoid staying at the office if we had no essential duties to perform. 

That faithful evening, I walked across the street and took the bus homebound to 40^th Avenue in East Oakland. The last words Little Bobby left me had been that he would rejoin us at the office after dinner. It never entered my imagination that it would be the last time that I saw Little Bobby Hutton alive.

On April 6, 1968, our primary concerns had been the success of the Free Huey Rally to take place on Sunday, April 7, 1968 at Defremery Park in West Oakland. After the assassination of Dr. King, the universal consciousness among the people had risen. Internationally renowned activist and Hollywood star Marlon Brando was here. There were great expectations for the rally and picnic. The sisters had planned to feed the mass of people expected to turn out at the rally to express their dissent to the Vietnam War; the policies of President Richard M. Nixon; and outrage about the assassination of the King of Peace; and support Huey and the BPPSD.

GOLIATH CONFEDERATION: THE UNLAWFUL UNDECLARED WAR AGAINST THE PANTHERS

We were well aware that the OPD had initiated a full press harassment campaign against the Panthers, but we weren’t aware of the degree of the attack. We weren’t aware of a detailed Panther Squad that kept photographs and license plate numbers of known Panthers. We weren’t aware that the entire U.S. government had declared war against us.  They formed a Goliath, a vast coordinated domestic terrorist counterintelligence confederation approximating the secret security state within the state straight out of Nazi Germany that went far beyond the OPD Panther Squad; the U.S. Constitution; U.S. and California Criminal Code; the Nuremberg and Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

THE GOLIATH

The FBI: COINTELPRO

“[P]urpose of counterintelligence action is to disrupt the BPP and it is immaterial whether facts exist to substantiate the charge.” -Federal Bureau of Investigation-

As FBI FOIA documents are being released regarding COINTELPRO, as of this date there continues to be a lack of detailed information released about the campaign against the Oakland Panthers, and the assassination (murder) of Little Bobby, which was absolutely consistent with the FBI’s stated domestic terrorist COINTELPRO theme. 

The Oakland Police Department (OPD) formed a secret panther squad to illegally harass and neutralize the Panthers. Charles Gain was the Chief of OPD from 1967 to 1973. Gain replaced ardent racist Edward M. Toothman [4] as police chief in September 1967 to lead the clandestine governmental coordinated assault against the Panthers beginning with the attempted assassination of Huey P. Newton in October.

Gain and William Chohendet led the FBI’s San Francisco office’s “Panther Squad” (a subpart of its COINTELPRO Section). [5]  All along as Chief of the OPD, Gains had secretly been one of J. Edgar Hoover’s top COINTELPRO FBI agents. Charles Gain also moved into Seattle as its acting police chief in July of 1970 to coordinate the attack on the Black Panther Chapter in that city.

Previous to the FBI takeover of the OPD, the Bechtel-Kaiser (SS Himmler) Cartel removed the independent minded Catholic Mayor John C. Houlihan in a bloodless coup d’état. Houlihan was replaced on May 1, 1966 by former U.S. Air Force Lieutenant-Colonel John H. Reading. [6]  

The California Attorney, General, Evelle J. Younger, was also instrumental in Hoover’s Cointelpro program to disrupt and destroy Black Nationalist, and the Black Panther Party for Self Defense. Younger had also been one of Hoover’s top agents.

The California Organized Crime and Criminal Intelligence Branch (OCCIB) of the State Department of Justice had been set up by Younger before 1970. A report circulated by the OCCIB in 1972 identified among its prime targets the Black Panther Party. [7]

Evelle Younger was also a former OSS agent during WWII, and was also instrumental in the CIA’s Project Chaos. Younger had been the Los Angeles County District Attorney during the June 1968 assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy at the Ambassador Hotel. He was instrumental in the cover-up, and framing Sirhan Sirhan for the CIA high level Kennedy assassination.

CIA: PROJECT CHAOS

The CIA’s Special Operations Groups within the Counter-lntelligence Division created the illegal domestic operation, Project CHAOS. “Project MERRIMAC [1967 to 1973] involved the infiltration by CIA agents of . . . Black activist groups. . . . Project RESISTANCE [1967 to 1973] was a broad effort to obtain general background information” about radical groups across the country.” [8]

In addition to the FBI, under Project MERRIMAC and RESISTANCE, subparts of Project CHAOS, the BPPSD had also been infiltrated by the CIA in combination with the theme of COINTELPRO.

The man in charge of the CIA at that time was Richard McGarrah Helms (March 30, 1913–October 22, 2002). He was the Director of Central Intelligence from 1966 to 1973. He was the only director to have been convicted of lying to Congress over CIA undercover activities. In 1977, he was sentenced to the maximum fine and received a slap on the waist suspended two-year prison sentence. [9]

The CIA head of Project CHAOS was Richard Ober. Ober was part of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) with Allen Dulles during WWII. He became a liaison with the anti-Fascist underground in Nazi-occupied Europe. Ober served under James Angleton as his chief counter-intelligence deputy. Richard Helms and James Jesus Angleton may have been two of the most dangerous and ruthless men in the western hemisphere. [10]

Richard Helm of OSS and the CIA Deputy Director’s great journalist coup had been a 1935 interview with Fuhrer Adolf Hitler in Nazi Germany. [11] Helms of the OSS was a principal along with Allen Dulles in Operation Paperclip that clandestinely brought thousands of SS-Knights of the Black Sun into America.[12]  Helms was also the CIA plans director that headed the Phoenix (assassination) Program in Vietnam. [13]

Helms signed for the secret and illegal entry of California’s resident SS High Priest, Sturmhauptfuhrer Baron Otto von Bolschwing, into the United States as a CIA agent. [14] SS Bolschwing was one of Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler’s top SA (Sturmabteilung) agents. [15]

In 1945, the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Corp (CIC) hired SS Bolschwing who had been the right-hand man for Adolf Eichmann in Nazi Germany. The CIC used Bolschwing to learn of his methods in recruiting, interrogating, and hiring SS officers. After spending nine years in Europe, von Bolschwing was brought to the United States where he worked for the CIA in the area of interrogation. His expertise involved using a variety of torture methods on subjects — bullwhips, placing needles under fingernails, drugging victims, and attaching electrodes to theirs testicles and nipples.[16]  SS Bolschwing was undoubtedly the Helms and Angleton’s California resident SS counterintelligence CIA expert that led to the vicious undeclared war against the Panthers and the death of Little Bobby.

The CIA MK ULTRA mind control program was the brainchild of Helms, Dulles, and the Knights of the Black Sun. In 1973, it was Helms that clandestinely destroyed most all CIA-MK ULTRA (mind control), and FAMILY JEWELS (Nazi connections, assassinations (JFK, RFK, Malcolm X, Dr. King, etc.) files to shield it from congressional oversight; and criminal prosecution. [17]

James Jesus Angleton of OSS and CIA Deputy Director of Counterintelligence, Helm’s right hand man, was a principal along with Dulles, Helms in Operation Paperclip. Angleton was the CIA’s chief in charge of the Artichoke, Phoenix (assassination) Programs; and Murder, Inc. in America. Angleton was the CIA man behind Lee Harvey Oswald; and the JFK, RFK, and the Dr. King assassinations. [18]

In June 1970, Richard Nixon held a meeting with J. Edgar Hoover, Richard Helms and the heads of army and navy intelligence (Joint Chiefs of Staff). Nixon wanted better intelligence on “revolutionary activism” in the United States. Ober was given an office in the White House and worked closely with Nixon’s “Berlin Wall” Nazi presidential advisors, H. R. Haldeman and John Ehrlichman. [19]

State of California: SQUAD 19 

Louis Tackwood, agent-provocateur for the Los Angeles Police Department Criminal Conspiracy Section (CCS), and the Public Disorders Intelligence Division (PDID),   exposed LAPD involvement in “dirty tricks and murderous things” (Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, October 18, 1971). [20]

Working along with the CCS and PDID to target the BPPSD, Tackwood identified Nixon White House plumbers “Martin” and “White.” “Martin” and “White” were actually former CIA agents E. Howard Hunt and James McCord, both implicated in covert operations; and the Watergate break-in. [21]

Evelle Younger, E. Howard Hunt, James McCord were members of the CCS and a super clandestine counterintelligence group, Squad 19. [22] Alameda County Mafia District Attorneys D. Lowell Jensen and Edwin Meese were also principals of CCS and Squad 19 that illegally targeted the Panthers for persecutions, harassment, frame-ups, imprisonment and neutralization. 

Squad 19 was also responsible for planning a false flag operation similar to the Nazi’s Reichstag Fire Event to plunge the country into a reign of fear to justify a Nazi-fascist takeover of the United States. They had planned to assassinate President Richard M. Nixon during a bloody and violent disruption of the 1968 Republican Convention, and frame Black Nationalist such as the Panthers, leftist, and Vietnam anti-war activist for the assassination. [23] 

The Pentagon, THE HUSTON PLAN

Tom Charles Huston, a Nixon-appointee, had developed plans to monitor ‘domestic security threats.”  (Deep Throat) (Mark) Felt labeled Huston a “gauleiter,’ which means “the leader or chief official of a political district under Nazi control.” [24] 

The Huston Plan was also a top secret coordinated battle plan targeting the Panthers composing of the National Security Agency (NSA), CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), FBI and the counterintelligence agencies of the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. [25] The DIA is the intelligence branch of the U.S. Defense Department. The Whitehouse plan was overseen by presidential assistant Tom Charles Huston of the Neo-Nazi Young Americans for Freedom (YAF). The YAF, a head of the secret Nazi Hydra in America, has been linked to the conspiracy to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas. [26] 

ELDRIDGE CLEAVER AND THE OPD FALSE FLAG OPERATION THAT KILLED LITTLE BOBBY

False flag operations are covert operations which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time. [27]

Eldridge Cleaver (August 31, 1935-May 1, 1998) Admitted Agent Provocateur of the April 6, 1968 False Flag Operation that Led to Little Bobby's Death

Filed in 1969 by the OPD, Mullin v. Brando was a classic slap lawsuit against Marlon Brando to silence him about the murder of Little Bobby and the undeclared war against the Panthers. The OPD sued Brando for slander for alleging on a national television broadcast that they had murdered Little Bobby illegally in cold blood while trying to surrender. [28]

The complaint alleged that Little Bobby had been killed as result of a “gun battle” which had been provoked by Panthers. This was a clear departure from allegations of a deliberately “planned ambush” of the OPD. [29]

Truth is an absolute defense to slander, but COINTELPRO, Project CHAOS, Squad 19, Huston Plan, and the secret war against the Panthers were still top secret governmental programs in 1969. Three of Little Bobby’s shooters were identified in the lawsuit as OPD officers Robert Coffman, Robert Fredericks; and Owen Carlton Brown of the Emeryville Police Department. [30] According to convicted felon Whitehouse Plumber, Charles W. Colson, the FBI were shooters too. [31] Most probably, the entire Goliath Confederation shared in Little Bobby’s execution.

One of the shooters, Owen C. Brown said that Little Bobby had been executed from a “massive volley”[32] of a firing squad on the street in the glare of high tendency spotlights that had been setup like a Hollywood set. We also had been informed that Little Bobby been torn apart by experimental weapons.

The parties that infiltrated the Panthers in collaboration with FBI, CIA, and military intelligence and setup and initiated the false flag shootout of April 6, 1968 that led to Little Bobby’s death is also still secret, except one, Eldridge Cleaver.

In a May 19, 1980 article in the New West Magazine, “Souled Out, Eldridge Cleaver Admits He Ambushed Those Cops,” [33] Eldridge admitted that he was one of the agent provocateurs that collaborated with government to contrive the false flag operation that resulted in Little Bobby’s death. [34]

In a 1997 PBS Frontline interview, Cleaver again admitted that he was the agent provocateur of the false flag operation, “…we started the fight. There were 14 of us. We went down into the area of Oakland where the violence was the worst a few blocks away from where Huey Newton had killed that cop so we dealt with them when they came upon us.” [35] A decision to engage the police would not have come from Cleaver, Minister of Information, with 14 ill prepared brothers in a convoy of old and out of state cars.  

Immediately after Little Bobby’s death, Cleaver released a tape recorded disinformation message to the membership. In that tape, Cleaver claimed that the assault by the OPD was sudden and unprovoked when he got out of the car to take a piss; not to initiate an stupid, unnecessary and counterproductive firefight. I was at Panthers headquarters all day up until about two to three hours before Little Bobby’s death. There was no planned Panther ambush of the police. At that very small wrinkle of time in history, we had so much to lose.    

After the coordinated false flag operation of April 6 to discredit the credibility and image of the Panthers globally, Cleaver was allowed to escape revocation of his parole to travel freely for seven years as a FBI/CIA mole through the strongholds of Panther international support networks in Canada, Cuba, France and Algeria  [36]

In fact, Cleaver demonstrated little reluctance to discuss the details of debriefing the FBI about the BPPSD international networks, and his scandalous and criminal activity to deliberately discredit, disrupt, and destroy the Panthers’ networks, credibility and image globally. [37]

Additionally, the article revealed that at the time that Cleaver was released from Soledad Prison, the FBI was there clandestinely recruiting Black inmates to infiltrate the Panthers as moles and agent provocateurs  for reduced sentences and freedom. [38]

On one occasion that I recall, a 6’8” over 300 pound Black mental patient from a hospital ward was dressed in a Panther uniform and released among us. In fact, the brother still had a hospital gown on under the leather coat. He was psychotic, delusional and violent. We didn’t abandon him. For almost 24 hours, we administered love, patience and kindness, and defused his violent outbursts and bizarre behavior in the community. To the community that he had been set in to discredit us before, we asked for their understanding, prayers and mercy. They understood too well. 

For Cleaver’s part in the false flag ambush of the OPD, he was sentenced to 5 years probation and 2,000 hours of community service instead of a maximum of 82 years in prison in a deal worked out by the Alameda County Mafia D.A. Thomas Orlott, and in all probability the FBI[39], and CIA.

In fact, Cleaver disclosed in the Frontline interview that his plea bargain deal was brokered by a so-called apologetic OPD Lt. David Hilliard.[40] Not only was Hilliard one of Little Bobby’s murderers, he was alleged to have brokered a deal with Ralph “Sonny” Barger, Spiritual Leader of the Hell’s Angels, for the Feds, Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (AFT), to assassinate Cleaver in Algeria.[41]  Hilliard was also alleged to be a principal in the cover-up of the 1973 cold blooded murder of 14 year old Tyrone Guyton by the Emeryville PD. [42]

I subsequently discovered that the crying man that appeared at the Panther Office to warn us that the sky would fall on us just hours prior to the killing of Little Bobby wasn’t Chicken Little. 

Out of 661 people working for OPD, only approximately 16 were Black. One of them was that crying man that couldn’t go along with a planned coordinated false flag attack against the Panthers in the wake of Dr. King’s assassination. Crying and distraught, he came to warn us, and it was Cleaver that chased him away and then deliberately along with other agent provocateurs led the brothers into an ambush that resulted in the murder of Little Bobby Hutton; and thus discrediting of the Panthers for an unprovoked deadly false flag ambush on the OPD.    

Cleaver also understood the timing of the false flag ambush was to underhandedly sabotage and discredit Marlon Brando’s extremely important mission in Oakland among the Panthers.  

GOLIATH’S REIGN OF TERROR: DEATH A THOUSAND TIMES

 

 

April 12, 1968, Marlon Brando & Princeray and BPPSD, Little Bobby's Funeral at Ephesian's Church of Christ, Berkeley, CA. I was in a state of depression and disbelief that Little Bobby was really and truly dead.

A battle lost or won is easily described, understood, and appreciated, but the moral growth of a great nation requires reflection, as well as observation, to appreciate it. –Frederick Douglass- 

Most of these people will never make the headlines and their names will not appear in Who’s Who. Yet when years have rolled past and when the blazing light of truth is focused on this marvelous age in which we live — men and women will know and children will be taught that we have a finer land, a better people, a more noble civilization — because these humble children of God were willing to suffer for righteousness’ sake. -Dr. Martin Luther King-

I never told my mother that I was in the Panthers. I dressed in uniform in the basement or from a bag on the street. I didn’t want her to worry, but mother’s wit knew anyhow. A lot of people were demonstratively kind to me, because as was told, “I wouldn’t be here long.”

Of all the people in the world, Little Bobby had been one of the most meek, compassionate, patient, and obedient of human beings. I never heard Little Bobby curse or use any unkind language. Little Bobby wouldn’t harm anyone unnecessarily and without substantial justification. He deserved so much to live out the enjoyment of his youth and prosper. If they killed him, what more would they do to us. 

They killed Little Bobby on Saturday, April 6. My death had been scheduled for Monday, April 8, 1968.  In all the doom and gloom that surrounded me, I had found a companion and love that my heart and formative years had been longing for, Elizabeth (Libby). She wasn’t a Panther. She was a dedicated college student. 

She was a beautiful almond skinned young lady with slightly slanting brown eyes. Her jet black hair was always in prefect place, short with a single curled bang that slightly draped across in front of one of her eyes.  She was kind, gentle and sweet. Her soft and tender eyes were always filled with tears for the world. She was like the girl around the corner. She loved to smile, laugh and dance. With her liveliness and carefree joy of life, I was able to forget about death, and enjoy some moments of youth. 

I had spotted her on the way to class. I noticed that she wasn’t like most of the other girls. She wasn’t a party girl. There weren’t a lot of guys hanging around her. Libby was a serious student committed to her studies. The following quarter, I made sure that I enrolled in one or two classes that she had enrolled in. I made sure I sat next to her. I didn’t have fine clothes, money, name or a car, but we found our affections mutual even though I had nothing to give but love. It was like living out a storybook romance to have a beautiful young lady like Libby in my life.

I had known about her ex-boyfriend, Oogie. The grapevine said that he was one of West Oakland’s major marijuana drug dealers. He drove around in a new yellow XK9 ragtop Jag. I had seen him around town with an array of different young ladies, but I never saw him with Libby, or else I wouldn’t have approached her. She told me that it had been over with him for sometime. 

Immediately after Little Bobby’s death, the word came down through the ranks that we had to stay low, because there were random police squads out to pick-up or pick us off. The following Monday morning, I went to school. I was totally surprised and emotionally overwhelmed by the people I found waiting for me at campus. Some were crying, they said that they weren’t sure if it had been me that was killed. People that I didn’t know surrounded me uttering sincere expressions that they were glad that I was alive. I was humbled. I trembled. It brought me to tears. I thought about Libby and rushed to the place where she rented a small room a couple blocks from the campus.

Libby came to door crying. She said that Oogie had just come to her in tears. In an unexpected hysteria, he asked her to marry him. It was so sudden; she didn’t know what to do. She told me if I just told her that I loved her that she would send Oogie on his way.  

Little Bobby’s death flashed through my mind. The amount of people that worried that I had been killed including my own mother’s worry affected me. I couldn’t put Libby through that. With the death of Little Bobby, it was so difficult for me to envision a future, or living any type of normal life with death so close. I didn’t realize just how close death was. 

I couldn’t compete with the security that Oogie had to offer. I had nothing but the prospect of death or imprisonment. I didn’t tell Libby that I had indeed truly and dearly loved her. I had wanted to tell her that I wanted her to play a bigger and greater role in my uncertain life. Because of my predicament, I had tried to shield her in the past. Now, I wanted to live more than ever. But, I couldn’t stand in the way of her future or burden her. I walked away.     

On the way back to campus, Oogie’s yellow jag slowly passed within a few feet of me. I didn’t have the heart to look at him if only for a second. Little Bobby was gone. Now, I lost Libby my storybook princess. I was crying inside. 

By the time I reached campus, a young man greeted me that I didn’t know. He asked what if I had known what was wrong with Oogie. He told me Oogie was crying and acting strangely. He said Oogie had a shotgun in the car, and kept mumbling and crying that he had to kill somebody. I didn’t know or associate with Oogie. I couldn’t figure out just how he associated me with Oogie’s mission, but it soon became crystal clear that I had been Oogie’s target. I was supposed to die that morning.

It was the second time that I knew of that a drug dealer had been setup to kill me. Each time by the Grace of God, they couldn’t go through with it just like the crying man. I had walked away from Libby. The justification to kill me as part of a love triangle gone bad had been concluded by faith. It appeared that Oogie just didn’t have the heart to go beyond that.   

If the confederation had killed me, I would have become a martyr like Little Bobby. If a drug dealer or jilted lover killed me, I would become nothing but a sad and tragic statistic.   

We lived under a constant threat of death and imprisonment that left most of the brothers and sisters with post traumatic stress symptoms. At the time, I didn’t understand that I suffered bouts of melancholy and depression. Far too often, I self medicated with easily accessible alcohol. I had a low tolerance for it. I weighted no more than 140 pounds soaking wet. It took only a couple of beers to put my lights out. For decades, I could not look at photos of Little Bobby, BPPSD or talk about the BPPSD experience. Each time, I relived it. It seemed like I died a thousand times.

On April 6, 1968, the confederation had gained the objective of the false flag ambush to discredit the Panthers as cop killers. They didn’t have to slaughter Little Bobby. There were some discussions that the confederation thought that they were liquidating Bobby Seale and mistakenly killed Little Bobby. I don’t believe that. The confederation had Seale under constant surveillance. They knew where Bobby Seale was at all times. Plus, Seale would be too important to them alive. 

 They intended to kill Little Bobby. The confederation wanted to cut out the heart of the Panthers. They wanted to slaughter Little Bobby symbolically in the prime of his youth at 17 in such a gruesome manner as a means of psychological warfare; to send a message to the world that if youth of people of color succumb to revolutionary teachings or resist the New World Order, they will be dead.     

The day after the confederation slaughtered Little Bobby, I put on my Panther uniform. I was walking along East 14 Street (International Blvd) near Fruitvale Avenue in Oakland, when a young Black man about the same age as I leaned half his body out of the passenger side window of a passing automobile and cried out to me, “You’re gonna die!”  He extended his hands out as if to beckon upon me with an extreme puzzled and concerned expression on his face. I knew what he meant. He meant the police was going to kill me. He wanted to know in his heart what great cause existed to risk my youth and life; and why?”

Huey use to say that the man’s technology cannot defeat the will of the people. Dr. King said our fight for freedom from oppression was “God’s Will,” but part of the answer to his question is old, older than recorded history. You can find among the lines of a metaphoric poem from Ancient Black Ta-Merry (Egypt).  

The Love of my sister is across the river;

The arm of the Nile is between us;

The tide is high upon the waters;

The crocodile lurks upon the bank;

Yet will I delve into the depth of the waters;

My courage is high upon the stream;

Tis her Love that makes me mighty;

That is the magic that smite the crocodile.

It is GOD’S WILL AND undying love for the people.

It was an unholy alliance that murdered Little Bobby Hutton. J. Edgar Hoover had promised him death for being among the first of the Black youth to embrace the Panthers and its absolutely constitutionally protected 10-Point plan. It was an oppressive unholy alliance that spanned city, state and federal law enforcement agencies, branches of the military, and the Whitehouse just like something out of Nazi Germany that was responsible for murders of Little Bobby, Huey P. Newton, and dozens of other people of color in Oakland, the Home of the Panthers. 

Germany under the Nazis became a police state, a state where the power of the police, and especially the Gestapo (Geheime Staatspolizei; secret state police) and its agents tyrannically with virtually no procedural checks or oversight identified, arrested, tortured, interned and murdered political opponents, social undesirables; and others who refused to conform to the policies of the Nazi state. The Gestapo took repressive jurisdiction over the political police matters of the district, county and local police authorities. The Gestapo was under the SD ((Sicherheitsdienst). The SD was Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler’s brainchild.

The person most likely responsible for setting up America’s version of Nazi Germany’s secret police that declared war on the Panthers was CIA agent Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (BEAST of Bucharest) and his deep cover shadow counterintelligence and repression ring. SS Bolschwing had been one of Himmler’s top SD officers of the SS. [43]

At end of April 1968 after assassination of King, RFK, and Little Bobby, he stepped directly under Helms, Angleton, and Ober into the shoes of one of Hitler’s most important master ardent Nazi spy chiefs, Reinhard Gehlen, when he retired from the CIA. SS Bolschwing was financially and spiritually connected to President Richard M. Nixon, the Whitehouse, the Republican Party[44], and the Oakland Bechtel-Kaiser Cabal through the Schroeder Bank of New York.[45]  He was the highest ranking resident SS (Knight of Black Sun) on America’s payroll.

In March 1969, Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Bolschwing of the CIA moved right into Sacramento, CA, the seat of state power[46], to coordinate the fascist Republican governmental arms of Governor Ronald Reagan, Attorney General Evelle J. Younger, and Squad 19’s undeclared war against the Panthers, Left, People of Color; and the U.S. Constitution. 

This secret unholy alliance and secret political state police like something out of Nazi Germany in its second generation still exists in Oakland without exposure, oversight and procedural checks. The forces in Oakland responsible for the murder of Little Bobby Hutton, Dr. Marcus Foster, Charles Alex Gregory, Dr. Marcus Foster, Dorothy King, Chauncey Bailey, Oscar Grant and others have not been brought to the light of day as their tyrannical beastly genius and works; and justice by the people; the U.S. and California Civil Rights, Criminal Codes; the Nuremberg and Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Gregory File, Part III, LIFTING THE VEIL: “MR. STEVE”, COINTELPRO-CRACK-COCAINE & THE SS

“The enemy has only images and illusions behind which he hides his true motives. Destroy the image and you will break the enemy.” Shaolin Abbot to Bruce Lee, Enter the Dragon (1973)

The brilliant multi-genius Charles Alex Gregory had a vision for his people. It was an American Dream. The vision is enthroned in the Declaration of Independence, the right to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.”    

He was born on July 8, 1951 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. Charles came to the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area to attend U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall sometime after graduating from Tuskegee Institute in May 1972 with a B.S. in Physics.

The Bay Area is a beautiful and striking place sitting at the foot of a natural bay to the Pacific Ocean. The weather is always calm and pleasant all year round. It is one of the most diversely populated areas of the country that souls traveling through become in love with, but it has a deep dark evil side.

At its roots, Oakland remains a land of shadows and illusions, and a hidden troubling veiled background. The ante-bellum period of the old South is often considered the pinnacle of Southern aristocracy. The Southern aristocrats owned a majority of the wealth and land of the South. They have remained wealthy and the powerbrokers of the South even after their defeat in the American Civil War. The Southern powerbrokers are very visible, and in most cases able to be clearly seen.

In 1852, the City of Oakland was founded upon conceit by a bunch of lying, conniving, crooked and illusory squatters, Andrew Moon, Edson Adams and Horace Carpentier. The Spanish land grant owner, Vincente Peralta, and a band of armed rancheros found them illegally squatting on land near Jack London Square. After being herded in by the rancheros, the unsuspecting Peralta agreed to lease them what is now Oakland.

In absolute treachery and unseen deceit, Moon, Adams and Carpentier subdivided Peralta’s land grant property into lots and sold them to unsuspecting white gold rush settlers. Horace Carpentier was an immoral and fraudulent attorney that specialized in lawsuits and land grab schemes contrived to steal valuable Spanish land grants throughout Northern California.

The Peraltas subsequently lost Oakland. They had to deplete their herds of cattle and sell off large tracts of land to pay court costs to fight Carpentier’s tedious and never ending multiple illegal land grab schemes, city incorporations and lawsuits. [2]

In 1883, Sovereign Grand Commander and Confederate General Albert Pike, one of the founding fathers of the Ku Klux Klan, visited Oakland [3] to inplant his racist demonic seed and initiate and veil twelve (12) Oakland disciples into concealment in the “Luciferian Doctrine, and the Secret Doctrine.”[4] 

As part of a twisted pacification plan, even the way of the “Great Beast” found its way to Oakland. In 1976, Satanist U.S. Army Captain Grady McMurtry (1918-1985) quietly moved into Oakland at 588-590 63^rd Street and at 2820 San Pablo in Berkeley from Washington D.C to carry on a racialist (Nazi) devil worshipper legacy. [5] McMurtry appeared in Oakland at the start of the crack cocaine epidemic. He opened the Northern California Thelema Lodge of secret society Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O) in North Oakland to seed skinheads, which was raided in 1989 [6] for among other things drug trafficking, crack cocaine. The lodge’s phone number on 63^rd Street was listed to “Aleister Crowley” (The Great Beast). 

Aleister Crowley (1875 – 1947) was “The wickedest man in Britain”. The late Crowley remains one of the world’s most famous and influential Satanists of the twentieth-first century. Crowley called himself “The Great Beast”, a reference to the New Testament’s description of the Anti-Christ. Crowley’s brand of Satanism involves Nazism, drug trafficking and abuse, abductions, murder, mayhem, rape, animal and human sacrifices. McMurtry was the successor to the “Great Beast” Crowley. [7]

To this day, the lying, conniving, crooked, illusory and veiled forces at the roots of Oakland remain in power. The Oakland powerbrokers are not very visible, and in most cases cannot be clearly seen. They are extremely ruthless, and illusory. They feed upon the weak, poor, dead and the unsuspecting.

From the outside, the affairs of the City of Oakland appear normal municipal business. Oakland’s Victoria Court Development of the Oak Center Redevelopment Project on a strip of land at 14^th & Adeline Street in West Oakland seemed pretty normal urban redevelopment city business. [8]  I had a personal connection to the strip. My maternal grandparents and uncle had once occupied a downstairs unit of a grand Victorian house at the site before the mass urban redevelopment that displaced thousands of Black homeowners from West Oakland.

The Victoria Court Redevelopment Project was an interspace real estate development project. Interspace real estate development is the process to transform existing intercity vacant lots into new home/condo developments as a matter of city redevelopment policy. Gregory Construction, Inc. (Charles Alex Gregory) pioneered the concept and development within the city. It was as if the Victoria Court Project had been specifically designed for Gregory Construction. Gregory intended to build 20 to 40 affordable and low income Victorian designed concept units on the strip. Gregory had been the most respected, qualified and experienced real estate developer and building contractor in line to develop the Victoria Court Project. The ever resourceful Gregory Construction, Inc. had planned to develop and build the Victoria Court Project without city subsidies and bonding nothing beyond normal state redevelopment capital. Furthermore, the majority of the units were projected to be low-income housing units to benefit and fit the financial needs of most West Oakland’s Black residents.

One of Gregory Construction’s main competitors for the project was far less resourceful and experienced, but was a deceitful, shadowy and dangerously mob connected entity that feed upon the weak, poor, dead and unsuspecting.  

The forces at the roots of Oakland tried to veil the nature of that entity in the shadows to keep them at the pinnacle of Oakland’s deep well of redevelopment financial capital.

“I mean, no one is ever to say one kind word about niggers… The conservative isn’t against the Niggers; he just wants to keep him in his place for his own good.”  November 2, 1962: Dallas to Munich, Germany, Nazi Larry Schmidt of Americans for Freedom (YAF) and Conservatism USA (CUSA) [9]

Charles Alex Gregory had a vision for West Oakland. His vision was to transform one of the city’s most abandoned areas into an oasis of trade, industry and educational opportunity to benefit its neglected Black residents. If anyone could do it, it was Charles Alex Gregory. He saw it. Brilliantly, he had planned to finance it through existing funding resources such as state redevelopment capital, tax credits and incentives.

While Charles was boldly dreaming of a transformed West Oakland, there was other unseen forces working behind the curtain in the affairs of the City of Oakland conspiring to keep West Oakland and its residents mired in eternal poverty, crime, death, destruction and drug addiction.  

On or about June 14, 1991, a confidential reliable informant (CRI) told the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) that a white male (5’ 10”, wt. 145) was interested in buying kilograms of cocaine for distribution. The CRI had been a reliable source of information regarding Bay Area drug trafficking. SFPD decided to setup a reverse sting operation to nab the drug dealer.

The police identified the CRI as Don Holmes. Holmes told police the suspect lived in Piedmont, CA in a million dollar house. Holmes set the suspect up to purchase five (5) kilos of cocaine at $18,500 for each kilo. The suspect had told the CRI that under normal circumstances he could have no problem coming up with sufficient cash to purchase the kilos, but he was involved with a major real estate deal that absorbed most of his cash. He had just purchased 15 condos in Utah for cash. He encouraged Holmes to invest his money in the condo project.

The suspect also bragged about how he launders money through real estate investments. The suspect discussed a past relationship with a major drug dealer, who one time produced a suitcase containing twenty kilos of cocaine and how his associate was busted by the Feds and seized all his money and property.

On July 12, 1991, the suspect showed up to purchase the kilos. He said that he had two associates two blocks away to test the product. The suspect negotiated the sale at $16,750 per kilo.

When the sting was strung, the suspect fled, but was arrested after a short chase. For whatever reasons, the SFPD did not pursue the suspect’s associates for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. The suspect was taken to the SFPD Southern Station for further investigations.

Astoundingly, the suspect was only cited for two marijuana cigarettes and released pending further investigations. [10] Over a month after the suspect’s arrest, the Oakland Police Department along with SFPD executed a search warrant for the suspect’s residence at 451 Jerome Avenue, Piedmont, CA. Among other things not reported, the police found marijuana (California Health & Safety Code, §11359) and psilocybin (magic mushrooms) for sale and distribution (California Health & Safety Code, §11378).

Oakland’s “Mr. Steve” & The New York Spatola-Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan

The Spatola-Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan is a transatlantic mafia family, based in Palermo and New York City. In Sicily, the family clan is centered around the Inzerillo, the Spatola and Di Maggio families, while in the United States the Sicilian faction in the Gambino family is the core of the group. The Inzerillo clan hailed from the Passo di Ragano neighborhood in Palermo. They were relatives of New York City Mafia boss Carlo Gambino.

Beginning in 1984, a courageous Italian judge with the aide of an informant turncoat mafia soldier began to break the $1.6 Billion dollar Inzerillo-Gambino Mafia Clan’s international heroin and cocaine smuggling, money laundering syndicates that used pizzerias as fronts. [11]

With the cooperation of the Italian police, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), FBI, and New York City Police, Carlo Gambino’s crime family came under an intense investigation. Through wiretaps, they discovered that a West Coast functionary of the Gambino Ring was a “Mr. Steve” in the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area.

The subsequent investigation and campaign by DEA to bust the San Francisco Bay Area-West Coast drug operations (distribution cells) of the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York crime families led to West Coast functionary “Mr. Steve.” Mr. Steve was Stephen Wilson, the son of Oakland Mayor and former Alameda County Superior Court Judge, Lionel Wilson.

In December 1988, “Mr. Steve” and twenty-one Bay Area criminals associated with the Spatola-Gambino, and Inzerillo Palermo- New York mob was rounded-up and busted by the DEA. [12] 

On 12/14/1988, the San Francisco Chronicle referred to Steve Wilson as a major high profile West Coast drug dealer functionary known in the inner circles as “Mr. Steve”. It also appeared that the DEA investigation was being compromised by Oakland’s Interagency Drug Council (IDC) controlled by Lionel Wilson.

In fact, San Francisco investigators were told by the Oakland Police Department (OPD) that they had no information about Mr. Steve nevertheless maintaining about ten (10) years of reliable informant reports that Steve Wilson was a major drug dealer in Oakland.

The DEA further identified Oakland’s Port of Oakland as the major U.S. entry point for “Golden Triangle” (Burma) heroin which distribution was/is primarily controlled by the New York Gambino Sicilian Mob family. [13] 

In 1988, the DEA seized cash, assets and Wilson’s home along with several other pieces of real property related to his drug trafficking industry saying that the assets had been bought with drug trafficking proceeds. Subsequently, the U.S. Justice Department was able to forfeit Wilson’s home as drug related assets in a civil suit. [14]

Mr. Steve was charged with conspiracy and attempting to pocess cocaine for sale between May and December 1988, and two counts of using a telephone to negotiate the acquisition of cocaine. He was charged with six tax violations for allegedly understanding his income to avoid more than $242,000 in federal taxes from 1986 through 1988.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that Richard W. Held (FBI Agent in Charge) was also one of “Mr. Steve’s” high placed guardian agents. FBI Agent Held notified Mayor Lionel Wilson of the DEA search warrant on “Mr. Steve” before the search took place. The DEA search warrant was hijacked and then executed about noon by Mayor Wilson’s own IDC instead of the DEA, and of course most of the evidence was gone and “Mr. Steve” was not there. [17]     

At the time, Richard Held may have been one of the most powerful and notorious FBI agents only behind the director. Held was Special Agent-in-Charge of the San Francisco FBI Office from 1985-1993.  Held began his career under President Richard Nixon’s fascist-Nazi administration in 1968 in the Los Angeles office of the FBI.

He became the lead agent in the FBI’s COINTELPRO “racial matters” pacification program along with the CIA’s Project CHAOS, Nixon’s Huston Plan, and the Public Disorder Intelligence Unit, of the CCS (Criminal Conspiracy Section of the Los Angeles Police Department) to attack, expose, and neutralize “black extremists”, and pacify the left. Their overall coordinated objective was to put the Black masses into their place; in prison, virtual slavery or 6 feet below the ground.

Held was instrumental in targeting Los Angeles Black Panther Party leader Geronimo ji jaga Pratt for neutralization by framing him for murder. In a 1/28/70 memo by Held to the FBI Director, Edgar J. Hoover, he confirmed his involvement, “I request Bureau approval … to attack, expose, and ridicule the BPP… operation number one is designed to challenge the legitimacy of the authority exercised by Elmer Gerard Pratt.” Framed for a murder he did not commit, Geronimo spent 25 years in state prison. He was released in 1997 after a judge overturned his conviction based on prosecutorial misconduct. The key witness in the case, Julius Butler, was an agent provocateur and informant for Held, LAPD, and the L.A. District Attorney’s office; that information was kept secret during Geronimo’s trial.

Mr. Steve’s guardian angels, Held and Jensen, were associated with the FBI’s ultra secret counterespionage domestic intelligence department, “Division Five.” Division Five was responsible for COINTELPRO. Some sources maintain that Division Five was/is an arm of the Office of Naval Intelligence associated with the assassination of the JFK and Dr. Martin Luther King under the cloak of the Defense Industrial Security Command (DISC). [18] [19]

Division Five acts dually with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) which acts on behalf of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. Directly under the two-pronged leadership of Division Five and the DIA is a control group, the highly secret policy agency, the DISC. [20] 

The DISC is headquartered at Muscle Shoals Redstone Arsenal in Alabama and on East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, which is the SECURITY DIVISION of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) that was headed by Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun. [21]

Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer was a special assistant, adviser and strategist to the U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff of Operations (DCSOPS) at the Pentagon, [22] and the National Security Council (NSC). The NSC was patterned after Hitler’s Security Council, and its jurisdiction was to oversee the CIA by dictate of the National Security Act of 1947

The extraordinary researcher Mae Brussell identified Kraemer as the “Number One” most powerful person (Secret Team) in the United States. She suspected that he was the very same Brigadefuhrer SS Fritz Kraemer [23] who was very high up in Hitler’s regime and personally responsible for extremely strategic fascist atrocities in WWII, who as a war crimes defendant literally walked away from the Nuremberg Tribunal. [24]

Fritz Kraemer and his son, Sven Kraemer, were major advisors of the NSC and the Pentagon Army Chiefs of Staff for both Democratic and Republican presidential administrations since Eisenhower. They were also prominent advisors in the Center for Security Policy (CSP), which features the William J. Casey Institute. Judge Jensen’s Alameda County Mafia partner, Edwin Meese III, was an informal advisor of the CSP with the Kraemers. [25]

U. S. Marine Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North was at the center of national attention during the Iran-Contra affair, a political scandal of the late 1980s under Reagan. North was a NSC member along with Kraemers involved in the clandestine sale of weapons to Iran, which served to encourage the release of U.S. hostages from Lebanon. North formulated the second part of the plan: diverting proceeds from the arms sales to support the Contra rebel group in Nicaragua.

The most disturbing item to come from Iran Contra was that there was another commodity being traded, namely drugs earmarked for the streets of the United States, particularly targeting the Black Communities of Los Angeles and the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area. Lt. Col North actually kept a record of the drug transactions, and labeled them as such as found by the Kerry 1988 Congressional Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics and International Operations. [26]

When the late courageous Gary Webb, author of Dark Alliance, was in Oakland, I asked him pointblank who were the Oakland Black drug dealers trafficking cocaine for the Colombia Cali-Medellin cartel funneling millions in drug (blood) profits to the Contras run by the CIA, and Lt. Col. Oliver North of the NSC. “Freeway” Ricky Ross was the exposed Black drug dealer trafficking cocaine for the Contras in Los Angeles, [27] but the Black Bay Area’s Iran-Contra Medellin drug traffickers remained anonymous.

Rather reluctantly, Webb said, “Rudy (Rudolph) Henderson.” I was somewhat shocked and taken back by the response. Rudolph had been my childhood friend when I lived a couple doors down from the Henderson Family on 8^th Street in West Oakland.

In West Oakland, Rudolph had been a husky sweet kid that didn’t even have the heart to fight. The Hendersons was an ordinary hard working blue collar family. They were like my second family.

In 1989, Henderson pleaded guilty to a single charge of possession for sale of 7 kilograms (15.4 pounds) of cocaine and evasion of $115,000 in taxes in 1984. He also agreed to forfeit his Sonoma County estate and two luxury cars. He was originally sentenced to 20 years in prison, but that was reduced on appeal. [28] In December 2006, Rudolph was liquidated in broad daylight in North Oakland. Rudy had been on parole since 2002 for the 1989 conviction for drug trafficking. Of course in Oakland, Rudy’s murder remains needlessly unsolved.

Crack cocaine has literally destroyed Black Communities across the nation. One in 11 African-Americans are in prison, on parole or on probation, and more than 50 percent of federal inmates are imprisoned for drug crimes related to crack cocaine. But in the drug trafficking industry, Rudy was like Cary Webb’s Dark Alliance Ricky (Freeway) Ross of Los Angeles; they were expendable. They were by design made the mass media’s most visible poster boys for drug traffickers and crack cocaine making Black communities across the country a wasteland of poverty, crime, death, destruction and drug addiction, while a far greater evil and danger loom.

“Ethnic cleansing is a bit trickier in South Central Los Angeles than it is in South Central Europe. It is essential in a “democracy” to have people do it in a way that makes it look like they’re “doing it” to themselves. You need a socially induced suicide. So how do you get people to commit suicide? You make it very attractive for their children to make money doing something illegal. Then you arrest them for it in a very visible way (Remember the battering rams and armored cars?).  You design stories to make people blame themselves for what has happened. This is how branding works. Pepsi = tastes good, Black people = cause illegal drugs and crime.  Support all this by a national media owned by defense contractors and other corporate interests. That way the nightly news has lots of moneymaking incentives to cover HUD OIG sponsored drug raids in black communities rather than doing a story on CIA drug trafficking.”  -Catherine Austin Fitts-  [29]

During wiretap investigation of the affairs of the drug syndicate of “Mr. Steve” at his home, Rudolph had been a frequent caller.  On many occasions the FBI/DEA recorded, he talked with Mr. Steve’s witting aficionado and partner in his drug trafficking industry, Denise E. Smith. The FBI/DEA had even followed Mr. Steve and Denise to the San Francisco Opera, and grand parties with the rich, famous and powerful in Beverly Hills, particularly at the home of the Ambassador of Mexico. Denise E. Smith is the same party at the head of Royal Realtors & Loan Services in Oakland [30] that just slipped through the cracks of a federal indictment for drug trafficking.

 After Gregory’s death, all of his office-business phone logs for weeks leading up to his death disappeared. However, we combed through the phone logs left by the intruders. We found messages left for Gregory from Mr. Steve’s aficionado and partner, Denise E. Smith, allegedly, relating to a piece of property on Skyline Blvd in the Oakland Hills. “Mr. Steve” and his network was also watching  Charles Alex Gregory.

Cointelpro- Cocaine & The SS (“Schutzstaffel”) The World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murder Cult

“Only the SS was equal to the task of exterminating the Jewish people. Others talked about it but had too many reservations. To have completed such a mission is an unwritten page of honor in the history of the SS.” (Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler)

Mr. Steve’s passport listed him as a Caucasian under the alias name of “Steve or Michael Towns.” Did he change his bloodline to join an international white blood cult network of cocaine distribution and death? Mr. Steve’s alias is eerily similar to the Nazi trained Chilean General Augusto Pinochet DINA assassin and Operation Condor (North-South American campaign of political repressions involving assassination and counter-intelligence operations) [31]  functionary, Michael V. Townley. [32]

“Our concern, our duty is our people and our blood. It is for them that we must provide and plan, work and fight, nothing else. We can be indifferent to everything else. I wish the SS to adopt this attitude to the problem of all foreign non-Germanic peoples… All else is vain…” (Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler)

Heinrich Himmler’s SS was the instrument most noted responsible for the demotic wholesale slaughter of Jews, and non Aryans by Nazi Germany. Its instrument of death, destruction and human annihilation went by a different name, “the Knights of the Black Sun”, the Masters of Death.

The SS is generally translated as the “Schutzstaffel”, a special staff or military unit. There was another darker occult meaning of the “SS”, a meaning with roots deep in dualism and the occult of ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, and Egyptian mythology.

The letters “SS” also referred to die Schwatze Sonne, the Black Sun. The doctrine of the Black Sun is that there are two suns, the “white” sun at the center of the physical solar system, and the “black” sun, a “hidden” sun of (spiritual) illumination. The myth of the Black and White Sun encompasses the ancient doctrine of dualism, the two realms of good and evil, light and darkness, order and chaos as independent principles.

In some versions of Black Sun mythology, the Black Sun lies at the center of the galaxy. One attribute of the Black Sun is that it is the cause of the immortality,” evil”, and the reincarnation of the soul. In Babylonian mythology it was also associated with the coming of the “King of Kings” and the establishment of a New Babylon. Finally, theosophical mythology associated the Black Sun with uttermost “Hyperborea” and “Thule”, the legendary stellar home and celestial origin of the Aryan race. [33]

Their gods were Aryan war gods, Odin (Wotan) and Thor. The Aryan war gods were filled with Magic and Power in Heaven and in “Hell.” Many of the top leaders in Hitler’s Inner Circle such as Himmler, Goebbels and even Hitler began to envision themselves as god-like, taking on the characteristics of Aryan war gods, and mythical Germanic Kings. They dwelled into the black arts and occultism and ancient volkish rights in order to bring forth an Aryan vanguard of “supermen” to accomplish world domination.

One of the vanguard’s most sacred missions was to bring about the total annihilation of non Aryans by a secret blood oath for the coming of a Germanic blood master root race. Himmler’s vanguard was made-up of the Blood and Elite of the Germanic race.

It is important to note that the SS not only wanted to kill the body, but sought by pseudo-occult-spiritual science to extinguish the soul and spirits of non Aryans.  Himmler and other key members of the SS were not only fanatic occultists, but followers and believers of Rudlof Steiner’s pseudo “spiritual science.” Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) was an important German occult philosopher.

Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Dr. Sigmund Rausher was Dr. Josef Mengele’s medical colleague at Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Poland performing some of the most bizarre and heinous medical experiments on human beings. Dr. Rausher was one of Rudlof  Steiner’s followers.  Dr. Rauscher had also been one of Himmler’s favorites, and it was Dr. Rausher that in August 1942 developed the idea of using gas chambers for racial mass murder and the “Final Solution”.

It was Steiner’s belief that potassium cyanide (like in the insecticide “Zyklon B” used in Auschwitz) from an occult point of view of “spiritual science” not only kills the body but also the soul. [34]

The SS sacred mission did not end after World War II, the death of the Hitler and the Nazi State. At least two years before the official end of World War II, the SS, including Reichsfuhrer SS Heinrich Himmler, began to go underground to continue their “Thousand Year Reich”  conspiracy of racial mass murder. Here lies one of the most neglected and veiled subjects of twentieth and twentieth-first century.

Generally, people of color aren’t fully aware of them. The media, and surprisingly, most of the left and so called progressives will not talk about the SS, which has allowed them to recruit knights, initiates and disciples to continue their veiled demotic deeds to mass murder non Aryans for decades to come. Incredibly, Bob Marley, the world’s greatest conscious reggae performer, was taken to a SS doctor, Dr. Josef Issels, a Knight of the Black Sun, for cancer treatment. Dr. Issels tortured Marley to death. Dr. Issels also worked under the Angel of Death, Dr. Josef Mengele, at Auschwitz. [35]

One of the principals of Operation Condor along with Michael V. Townley was wanted war criminal Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Klaus Barbie (1913–1991), [36] the “Butcher of Lyon”. SS Barbie had been recruited and veiled by U.S. Counter Intelligence Corps in 1947; he also worked for British intelligence. The CIA smuggled SS Barbie into South America as an asset. The ardent Nazi Barbie, consultant to the Bolivian Ministry of the Interior, was a major principal in Luis Garcia Meza Tejada’s 1980 “Cocaine Coup” in Bolivia. 

Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Barbie, ODESSA (Organization of SS Members), and their young neo-fascist disciples organized and protected Colombian Cali-Medellin cocaine cartels and transported drugs and weapons internationally to find its way to the streets of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area and Black Communities across the Nation. [37]   

SS Barbie was also instrumental as some sort of secret SS High Priest (Knight) in a satanic Thule Lodge [38] in forming a blueprint for a new type of occultist-satanic SS that became the core of paramilitary units, soldiers, and death squads for cocaine cartels across the United States, Central and South America. 

According to an acticle in the Los Angeles Time, 2/27/85, Hauptsturmfuhrer SS Mengele, the Angel of Death of Auschwitz, was also confirmed to having been involved in the Nazi network of crack cocaine distribution. One CIA document said SS Mengele used his farm machinery business in Paraguay, South America as a mechanism to move or launder large sums of money, as well as to cover the movement of illicit narcotics.  [39] 

Connect the dots. The FBI Division Five’s control group that was linked to COINTELPRO was controlled by Sturmbannfüehrer SS Dr. Wernher von Braun of NASA and the DISC.

Oliver North’s NSC prime mover and shaker was Brigadefuhrer SS Fritz Kraemer. Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer of the NSC was one of the most secretive, illusory and veiled personalities at the Pentagon. He didn’t allow pictures or biographies of himself to be produced or published. Nazi War Criminal SS Fritz Kraemer disappeared as a defendant from Nuremberg Tribunal in Germany after the war at the same time that Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer first appeared with U.S. Allied Forces in Germany. I believe Mae Brussell was right that Brigadefuhrer SS Kraemer was Fritz Gustane Anton Kraemer of the NSC. [40]

California’s resident Knight of the Black Sun, the CIA’s veiled agent war criminal and one of the architects of the “Final Solution,” Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (Beast of Bucharest) of TCI of Sacramento, CA sold the company’s largest subsidiary to Albert Hakim and Richard Secord. And that subsidiary became Stanford Trading Group International (STGI), and Stanford Technology Trading Group (STTG). STTG became the notorious CIA front that sprouted the Iran-Contra/Cocaine Connection conspirators from the operatives of the Phoenix Assassination and Counterintelligence Program of Vietnam. [41] It included Lt. Col. Oliver North, Theodore Clines, William Casey, Admiral J. Pointdexter, Edwin Wilson, Frank Terpil, Theodore Schackley, Chilean General Augusto Pinochet, and the Nugan Hand Bank.

The Nuremberg Tribunal declared the Knights of the Black Sun rightfully as a war criminal organization. The SS’s overall and undivided objective was to put non Aryans on the planet in their place; in prisons, in virtually slavery for the state, or 6 feet under; “to exterminate” them.   

Towards the end of the war in 1945 the occultist SS had over 840,000 members. They mercilessly carried out the Nazi’s mass murder-extermination policy in which as many as 6 million Jews and 4 million other mostly non Aryans were systematically exterminated on the streets, in concentration and death camps. The SS were frighteningly real, a racialist mass murder cult.

The mass majority of the Knights of the Black Sun just walked away and melted into Germany, Eastern Europe, South America, and into the governmental affairs of America as a plague of racism, chaos, murder, and genocide. 

The suspect’s high profile Bay Area drug dealer associate had to have been non other than Oakland’s “Mr. Steve.” The suspect like “Mr. Steve” also had powerful guardian angels in high places like FBI Agent Richard W. Held, Lionel Wilson, and the NSC, he was referred to Department 31 (Judge Vern Nakahara) of the Alameda County Municipal Criminal Court for misdemeanor probation & diversion pursuant to and under California Penal Code, §1000 even though he didn’t qualify for relief under that section. The suspect was a major Bay Area mob drug trafficker and money launderer. The suspect’s wife said that he had to pay someone $8.000 to package the deal, and get out of the case repackaged and squeaky clean.  

The City of Oakland’s  Sweetheart Real Estate Developer: A Major Crack Cocaine Drug Trafficker and Money Launderer

The repackaged and wiped squeaky clean suspect was Peter Robertson [42] of Baines and Robertson, Inc. [43]  Baines and Robertson was the entity that was Gregory Construction’s main competitor for the Victoria Court Redevelopment Project. The veiled Peter Robertson was at Gregory Construction, Inc.’s rear on the Victoria Court Project. Virtual Murrell and Franklin Young, the veiled society (The Triad), was posted at his front. Dr. Isaac Slaughter, an unseen veiled CIA asset and Denise E. Smith of “Mr. Steve’s veiled COINTELPRO-IRAN CONTRA CRACK COCAINE Syndicate was posted at his side.

COINTELPRO Goals:

1. Prevent the coalition of militant Black nationalists groups;
2. Prevent the rise of a (Black) messiah who could unify and electrify the militant Black nationalist movement;
3. Prevent Black nationalist groups and leaders from gaining respectability by discrediting them to the community;
4. A final goal should be to prevent the long-range growth of militant Black nationalists’ organizations especially among youth. [44]

Any Black leader, including Christian preachers, with charisma was a target of Cointelpro. The FBI’s Division Five, Defense Intelligence Agency of the Army Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Industrial Security Command wanted to destroy any and all progressive movements that sought to advance the human and civil rights of Black people. Any Black person who sought voting rights, quality education, decent jobs, and even improved housing for Black people was earmarked by Cointelpro for arrest or liquidation.

It was like the unsuspecting Charles Alex Gregory had been surrounded and led blindfolded into a secret demotic circle to be liquidated-heart-body-soul and seed for his natural brilliance, and vision and quest to uplift the souls and spirit of the Black masses, instead of joining in a conspiracy to literally exterminate and annihilate their heart, body and soul with crack cocaine.

THE GREGORY FILE PART II: A Little Touch of Buchenwald; Dr. Isaac Slaughter & Stanford University’s OUSD Death Studies and “THE MONSTER FACTORY”

-The Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area has one of the largest concentrations of some of the most traitorous and dangerous backstabbing cut throat Black Police, CIA, FBI and military intelligence contractors, informers and agent provocateurs in the country.- 

Charles Alex Gregory was never quite sure what it really meant when one of his associates made an unsettling comment during a private business meeting to implement a pioneering economic and real estate development plan for the revival of West Oakland. His colleague asked the group. “Who is watching Charles?” 

WHO WAS WATCHING CHARLES! 

One of Gregory Construction’s last housing development projects was in West Oakland on the 27^th hundred block of Adeline Street. He collaborated in a partnership on the housing project with Dr. Isaac Slaughter. Gregory’s vision was to create an on-site intensive entrepreneurial university and transitional home for Black students and young West Oakland families. 

 In 1990, Nelson Mandela visited the site and admired Gregory’s concept. While the young Black entrepreneurial genius was trying to turn West Oakland into an oasis of opportunity for its Black residents, a military-industrial-medical-congressional complex sentinel had been clandestinely posted at his door to undermine his efforts and transform West Oakland into a little Buchenwald.

Buchenwald was the home of some of the worst racist and nontherapeutic medical experiments conducted in Nazi concentration camps.  These experiments were done with the participation of many of Germany’s leading physicians, researchers, universities and chemical companies. Among the tests conducted on inmates were those involving typhus, yellow fever, smallpox, chemical warfare agents and poisoned ammunition. [1]

That sentinel that collected at Gregory’s door was that Dr. Isaac Slaughter, one of the most clandestine and dangerous Negroes in America. The late Dr. Isaac Slaughter was the director of the West Oakland Mental Health Clinic (WOMHC) since its inception in 1968. The WOMHC is a creature of the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS). The USPHS conducted one of the most racist and longest nontherapeutic experiment on human beings in medical history, The Tuskegee Syphilis Study. [2]  

West Oakland, A Little Buchenwald

In 1995, a lawsuit exposed Dr. Slaughter and Stanford University’s covert racist nontherapeutic death studies and experiments that were conducted in a predominately Black elementary school of the Oakland Unified School District. Stanford University is a handmaiden for military-industrial-medical-congressional complex. One of the objects of the death study experiment was to induce trauma in minor children by informing them of a loved one’ terminal illness and death, then record and study the post traumatic stress (PTS) reaction.[3]         

In the lawsuit, a 9 year-old Black child was pulled from his class at Cole Elementary School in West Oakland for a one-on-one interview with psychiatric social worker, Janet Florio. She was working through Slaughter’s West Oakland Mental Health Clinic for a Stanford University Death Study. [4]     

To deliberately induce trauma in the child during the interview, Florio told the boy that his mother was dying from cancer. She asked the 9 year old how he felt about it. The boy had no idea that his mother was suffering from cancer, or was gravely ill. The boy was traumatized. He was so traumatized and distressed about what he was told that he refused to go to school or leave his mother’s side fearing that she would die and leave him alone. 

It is also important to keep in mind that traumatized children are particularly subject to multiple personality syndrome and disorders due to traumas associated with parental separation through death or illness. Dr. Ralph Allison made the following important observation; “Child development specialists have long considered that it takes an average of seven years for any child to develop the personality that will be theirs for life. The personality of a child less than seven is too fragile to absorb life-threatening trauma without reacting in some fashion. Obviously not all children react to early trauma by dissociating, but those who do develop psychological entities which are different than those created at an older age.” [5]

The mother had no idea how Stanford discovered her illness. She had guarded revealing her condition to her child. She denied being involved in the Stanford’s Death Studies, or any knowledge of the study. 

The traumatized child required counseling and services of a mental health professional for PTS at Children’s Hospital in Oakland. The mother then sued OUSD, Janet Florio, Dr. Isaac Slaughter and WOMHC for damages. The case was settled before trial for little of nothing for only the child’s future PTS counseling.   

In October 2006, I requested information and explanation from Kathy McClelland, director of Stanford’s research compliance department in regards to the covert nontherapeutic experiments on defenseless Black children on school grounds without parental permission. McClelland was/is responsible for Stanford’s Human Research Protection Program. [6]  As of this date, McClelland and Stanford University has refused to acknowledge my inquiry or respond. Stanford is a private institution not subject to any public records acts. OUSD has no creditable California Public Records Act compliance office or officer. Under the Bush Administration, my Freedom of Information Acts has been all but ignored.

What were Dr. Slaughter, USPHS and Stanford University really up to? In a Stanford University study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Alliance for Research and Depression and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Dr. Victor Carrion, Associate Professor and Director of the Early Life Stress Research Program at Stanford [7] implicated that early trauma (PTS) such as parental separation through death or illness affects brain development, and that this abnormal brain development leads to abnormal, defiance and antisocial behavior later (biological determinism). [8]

On February 11, 1992, Dr. Frederick Goodwin, then Director of the Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Administration and main NIH psychiatrist announced that the chief public concern in the United States was violence. Dr. Goodwin unveiled an interagency effort to address violence through a governmental “Violence Initiative.”        

Dr. Goodwin is a career psychiatrist, and fascist bureaucrat with the NIH. The Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Administration is an agency under the NIH.  

Violence as a national public concern may be a legitimate governmental issue, but Dr. Goodwin’s focus was racial, and involved highly contested issues of genetic and biological determinism. The violence initiative concerned the genetic basis of the “violence” of inner city youth, particularly Black and Latino adolescences.        

What was shocking and raised eyebrows were Dr. Goodwin’s public introduction to the NIH’s Violence Initiative. He compared the behavior of inner youth to monkeys in the wild. 

“If you look at other primates in nature — male primates in nature — you find that even with our violent society we are doing very well. If you look, for example, at male monkeys, especially in the wild, roughly half of them survive to adulthood. The other half die by violence. That is the natural way of it for males, to knock each other off and, in fact, there are some interesting evolutionary implications of that because the same hyperaggressive monkeys who kill each other are also hypersexual, so they copulate more and therefore they reproduce more to offset the fact that half of them are dying. “Now, one could say that if some of the loss of social structure in this society, and particularly within the high impact inner city areas, has removed some of the civilizing evolutionary things that we have built up and that maybe it isn’t just the careless use of the word when people call certain areas of certain cities jungles, that we may have gone back to what might be more natural, without all of the social controls that we have imposed upon ourselves as a civilization over thousands of years in our own evolution.”

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the bible of modern psychiatry, was an invention of the military/intelligence complex, developed during World War II by Brigadier William Menninger to codify ‘deviant behavior’ that was institutionalized by the APA. [9]

The very bottom line of the Stanford study was to frame “post traumatic stress (PTS)” as violence predictors, and markers for brain abnormality causing deviant and abnormal disorders under the APA’s manual of disorders to justify governmental and multi-million dollar pharmaceutical psychological (drug) intervention to turn more Black children into docile governmental controlled zombies.

In April 2009, Father Landeza , Pastor of the predominately Black St. Columba Catholic Church in Oakland and citizen editorial board, appealed.

 “Ask any flatland Oakland youth if they know someone in jail, or someone who has been shot or killed. Many of these kids either find ways to deny their deep emotional pain or seek remedies — often unhealthy ones — to deaden the sting. Untreated youth PTSD should be viewed as a significant public health crisis within Oakland that cannot be ignored.” [10]

By Landeza’s appeal, California’s fascist Center for Study of Violent Behavior is revisited and may come in through the back door almost (35) thirty-five years after it was unvaryingly rejected as repulsive to civilized society. Psychosurgery or lobotomy was one of 24 (twenty-four) programs outlined in a new $1 million Center for the Study of Violent Behavior proposed by former Governor Ronald Reagan. Each program was described by Dr. Louis Jolyon West, Chief of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.

One of the most controversial projects was called “Violence Predication and Brain Waves”. The principal investigator listed was Dr. John Hanley, an associate professor of psychiatry at UCLA. Dr. West admitted that lobotomies were one means possible to control violent behavior.” There are many recorded cases of violent persons afflicted with temporal lobe epilepsy, showing focal brain wave abnormalities, in whom the pattern of violence was cured by surgical removal of the focus of abnormal brain wave activity,” he wrote. [11]       

Father Landeza’s appeal takes us right back to Sturmhauptfuhrer SS Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing (Beast of Bucharest), the Oakland/Sacramento/San Francisco Bay Area’s resident SS Officer. [12]

 SS Bolschwing told associates how the Third Reich used drugs in the drinking water in concentration camps such as Buchenwald to keep the prisoners docile, and that the bottom line of pharmaceutical manipulation and intervention was to control the population in the quest for world domination. [13]

Furthermore, the violence center was reportedly the brainchild of Dr. William W. Herrmann. Dr. Herrmann was one of SS Bolschwing’s California understudies in Reagan’s Kitchen Cabinet.

Dr. Isaac Slaughter had a direct connection with Dr. Herrmann and Dr. West at the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville, and one of Dr. West’s CIA MK ULTRA contractor colleagues.

Dr. Slaughter had been President of the Association of Black Psychiatrists of America founded by Dr. Chester Pierce, a Professor of Educational Psychiatry at Harvard University. Dr. Pierce had a peculiar and interesting background.

In 1962, Dr. Pierce was an associate of the renowned and notorious CIA mind binder spook psychiatrist Dr. Louis Jolyon West in an infamously fanatical experiment   investigating the psychoactive drug LSD for the CIA.

Dr. West and his colleague at the University of Oklahoma, the same, Dr. Chester Pierce, were looking into the mind blowing effects of the stimulant. They shot 297 milligrams of LSD into the rump an elephant named Tusko with a rifle-powered dart at 8am on August 3. It was enough LSD to make 3000 people experience hours of “marked mental disturbance”. Tusko immediately began to sway, his hindquarters buckled, and it became increasingly difficult for him to maintain himself upright. Five minutes after the injection, he trumpeted, collapsed, fell heavily on to his right side, defecated, and went into status epilepticus.” An hour and 40 minutes later, Tusko was declared dead. [14]

A Humanist, Dr. Pierce was also described as a fanatical New Age and New World Guru. At a 1973 conference on Educating for the New World Order, he instructed:

“Every child in America who enters school at the age of five is mentally ill, because he comes to school with an allegiance to our institutions, toward the preservation of this form of government that we have. Patriotism, nationalism, and sovereignty, all that proves that children are sick because a truly well individual is one who has rejected all of those things, and is truly the international child of the future.” [15]

Similarly, Dr. Slaughter had a peculiar, scary and extremely veiled counterintelligence background. Since 1960, Dr. Slaughter had been a head staff psychiatrist at the “Little Prison of Horrors,” the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville at the controls of the facility’s electric-shock machine in the Maximum Psychiatric Diagnostic Unit. [16]

At Vacaville, he was also a collaborator of another renowned and notorious CIA’s mind control-binder spook psychiatrist, Dr. James Alexander Hamilton of Sanford University and UC Berkeley. Dr. Hamilton, CIA Technical Services Division (TSD) Station Chief at Vacaville, conducted MK ULTRA and MK SEARCH experiments, “clinical testing of behavioural control materials” on inmates funded by a chain of front organizations, [17] and the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). [18]

At Vacaville, Dr. Slaughter was the leading Black elder of one of the CIA’s most notorious illegal domestic counterintelligence mind control operations, the Black Cultural Association (BCA). The BCA produced the infamous counterintelligence agent provocateur domestic terrorist zombie, Donald Defreeze, of the Symbionese Liberation Army. [19]

In December 1969, Donald DeFreeze was sent to Chino for “psychiatric testing.” From there, he was sent to Vacaville Medical Facility for a term of 6-14 years, where he was to undergo a drastic personality multiplication under the CIA’s MK Ultra-SEARCH mind control program under Dr. Slaughter; and Dr. Hamilton. [20]

Dr. Slaughter’s BCA was allegedly yet another brainchild of Ronald Reagan’s fascist kitchen cabinet pacification expert, Dr.  Herrmann. [21]  Dr. Pierce’s CIA MK ULTRA colleague, Dr. Louis Jolyon West, was Dr. Slaughter’s BCA senior technical consultant. [22]

In 1970, Dr. William W. Herrmann brought in CIA contractor Colston Westbrook. Westbrook was a black psychological warfare expert whose firm had built interrogation/torture centers for the CIA in Vietnam for CIA’s PHOENIX program. [23]           

Hermann was a counter insurgency expert for Systems Development Corporation. Herrmann worked with Stanford Research Institute (SRI), the RAND Corporation, and the Hoover Center on Violence at Stanford University. Herrmann was a CIA agent that was associated with the Phoenix Assassination Program of the Vietnam War. He was also directly linked with the Iran-Contra affair as an arms dealer, probable for the Merex Company, in the “October Surprise” according to government records and Herrmann’s own testimony. [24]          

The Iran-Contra affair incident that resulted in Herrmann being imprisoned was the sale of 10,000 TOW missiles to Iran. According to sources, Oliver North thought him unreliable so Herrmann ended up in jail where he could be silenced if need be. He was arrested in London on the job in 1985, while moving suitcases of counterfeit US currency. After serving prison time in England from 1986-87, he was sent to a prison in Pennsylvania. [25]          

Dr. Herrmann was yet another head of the Nazi Hydra in America under Strumbannfuhrer SS Otto von Bolschwing.. The UCLA Violence Control Center and BCA were actually the playground of the Herrmann/Bolschwing circle as part of California’s pacification plan consistent with the stated objectives of the Huston Plan, and the Third Reich. Bolschwing’s protégé and a body of the International Nazi Hydra network were Strumbannfuhrer SS Otto Skorzeny and his Merex Company. Merex was at the heart of arms sales to Iran. [26]               

Colston Westbrook was deeply implanted within U.C. Berkeley’s Black Studies Department. Westbrook became Defreeze’s CIA control agent at Vacaville under his new implanted counterintelligence-insurgency revolutionary multiple personality to become Clinique, the leader of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA). [27]   The rest is history. 

DR. SLAUGHTER’S ARMY OF MONSTERS, THE CULT OF THE DEATH ANGEL 

“Terrorism is a relatively gentle means of keeping the masses in a state of permanent obedience.” [28] 

Dr. Slaughter’s army of zombie assassins was real. The victims were real. During the 1970’s, there were numerous sadistic machete attacks against whites that took place in the Oakland-Berkeley Area that to this date remain unsolved.

According to authorities on October 25, 1970, the first Death Angel murder was committed in Berkeley. The mutilated body of a young white man was found in the backyard of 2412 Sixth Street. He had multiple cuts covering his body. He appeared to have been hacked to death with an axe or machete. Three blocks away at 2410 Ninth Street, there were programmed killers brothers, Ronnie (Al Rashid) and Sebron Flenaugh, Jr. (The Jedi Assassin).

On the evening on June 25, 1988, Sebron, Jr. went on an absolutely bizarre shooting spree at Micropure warehouse in Concord, CA. He killed two people, and wounded 5 others in some type of induced “Jedi Warrior” trance. [29] 

On the evening of November 14, 1971, Ronnie Flenaugh, a member of El Constran, was assassinated at the apartment of the group’s leader, Billy Mapp. The name “El Constran” was first coined by D. Lowell Jensen, Alameda County District Attorney. [30] 

In the onslaught, Mapp’s young daughter was also senselessly and savagely slaughtered that night. An associate Paul Cook gave police the lead to some of the assassins, George Freddie Payne, 31, and David “Chilly Red” Williams, 39. Flenaugh, Mapp, and Cook and the assassins were all connected to activities at a halfway house on 32^nd and Telegraph in Oakland.          

Flenaugh under the pseudo name Al Rashid was most likely cut out as a direct link to a number of senseless puzzling machete slashings occurring in Oakland and Berkeley by the “Cult of the Death Angels.”

On October 16, 1972, Mapp and Flenaugh’s co-pseudo religionist of El Constran, Paul Cook, a parolee and prison reform activist was brutally assassinated on 32^nd Street in front of Alternative House. Cook’s assailant was UC Berkeley grad and Black operative, Maalik El Maalik. Maalik was a Bay Area prison reformer that the New World Liberation Front had subsequently issued a death warrant for CIA/FBI collaboration. [31]

Cook and Maalik were running Alternative House. The halfway house was home to recently released Black and Brown prison parolees experimentally minded controlled and bended by the medical-military-industrial complex for special projects like assassinations. For an ex-convict halfway house, Alternative house was full of guns, knives and weapons. Direct sponsors of the house had been the Oakland Police Department and the notorious Raymond Procunier, Director of the California Department of Corrections. [32]         

Seemingly, Cook had become problematic after Flenaugh’s murder. Cook had authored a manuscript entitled “The Monster Factory” to expose the abuses of the prison industrial complex and his complexity at Alternative House in managing virtually created zombie “monsters” coming out of the prisons. Just before being shot to death at the halfway house, he had been attacked and repeatedly stabbed in the chest with a screwdriver by an Alternative House ex-con. In some way, Cook survived that attack to kill him. The ex con alleged that Cook had threatened him with a shotgun at the house. [33]         

Cook and Maalik appeared to be at the heart of managing the group of pseudo Black Muslim” El Constran, Cult of Death Angels.” They wore distinctive black turbans and long black capes. Cook also always wore a vest of chains that symbolically connected him with prison. Cook had recently been paroled from San Quentin where he claimed to have been a friend of George Jackson. 

Cook had planned to walk away from Alternative House. Within days of his murder, Cook had planned to release for publication the first of his exposes about the “Monster Factory” in the infamous alterative newspaper, The Berkeley Bard.           

On that faithful day, Cook had returned to Alternative House to retrieve some of his personal property. Fearing another attempt on his life for reprisals for leaving Alternative House and threatening to publicly expose it, Cook’s immediate family escorted him to the house. Nevertheless, Maalik shot him in the back, and once on the ground blew his brains out at close range. Paul and his family had been unarmed.        

Maalik was later acquitted of murder by self defense when the defense painted Paul as a crazed violence prone ex convict. Alex Haley of Roots fame was one of Maalik’s many well connected character witnesses. [34]   

The Dr. Frankenstein in charge of the Alternative House zombies was Dr. Isaac Slaughter, working out of the WOMHC. Cook, Flenaugh, and Mapp of El Constran and assassins of Flenaugh were Dr. Slaughter and Dr. Hamilton’s CIA mind controlled zombie monsters out of San Quentin, Folsom and the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville. Maalik El Maalik was further connected to Dr. Slaughter and Dr. Hamilton through California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville’s New Careers (Behavior Modification) Program. [35]

There is yet another twist to Alternative House. In 1976, Al and Jeanie Mills, former members of the Peoples Temple acquired ownership interest in Alternative House. The Mills were notorious John Birchers [36] and the public relations specialists for Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple.

In 1979, CIA remote viewer Russell Targ of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) [37] was the Director of Counseling at the Human Freedom Center (HFC), which was founded by the same former Peoples Temple members, Jeannie and Al Mills.  It was the Center which involved Congressman Leo Ryan in his investigation into Jonestown, [38] and set him up for assassination in Guyana in 1978.

About two weeks after Targ left HFC to return to SRI, the Mills were bounded and gagged and executed in Berkeley in 1981. The Mills were planning to write a book on Jonestown.[39]  There is very definite connection between the CIA and SRI. [40]

Just prior to his death, Charles reportedly commented on his dilemma to family. He suggested that he had somehow been deliberately misled by the people around him; he said that by the time he finally looked up and realized what was happening to him, he had already been encircled. With friends like Dr. Isaac Slaughter, who needs enemies?

Needless to say, Gregory’s entrepreneurial university and transitional home for Black students and young West Oakland families that Nelson Mandela admired and coined a South African name for didn’t develop, nor the badly needed shopping center at the site of Clawson Elementary School, or the transformation of the Acorn Project into tenant owned affordable condos.

Some of the people traitorously watching Charles are obvious. Within three years of Gregory’s death, Dr. Isaac Slaughter suddenly died in 1995.

THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS: Oakland’s MK-ULTRA Monarchs, Political Assassination Pasties & Convictions by False Confessions

“We’re through the looking-glass here, people… white is black and black is white.” Jim Garrison (Kevin Costner-JFK, the Movie)

The Chauncey Bailey case is not a dog and pony show. Chauncey is dead. Whatever his views, Chauncey was a loved familiar icon in the community. He was murdered in board daylight on a busy Oakland street by shotgun blasts blowing his head away in an utter cold grizzly and sadistic fashion. It was a classic Oakland political assassination just like the assassination of Dr. Marcus A. Foster.

At least four people besides Chauncey are also dead. The lives of dozens of young men and their families lie in the balance between happiness, freedom and life in prison or the death penalty. At the apex of the crossroads of their lives is a cold blooded COINTELPRO police counterintelligence agent-provocateur that specializes in entrapment, inhumane interrogation methods and torture. There is a government created Monarch with an implanted photographic memory ready to spin tales of Big Black Brutes including tales of the reemergence of the Death Angels of the infamous Zebra Murders of the 1970’s who allegedly randomly assassinated white people.  The tales will certainly wet the drawers of fearful white women across the world. And, there is a powerful news media collective feeding white hysteria by spinning front page stereotypical tales of religious fanatics, murder, bedlam, madness and sex. This is not a movie plot but real events that will lead to further human misery, tragedies, and racial injustices.    

The Oakland Police Department with the collaboration of the Chauncey Bailey Project is attempting to close the case on the false confession of an emotionally disturbed and abused foster home client with little or no collaborating physical evidence. Devaughndre Broussard has more of an emotional range of a Richard Prior then a cold blooded assassin.

Convictions by false confessions of powerless emotionally disturbed mentally disabled and mildly retarded individuals plague the American judicial system, and taint the Chauncey Bailey case to high heaven.

Murder of an Infant Who Never Existed (1999, Alabama)

While in jail awaiting trial for an unrelated crime, Victoria Banks claimed to be pregnant. She did it to garner sympathy and get out of jail. The ploy worked. Later, when a sheriff asked her about the baby, she told him that the baby had died. She, her husband, Medell, and her sister, Dianne Tucker, “all with mental retardation,” underwent intensive questioning over 5 days until they confessed to murdering the infant. Later, it was discovered that Victoria had undergone a tubal ligation 4 years earlier and was unable to have children. [1] 

Man Describes Own Arrest and Interrogation: Michael Fitzpatrick (1999, New York)

This man “with autism” was questioned about a bank robbery. He signed a confession, but no record was made of the actual interrogation. Interestingly, Fitzpatrick, a man with remarkable weaknesses and strengths, possessed an uncanny knack for recall. He wrote a detailed 6-page summary of what went on between him and the interrogating police chief. In his summary, Fitzpatrick said that the chief “told me that he would talk to me like a father to a son. So I said, ‘Okay, Dad.’” Five months later, the real bank robber confessed. He stated that he could not stand seeing a person with an intellectual disability go to prison for a crime he, a serial bank robber, committed. [2]  

No other class of evidence is so profoundly prejudicial… triers of fact accord confessions such heavy weight in their determinations that the introduction of a confession makes the other aspects of a trial in court superfluous, and the real trial, for all practical purposes, occurs when the confession is obtained.

On August 2, 2007, Oakland Post Journalist Chauncey Bailey was viciously struck down on a busy Oakland street by an unknown assailant wearing a black ski mask. A witness stated that Chauncey had just finished a McDonalds’ breakfast before walking up the street to his death. The witness stated that Chauncey left McDonalds carrying a briefcase. 

In Oakland, each year there are hundreds of killings each year involving nameless Black and Latinos that go unresolved, but Chauncey’s death had become sensational news because he was a well known journalist. Chauncey wasn’t a Gary Webb (Dark Alliance), Danny Casolaro (Octopus Conspiracy), or Gary Caradori (Franklin Coverup) type of investigative journalist that beat the bushes to expose governmental, organized crime, military-industrial-medical complex abuses and conspiracies. Chauncey as we usually affectionately called him was a local community icon that always existed on the fringe of truly breaking a big local story.

At one time, I persuaded Chauncey to do a story about the Alameda County Mafia forcing Black and Latino elderly homeowners into county conservatorships as a scheme to strip them of their valuable real properties. [3] Chauncey ran the story, but soon backed off due to pressure after he told he that the story had generated a great deal of public response and outrage. After the story ran, my office phone lines which I left as a reference to the article were stealthily switched so that no one could contact me or follow-up the story.

On April 29, 2009, almost two years later after the assassination, the Alameda County Grand Jury under mass media persuasion from the Chauncey Bailey Project indicted young defenseless, traumatized and hapless Yusuf Bey IV, 23, of murder for allegedly telling two followers to kill Bailey.

The members of the grand jury are supposed to be selected randomly from the general public. However during the late 1960’s, Alameda County’s grand jury system was changed under a narrowly drawn statutory exception by the Alameda County Mafia headed by the infamous fascist district attorneys Delwin Lowell Jensen and Edwin Meese as a tool to primarily discredit, disrupt and destroy the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, the radical Left and Black Nationalist (Black Muslims).

The members of the Alameda County Grand Jury are all specially and exclusively handpicked selected by Alameda County Superior Court Judges. The handpicked Alameda County Grand Jury takes all of its secret evidence and walking orders from the district attorney just like the pastor singing to the choir. Whereas in Alameda County, rarely if ever do its grand juries indict anyone other than poor, hapless and defenseless Blacks and Latinos for crimes while major drug traffickers, organized, white collar, corporate and police crime reign free.

The grand jury heard two days of undisclosed and sealed testimony from a star witness before indicting Young Bey. Their star witness was another traumatized hapless defenseless young man, Devaughndre Broussard, 21, that confessed to the murder and later recanted that confession. The Young Bey grand jury proceeding is sealed, but the indictment is most likely solely based on Broussard’s testimony served up to them on a silver plate by an unlikely person, his own attorney.

Most likely, there was no independent physical evidence presented to them that linked Broussard to Bailey’s murder. Additionally and most likely, there was no paraffin (gun powder residue) test evidence presented to the jury that would have proved that Broussard ever fired any weapon. Recall that Broussard said that he allegedly shot Bailey in the head at close range at least three times with double shot shotgun pellets. Most likely, the grand jury had no ski masks or clothes with bone, skin or blood scatter material either to link Broussard to the killing.

The lead detective in the investigation of Chauncey Bailey’s Assassination was Sergeant Derwin Longmire of the Oakland Police Department (OPD). By most accounts, Sgt. Longmire was the illicit mentor of Yusuf Bey IV, and police intelligence agent-provocateur in charge and responsible for the bedlam and mayhem behind the YBMB crime spree. The crimes of the young brothers could not have taken place without the direct involvement, collaboration and influence of the OPD and Sgt. Longmire.

After the death of the elder Yusuf Bey in September 2003, Waajid Aliawaad Bey, age 51, became CEO of YBMB which was a successful black enterprise. In March 2004, he was allowed to be disappeared until his badly decomposed body turned up as another Oakland Black male unsolved murder statistic.

In June 2005, John Bey, another able leader of the YBMB enterprise was shot at several times allegedly in a failed assassination attempt. The deadly assault on John Bey is again unresolved. The assassination attempt was effective in running him away from the enterprise.

The bakery business was then taken over by Yusuf Bey’s son, Antar Bey. At age 23 on October 25, 2005, Antar Bey was liquidated in what police alleged to have been a coincidence and a failed carjacking while he stopped to get gas on Martin Luther King Jr. Way, near 55th Street in Oakland. Alfonza Phillips III was arrested for killing Antar Bey.

In 2007, Phillips was convicted and sent to prison for life for Antar’s killing. Lead OPD detective in prosecuting Phillips, yours truly, Sgt. Longmire. [4] Phillips’s girlfriend Althea Foy said that she had been tortured and forced by Sgt. Longmire to confess that Phillips told her that he had killed Antar.  Her cries of OPD’s inhumane interrogation tactics have been completely ignored and disregarded by the media.

Who really killed Waajid and Antar and ran away John Bey from the enterprise which allowed Stg. Longmire to step into the footsteps of Elder Bey, Waajid and Antar to entrap the young Beys into a sensational crime spree?

Longmire wasn’t just one of your run of the mill coffee drinking donut crunching sergeants. Longmire was an OPD intelligence unit supervisor. ^[5] In other words, he was a leader of a specialized trained “Red Squad” unit. Red Squads are police intelligence units that specialize in infiltrating, conducting counter-measures and gathering intelligence on political and social groups. ^[6] 

During the 60’s, Red Squads worked in concert with the Nixon’s Whitehouse Huston Plan, the FBI under its notorious COINTELPRO, and the CIA’s Operation Chaos to disrupt and destroy Black Nationalists (Black Muslims), Black Panthers, anti-war and “New Left” activists. Contrary to official government assertions, COINTELPRO and Operation CHAOS never ended it just morphed itself into something far more secretive and dangerous than before.

The young men of YBMB are virtually defenseless. All of the crimes that they have been accused of have been sensationalized by the race baiting and yellow journalism of the Chauncey Bailey Project. Young Bey do not have a competent attorney and most likely has no means to hire one just like the political pasty Lee Harvey Oswald left in Dallas begging for legal representation. While Broussard’s controller, Attorney LeRue Grim, has led him like sheep to slaughter just like political pasties James Earl Ray and Sirhan Sirhan.

LeRue Grim is another remarkable individual to pop up in this case with an interesting background. Grim is affiliated with American Humanist Association and the Humanist Church. Grim is a signer of the Humanist Manifesto II and president of the Fellowship of Humanity on 28^th Street of Oakland. [I]n “1933, the Humanist Manifesto was written as a direct challenge to all religions of the world. It asserted that man has the power to be god-like. It promoted atheism, evolution (rather than creation), communism and moral relativity. Thus we are told that there is no God, that the Bible and the Ten Commandments are meaningless hoaxes and that anything we do – even murder – is okay, as long as it is for a “good reason”. John Dewey, one of the prime influences in America’s government (public) school system, was a major advocate of humanism.” [7]

Humanist Manifesto II was written in 1973, and one of its signers along with Grim was “the infamous sexologist Sol Gordon, who referred to himself as “polymorphous perverse.” Gordon has been on the board of directors of SIECUS (Sex Information and Education Council of the United States), has been affiliated with Ortho Pharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, which is connected with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation), has produced the infamous Zing Sex Comix, and has called many of those disagreeing with him “Bible Bigots.” And in case you think this represents only an isolated extreme example of humanistic attitudes about people who believe in THE HOLY BIBLE, look at the following quote from a prize-winning essay by John Dunphy in THE HUMANIST (January-February 1983): ‘The battle for humankind’s future must be waged and won in the public school classroom…between the rotting corpse of Christianity…and the new faith of humanism….Humanism will emerge triumphant.’ Psychologically, this was all part of a programming process that would culminate in a “brave new world,” and how it would be administered was explained in Roderick Seidenberg’s 1964 book, ANATOMY OF THE FUTURE, in which he showed how a master race of “administrators” controls the masses of human beings “by the ever increasing techniques and refined arts of mental coercion” to the level of mindless guinea pigs.”[8]

According to the Oakland Fellowship of Humanity, “The President of the Fellowship in the early 1970s was a Supervisor of Custodians for Hayward State University.  He was Jake Price, father of two sons, one the former Vice Principal of Oakland’s Technical High School, Marty Price, and the other, Styles Price, high school teacher and social activist…Tolbert Small became Jake’s son-in-law and a founder of the George Jackson Free Health Clinic.  Tolbert once worked with the Black Panthers and today he is a renowned Oakland medical doctor, in fact, a rare hero of medicine who runs an independent medical practice.” [9]

Interestingly, Styles and Marty Price were directly implicated in the Aug. 20, 1970 assassination of Gary Tsukamoto, Berkeley’s first police officer slain in the line of duty. At one time, Styles Frederick Price, a retired Oakland social studies teacher, and Don Juan Warren Graphenreed were arrested on probable cause warrants for Tsukamaoto’s homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide. Graphenreed was accused of driving the getaway car while Price was accused of pulling the trigger.

The assassination of Tsukamaoto was a clandestine military intelligence counterintelligence “Strategy of Tension” operation designed to bring into disrepute and disrupt the Black Panther Party that the police alleged were the culprits. Either Price or Graphenreed were Black Panther members. A public trial would have implicated and exposed covert military intelligence executive action operations in Tsukamaoto’s murder, both Price and Graphenreed had to be subsequently freed and released from the charges.  Tsukamaoto’s murder may never be solved if left to local police.

At the time of Tsukamaoto’s assassination, I knew both Price and Graphenreed as students at Oakland’s old Merritt Jr. College campus. I knew Graphenreed as “Stan”. Stan was associated with Venceremos (Cuban Volunteer Harvest Program), and a military-police counterintelligence group headed by Mark Comfort called the “Alm Boy Dukes”. Styles’ associations were less dubious, but his brother, Marty Price, was a well known counterintelligence leftist radical. According to Styles, Marty was a supplier of C-4 explosives to radicals, and was involved in some type of paramilitary training with the panthers based in the mountains near the University of Santa Cruz. [10]

One of these training centers in the Santa Cruz Mountains was the site of the grizzly murder of Fred Bennett and satanic mutilation of his body in January 1971. Bennett was the head of the East Oakland Chapter of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense. Bennett was accused of being an informer. He was executed by a shot in the head by a .357 magnum. The body was then set on fire. After the flesh had been burned from his bones, the bones were pulverized with a shovel and scattered in the woods where the police found 149 sticks of dynamite. [11]  Marty’s calling card?

Also during that time, the University of Santa Cruz had become the base of the extremely dangerous military counterintelligence mass mind control specialist, Dr. Gregory Bateson. Englishman Bateson was associated with the notorious Dr. Aldous Huxley, author of “The Brave New World.” Among other things, Dr. Bateson had been with the Office of Strategic Services (forerunner of the CIA), and then led the CIA’s MK-Ultra hallucinogen (LSD) secret mind control and drug project [12]  along with Dr. Huxley to create zombie assassins, and turn the masses into guinea pigs and mindless robots. With Dr. Bateson at its roots, the tiny town of Santa Cruz became a mass murder and serial killer capital. [13] 

I had an occasion to meet with LeRue Grim, the old trickster, at the American Legion War Memorial Building and Complex in San Francisco. He was the Chairmen of the American Legion War Memorial Commission. For whatever reasons, Grim just popped up and committed himself as an attorney to represent me and others to save another well endowed Oakland Black religious institution, Mt. Zion Spiritual Temple. Mt. Zion was a religious institution created by the Late “His Grace” King Louis H. Narcisse, from being looted, liquidated and destroyed by Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown’s fascist forces and the military industrial complex. Grim was slick and smooth as silk. He easily convinced us that he naturally had our best interest at heart, and had agreed to prepare the legal strategy and pleadings before the appellate panel to attack an utterly bizarre injunction issued against us by an Alameda County Mafia Superior Court Judge, Cecilia Castellanos.

It was a trick. Grim intentionally disarmed us to allow our appeal rights to just lapse. Grim has a special website to attack what he alleged to be untrue and misleading information about him on the internet. [14] However, his past misconduct and disciplinary record is matter of public record. [15]   Likewise, Grim weaseled his way into the fragile confidence of Devaughndre Broussard and unprofessionally and cold heartedly sold him down the river for the military-industrial-medical and congressional complex. .

I also had occasion to share a breeze with Chauncey Bailey before his assassination. I shared a small office space with some brothers on Franklin Street in downtown Oakland. One morning I entered the office and found to my surprise Chauncey working on one of the office computers across from me. I was under the impression that Chauncey had left Oakland to reside permanently on the Island of St. Kitts in the Eastern Caribbean, but for some unknown reason had quietly returned to Oakland. Chauncey had been associated with a stable of reporters handled by the late Dr. Carlton Goodlett of the San Francisco Sun Reporter [16] which included Congresswoman Barbara Lee [17] and Chauncey’s employer, Paul Cobb of Post Newspaper.

Dr. Goodlett, a CIA contractor, was Jim Jones’ personal doctor and implicated in supplying the Peoples Temple and Jonestown with Black elderly patients for covert CIA fodder guinea pig mind control and ethic biological medical experiments at Jonestown, Guyana. [18] [19]St. Kitts is an old Jesuit controlled Island from the 17^th Century that is heavily involved in drug trafficking and money laundering from drug cartels in Columbia, South America.[20] Mayor Jerry Brown is an old world Catholic Jesuit Priest. Chauncey was a practicing Catholic. I had a gut feeling that something was terrible wrong with the picture that flashed before my eyes. I was afraid that I was being setup for something far out straight out of a James Bond novel or the Da Vinci file. I immediately packed up all of my papers and belongings that I could carry and hurriedly left the office without saying a word to Chauncey. For whatever reasons, Chauncey was expressly interested in knowing what my office hours were. One of the brothers had even given Chauncey a key to my office. That brother was an alleged paid FBI informer. From then on, I started to work out of the office only during sporadic early mornings, weekends and late nights to prevent Chauncey or anyone else from developing my daily routine.

The lead story that Chauncey was murdered by Devaughndre Moniq Broussard and Yusuf Bey IV to stop him from developing a story exposing the financial woes of YBMB is a cover for something much bigger that Bailey was involved in investigating and exposing like corruption of the OPD and Jerry Brown. [21] 

The motive that Chauncey was killed to stop him from exposing the financial woes of YBMB was/is a false flag. With Stg. Longmire deeply infiltrated within YBMB, a key to setting up the false flag for Chauncey’s assassination and the final fall of bakery enterprise was the appearance of Attorney Fayedine Coulter. On October 24, 2006, Coulter filed a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition for YBMB. As YBMB’s bankruptcy attorney, Coulter had the entire inside and outside web of information and documentation regarding the entire financial affairs of YBMB. [22]

If Chauncey had been setup to obtain confidential documents regarding YBMB’s confidential financial affairs, who would obviously have been the source? “Good Ole Girl” Fayedine Coulter.

Along with John Burris, Earl Warren, D. Lowell Jensen, Edwin Meese; Thomas Jensen, and DA Thomas Orloff, Fayedine Coulter is a 1976-77 graduate of U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall’s “Good Ole Boys Club” forever loyal to the Alameda County Mafia, the Military-Industrial-Medical-Congressional Complex, and Lucifer’s servants. [23]

After the death of Chauncey, the bankruptcy court forced YBMB into an involuntary Chapter 7 then completed the total liquidation and the Final Fall of YBMB. Coulter conveniently and quietly slipped underneath the foliage like a snake for her next dirty operation for the Alameda County Mafia, the Military-Industrial-Medical-Congressional Complex, and Lucifer’s servants.

Monarchs refer to young people in America who are/were victims of mind-control experiments run either by the CIA or military intelligence agencies. Monarch stands for the Monarch Butterfly, and a symbolic “unfolding of a New Consciousness within.” 

Broussard is a lonely institutionalized psychological abused and traumatized individual with very little close family ties. Broussard may have also be a hapless crack addict. [24] He is a perfect and classic military-industrial-medical complex mind controlled political pasty. Broussard spent most of his formative young life in and out of foster homes. Even the CBP admitted Broussard life was like “…jigsaw puzzle with many missing pieces.” [25] 

When his mother was arrested and sent to prison for drug abuse offenses, Broussard was packed up and sent to Edgewood Children’s Center for Emotionally Disturbed Children in San Francisco. [26] Edgewood Children’s Center is a large agency that cares for some of the most disturbed children and adolescents in the state in various day and residential programs providing medical and psychiatric care (mind altering drugs, hypnosis, and electrical shock therapy?). 

In March 2005, Broussard was reported missing by his mother from his home in San Francisco. Broussard turned up in Belmont, California on a robbery charge. Belmont is a predominately white affluent city in San Mateo County with particularly no Black residents. Belmont is known as the City of Sanitariums. [27] Belmont was the home to Twin Pines Hospital part of the State of California’s system of notorious psychiatric facilities. What was Broussard doing in Belmont?  Being secretly programmed by one of Twin Pines’ old guard MK-Ultra mind control doctors?  MK ULTRA was the CIA’s Top Secret Program in Human Experimentation and Behavior Modification.  [28]

From the nature of Broussard’s extensive history of state psychiatric institutional links and contacts, and by his confessing and recanting confessions, he appears like Sirhan Sirhan as a person susceptible to hypnotic suggestion and military-industrial-medical complex manipulation. Just before rejoining YBMB in May 2007 to bring it to a tragic end, Broussard had been living on the streets. Interestingly, Broussard’s relatives say that he had been “brainwashed.” [29] 

Who was Broussard’s programmer? Anything mentioned in the presence of a subject under hypnosis is automatically etched into the subject’s mind, especially if it comes from the hypnotist. And it might flow out at anytime.

In the case of Sirhan Sirhan, the falsely confessed lone-nut assassin of Robert F. Kennedy, Sirhan’s notebook contained what appeared to be automatic writing scrawls, “God help me . . . please help me. Salvo Di Di Salvo Die S Salvo.” The referenced apparently was to Albert Di Salvo, the notorious Boston Strangler. That case had been cracked by the use of hypnotism. The hypnotist was Dr. William Joseph Bryan, Jr., of Los Angeles with a background of work with military intelligence during the Korean War in the field of brainwashing.  Bryan billed himself as “probably the leading expert in the world” on the use of hypnosis in criminal law, and often boasted about being employed by the LAPD and the CIA. In the spring of 1977, Bryan was found conveniently dead in Las Vegas. [30]

In the case of Broussard, his reference to the infamous Zebra Murders of the 1960’s is equally intriguing as a clue to his programmers. Broussard referenced it as the underlining motive in the alleged slaying of Michael Wills (white) by Young Bey and Antoine Mackey on July 12, 2007.

The perpetrators implicated in the Zebra Murders were linked most often to Black men freshly released from prisons, and mental institutions. These perpetrators also most likely implicated innocent Black Nationalist brothers in the killings. The members of the cult were supposedly rewarded for taking trophies of their victims, fingers, hands, and heads, etc.

Whoever behind the killings accomplished a number of things which were part and parcel of the FBI’s COINTELPRO Program and CIA’s CHAOS program, discredit and destroy Black Nationalism, and create a climate of fear of Black people to prevent any coalitions between races, groups, organizations, and friendly countries.

Joseph Alioto, former San Francisco mayor, was the one of the first to publicly expose a “Cult of Death Angels” that may have been responsible for up to 18 random deadly assaults against whites in San Francisco. He claimed that all crimes were committed by a shadowy group of black religious fanatics, headquartered in an unidentified Midwestern city. 

The mayor described the group as well financed and led by a man living in the Midwest who awarded members with promotions based on how many whites they killed, giving extra credit to those who produced proof of murder in the form of parts of the victim’s body. He said that the cult was dedicated to the murder and mutilation of whites and dissident blacks and gets many of its recruits from prisons and jails.    

Nevertheless, the victims that survived attacks described their assailants as virtual robots: “He had this zombie look…”“His face was devoid of emotion; There was no hostility in it, just blank, staring eyes”;  “…he looked to be in some kind of state”; “It was like he was in a trance-he was looking at me, but he was looking through me.” From the descriptions of the assailants by surviving eyewitnesses, one has to conclude that the killers were under some type of trance and mind control operation. [31]

An extremely interesting detail about the Zebra Killings is that the state’s star witness was an equally institutionalized psychological abused and traumatized individual by the name of Anthony Cornelius Harris. Harris, a former San Quentin inmate, said that a group of Black Muslims called the “Death Angels” headquartered somewhere in the Midwest had randomly killed whites (devils) to earn death angel black wings. During his testimony for which he was granted immunity, Harris freely admitted that he was involved (the slayer) in at least 10 of 14 killings of whites.  

Anthony Harris had an extensive psychiatric history and institutional background. In 1959, when he was 14 years old, Anthony’s mother placed him in a state mental hospital, Pacific State Hospital, because he was fighting with his brothers and sisters. He was in the hospital about a year before he escaped from Patton State Hospital where he had most likely undergone mind control experiments to kill consistent with the objectives of the CIA’s notorious zombie assassin program, MK-ULTRA. [32]

Guess who was at Pacific State conducting experiments on defenseless patients during that time? The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) had a special research project at Pacific, Socio-Behavior Study for Mental Retardation. The NIMH project was headed by Dr. George Tarjan and Nobel Peace Prize’s Linus Pauling, an international renowned chemical/nuclear scientist. Dr. Tarjan was a Professor of Psychiatry of the Neuropsychiatric Institute, UCLA, Past President of the American Psychiatric Association, and American Academy of Child Psychiatry. [33]  The UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute was home to the notorious CIA/MK- ULTRA “Maestro of Mind Control”, Dr. Louis Jolyon West. [34]  Dr. West had been a close collaborating associate of MK-ULTRA mind benders Bateson and Huxley.

Dr. Pauling and Dr. Alton Ochsner of New Orleans, sons of German immigrants, were old friends. Dr. Ochsner was an extremely powerful old southern ultra military intelligence racist that was implicated in creating pasty, Lee Harvey Oswald, for the assassination of JFK. [35] According to Edward T. Haslam, author of Mary, Ferrie & the Monkey Virus, The Story of an Underground Medical Laboratory, Ochsner headed the CIA’s MK DELTA  mind control-assassination program under Dr. Sidney Gottieb, [36] below. MK DELTA involved the use of biochemicals in clandestine operations.

One of Dr. Ochsner’s MK DELTA assassins was involved in the November 14, 1971 slaying of Ronnie Flenaugh AKA Al Rashid of El Constran. El Contran was an Oakland faction of governmental created pseudo-virtual reality Muslim Death Angels. Ronnie had been taken off the streets of Berkeley, drugged and programmed by NIMH to kill out of Agnews State Mental Hospital in San Jose.

Also among Pauling cadre of MK-ULTRA mind benders was Canadian Dr. Abram Hoffer. Dr. Hoffer had close ties to not only the OSS and CIA, but also to the Canadian, British and American Naval Intelligence agencies. Dr. Hoffer was one of the organizers of the ‘(Aldous) Huxley Institute of Biosocial Research,’ had numerous connections to MK-ULTRA hypnotists, one of whom was Dr. Sidney Fogel. Hoffer and Fogel coauthored a work titled, ‘Changes In Personality by Altering Perception in Post Hypnotic States.’ Hoffer’s chief associate, MK-ULTRA mind bender Dr. Humphrey Osmond. Dr. Osmond had been brought in to play a prominent role in MK-ULTRA by the infamous CIA Director Allen Dulles. [37]

Agnews had been turned into a virtual governmental mind bending laboratory under Dr. Maurice Rappaport. Dr. Rappaport was the Chief of Research of the Research Department of Agnews State Mental Hospital. [38] Dr. Rappaport was a human factor engineering (HFE) professional of infamous military-industrial complex mind control operation Stanford Research Institute. [39] Along with Dr. Rappaport at Agnews, among other mind bending doctors, was Dr. Julian Silverman of NIMH and Esalen Institute. [40] Dr. Silverman was drugging schizophrenic patients with LSD-25 and experimenting in developing altered states of consciousness. [41] Dr. Silverman was also a close associate of Dr. Gregory Bateson at Esalen Institute[42] and the VA Hospital at Palo Alto. [43] Dr. Valeria Hunt of UCLA (CIA Dr. Louis Jolyon West) and the NASA (Nazi Dr. Werner von Braun) Space Biology Department was there also. Dr. Hunt is infamous for her experiments in electro-magnetic biological fields and human behavior modification. [44]

I will never forget the moments that I saw poor Ronnie at Merritt Jr. College after they let him out of Agnews. Ronnie had been a magnificent body builder. He was with several members of the pseudo Muslim group, El Constran. They wore distinctive long black capes and turbans. What appeared so strange about Ronnie was his eyes were rolling around in his head as his body swayed back and forth and side to side as walked down the campus driveway. It is still etched in my mind. He appeared to be in a zombie-trance.

At that time, it was our general understanding that Ronnie had been recently released from prison. It also appeared that he was led along like a bulldog by the group’s leader, Billy Mapp. I had known of Mapp around the community. Mapp went to school with my older sisters. One of them appeared to have had a crush on him. I didn’t know at the time, but they were on their way to the campus auditorium to confront Huey P. Newton. Huey had just been released from jail and was scheduled to speak on campus. 

George Freddy Payne was another pseudo-virtual reality governmental created Black Muslim that had been programmed to kill out of the wards of Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility. After a number of murders and assaults against whites in Oakland and Berkeley which remain unsolved to this day, Payne among a team was sent in to liquidate Al Rashid at Mapp’s small apartment in East Oakland. 

After liquidating Al Rashid and senselessly killing one of Mapp’s young daughters, Payne was apprehended in Jefferson Parish near New Orleans working for Mike Kelly’s March Homes. Kelly was well connected to anti-Castro Cuban Activist Carlos Bringuier. Bringuier staged the infamous fight with Lee Harvey Oswald caught on television in front of the World Trade Mart in New Orleans to paint him as a communist as set out in the movie JFK. Bringuier’s group of anti-Castro Cubans was bankrolled by Dr. Ochsner.

In 1973, Mike Kelly was the campaign manager of Attorney Harry Connick, Sr. for district attorney of New Orleans Parish defeating (JFK) Jim Garrison. Connick’ backers were CIA Contractor Clay Shaw as set out in the movie JFK, Bringiuer, [45] and Dr. Ochsner. Connick defeated D.A..Garrison then intentionally destroyed all of Garrison’s JFK investigation files that he could. [46]

California Institute of Technology, CalTech, was also at Pacific State Hospital experimenting on patients along with Pauling and Tarjan. [47] Dr. Sidney Gottieb of the CIA’s dirty tricks (assassinations) department was a CalTech graduate in chemistry. [48] MK-ULTRA started on Apr 13 1953 and was headed by Dr. Gottieb acting under the command of CIA director Allen Dulles. Sidney Gottlieb was provided with $25 million in CIA funds to distribute to universities and others for MK-ULTRA projects between 1953 and 1963 (equivalent to $250 million in 2008). From 1953-1966, the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) spent $7.5 million on 84 research projects involving LSD with the CIA. [49] CalTech developed the electroshock machines for California’s mental hospitals including Patton. [50] 

In a 1969 prison diagnostic study, a psychiatrist noted that Harris had a severe personality disturbance bordering psychosis (manic-depressive, alternating phases of elation and depression) and the schizophrenic (delusions of importance and persecution, withdrawal, hallucinations, etc., varieties of psychosis).[51] The psychiatrist was the same doctor that hospitalized/programmed him in 1959 at Pacific State Hospital, finding Harris programmed to be, “homicidal”. Harris was under control. He was probably allowed to escape from Patton into society to become a Monarch sleeper killer.

After being released from San Quentin, Harris was sent straight to Oakland as a pseudo-virtual reality Black Muslim to begin the dirty work to undermine the legitimate aspirations of the Black Community for the Alameda County Mafia, the Military-Industrial-Medical-Congressional Complex, and Lucifer’s servants.

The Zebra Killings was a clandestine military intelligence counterintelligence “Strategy of Tension” operation designed to bring into disrepute and disrupt the Nation of Islam (Black Muslims). As we learned from the Sirhan case, the same forces that produced Anthony Harris programmed Broussard. Would it be surprising that one of the witnesses to a Zebra attack in San Francisco was a William Bryan,[52] Dr. William Joseph Bryan?           

Young Bey is also is a confused psychological disturbed, delusional and traumatized individual. According to the CBP, he thinks a “mother ship” orbits the Earth-one with which he maintains contact.” [53] “He (Young Bey) thinks President Barack Obama is secretly a Black Muslim who sent Bey IV a clandestine message by wearing a red tie at his inauguration. His presidency was predicted by prophecy – it is a sign of the approaching end times. When Bey IV is exonerated on the myriad of charges he now faces — including ordering the killing of journalist Chauncey Bailey — he will take his rightful place as a presidential adviser, he claims.” [54]

I recall watching the Young Beys as boys marching robotically, turning and spinning on a dime in unison at the snap of their father’s command. Now, Stg. Longmire called the shots that would have Young Bey turning and spinning at the snap of his commands into entrapment.

Longmire creeped into Young Bey’s life something in 2005 after the assassination of Antar Bey. Lorna Brown, an attorney who has represented Bey Sr. and Bey IV in various cases, saw Longmire as a mentor to her young client during the past two years. As the two developed a relationship, Young Bey began several high profile senseless run-ins with Oakland and San Francisco police. It was doing Longmire’s mentorship that Young Bey led bakery members on a string of crimes that included robbery, vandalism, assault, kidnapping and torture. Longmire constantly reassured Young Bey that they were like brothers and their friendship would endure after the ordeals that he was facing.

After Chauncey’s assassination, Stg. Longmire arranged for Young Bey to meet with Broussard alone in a police interview room to help him get Broussard to confess to killing Chauncey. After just six or seven minutes, Broussard confessed. Just as in the case of political pasty Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas, OPD did not record the meeting between Young Bey and Broussard that developed his first confession. [55] You have to wonder if Young Bey offered Broussard more cigars stuffed with powder cocaine as an incentive to confess. [56] 

On a secretly recorded tape of a staged meeting with bakery associates, Young Bey whispered natively to his associates that Longmire had made it clear that getting a confession from Broussard would “take the heat off the bakery.” [57]

Now, Stg. Longmire is being used as a classic cutout. The word being spread by CBP is that Longmire may be fired. Stg. Longmire is about to become OPD’s fall guy for its dirty work in the Chauncey Bailey Assassination and the Fall of Your Black Muslim Bakery Black Enterprise.

I was born and raised in Oakland. I had always loved Oakland, but it has a grim dark side and history that is eating away at the core of the city.  I look at Oakland through the “Looking Glass” at yet another Oakland Family Jewel.
